Very comfortable, helpful staff.

The properly is ideally located and the rooms are spacious enough with great beds and modern bathrooms. Breakfast buffet is very good with lots of variety. Most importantly, the staff are excellent. Everybody at the front desk is very helpful. I don't remember all their names but Liin and MTV are certainly two that standout.

I’d stay here again! Super Central

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Its position is perfect, right in the old town section, and five minutes from the lake and the Note Cafe. Only minus is that you get a kettle and sachets of coffee … but no sugar or powdered milk sachets. I had packed my own black teabags, but sugar n milk powder would have been appreciated. Breakfast was great.

Very nice Hoan Kiem hotel!

Unfortunately the very bottom floor, where they serve breakfest, is not any longer accessable from outside to avoid the stairs. Its a massage salon down there now, and they did not really liked me to pass thru. For people with walking,-knee or legproblems you shud not use this hotel. Besides that a very very good and friendly hotel!

Bathroom is not good Bath towels is not really clean

The staff was very helpful and nice. This is very centrally located in a great tourist area. The breakfast was good. I appreciated the airport transfer for a small fee.

Lovely staff, decent stay

Hotel is decent enough but the staff surely makes up for anything that lacks. All the gentlemen manning the lobby reception desk were the most helpful with recommendations and a friendly smile and greeting with each passing. On my last night, they gave me a little thank you basket with snacks for my stay with them, it was really sweet! Heads up: this hotel is in the old quarter so it will be noisy from the bustling city and walls are thin.

The room was a great size with good amenities and the staff were very friendly and helpful … fantastic location for exploring we would definitely come back

Gracious staff, always helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

Bathroom wasn’t in great condition — especially the shower. The rooms aren’t sealed so you can hear outside and don’t have your own privacy.

I would stay there again. Good breakfast.

Great location for walking around and exploring the city and dining options. Staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The only issue was the air conditioner in our suite took long to cool the room down. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. Would stay here again because of the staff and great location

Really lovely helpful staff , pick up from airport which took 45 mins was really reasonable . Great restaurants and market streets everywhere . Hotel organised the classic Jeep tour around the city which was a great tour with lunch and trip also to banana island and all main sights in the city

Stayed in 3 different hotels in Hanoi and happy to say this hotel is the best! Friendly customer service, welcome drink on arrival and got nice little hamper too:) Breakfast buffet was nice and good variety for a small hotel, well done!

Wonderful place to stay. Beds were extra large and comfortable. Room a little small. Great breakfast and attentive staff. Perfect location for dining and shopping.

立地が良く、観光も食事も買い物もどこに行くにも便利。スタッフがとても親切。トリプルを使用しましたが、部屋は清潔で使いやすかったです。朝食も種類が多く美味しかったです。チェックアウトの日が早朝で、ランチボックスを持たせてもらえました。 部屋には窓がないのです。夜寝る時に廊下の灯りが部屋に入り込むので、明るさが気になる人は他を探した方がいいと思います。

フロントのスタッフの方達がとても親切だったのが印象的です。今日はどこに行くの？などとフレンドリーに声をかけてくれて安心できました。またホテルに帰るといつも笑顔で迎えてくれて温かな雰囲気でした。 お部屋はリラックスして過ごせるくらいには清潔でした。ただ客室のドアに若干隙間があり、廊下の光が入ってきて、部屋の外の音が響くのが少し気になりました。 朝食はビュッフェ形式に加えて卵料理やパンケーキ、麺料理をオーダーできます。スイカジュースがお気に入りです。 また、立地がとても良くてホアンキエム湖に散歩に行きやすく、近くに美味しいお店もありました。 今回は初めての1人旅で不安だったので、スタッフと話せたことが嬉しかったです。Thank you so much for your kindness.

フロントと同じフロアの部屋でした。ベッドはとても大きく全体的に綺麗です。 スタッフの対応も良く、アクセスもホアンキエム湖からすぐで便利な場所です。 タオルが少し汚れていたのが残念ですが、価格的にコスパはかなり良いと思います。

Nice hotel, shower mostly cold

Nice hotel at great central location, very friendly staff!! Breakfast ok, nothing special but sufficient. Unfortunately shower was cold on most days and there was no spare toilet paper available - also later housekeeping didn't put a spare one which at some point gets risky ;) Therefore -1 star, 4 instead of 5

ホテルは名前がきちんと外側に表示してなくて初めは分かりにくかったです。入口は階段上がった2階です。でも旧市街のいい場所にあるのでどこに行くにも便利でした。 中はハノイで普通のレベルのもので、対応も良かった。掃除もきちんとしていました。

いつも笑顔で親切なスタッフの皆様、無料の朝食はビッフェで並べられているたくさんの品々以外にも、フォー、パンケーキ、オムレツなど、リクエスト方式で作って下さいます。立地も最高です。ホテルの部屋は清潔で、可愛いです。次回も絶対に利用します。

Amazing Staff very helpful and frindly, they helped us to book a Bus to Sapa. Very clean Room and it had AC. They offered us a Map with very good and cheap recommendations. Very happy with our choice.
