Very cold welcome at the check in. Poor service level at the breafast. Just a smile would’be perfect!

Traveller酒店的硬件設施非常好，但整體服務有待改善和提高，大部分的員工都熱情有禮，但多數不懂英文，有需要和他們溝通時比較困難，住的是無煙樓層，但很多時候聞到有菸味道，可能在中國內地不守規矩的人比較多吧！有投訴，但沒有改善，早晨食物比較差，和五星酒店完全不匹配，希望有所改善。

Traveller浴槽に取り付けられているシャワーの操作方法が分かりにくいので、説明書が浴槽付近に貼ってあるとよい。朝食にチーズがなかったので、追加するとよいと思う。
Traveller호텔 청결하고 1층 맥주바 당구장 시설과 서비스 훌륭합니다. 주변 지역 위치 훌륭하고 대신 인촨 자체의 날씨가 워낙 건조하다보니 입술이 갈라지고 피부가 따가운데 호텔내 습도가 워낙 낮아서 좀 힘들었네요
