It’s close to station and have multiple convenience store downstairs. Super friendly staff and have breakfast buffet for $15 per person available from 6.30 am. Good for us who have early travel plans. While the room is relatively small and hard to open 2 luggage bags at once. Room service is only provided once 3-day.
Very great location, convenient shopping near by. Lawson’s connected to lobby is great for snacks and breakfast. Wish there were more laundry machines, but got the clothes cleaned eventually. Would stay again.
This hotel was very accommodating with great service. The hotel breakfast was great with lots of good options to eat. Our room was cleaned everyday and we were given fresh towels as well. It is a short walking distance to Tokyo tower and parks within the area. The subway station is very close. The room was nice with its own air conditioning. It was on the smaller side however typical for the Tokyo area. Would stay again!
The hotel is in a good area that is very close to the subway. My only complaints were it was a tiny room. The photos I looked at when I booked it must of had a special lense to make it look way larger. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Some people prefer that but we thought it was too hard.
Lovely stay, microwaves and laundry. Can enter family mart directly from hotel.
Small but expected in tokyo. Clean and good staff. Close to train
I asked if there were rooms ready, and there were. Yet to get in before 3 pm, needed to pay extra fee. I didn’t think it was reasonable charging just 2hours early check in.
Staff was nice and helpful. A lot of restaurants and convenience store nearby.
Hot and staff very unfriendly
Very good location and good value. Rooms are near modern and compact. Convenient access to multiple train lines and plenty of places to eat nearby. Access to popular areas of Tokyo is easy. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is a bit small. Sometimes noises from the hallway can be heard or from the adjacent rooms when their phone vibrates against the wall. Overall when I come back Tokyo this hotel would be on top of my list.
Quiet neighborhood
This property is very easy to find.
Nice hotel to stay
Hotel was very clean and had delicious breakfast every morning.
Nice and friendly front desk.
Convenient place. Two thumbs up
Very helpful staff, location was good near a couple of stations and conbinis and restaurants. Easy to walk to
Found the tick on the bed room no.807. Pls do not put me in this room and suggest to do overhaul whole rooms
Its my first Time in japan and this hôtel was just perfect the staff also perfect
Staff was awesome and extremely helpful when it came to luggage shipping to my next hotel! Every employee was extremely attentive and nice for our entire stay definitely recommend!!
The staff was very helpful and friendly
清掃がされなかったのが、残念。せめて、1日はしてほしかったです
Everything was perfect. Thanks for accepting my request! I'll visit there next. Thank you.
Like to request to improve the breakfast quality and options.
The property is very clean and modern. Hotel rooms are decent size and it is located right around the corner from Tokyo Tower. The rooms did not have hair dryers and the bathroom sinks are maybe four feet off the ground which is very low if you are tall but the overall the stay was great The checkin process was self check-in at the machine but if you have trouble there are staff at reception to help you out, who are also very friendly. One downside is the hair dryers in the room are non-existent so best to bring your own
Clean and quiet. Short walk from Onarimon station means convenient access to the metro system. Attached Lawson means easy access to food, drink or other little things you may need 24hrs a day
Loved being able to leave our bags early through their automatic process! So EASY! Checkin when we came back was the same, just a.breeze. friendly staff, very clean!
Good location clean hotel.
Very nice hotel. I have good time
Plenty to do in the area and centrally locate for quick transit to great areas of Tokyo
A very nice and convenient stay in central Tokyo. Staff was accommodating and the room itself was very clean. There were a lot of convenient options including food, convenience stores and metros near by. My only point of feedback is that I found the beds to be a little too firm for my taste.
A small but comfy stay that's conveniently located in the heart of Tokyo. The staff was very friendly and the whole process was incredibly efficient. There was also a convenience store connected right to the hotel and 24 hours a day which was nice. Access to the metro was easy between three separate lines. Would not hesitate to stay again if traveling solo or with one other.
In the business district, pretty safe around and easy to get around.
The hotel was adequate for my stay, it's conveniently located to a few stations. Staff are friendly and always greet you and they had a laundry room where you can monitor which one was available to use on the TV screen which was fantastic. As with Japanese hotels, their rooms will always be on a smaller scale. As for the beds, they could had been softer, as it was literally solid as a rock and I did wake up with some twinges on my back. But overall, it's not a bad place to stay.
I find this place very quiet and peaceful to stay, and it's centrally located. The staff is warm and welcoming, so I stay at this hotel repeatedly.
clean nice room, good location near 2 subway stations, nice breakfast
Amazing stay
The location of the hotel is excellent, near two subway stations und one train station. The staff is very nice and helpful. We could store our luggage in the hotel for some hours after checking out.
Very quiet, walking distance to local dinning and transportation. The staffs were very nice and polite. Breakfast was good. Will love to stay here in the future.
3 day stay in Tokyo
They also had morning breakfast which was nice. Our room also had mini fridge to store purchased milk and perishables. I also liked the security details. Room key is required to select elevator floor.
Stayed in this place a while ago. Gave it another chance, but the same problems; Room was not cleaned properly. Toilet had some dirt and hair in the bathtub. Carpet need to be vacuumed better...
Easy walk to the hotel from the station. Check in/ out process was very easy. Staff was friendly and always greeted you at the door.
Small room
The room was small. It was challenging for 2 adults with 2 suitcases total. Any more than that, it will be near impossible. The bathroom was also very small. I am a petite person but there was still barely enough room for me.
A decent hotel
Excellent hotel very clean and staff always friendly and very helpful with all questions. The breakfast is good and always tasty. The beds are a little hard an extra mattress topper as an addition would be nice.
朝食だけが残念
月に一度程出張で利用します。対応は丁寧にしていただけるのですが、いつも朝食が残念です。これで有料?と思うほどの品数のためもう少し改善されることを期待します。
Check-in and Check-out were very smooth, the hotel is in a very quiet and clean environment, so I enjoyed my sleep after a long day. Also, the hotel is very close to 3 stations, connection is very easy.
喫煙のルームであったので、仕方がないのですが、もう少しタバコ臭を減らすようにしていただけるといいと思います。
very good, relaxing and very conveniently located.
the location is super accessible from multiple station, very quite, convenient and friendly.
The room is clean. Services is friendly. The price is cheap plus you'll get free breakfast too.
Recommend for a business person.
Very reasonable, clean enough and convenient location.
Good location for everything
Service
The bed making is not native Japanese so it's a shame they cant talk Japanese. Overall, the service is quite good. Sometimes the front office is too busy to even say a greetings, when you went out or came back.
Clean and comfortable
Excellent value, clean comfortable, convenient
Great location. Friendly staff
Great location. Very firm matress. Restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff.
For a Tokyo hotel in this price range it was perfect. Property, location and neighbourhood all really good. Rooms cleverly and fully equipped into a very small space, albeit it would have been nice to have a little more space.
Friendly staff and convenient to train station. Very clean hotel.
This hotel was great - the location was perfect for us as we walked or metro'd everywhere. There are a lot of Izakaya's in the neighborhood and lot of convenient stores as well. If you walk 5-10 minutes you have access to main shops and tons of coffee etc. The Buffet breakfast was great - authentic dishes and lots of options for everyone. the bottled water and coffees to go were perfect. The room was small - but thats Japan in general. As it was our first hotel on an 18 day trip we were a little shocked at first, however we soon realized this was normal. I would stay here again!
Good value for money
Small but very adequate room. Very friendly staff. Nicely air-conditioned room. The beds were a bit hard and the morning breakfast had limited choices for continental side. Overall though great base to explore Tokyo from. Metro stations only 10min walk. Would stay there again.
The room was enough clean, but a bit smaller than expected.
NEAR metro station's breakfast OK every one helpful
Comfortable stay
Great location ! Really convenient to go to Tokyo Tower and well connected to transportation. Room is although tight but manageable. It’s clean and bed is super clean. It is also very quiet. Will definitely go back
Located in quiet neighborhood. Clean and convenient. Free breakfast is a nice touch.
Great value and well-located
We had a really great stay at this hotel, which was spacious enough for a business hotel in Tokyo. I was worried about the room size when I booked but the room was well laid out and there was enough floor space for our bags and for both of us to be able to eat at the desk. The bathroom was very small but fine and everything was very clean with good amenities. The location was very good with three metro lines nearby as well as Hamamatsucho JR station which is convenient if arriving from from the south/west and for getting around Tokyo. Both the JR station (north exit) and the monorail station for Haneda Airport are less than a 10 minute walk away (with luggage). It was also close to a couple of gardens and to Hinode Pier as well as numerous convenience stores and restaurants. We could see the Tokyo Tower from our room. Staff were very lovely and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was filling and made the hotel excellent value for Tokyo.
Great place to stay...!!!
We stayed there for 7 nights and was very much impressed by everything available...the service from the staff at front desk was exceptional. English language may not be one of their strong skill set but they understood very well what we needed and provided for more then what we had expected... good communication..the cleanliness is outstanding...breakfast selection is good...very close from Hamamatsucho train station...took us family of 5 around 8mins walk to the station... 15mins walk to Tokyo tower... I can afford only budget hotels and this one is one of the best I have stayed in..worldwide...!!! Only issue was with the size of the room but then I have seen smaller ones for more expensive prices..!!! Good place to stay and would recommend it to anyone...national or international..!!!
Very good location and very convenience. New hotel with great staff and the best services. We will stay here again next time.
Wonderful budget hotel for couples
Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. The room was spotless with excellent shower pressure and air conditioner also worked flawlessly. Definitely recommend!
Convenient location, clean and tidy. The only thing I would recommend to put one more tea bag for single room. 1 tea bag is not enough.
Big rooms and amazing location, will definitely stay again!
Really good hotel, service was good, breakfast is good and enjoyed the location
Great Breakfast
Complimentary breakfast was awesome. Stay was comfortable.
Away from tourist crowd
Good breakfast. Spotless room. Convenient store right by the lobby. A minute walk away from a street with numerous restaurants catering to local office workers.
Stay 5 nights at Keio Presso Inn Hamamatsucho hotel in Tokyo. Walkable to 2 subway stations (Daimon), JR Hamamatsucho and Monorail to Haneda Airport. There is Lawson in the hotel lobby level. A Family Mart is just opposite the hotel. The hotel has offered a complimentary light breakfast. This neighborhood is combined between office buildings and accommodation of local people. It is peaceful and safe area. Lots of Japanese chain (Yoshinoya, Mos Burger) restaurants and local restaurants. This neighborhood is not a shipping area but you can access to Shibuya, Uneo and Akihabara by 20-30 minutes
Great location and good value.
Great location. Nice hotel. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Excellent transportation links. Good WiFi. Room adequate, but a little too small for comfortably accommodating 2 adults and a child.
This hotel is more like a budget hostel rather than a hotel. The room is extremely small and facilities are poor. Breakfast is free but very limited choice of food. We were shocked to learn that they don’t provide milk at breakfast. Will not stay here again.
Over great place
Overall it was great. There were a couple minor things that affected our experience though. One was largely our fault but I feel that the associate that assisted us could have been more empathetic in her addressing of the situation. We had not noticed that this whole hotel only had rooms with 1 bed when booking and when asking about alternative options the lady was borderline rude about it. Another thing is the shower water and bathroom sink water lines are on the same knob so you can only run one or the other at a time. Not a problem when traveling alone but becomes an issue with a family of 3. Aside from that, everthing and everyone was great. All other staff were more than friendly and accommodating.
Good cleanliness with enough space but a bit far from station.
The status of all the washing machines can be viewed on the hotel room TV. The humidifier in the room has a clothes deodorizer setting. It was the hotels first anniversary so they had food and drinks free all day.
Nice check-in staff and they spoke English. There is a convenience store next to the hotel with an entrance directly from the lobby. The hotel definitely looks and feels new. Room was also good, new, clean. Typical size for Japan (on the small side), TV wasn't anything special. Free breakfast in the morning was good. The area isn't very active but there are a lot of restaurant options and if you can walk a few blocks there are some good breweries. Biggest downside is there isn't a metro station near by (there are Toei stations though).
Good experience in this great hotel
Conveniently located just a couple blocks from Daimon station and half a mile walkable distance from Tokyo tower. Also there is a Lawson downstairs should you need anything with it’s own hotel entrance which is also open 24 hours. There is also a 7-11 up the street as well. Will def be staying here again.
Tiny space with all basics and reasonably priced
I had anticipated the size of the room but still came as a little shock. However, I must say despite the size of the room, there wasn't anything missing in terms of basic needs. Of course the cupboard could have been a bit bigger; there could have been more hangers; there could have been a slightly bigger bath area -- but then what would one expect for the price? Oh yes and there are a couple of convenience stores next to the hotel. And walking distance to the subway and Prince Tokyo Hotel.
The hotel is about 2-3 blocks away from the train station. It's about 15-20 mins away from both Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple. There's a Lawson's downstairs that is connected to the hotel. The room we had a deep bathtub and the electronic toilet. Yes, the room is small. You can store your big luggage under the bed. I would recommend this as a place to stay.
new hotel with best location.
new hotel with best location! four nearby substations and located in the middle of hot places in Tokyo. the room was somewhat small for two adults and one kid, but relatively bigger bed size than other hotels. enjoy free breakfast as well. you can reach most of hot places in Tokyo in 30 min.
Rooms bit small but everything else was great. I believe staff made it best stay for us. Lovely people. We loved our stay there. If we ever go to Takayama again we will be staying at same hotel.
Comfortable & convenient hotel
Amazing value for the money! I highly recommend this hotel, and will happily stay here next time I'm in Tokyo. Great location because there are 2 subway stations (Daimon, Oonarimon) and 1 JR station (Hamamatsucho) just a quick walk away. Was very convenient for business meetings and for exploring Tokyo. Also easy to get to/from Narita and Haneda airports. Rooms are normal for a business hotel in Tokyo (~12 square meters), and make very good use of the little space. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and there's also convenience store connected to the hotel lobby (and another convenience store directly across the road).
No facility in the hotel, not even a water bottle provided in the room very small room, breakfast is boring , staff don't speak English
The hotel stuff doesn't know English well. It was very tuff to be there!
New business hotel in a great neighbourhood
Keio Presso Hamamatsucho is a relatively new hotel, located in an excellent neighbourhood. It has train and monorail options direct to/from Tokyo International (Haneda) Airport as well as three stations within walking distance (JR Hamamatsucho, Daimon, Oonarimon) which make it extremely easy to explore Tokyo. Rooms are average size for a business hotel in Tokyo, i.e. quite small by international standards. There's a convenience store connected to the hotel lobby with great selection of essentials, as well as another convenience store directly across the road. International power plug adapters are available for loan from the front desk. Breakfast is decent - the selection is on the smaller side however they do have a good salad bar and freshly made bread & croissants. I'd recommend this hotel for a low-mid budget stay in Tokyo and look forward to staying here again in future.
TOO SMALL ROOMS
ROOMS WERE TOO SMALL .BUT AREA WAS WELL WITHIN CENTRAL REACH. BRAKEFAST WAS MINIMAL. FOR VEGETARIAN LIKE US IT WAS DIFFICULT TO MANAGE. BUT OVERALL ITS A GOOD EXPERIENCE
Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff!
Very good Hotel! Price performance is tops! Lots of Isagaya’s in walking distance. Easy to find!
wifi is very slow...incovenient
Sehr schönes Hotel, klare Weiterempfehlung von mir!

It was a nice stay. Clean and close to the station.
