The Pool in Oktober was top cold, but we liked the area and the sea was perfect. Room nice and housekeeping good.
This hotel is not definitely an all inclusive resort. Poor service and stuff were not trained. For the first time in my life time i had to pay for internet at hotel for each device 13 euro for each 5 days. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone els.
Great hotel for families, loads of food options and great pool area. Staff were friendly, especially the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants. Was a bit strange you have to pay for wifi in a 5 star hotel, but it did work perfectly fine. Also the taxi service in the hotel is very pricey, a lot cheaper to get a taxi from outside the hotel.
Me and my wife stayed for 10 nights at the resort and we had a beautiful time there. The hotel deserved his 5 stars. The room was spacious well decorated and with a cool view of the pool and the sea. There was cleaning and change of towles and sheets daily. *The pool was big and we did not even need to go to the sea.It was very conveninet to be near the bar woth unlimited drinks and chilling in the cool pool. Dinig options were also fulll of varieties. The service was impeccable and very friendly. * I speacially suggest the Ala Carte Restaurant for a nice change as the food there was amazing. Totally recommend this hotel👍👍👍
This place is Vast and is very well maintained , looks nice and easy to get around , with plenty of stuff do for everyone , 3 minutes to a private beach with shower , food and drink free of charge , water is crystal clear and fairly warm for June , we stayed for 11 days , and throughly enjoyed it , lots of swimming pool and lots of tastey food , and best of the price is very good , staff are friendly and helpful .
The staff at this hotel were on point! Hikmet (our waiter), Sefa (the cocktail whiz), and Sergey (massage extraordinaire) made our stay fantastic and all other fellows at the restaurant and on the reception. Big thumbs up to these all-stars! Negative Experience: Bummer alert - the Food and Beverage Manager - Ugur Kurt wasn't exactly on the same page. When we wanted something special for a big day, he shut us down flat, claiming a "big boss" was more important. Not cool, dude. Also, witnessing him berate a cleaning lady in the lobby was shocking. Screaming at her and finger-pointing in front of guests. It was arrogant, disrespectful, and frankly embarrassing for the hotel. The staff here are awesome, but the manager needs a lesson in guest service. It left us wondering if they actually care about making guests happy.
Fantastic staff (except one manager - Ugur Kurt) Delicious food Prime location with private beach access Unprofessional Food & Beverage Manager, Ugur Kurt (rude to staff and guests) Rooms clean but due for renovation Food variety good, but could be more extensive for a 5-star hotel This hotel has the potential to be exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, with the exception of Food & Beverage Manager, Ugur Kurt. Unfortunately, Mr. Kurt's rude behavior towards staff and guests significantly impacted my experience. This was especially disappointing during my stay, which included my parents' 50th wedding anniversary on April 7th. I approached Ugur Kurt for advice on making their celebratory dinner extra special in the restaurant, but he brushed me aside, claiming to be busy with a "big boss" that evening (April 6th). The food was delicious, but the variety could be improved to match other 5-star hotels. The rooms were clean but could benefit from renovations. The location, however, was perfect, with private beach access and a beach bar. To reach its full potential, the hotel should address Ugur Kurt's behavior and consider renovations and menu expansion.
We were one adult and two kids, they gave us a twin bed and a convertible bed. The charge for the convertible bed was literally 500 Euro for 6 nights. This is outrageous.
Karmir Resort is overall a very good property but it is supposedly rated as a 5 star propert and there are some things that I believe let it down and stop it from being a real 5 start hotel. First the positives: 1. The food is *excellent* for the most part. There's even a good selection for Vegans and the fruit and vegetables are always fresh and good quality. 2. The Staff are very polite and helpful. They will try to help you whenever they can and to your requests. Now the negatives: 1. The air conditioning in all the rooms is controlled centrally by the hotel and it is set to 25C. I don't heat my house up to 25C in the winter, so there's no way 25C is an acceptable temperature for air conditioning in the summer heat of Antalya. This is terrible policy for a 5 star hotel. I should be able to cool my room as much as I want and definitely lower than 25C without having to ask reception to do it specially for my room. 2. They charge extra for everything! Free wifi in the rooms is NOT included (it's the 21st century, all decent hotels should have free wifi in the rooms, especially 5 star ones). They charge by the hour for use of the billiard tables, not exactly all-inclusive. They charge for turning on the tennis court lights - again this is ridiculous. If you lose your room key or need to change rooms they charge 10 Euros - again a rip off. The 2 negatives really put me off from possibly booking this resort again but otherwise it was a good property.
A wonderful Resort!
My son and I traveled from Iran and were pleasantly surprised by personalized service, great food, entertainment, and accommodations. I have been to many countries and places; this place stands at the top of my list. It is a 10+ score resort and very luxurious at a reasonable price. We planned to stay here for five nights, but we, especially my son, didn't want to leave, so we extended our stay for another five. Among many friendly staff, we had the opportunity to meet Ms. Elnaz at reception. She was exceptionally supportive, caring, and professional and helped us solve minor issues in a friendly and patient manner. Her ability to speak several languages, including Persian, makes things much easier for those with a language barrier. I recommend this resort to everyone who wants to visit Kemer and experience a wonderful vacation.
100 percent recommended. Clean very clean. Food very good different menu’s everyday. Just need better entertainment and earlier room cleaning. But you will definitely enjoy a relax at this hotel staff are very nice polite professional and friendly at the same time. Am definitely going back especially as a food lover and the food was amazing
Pros: relatively close to the beach (2-3 minutes walk, need to cross a road), great food buffet and variety, decent room size and balcony. Cons: spa/sauna could use some maintenance. Coffee machines could be updated to use real coffee beans. No running AC in hallways…
Over all, Karmir Resort exceeded my expectations!
They should improve staff attention at all inclusive areas. More gentile and helping.
Excellent hotel we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. But the biggest problem probably not only in this hotel but in most. No one can speak English. Not even the receptionist
Not 5 star worthy
Expedia stated the hotel was in the heart of the entertainment district - it was not, in fact it was a 20 minute bus journey from Kemer which was the only place anywhere near the hotel with a half decent nightlife.Beautiful hotel and facilities, however the rooms were what you'd expect in a 3 star and they were never cleaned up to a satisfactory standard. The food left a lot to be desired, always the exact same food just presented differently, except the Rubi Restaurant which actually served brilliant food at lunch time. The staff were either amazing or super rude, and it was difficult to find a bartender who knew what a cocktail was once the day shift had finished. The entertainment team were brilliant, they were hilarious and really made the holiday more exciting!! The beach was average at best. Majority of the guests were of Turkish or Eastern European origin, so don't expect a lot of English speaking. Spa was ridiculously overpriced for what it was. Basically it's a good hotel for anyone who just wants to chill out for a couple of weeks, but don't expect luxury.
Good hotel, needs a shakeup
All staff were excellent and always very helpful. Downside is wifi was temperamental, the two other restaurants were hardly ever open and if they were you had to pay 10 euros pp, and no ice creams in the afternoon as promised. We did use each restaurant once and both were good and the Buffett at times was excellent (Turkish night) and other times it wasn't. We used the spa (100 euros for two people for Turkish bath) which was lovely and discovered the sauna and steam room were then free so used them a lot. Overall lovely chilled experience, and if you want a good party speak to Atichan from the animation team.
Top quality hotel with great facilities
From the minute we walked in, I was impressed with every detail of this hotel. The staff were all friendly and clearly working hard to make sure the entire place was pristine. The rooms were lovely, the food delicious and varied and we loved both the pool (with lots of activities!) and the beach.
Nice time
