I loved this hotel!
Staff were rude ! Couldn’t use the bar as teenagers everyone ! Fire alarm going off because of the smoking ! Couldn’t use the jacuzzi as it’s full of teenagers ! Rude receptionist ! So disappointed as it was over £400 a night for my wife’s birthday
Late Valentines stay
Had a lovely stay at the hotel. All staff were attentive and friendly and catered to our needs. Would definitely visit again.
Great stay … return guest
Super nice location in the heart of Soho Room was tiny - very noisy at night - other guest or bar visitors so loud on the hallway that woke up few times. Must have been this particular room as did not have these issues before
Great stay would recommend
Great location lovely staff decor was modern moody clean and comfortable
Great central location
Great hotel in centre, near Piccadilly Circus, Regent Street, Carnaby Street and Soho and a short distance to the London Palladium. Superior double room was comfortable but a little on the small side and somewhat dark...needs more lighting for the dark walls. A little on the pricey side for mid-week but probably due to where it's located
Beautiful place
"This place is amazing if someone would like to go to very extravagant locations. This is the one! It is lovely, located close to various attractions, with very good service and friendly staff. It's a beautiful place."
Great independent hotel in the middle of town
Great independent hotel in the middle of town, with easy access to everywhere. Quirky room with really comfortable bed and the shower was great as well.
Bus trip
Business trip but great location and fab room
Fantastically quirky!
Amazingly quirky rock n roll themed hotel with a dark side we loved. Lovely bar on the ground floor & a rooftop bar on the 5th floor with a hot tub. Smart, clean, gothic/rock n roll decor. Super comfy big bed, clean shower room, in room facilities were excellent
What a cool vibe this place was. The staff is well equipped to handle anything asked of them. The rooms were designed as artsy as you could without being to much. Eclectic and most importantly, Rock and Roll! Thats the theme, designed around artists. Loved every minute and will most certainly will stay here again. Thank you all who made my stay fantastic. If you're in London, definitely a place to stay. Close to everything, shopping, food, theaters.
Nice rooom
Very good
Great place. Funky rooms lovely people.
Ashford Gang
Staff and owners where extremely helpful and friendly. Great location for Soho and Covent garden definately recommended
Disappointing not to have bath tub in bathroom as the booking site said my category of room had a bath/shower combo. Otherwise good value for money.
Always a great stay here. The Brit Pop vibe is quirky, staff very genial and location unrivalled
Character
Second time staying at the property. Feels like it needs a refresh. Great location but cramped rooms and tired furnishings don’t warrant the high price tag.
Excellent stay, luxury boutique
Incredible boutique hotel, unique character, just what was needed to stay in a non-chain hotel. Dramatic decor, lovely lounge, good bar staff. Hot tub included in the rooftop bar. Stayed for our engagement night, nothing too much trouble. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Owners are quite the characters too
Great location. Quirky art work and all the facilities you need. Even an umbrella in the wardrobe. Atmosphere and furnishings were on point, just how I imagined it would be. Great service, very comfortable stay, will definitely recommend
Friendly staff in a central convenient location for shops and restaurants. Great for shopping or show visits to London
Overpriced
Overpriced for what it is. The room looks snazzy but not very big and there is no out of hours service for food or drinks. Most expensive mini bar I have ever seen.
Loved the vibe, it may have been just our room but was a little bummed the aesthetic didn’t carry into the room. Otherwise close to a ton of food and shopping and pretty central to all the trains. Restaurant was good and everyone was very nice!
Karma Sanctum Soho
Great experience - whole vibe of the hotel is nice, very eclectic, great art work. Room was spacious with a super king size bed which was super comfortable. Loved the hot tub on roof and bar service up there was great. The downstairs lounge bar is also comfortable - u could have eaten there but we didn’t go can’t comment. Location was great. Great stay, would stay here again.
Superb hotel in a fantastic location!
Funky hotel with hot in in roof
Superb staff and hotel
Will return
Part of a larger trip, 1 night - hotel, staff and rooms are great.
Perfect location for getting around
Second stay at Karma Sanctum and once again it was exactly what we wanted, right in the middle of where we wanted to be.
I like its location and quirkiness. The room was too dark
Rooftop is the gem of this property.
Funky hotel with great service and rooms in great bustling location
Arrived here early after an overnight flight and teoni and the restaurant staff went out of their way look look after me and prioritize my check in. Excellent service
The room wasn't great. It came with a bathtub in the bedroom which we wanted, but the layaout was very cramped and the bathroom was totally unpractival. Think a standard room would be better.
The hotel was stunning, the restaurant was lovely and all of the staff were extremely welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.
Amazing stay. On the pricier side but well worth it. Comfy bed, comfy room, delicious restaurant, and prime location. The rooftop bar with the hot tub was a nice touch.
This was a great choice from start to finish. Service great, location awesome, and aircon super 💯
Location is great just 5-10 mins walk to Picadilly subway and to SoHo, surrounded by shops. Their rooms are so cute and they don’t miss cleaning daily. Our cleaning lady on 2nd floor was super nice. The staff are all welcoming and they always say hi. Only thing negative I would say, but not the hotel’s fault, we could hear loud club music from our room on Saturday night. I think there is a bar next door that plays loud music. Something earplugs could fix but we just didn’t have any available. Overall, beautiful boutique hotel, a little on the pricy side but worth it and would recommend.
Great boutique hotel with a beautiful roof top bar.
Great place in a great location! We will be back!
Great place.
Everything was great! We will be back.
A unique hotel. Great location with a fab roof bar. Super friendly staff. Loved the music industry information around the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Eclectic art, great location, value price but front desk lacked personality.
such a cool spot and it smelled amazing
Firstly, the staff are lovely and the service both at check-in/out and the bar was great. I arrived early and was told my room wouldn't be ready until 3pm due to cleaning, which is totally fine. I was offered space to store my bags, but I didn't need to. I sat in the bar and had a drink, service great offering great. My room was ready around 3pm and sadly there was still hair in my bathroom and a rag covered in bleach in the shower. Not the end of the world, but disappointing. My major issue (due to being in town for work) was the poor wifi, which really isn't great in 2024... that said it was an adequate stay and I'd look at returning if I needed to in the future.
Expected more
Expected more. Great potential but lacked the x factor unfortunately
Great
A far from great experience, travelling with my daughter I was shocked upon entering the property which was dark to the point you could barely see, the chap on the tiny reception looked completely disinterested. The room was tiny and sheets and cushions covered in hair. The sink was situated in the shower and the items in mini bar out of date. The roof top bar was a major disappointment as we headed up there to find no staff so left. The lift had a dreadful smell and we couldn’t wait to check out
Mark was such a superstar, he made our stay a remarkable experience!
Easy to get around SoHo
Great roof terrace
Amazing hotel with amazing staff, really funky decor and great roof Terr
Amazing hotel
An amazing hotel in the central London with an excellent roof terrace which is great fun specially later Knight any time of the week.
A little disappointed
We were really looking forward to the stay in this hotel and spent a lot of money as a treat as not normally something we could afford. We were disappointed that we had to wait for check in, it didn’t make the visit seem special - other customers were also asked to come back ). There was also no mention of a £150 pre authorised amount being taken from the card in advance in any correspondence I have seen (that then took a week to be returned by the bank). We watched the football in the cinema room with a bar but were asked to go upstairs to order drinks (they were then served to us but they seemed strange) The bed was really comfy though and it’s great to be so close to Soho for a few drinks.
Great location! Small room but awesome breakfast and great vibe and rooftop bar
Very nice Hotel in a great location.
Great place!
Great location
Unique decor throughout. Great service Clean Good location. Restaurant has great food but no salads
Awesome hotel, very cool in every aspect.
Good stay.
Hotel was in an amazing location, clean, and stylish. Some of the stuff is outdated but I personally loved the feel. Within walking distance of many areas of interest. We had a blast as a couple. Would definitely recommend or stay there again.
Loved this hotel, totally different to your usual hotel experience. One request from me would be for the roof top bar to stock Sailor Jerrys.
Läget fantastisk. Lite slitet boutique-hotell med musik-tema. Ok frukost men inte mer. Mycket sköna sängar dock.
Really cool adult vibe, room was much bigger than photos look. Amazing location for Old Compton street, theatres and China town all within 5/10 min walk and Piccadilly Circus underground a few mins away. Allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours when we checked out so we could carry on exploring. Staff really helpful!
Great hotel with a great vibe
Stayed for my fiancé birthday stayed previously but not for a few years. Great vibe in the hotel and service very good. We will definitely visit again.
Great hotel
A great atmosphere from a boutique hotel, nice rooftop bar and excellent restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful and only 5 mins walk to Piccadilly Circus/Underground for visiting London.
Cool, quirky, fun and friendly boutique hotel.
Great hotel, location, lounge. Lighting in bathrooms need to be brighter.
A shame it was ‘just okay’.
Staying at the Sanctum this time was ‘okay’, which is a shame as the premis of the hotel is quirky, ‘rock star’ and luxury - and we felt that when we stayed before. When staying for 2 nights this time, to get back to our room on day 2 after the 3pm check-in (after having been out since before 9am), to find your room still unmade - was not acceptable. A minimal apology of ‘we’ve been busy’ didn’t hit the mark either. We won’t be staying a third time I’m afraid.
The hotel was excellent right from checking in to checking out. The room was stayed in was spacious with quirky decor and a real glam feel. Throughout the hotel it smelt lovely with a wonderful fragrance. We stayed and ate at the restaurant which was also lovely, great range of food and reasonably priced. Overall the trip was a real success and we would definitely stay here again.
Soho london treasure.
We had a wonderful stay. Our bartender at the restaurant was amazing. The food was fabulous, even the continental breakfast was super yummy. We had a little problem checking in, check in time was 3 pm and we were early but 3pm means 3pm. Overall lovely boutique hotel super close to shopping and pubs.
The property is great, the room was so small that the sink was in the shower cubicle!
GREAT location. Room/washroom were quite small.
Wonderful hotel with friendly staff! The mattress was extremely comfortable and the breakfast/coffee was delicious. Amazing location and walkable to Covent Garden and Buckingham palace. Highly recommend!
Great location, excellent staff
The staff was friendly and the property quiet. Close to lots of restaurants!
Great little hidden treasure in the heart of Soho
Great little hidden treasure in the heart of the Soho/West End. My second time at this trendy hotel, and already thinking about my next visit.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. This location is very central and walking distance to a lot of shops. I highly recommend!!!!!
not my first stay. not my last. love the people, the location, and the friendliness. the centre of the universe. not enough time spent up on the roof bar sadly, was there for 2 blur shows at wembley...london just keeps getting more and more fun. i had a back view, not great, but def quieter. bed was easy to sleep. bath controls were a bit knackered, and the hot water burnt! but i can't wait to stay there again! thank you so much for having me again! dh
Great location, vibe, near awesome shopping, tube and walkable perry much everything London. The staff is 1st class. Always willing and able to help. Very engaging. The hotel reminded us of a boutique version of Hard Rock without the noise. We used the breakfast option and were very pleased with the convenience, quality of the fresh food options and a solid wait staff.
No upgrade
Super staff, super Soho
Super quick and smooth check in. Uber friendly staff and the most delightful receptionist when you call for help. Adore this place. Have stayed twice before and will stay again.
Great hotel
This is a brilliant independent hotel, based in a quiet street between Soho and Regent Street. It portrays itself as appealing to music-leaning guests and doesn’t disappoint with an array of amazing rock photos throughout. The location is perfect for a stroll to Heddon Street - site of one of the most iconic album covers of all time. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are perfect. Breakfast and the wider food served is great and the rooftop terrace, complete with hot-tub, is well worth a visit.
Unique Hotel. Great location walking distance to many attractions including in the theater district, Piccadilly circus from Buckingham Palace. Great staff very helpful and good breakfast.
Very convenient to walk to all the great parks, palace and historical sites. Also walking distance to Paladium where we saw Bonnie Raitt. Awesome.
Great location
Lovely hotel good location
Small boutique hotel in an excellent location. Extremely close to Piccadilly- Trafalgar Square- Buckingham Palace. Lots of shopping and restaurants. On a quiet street. Hotel was very nice- rooms/beds are comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Excellent stay.
Staff was super friendly. Room and service were great. Area was amazing. Though the bar next door is really loud into the night. I don’t recommend it to someone who sleeps early
Helpful staff. Nice room, although it was a bit warm. We couldn’t get the thermostat down below17 & the room got warm. Finally turned the heat off entirely. GREAT location. Very walkable to many areas as well as the tube.
Great Rock&Roll vibe and very helpful staff!
Funky and great boutique hotel
I stayed here one night on business. The hotel is in a great location - right in Soho and one street back from Regent Street. Yet it was still nice and quiet in the room when I was sleeping, so the best of both worlds. The hotel itself had a great vibe - lots of artwork on the walls and the room was well appointed. The staff were very helpful and overall I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend.

Bad experience, unprofessional manager
Horrible check in, one of the managers is unprofessional. Added extra charges on card that we didn't make. Watch your credit card cause they are dishonest. Great location, but so many better hotels by service and kindness.
