The train station is 1km away so be prepared to walk this distance every day but there’s a bus stop right in the corner. The room is tiny, the 2 shared showers are on the second floor but I was assigned to the third floor. The stairs are narrow and the steps are small and tall which could be difficult for a person with bad knees. Towels are available for a cost. Each floor has shared restrooms. Overall it was decent, I’ve stayed in worst places that charge more than this place so I would recommend it only if you don’t mind to exchange commodity for economy.

The owners are very nice, the hotel is very clean and well priced considering the cleanliness, the safety, the toilets and the reception provided. I really appreciate that the owners left the keys outside for me for my late check-in. If you are coming here for a few days I definitely recommend this hotel

It was alright but the only mirror was the one above the sinks in the communal hallway there is also no lift and a tight narrow winding staircase so if you have heavy suitcases it is not the best idea

We arrived at 9am hoping to drop off our luggage since we arrived way before check in time. There was no one at the lobby and the doors were locked. The hotel listing didn’t state that staff are only present at limited hours. We finally able to see someone after waited for an hour. The luggage storage area is just the hotel lobby which is accessible by all the guest. We felt insecure as there wasn’t even any staff at the front desk to keep an eye on our luggage. The hotel should state clearly on the listing that it is shared bathroom. I have looked into other properties as well and other hotels would state that clearly. We felt like we got misled.

Wir hatten ein wirklich schönes Zimmer. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sauber. Es gibt einige Restaurants und Supermärkte. Für 2 Personen mit Gepäck ist es aber wirklich sehr sehr klein. Vielleicht sollte der Kühlschrank raus damit man die Möglichkeit hat sein Gepäck besser hinzustellen

Private room with fridge, TV and self controlled heat/air conditioning. Showers are 24hrs but there is also a private bath until midnight– great for soar muscles at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Station is about a 10-15 minute walk with more dining options around that area but around the hostel itself there are conbinis and a grocery store closeby. Microwaves are available but only until midnight, no kitchen space to do any actual cooking. Overall very good, I was on the last week of my trip so I really appreciated the private room

The front desk was friendly enough. There was a quaint sitting room lobby on the first floor. It was easy to get to and check in was painless. Our room had black mold on the ceiling and the room was the size for 1 bed, but there were 3 beds in it. The fridge was not colder than outside the fridge. There were towels only for rent. No tea, coffee, or cups. Slippers are worn on arrival, but there was no room in the cubbies for our shoes. Showers were fine. Other guests were fine. Communal hot water for tea was available. Temperature was pleasant. Sheets on beds were clean.

This is a great place for maybe a two day stay or if your on a budget, but if you want to stay for a long time i would say it’s a difficult pick due to some of the locals being sketchy and the room being small can be a bit to mantain, the store clerk and everyone else was lovely but i would say you get what you pay for

You get what you pay for, the whole floor smelled like urine for 2 days and the ac was covered in mold. It made us sick :(

Staffs were accommodating. Property itself was clean. The only thing we don’t like was we need to pay for big towels (bath towel) which they call it. For the one that was provided inside the room was just like a wash cloth.

Pretty good place to stay while visiting in Tokyo

Nice, quiet, safe (a police station is a couple of corners away), and conveniently located place (close to the Sky Tree, which is visible as you go to the property). It's a bit of a walk to the JR train and subway stations though. Not on a main road, but it's not hard to find if you have a map. Several groceries and convenience stores close by. Rooms are in the 2nd and 3rd floors, but they don't have an elevator and the stairs are steep and a bit narrow. I would not recommend having bulky or heavy bags. Very clean and quiet inside. Staff were not always available and kept to themselves.

Budget hostel is best for short stays

This is a good cheap place for a night or too. Do NOT use it for long term stays, the money saved won't be worth it. Not if you're a group of 3-4 because the rooms are really tight and the beds are...firm. Very firm. It was clean though.

We enjoyed this place, very quiet and self check in is easy..We arrived late and staff were all gone but they manage to provide instructions on how to check in.

Small, quiet and clean.

The hotel was nice style, clean and a central area. The rooms are very small, especially if you have luggage with you- I would recommend booking a double room by yourself as having 2 people is too small. There are only 2 showers available. I would stay here again but bring extra comfort as sleeping on a thin mattress on concrete floor is hard. Believe the title "small stay"!!!!!!! Overall, nice place.

The hotel is a simple hotel, really clean.. transport 10min away.. u share the washroom ..the people in the hotel dont really talk to you..But i will return if i have the chance! They always have hot water available and a microwave!

スタッフは親切。場所もコンビニやスーパーが近く便利だが、南千住駅の朝晩のラッシュだけが問題点。 あと浴槽付のバスルームが少なく、早い者勝ちになる。

また東京来る時リピします。

You get what you paid for! The stuff and the room were nice and I couldn’t ask for more. But the other guests were a bloody nightmare! I broke my foot and the ambulance team had to help me to get to the 3 floor and pick up my stuff. The person in the room next to me started yelling at them for no reason and made me feel really uncomfortable

매번 신발장 번호를 기억해야하는거나 엘리베이터가 없다거나 계단이 나선형이라 불편하다는것 카운터 운영시간이 너무 제한적이라는것 샤워실이 2층에만 있다는것 등등 여러 단점들이 있었지만 자전거 대여가 모든걸 상쇄시켜줍니다

후기

숙소 자체는 잠만 자기에는 가격 대비 괜찮았습니다. 샤워실은 2층에 공용으로 있고, 개인샤워부스같은 느낌이라 좋았습니다. 수건은 카운터에 요청하면 하루에 한 번 인원 대비로 줍니다.(2명이서 3인방으로 예약했었는데 2개 받았습니다.) 그래서 자주 씻으신다면 따로 수건을 챙기시거나 주변 편의점에서 하나 구매하시는 게 좋습니다. 세탁실이나 건조 시설은 없어서 아쉬웠지만 와이파이는 빵빵하게 잘 나오고 숙소 주변에 마트나 편의점, 대중교통 등이 잘 구비되의 있어 도쿄 주변으로 관광할 계획이면 괜찮은 선택이라 생각합니다. 다음에 또 놀러간다면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

浅草が近くで便利

The floor was kept clean and the carpet was vacuumed ever day, but there where some areas in the corners and on top of the counters which had dust on them, the dust fillers in the bathroom were not cleaned and covered, the walls in my room had stains by the bed and somehow my room was always dusty after one day. Maybe the air con wasn't cleand properly

狭いのでエアコンのききはよかった。

Stuff is very nice and helpful but I need to speak with Japanese. Reasonable price, clean room, toilet and bathrooms And also many different countries people living there, and share about their stories, it is interesting!

ベッドだけの部屋

バス、トイレが共用です。読書コーナーがあるなど、ちょっとオシャレ感もありまが、部屋の中には水がなく、コップもありません。部屋は割合、きれいでした。若い女性ガラガラ泊まっていたのは、少し驚きました。

良い二つ星

格安旅館やホステルの多い地区で、南千住から徒歩12分だがコースはわかり良い。チェックイン時間が16時から20時と些か不自由。チェックイン後は入口キー借りれるので出入り自由。バスタオル、浴衣には借用料。カミソリ歯ブラシは販売。まあエコか！？居室は非常に狭いが冷蔵庫とWi-Fi無料。シャワーは24時間だが少ないので先手必勝。なお浴槽は１箇所だけで17時から。トイレもレストアしてるが少ない。各階に電子レンジ湯沸かしポット有り。使い捨てスリッパ持参を推奨。親切で清潔ではある。
