Good hotel for business traveler

Last time I came to Huizhou, i stayed in Renaissance hotel. The price is about the same, actually Renaissance is better. But a good thing about Kande is that you can browse google using the wifi here. maybe there is automatic VPN or something. It is very convenient for business traveler.

nice view, nice swimming pool. yet from the web-site, there is indoor swimming pool. Security can be improved.

Great hotel - right next to lake and great zone for food and drink. would stay again.

Pros: Super friendly staff. Great location to visit Westlake. Very nice room and comfortable bed. Had a delicious meal at the italian restaurant at the hotel. Satisfying chinese/western breakfast buffet. Cons: Pool was too cold and hot tub was empty. Friday 4 pm Italian dinner: Three of our choice menu items were unavailable. I got soup, then dessert, then main course, then cocktail (slow friendly service). Saturday 7 pm dinner during busy Qing Ming chinese holiday: hostess told us no tables were availabe when we could plainly see many vacant tables. We thought perhaps the buffett menu is not favored by westerners and kitchen was too busy to cook regular menu items. Hostess is probably used to westerners being dissatisfied at the buffett. We did get a table. Buffett was OK. We should have grab a very affordable cab to eat elsewhere. Verdict: I would stay here again, but eat dinners elsewhere.

Excellent hotel option

A good option for business stays. Pleasantly located on the lake, the executive rooms were in excellent condition. Staff were friendly, the pool is really nice, and the massage centre is an excellent standard. Would be happy to stay here on future visits.

Worth cost

Simple check in. Breakfast best selection of trip. Both American and Chinese selection good. Suggest the invest in a better coffee machine. Broke down twice that morning. The bar for a simple night cap not well advertised and maybe reason not utilized. Located on top floor and view of Lake and a restaurant excellent. Easy WiFi connection as other hotel info NOT in English so time consuming. Rooms great size and very updated. Best room of the 6 hotels I stayed at. Worth the extra cost to stay. Larry

It was Great and i Really loved and enjoy my stay in Kande. No Comments, I had a wonderful stay and so happy to be there in all my visit to Huizhou.The Staffs are too good and cool.Rooms are very comfortable and nice view of Lake in one side and the River in Opposite side.

Hot milk from housekeeping!

In 20 yrs of travelling, first time I received a hot pot of milk offer from housekeeping to enable customer good sleep. The service is excellent and beyond my expectation.

World Class Hotel

1998 on my first trip to China this hotel was recommended by the company I visited. It was great to go by bus from Hong Kong airport directly to Kande hotel in the Main Land. I was surprised when I got there about the great reception, then even more when I got to my room. The size of it, cleanliness, the size of the bathroom and how clean it was. You will find anything in the room you need. Ever time I go to Huizhou I go there, the location is great if you like walking along the lake and visit places, the rooms have great views on the lake or river, great place to listen to live music and have a drink. A few weeks ago, while leaving the assistant manager ask me how I like it and was surprised when I said "terrible" I explained to Here that the reason I said that was because they have the best breakfast place and food in the world and I always find it tough to walk away. There is more great stuff there like the pool, help for business and so on. People are very friendly ,helpful and English speaking. As the Global Sourcing manager I had the opportunity to see many hotels.

住宿環境整潔清幽安靜，公交車基本在西湖及酒店附近都有站，交通四通八達，浴室用品是我用開的意大利品牌加分。房間有酒店附贈的小禮物很窩心（應該是惠州特產） 高層景色各有特色，湖景古色古香，安靚恬逸，江景一帶五光十色，眺望江北一帶繁華景象。 但自助早餐沒有太多選擇；房卡也只有一張，如果兩人一房其中一人出去會比較麻煩，因為要用房卡使用電梯，房間沒房卡就斷電；環境雖清幽，如果喜歡行街及吃喝就要走10分鐘內去步行街附近。

景觀非常好，可以看到西湖。

前台热情礼貌，酒店管家贴心提醒，房间布置温馨，酒店地理位置绝佳。很好的入住体验。

部屋が若干湿気を感じました。

送兩個Hello Kitty公仔，媽媽非常喜愛。在最口渴時，服務員送上兩個水果到房間。 早餐亦非常豐富。

惠州的國際程度比較搞

酒店位置優越, 鄰近西湖, 房內可湖景, 酒店有近步行街, 住這裡可真吃渴玩樂有齊, 跨境巴士又直達這酒店, 極之方便. 下次再來惠州, 會再訂這酒店.

一次不錯的惠州遊玩之旅

坐落惠州西湖旁，在房中已可盡覽西湖美景。早餐選擇較多，質量還好。顧客服務比較細緻，晚上看完演唱會回房時看到放了牛奶，寫了心意卡，挺暖心的感覺，但我們三人給兩盒奶這點可再改進。 酒店距離步行街和美食街挺近，食喝買也方便。

直通車直達酒店，位置優越，鄰近西湖亦可徒步到步行街購物，房間整潔舒適，但自助早餐普通有機會還會入住！

景色がすばらしい、香港空港からの直行バスがありアクセスがよい。

今回で2回目の利用。 設備、サービスが非常によく中国であることを忘れてしまう。 ホテルからみる眺望もとても素晴らしくまた泊まりたいと思います。 香港空港～の直通バスもあり本数もたくさん出ている為、空港～ホテルへのアクセスに不安があるかたはおすすめです。

西湖湖岸の綺麗なホテル

部屋は非常に広く、清潔で快適な時間を過ごせた。朝食は種類も豊富で美味しかった。 西湖の湖岸で景色も良く、近くに商店街があるなど。立地に恵まれている。

應是該區最佳酒店

我們入住只一天，雖是陳舊了點，总体是滿意，尤其是位置，旺中帶靜，面臨西湖，很是賞心。 從沙田上車，大巴可在酒店门口接送，非常方便，一讚。

근처에서 그냥저냥 좋은 호텔

르네 캉디, 캠핀 3대 호텔은 어느곳에서 자든 동일합니다. 다 좋습니다. 호수가 있어서 모두 양호한 뷰와 청결도는 말할 것 없습니다. 단, 캉디가 좋은 점은 걸어서 밥먹을 곳이 다른 호텔보다 많은 것 같습니다.

Location

Convenient location just besides the West lake. No crowded and noisy shopping mall around..perfect place for rest and leisure. Local restaurant around are with reasonable price and tasty.

入住豪華客房,房間寬敞舒適,設備頗完善,喜見有窩心小礼物。 窗外望向惠州西湖,景觀不錯。步行五分鐘左右便到市集,購物與覓食同樣方便。 惟酒店泳池頗細,較失望! 直通巴士到達之酒店,惠州自由行不錯選擇!

Superb

9 dagar som blev 19 dagar totalt på Kande. Fantastisk och hjälpsam personal som flera av talar engelska. Hade utsikt mot floden på 15 våningen som var toppen. Stora bekväma rum som var otroligt välstädade. Läget med West lake och kvarteren runt om är fantastiskt att ströva runt i. Att gå runt i gamla områden är spännande. Bra mat. Huizhou är en vacker stad.

面對西湖，地點優越，附近有很多民營食店，價廉味美；房間還可以，只是電視機的質素頗差，不知道是否慶祝十週年，電影免費，第一晚有熱牛奶奉上，中菜館點心買一送一。整體經驗是好的。

房間寬敞舒適、整潔，酒店服務人員態度不錯，有機會會再入住。

不是五星水準

飯店4樓是情色KTV房，我們住九樓晚上音樂聲很大聲，另外酒店房間的床架很差，翻個身床架就發出嘎嘎聲，就連換了房間也一樣.不是個五星水準的酒店

游惠州西湖必選酒店

我第一次到惠州西湖，酒店望湖景，位置很方便；房間有新鮮水果提供，晚上還送上熱鮮奶，服務很窩心。

恵州のホテルの中でもおススメです。

このホテルは中国に赴任していた頃から、イベント等で使用しておりレストランや足マッサージなどの 設備も充実しております。また部屋も清掃が行き届いております。フロントのスタッフは基本的に英語を使えますが、私のようなカタコトの中国語で話すゲストにも、付き合ってくれるところが好感が持てます。

湖景房間可飽覽西湖風光, 特別是黃昏時份景色非常捧, 交通十分便利。美中不足的是預訂不含早餐。

大部分都很好，唯獨沐浴用品不優。

飯店沐浴用品，感覺非常的低廉。主要是用類似家用補充罐的容量。很難確保沐浴的品質是否良好。很像去大澡堂，大家都共用同一罐沐浴乳跟洗髮精的感覺。不過這樣做倒是挺環保的。

完全不會再考慮

用後感簡評 1。訂購後收到電郵回覆顯示退房時間為18:00，但去到酒店得到回覆是中午12:00，完全打亂我的行程安排 2。房間設計只屬3至4星級，浴室只提供企缸是一大敗筆 3。房間整潔度是滿意的 4。房間空調嚴重不足 5。健身中心服務員態度惡劣，主要器材都壞了 總結:與價格不成正比，同樣價錢應可找到更好質素

It's a price worthy choice in Huizhou

Nice service. Plenty choices in the buffet of breakfast. A good choice if you have a business trip in Huizhou.
