Another good stay with Emily and her team. There are numerous restaurants within a short walk from the property. And there's Robinson's Mall (food, shopping, supermarket) at the Pedro Gil train stop, about 1 km away. There are many jeeps that go there too.
Great staff!
Great staff...service was excellent and room was clean. Location is great too.
Emily and her staff were helpful. LRT stations Quirino and Vito Cruz are 5-10 minute walks. Plenty of fast food options and local restaurants nearby. Supermarket in Green Mall across the street. Robinsons Mall in Ermita is not far either (LRT station Pedro Gil, one stop north of Quirino), and offers much more.
Even though some noise by the passing train till you adjust to it. Best place for money you paid

Water & power unavailability
The fact that essentials like water and electricity are alternately not available is very inconvenient. This is our first time to encounter an accomodation with curtailed water and power curtailment. IT SUCKS!
