Location is perfect. We stayed in Studio on 5th floor with 2 adults and 2 kids (12,9). Plenty of room and exceeded our expectations.
The apartment was in an excellent location and very clean. It was well-equipped with essentials like towels, pillows, a hairdryer etc. However, there was an oddly placed planter in one of the rooms, seemingly used to cover some exposed pipes. The check-in process was smooth but unconventional, as the restaurant host also served as the apartment manager and was only available between 3:00 and 9:00 PM. We considered storing our luggage after checkout, but there was no one to assist since the restaurant didn’t open until 3:00 PM.
3 rd time staying at Kaiser Max! Absolutely love this place! I will be back next year!!!
Amazing property! The room had a wonderful breakfast nook with a view of the Goldenes Dachl. We loved staying here.
Amazing location and helpful staff. There was a heat wave so lack of air conditioning wasn’t great, but my understanding is that this is usually not an issue under normal weather conditions.
Cute apt. Horrible check-in experience
We had a very painful check-in process. This is a small apartment building, not a typical hotel. We arrived on a Sunday and there was no staff, despite arriving during the advertised check-in hours. Hotels.com was no help. Finally we received a text from staff requiring more money in order for him to come check us in, despite having paid in full through Hotels.com. Once we finally got in the apt, the rest of the stay was smooth. The apt is in a great location and is in good condition. It was very warm with no AC, but it’s common not to have AC.
Construction going on. No AC in the property so had to open the windows to bugs and construction. Water from the bathroom spills over to the living room if towels are not kept sufficiently. Extra towels.are $2 Euro each.
Perfect location, a little noisy but didnt affect us as much as we thought. Good space, fell in love with the window view. Only negative was pillows not great, and becareful as water can leak out of bathroom. Everything else great
Very friendly staff. Amazing location and great spacious room
We spent a lot of money to stay here so my expectations were pretty high. Wi-Fi signal was non existent in most of the place, which is tough when you travel internationally and get no cell service. I scanned the network and there were 41 devices on the Wi-Fi, I just don’t think the owner has kept up with the infrastructure needs to serve a whole building. No flexibility on late checkout… usually people will at least offer a few minutes or a solid explanation why we need to be out promptly at 10. Again, traveling internationally this is something to consider as 10am is early. There were little kids slamming around the floor above nearly all hours of the day and night, so it was hard to sleep for the few hours we were there.
Was a pleasant experience. The room location was amazing. Top floor of building next to ancient clock tower looking out on popular square. You enter the Apartment via a restaurant. Great location. Only snag was they charged me with an unexpected cleaning charge of $35 upon check-in. I would stay there again.
This apartment was outstanding. Attached restaurant was a big benefit with helpful staff. Our view from apt. 5 was fabulous! Right in the middle of everything you want or need. Very clean with all amenities and charming.
Great apartments and location!
This is a great place! Located right in the middle of old town and the apartment is awesome - everything you need! Communication wasn’t the best - the apartments are located above a bar and the bar was closed when I arrived so I had to troubleshoot. When I connected - they were super helpful, but it was unexpected and not the best after a long trip to arrive. Room was great but I was at the top and it was pretty warm. The AC unit didn’t have a tube to feed the hot air out the window, so it blew hot air out the back as well and the Gold member perk (bottle of wine) wasn’t in the room. Not a big deal as it is pretty circumstantial, but worth noting. I would definitely stay here again. The location and value and definitely worth it!
I asked them before booking about keeping my luggage before check-in time. And the staff said "yes, they can keep my luggage". But when I arrived the staff tell me to keep my luggage at citylocker instead.
Fantastic holiday and gorgeous apartment!
Amazing apartment in a fantastic central location! The decor was very tasteful, the beds very comfortable and it was well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils. The only down side was the dining area was extremely cold because the windows are old and so to eat in that bay window, which has the most incredible views meant you had to wrap up in a big blanket. The views and location are incredible and so it was a small price to pay. But it could do with something putting around or on the windows next to the table to prevent all the draughts. Absolutely wonderful time there though and would love to come back. Though being charged 50€ was too much for a very small real tree too! Hope to come back one day though as best Christmas I’ve ever had.
Spacious apartment with two beds, very clean and modern in design. In a great location, right in the heart of old Innsbruck. The apartment felt hot and stuffy and we couldn’t figure out how to cook it down, and the linens and towels were really minimal. It was fine for one night.
Price Not Clear - Bathroom Door Transparent
The front desk refused to let us in the apartment, demanding we pay per person. Something not clarified at the booking. Also the bathroom door is basically transparent so it was very uncomfortable for our group to share the space. Despite the central location, I would not recommend this property to anyone.
Great location, however better directions needed as it is not marked well. It is above a restaurant and there is no actual check in counter . The pillows are too big and uncomfortable.
Very nice spacious apartments with a great view and location of the old town. Staff were really friendly
Beautiful, modern apartment, very roomy, extremely central location (was quiet though). Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. Wished I could stay longer than just one night.
Great location, property is beautiful and staff is super friendly !
It was a huge apartment, with comfortable beds. Whilst modern inside some aspects were poorly finished including the pipes coming from the floor of one bedroom. It was large so they didn't get in the way. Plus the shower didn't drain so you had to be careful not to flood the hallway. Location was great and quiet at night.
Great Location
Wonderful room above a restaurant on one of the main streets in Innsbruck. The windows looked right out onto the walkway (we were on the second floor), which we loved. The apartment was spacious and very well decorated...very modern.
Nice apartment. Plenty of room. Great location. The guy at the cafe entrance gives you the keys and that is it. We needed a sheet for the pull out bed and he got it for us, but he made it clear he runs the cafe and there is no one to help with anything related to the apartment.
Apartment was great - a few signs of wear & tear. Very convenient to have 2 bathrooms & a washer & dryer. The master bedroom is amazing. Fantastic location with a wine bar downstairs and close to everything. Loved it!
This was an AWFUL experience. I do not believe they should have rented this room in the condition it was in. There were pipes in the middle of one of the bedrooms and we were left with a metal key whereas other rooms had magnetic locks. Very clearly in the middle of a renovation and not fully furnished. PROS -Place is big and clean -Location in middle of Old town CONS -Bedroom had an empty plant planter in the middle of the floor. Upon closer inspection, it was there to hide two metal hoses stick up out of the floor. -Central location makes hotel loud especially when the only windows are off of the courtyard so everything echos. -Shower was clogged and leaked into the hallway. Their solution was more towels. -Bathroom door is a sliding glass door that only has the middle part of the door screened out. Not private at all. -Windows are not easy to fully open. -Ceiling lights don’t fully turn off. Always a light glow inside all rooms, like stars in the ceiling sky. Very annoying. -They take street garbage bins through the main elevator. Smell is nauseating. They are lucky I didn’t throw up on the elevator. They do this right before check out too. -No air circulation available because of window positioning and no fans.
Amazing apartment, location needs fan or Air con
Stunning apartment and location view of goldenn roof and mountsins, easy check in out in cafe, just needed at least a fan or zircon as it was 35c outside and in
Great experience!
Really nice apartment...well located
Great location in in the middle of old town. Easy check-in/check-out. Staff was extremely friendly.
One of the Best Ever
This Apartment was nothing but outstanding. In the middle of the old town main square surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. I don't usually write reviews and if I do only short and sweet, but this deserved my time. Only one tip, if you are driving you need to use a public car park the one I recommend is BOE Rethausgarage about 3 mins walk away and is 18Euro for 24 hrs.
The view of the mountains was amazing. It was noisy at night & early morning due to the location. But for a view like that, it was worth it.
Best hotel in Innsbruck. It is the most centrally located and has a modern comfortable interior
Nice hotel in great location. Use the safe.
Really great hotel/apartment in the heart of downtown Innsbruck. Excellent coffee shop on ground floor. My one piece of advice is to use the in room safe. We left with one less watch than when we arrived. We know the watch was last seen in the room but when we left, it was no where to be found. We notified the staff but it was never found after the room was cleaned up. I can't say that it was taken, but my daughter did make the mistake of leaving it out. It was a moderately expensive watch from a known designer.
Location excellent, very quite, modern. Massive apartment with all amenities, loved it. Only downs were we were taken to wrong apartment originally and sometimes issue with door lock but these instances were handled well, Overall we loved it and would stay again
Big room, good view of the Golden Roof which we could see from the room and great choice for a vacation.
Great location, super fun space - plenty of room for family of five to relax each day!
the home power was off twice
Great place in the most perfect location in Innsbruck
Fantastic property! Right in the heart of Innsbruck! Quiet and clean! I would recommend for friends to stay there.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this gorgeous and spacious apartment in the most ideally located spot in Innsbruck. It took is ten minutes on the bus to get from the airport and it's a five minute walk (fast) to the train station and right next to everything you could need. The best part about the stay was that the lovely host, Jadi, was always responsive, friendly and helpful with any queries or necessities we had. Thanks guys! Will definitely book again on our next trip to Innsbruck!
Apartment was excellent. Fantastic views. Was let down because the balcony door was broken and so was the wardrobe door. Was also disappointing that only croissants were available for breakfast
Beautiful apartment in good location. Check in was easy and quick
Nice hotel, location and staff. However avoid any room looking over the Main Street on a Saturday night. We were kept up until 3:30 with drunks shouting in the street. Additionally, a number of them were staying in our hotel and the noise travels really badly in the stairwells. It felt like we were being attacked from both sides.
Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a service apartment in Innsbruck. The apartment has a kitchenette and well equipped. However, if you are a light sleeper, please be aware the noise from the street in the morning.
Excellent situated in the centre of town and close to a regular shuttle bus to the ski slopes
Lovely, modernized building. Spacious, well appointed apartment. Perfect location in Old Town. Pleasant, courteous staff. Great communication before and during our stay. Highly recommended
The apartment is beautifully updated and very clean and comfortable with one major downside. No AC. Without AC you are stuck opening your windows just to survive the heat to find that in Innsbruck people stay up through the night. The apartment is located in the busiest part of Innsbruck meaning loud noises all night. The worst two nights of sleep of our European vacation. We love Innsbruck and just wish the Beautiful apartment had AC.
Kieser Max Apartments - Innsbruck
Amazing location, right in the heart of old town Innsbruck. Very modern and very clean and upscale with the ability to cook in your room if so inclined. The staff was great and the cafe they also run below has great food, wine and service. The only trade off for staying so close to the action is the late night noise from the guests eating and drinking in the restaurants along the street. We had ear plugs so we had no issue. We would give it a very high recommendation for anyone wanting to experience old town Innsbruck in great accommodations.
Stuffy, noisy and tobacco smoke prevent sleep
Okay the location is really cool and Innsbruck is an amazing place but don’t waste your valuable vacation time in this place. It’s one of the most expensive places we stayed in our 6 month travel through Europe and was one of the worst for the value. The apartment provided the bare necessities and was missing things like a dish towel or a chair to sit on to watch tv or read a book. Given, it’s not the property owners fault that the noise from the restaurants, fountain and square across the street persists until 3 in the morning, and that the street cleaning and garbage trucks arrive en masse at 6. However, the lack of air conditioning or air circulation in the room forces you to keep windows open or succumb to the heat and so the noise is unavoidable - all night long. Augment this with tobacco smoke from tenants within the other apartments filling your apartment when you open your door and you have one of the worst sleep options in Innsbruck.
