K108 Hotel

This hotel is rated as 4 stars. I think it is more a 3-star with some cracked tiles in the restroom and dirty spots in the carpet. The staff was excellent and polite. 12 minutes from the airport.

Great stay, highly recommended

Hotel is in a great spot, 15 minutes walk to the Souq Waqif and I had an amazing stay. The staff is helpful and kind I only have good words for them ! The rooftop pool is perfect and a stunning view of the skyline and perfect for sunset. The pool area also has an air conditioned area with tables good for remote working as the wifi reaches perfectly.

Hotel a little older in decor. Clean sheets , clean rooms. Great service. Large large bed. Air cond awesome

Area very bad

The manager of the hotel was outstanding and very very helpfull. The staff are very friendly. Kind and go out the way to help. The location is good and very close to all the places to see. Within 12 minutes walking distance to the metro service which covers most areas you need to go. The food is of great quality and very reasonably priced infact its the first hotel i have been in where i have not fealt the food is over priced. Great place to stay in Doha. Dont miss this one.

the hotel is nice, clean, cleaned every day, the refrigerator and necessities in the bathroom are replenished, the pool and the gym are great, the staff are very helpful, they helped to find the lost luggage at the airport, called a taxi, etc. the price-performance ratio is excellent

The room and hotel are clean and exceeded my expectations. The front staff were very friendly and my 2 week stay was very enjoyable. The area has many ethnic restaurants and is 8-10 min walking distance from the metro. I'd stay again

I stayed for 2 nights and liked it

This hotel has amazing staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily but the decor /flooring looked as tho they could do with some updating. Pool area was excellent Area round hotel feels local but safe and is well situated for walking to all main sights - paths are good as is signage if you want to get steps in.Taxis are plentiful and cheap. A really good value option for visiting Doha

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel staff was wonderful specially the manager made me feel like home. Restaurant has nice food and the pool has nice view. Recommended The mosque next door calls for prayers at specific times but that's normal in the region

Its a dirty pleace

Good hotel in Doha for the money, not far from the airport. My room was very spacious and quiet. Nice view from the breakfast place on the top floor. The staff was excellent, very attentive and professional service, thank you. There is an ongoing road construction in front of the hotel, but this is not rare in Doha and will not last forever.

Lovely spacious room with excellent facilities. Nice buffet breakfast each morning with fruit, hot food and pastries. Staff were very friendly and attentive and helped us to book a desert safari tour (which was fantastic!). We walked to the local metro station but the hotel also provided a free shuttle to the metro if needed, which was a bonus. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Football Trip to Watch the FIFA Club World Cup

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and comfortable with probably the biggest bed I have ever slept in. The shower was powerful and the best I have experienced for years. Very good value for money, especially compared to places like the UK. The only downside was the distance from the nearest Metro station, which is about 1km.

Nothing unique about this property, the area had heavy construction very hard to navigate to reach to the property and the rules are very disappointing of the hotel specially if you have a guest and you don’t have a proof certificate of marriage I had my girlfriend with me and I booked a room for two and they were requesting a marriage certificate to allow her to come to stay with me when I informed them I don’t have, but I booked the room fo 2, they informed me that I will loos my money if I cancel, and then I had to pay an additional fee for an extra room that I did not use in order for her to stay with me this was Extremely unacceptable and disappointing for me in the future I will never stay with this hotel even if the room was for free.

A hotel with a big room with lots of light. They serve a pepsi and sprite free of charge. It is ok to stay for several nights. The atmosphere is not great though.

Unfortunately I had really noisy neighbours which is not the hotels fault. But overall good service and good value.

Loved it!

The hotel was great! Decor was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free WiFi in the lobby and room was very helpful, as we were traveling internationally and could not use cell phone data or make calls.

The property is very unique like being in Morocco. Very good stuff very central location, hard to get to, bit I really enjoyed my stay there

A quick stop

The hotel is situated in the busy street corner - a walkable distance to the Souq. The drive up to the hotel was fine - the check in was fine. We were asked to provide a marriage certificate as it is required by the law. The Hotel website apparently states this but as we booked through Expedia we did not see this. Luckily we had an electronic copy to forward them. We've never had any trouble checking in the past so it was a little unusual. The room was clean, light and spacious. Bathroom was good and spacious too. The bed was a little hard and the pillows were a bit high but it was generally okay. We dined at the restaurant for breakfast - a small array of bread and eggs. Sufficient for quick breakfast nothing to write home about. When we returned to the room, hoping to shower before heading out, the vent in the bathroom 'rained' completely soaking the towels and the area beneath the vent. Tried to call for maintenance, housekeeping or frontdesk but one of the buttons on the room phone connected. We decided to leave earlier than planned. The manager was approachable and diplomatic.

Very good

The hotel is nice and comfortable, the lobby is small but enchanting, rooms are spacious, tidy and neat, and cozy but the best part of staying in K108 it's the staff, very friendly and attentive. And the restaurant Yum-Yum it's a plus, food it's delicious.

Call to prayer

Overall a good budget hotel. The surroundings, especially the mosque, can cause interruptions to sleep.

Nice charm and elegance.

The hotel staff were fantastic. The place had an old world class charm. My bed was so comfortable i did not want to leave. The restaurant on the 10th floor served great food and very generous portions. I wish I could of extended my stay longer to use the rooftop deck pool.

Hidden Gem of a Hotel!!

Amazing stay! Really good hotel. Staff is super friendly at all times and everyone is eager to help you out with any issues. Breakfast is the usual far and nothing great. Rooms are great with all the amenities you could ask for. Valet parking for your car is also a plus point!!

Nice convenient boutique hotel

Stayed one night at the hotel, very convenient from the airport, and room was big, clean and airy. K108 staff were very friendly and efficient, even calling me by my Name the whole stay. I would stay there again!

great stay! Extremely friendly staff. Nice decor. quick access to city center. A bit loud if staying in the rooms facing the main street. Ask for the quieter rooms and i am sure the staff will accommodate.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff were very help full and quick to respond. I felt safe even though area around the hotel was a bit rough looking. I guess there is not much that can be done about that. It did limit me to my hotel early though.

Excellent Hotel, good facilities

Great value for the price

The General Manager and his staff at this hotel are fantastic. They are extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. Even peripheral staff such as the dining room folks, fitness instructor were terrific. I enjoyed my visit and will definetly stay here again.

Decent business hotel close to city center

Decent stay with good proximity to city center. However, having hot water regularly was an issue.

Boutique like hotel with excellent breakfast

A very good 4-star hotel tucked away into a busy area of Doha city. The hotel interiors are very well maintained and give it a nice boutique look. The room had all the basic amenities included except hair conditioner. Staff was very courteous and always willing to help. The breakfast concept was excellent giving customers the choice to choose from a select menu of items instead of the standard buffet breakfast.

Very nice experience

This was a business trip. The staff are very kind and helpful, you can feel genuine hospitality. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, a balanced mix of traditional and modern style. The restaurant has great views of the city and the menu has a good choice of dishes! Delicious food! Relaxing and quiet atmosphere throughout the hotel. Overall very good value for the money!

Nice hotel in rundown area

Can't really fault the hotel itself. Good rooms, nice pool and sun lounge on top floor, friendly and efficient staff. But it's let down by the locality unfortunately. The city council badly needs to upgrade and rejuvenate the neighbourhood. Having said that, seemed safe enough outside at night.

My fourth stay at K108

Close to Souk Waqif and the superb Musheireb regeneration project with its 4 new museums. The Museum of Islamic Art is visible from the hotel. The hotel foyer is a pleasant refuge from the immediate external environment. The restaurant is excellent.

Excellent hotel, great location of you are on a business trip.

Hotel shuttle picked us up on time - driver was very friendly and polite. Hotel staff were efficient and accommodating. We literally just used this as a place to sleep on a 10 hour layover from Cape Town and it was perfect.

Very rare in Qatar

Stuff is always very friendly, room service and customer service is perfect. Hotel's location is very good , you just need to ignore neighbourhood which's not in hotel's end eventually.

Great location with wonderful pool

The hotel was walking distance to the souk and the art museum. The food at the restaurant was very good and the roof top pool was amazing.

Lovely hotel, convenient for the airport

Convenient for the airport but it took 40 min by taxi for St Regis Doha where I had to commute during the week. Exciting city but very congested. I didn't feel comfortable walking around by myself. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I would stay again :-)

Great experience, all around!

I stayed at Q108 Hotel for four days. All the staff were kind, extremely helpful, and demonstrated great hospitality. Good food at Yum Yum restaurant. Rooms were clean and spacious. Enjoyable experience!

It's a good hotel with excellent staff. But the facilities aren't upto the mark as there is no buffet breakfast, which is a must for business men.

Great new hotel close to airport

Very new Hotel with an 4 star Service. Close to Airport, Museums and Old Town within Walking distanc Young, enthusiae..if you walk well:)) I think 30 minutes is a fair guess. Most impressive: Young, enthusiastic and super friendly and helpful team at reception..not the 5 star Training academy welcome, but natural warmth and friendliness..loved this Team.

Nice hotel not such a good neighbourhood

The surroundings of the hotel are not that pleasant. The airport in very close so to get to the hotel take a taxi will charge you only 15 in Qatar currency instead of 50 which is what the hotel will charge you if you call for pick up. The rest is very good. Great rooms, and very clean. The overall picture for me was good.

Good hotel/staff, bad neighborhood, noisy and far

The Hotel per se' is very clean and good and the people, who work ther are extremely professional, kind, helpful, and nice. But with this price, you can find a better deal in Doha. The neighborhood is really badm dirty and low class. Hotel is far from every where. Because of the near by Mosqe, it is very noisy at very very early morning and Fridays for prayers.

Very enjoyable, bit puzzled about how to work the safe in the room, and disappointed that there was no buffet breakfast, but very good food in the nearby streets. Good location for the Souk and Islamic Museum. Would have liked to have got on a bus but you had to have a stored value ticket, we were told

Good stay in all

Nothing negative really. Staff tried their best to accommodate our early check in (7am, finally to room around 9am). Suite room is spacious and clean though the furniture is somewhat uncomfortable, though not the bed! Some (westerners) may find it too noisy if they are visiting for the first time due to the Mosque directly outside the entrance. Exiting/entrancing the hotel is tricky during prayers (on Friday) as people fill the street while praying.

Good stay in Doha

The only negative was the airport pickup didn't arrive. But the airport enquires phoned the hotel and we were picked up within 15 minutes with no charge.

Great Hotel

When one walks into the reception area, you immediately feel the warmth and comfort. The space is quiet, colourful, and inviting. As the hotel does not have a business center, the staff helped us contact a tour company so we could arrange a drive into the desert, which we appreciated very much. Our room was very comfortable, and all the water, etc. was complimentary, which is really unusual. The restaurant food was excellent, the staff attentive. The Souq Waqif is only a few blocks away, as is the Museum of Islamic Art and the Corniche. We think the blank white panel sliding doors are a little disconcerting - especially at night. You don't recognize it immediately as a doorway.

Business / budget hotel

The hotel looks amazing and for the price you pay you get much more - the only down side is that the rooms are too noisy! Had to change my room 2 times and still was noisy

A somewhat strange hotel

The hotel is centrally located in Doha within walking distance to the Corniche, although the neighbourhood is not the cleanliest and modern. The condition and maintenance of the hotel is good and comfortable, although our room misses a chair/desk to use your laptop. Our room was spacious and clean. WiFi is free, but is sometimes slow. The reception staff was a bit overwhelmed with requests to reserve tables at other restaurants and movie tickets. Hotel restaurant is a designer luxury restaurant with small portions and higher prices, but with good food and a great view. Breakfast is not included in room rate. The breakfast you can get in the hotel restaurant is quite expensive for what you get and you need to order (and pay for) every item separately. A cheaper and better option is a coffee shop down the road.

Best option for the price

Very helpful staff, great condition of Hotel as its brand new. Close to the airport and the Souk, also the library and museum. If you want to be near the financial hub then this is quite far out. Hotel has a brilliant restaurant and lovely burgers! Gym is not yet complete- only downside. For muslims there is a mosque on your doorstep. There is also a little park outside if you want a stroll but it does get full with the migrant workforce of India/ Sri Lanka/ Pakistan etc on an evening, its pleasant enough but maybe intimidating for women. For me this hotel was ideal, will be staying here again, suit was well priced. However a normal room looked good too.

Super Hotel in guter Lager

Hotel ist in einer sehr guter Lage wo man zu Fuss ein paar Orten erreichen kann. Oder auch mit Taxi überall gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr sauber aber ein paar Sachen müssten mal renoviert / saniert werden aber ist nur ein kleiner Detail. Ich bekam einen sehr schönen Zimmer mit Aussicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle das Hotel für jeden.

Hotellissa erinomainen henkilökunta. Avulias ja ystävällinen. Ravintolassa hyvätasoinen ruoka sekä palvelu. Uima-allas ja kuntosali plussaa. Huoneet kaipaisivat päivittämistä. Tuntui kuin olisi palannut 70-luvulle kokolattiamattojen kanssa. Vastapäisen moskeijan rukouskutsu aamulla klo 4.10 herätti.
