Stayed for 10 hours transiting thru Doha from Toronto to NEOM. It was simple and uneventful, but liked the place, spaciousness and facilities.

It’s really amazing hotel nice experience full service and helpful staff

I had a great stay in early September 2024. The hotel is clean, the staff are fantastic and can't do enough for you. The rooms have everything you need as well as being spacious. The gym facilities are good, with thr equipment being very new. I particularly liked the Technogym treadmills which I could connect my Apple Watch to directly to sync data seamlessly. The breakfast buffet had everything you could ever want. Eggs cooked to your preference, fruit juices, coffees, breads, oats, yoghurts, cakes... Literally everything. Hotel is also connected directly to the shopping mall which is great for lunch and evening meal options. I will be returning for sure later this year.

What an amazing time we had in doha, hotel cleaning was immaculate staff esp zakariya at the reception was amazing. Every staff we encountered was amazing im sorry we couldnt get all the names. From the cleaners to the front desk , reception and security guards!!!

I just returned to the UK after staying at this hotel and what a lovely place to stay. Where do i start… customer service for me is an absolute. The staff at this location were amazing….each and everyone of them…always smiling and willing to help. Some staff to mention include the tall security man as you walk in (sorry i didnt get his name but he was on duty on Sun night), to Emna the lady working at the coffee shop located on the ground floor. I travelled to Doha with my sister and my 8 year old. He is extremely fussy when it comes to found and Emna helped him choose the food and even brought out samples for him to try beforehand…i mean who does that!!! Fabulous service. Then there was Zakariya…always smiling and approachable .I cant thank him enough he helped me plan my visit to Doha and suggested great places to visit with my 8 year old. He suggested loads that i am already looking to revisit next month and complete the itenarary. I didnt have enough days. The staff at the pool were great and i had a facial by Grace and she was also amazing. The facilities were very clean. Only thing i would suggest a change would be the smell in my room. I have an extremely sensitive nose and i could smell a fairly damp smell on occasion when i entered the room. I did not complain about it as it was bearable but no doubt they would have done something about it. Breakfast was lovely and i even asked if i could order break fast on the go as i was leaving before 6am and they accommodated.

The service from the staff was amazing. This was probably our best hotel stay every - especially compared to other JW Marriot chains we have visited. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast service and selection. Each staff member made us feel welcomed, always greeted us with a smile and provided any support needed at any point. The staff went above and beyond when they heard it was our anniversary and ensured that our stay was the very best. We cannot thank you all enough. A special mention to: Anna Petra... (director) who ensured our service at the spa was second to none. Suja and Arif - thank you for making our room feel like a sanctuary. Habeeb and Oliver - thank you for the romantic setup for our anniversary. Shika and KK - thank you for the best massage treatment ever! Amina, ( male staff member at Pool Deck reception) and Ouamaima - thank you for being so friendly and warm when we needed your support. We're also grateful to the gentleman, possibly named Moche, at the shisha bar, whose attentiveness made our time at the Pool Deck truly enjoyable, especially when hosting guests. We're already looking forward to our next visit, inshaAllah. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.

Fell in love with JW Marriott Marquis Center Doha

It was beyond amazing, staff were first class humain beings, the views from the room leave you speechless and it’s quite nicely located, in the middle of everything.

Great place to stay, one down side breakfast equates to approx £30 Per person not good

The customer service from the front desk staff was EXCELLENT! Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only regret was that I only stayed one night because I had an overnight connection! Would definitely be my choice of accommodation when I return to Doha

Excellent city center location. Hotel has entrance to mall. Lobby and Sridan staff were very friendly. Family dinner in Fuego was excellent and reasonably priced. We enjoyed taking our grandkids to the pool. Room was quiet and comfortable.

Excellent staff both at front desk and housekeeping. Location is wonderful as it is next to Doha mall. Uber drivers are super nice. Lots of things to see for about 3-4 days. Lots of food options

Everything was great once we checked in I was just not happy with Amro Mousa because they sent me a welcome message prior to my arrival and when I responded because we needed a special request they did not respond. Luckily the manager on duty when we checked in was excellent! Great customer service 5 stars across the board!!!

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Had dinner at the Fuego restaurant in the hotel which was very good. Only problem was our room smelled a bit like stale smoke

Staff were incredibly helpful (both at front desk and in the spa, where they were exceptional), room service was fast, room was clean and comfortable. The spa was extraordinary, probably one of the nicest in the city (it has individual changing/sauna/treatment suites for each client, which was delightful). The spa service--facial and a massage--were highly skilled and professional. Will go back.

Amazing staff great communication and helpful. I have deducted 1 star because it was not all inclusive after breakfast we would look for something to eat. Breakfast was always delicious!

We loved every aspect of the hotel; from the very helpful and friendly staff to the highly comfortable and clean hotel. A added bonus, we had amazing scenic city view from every angle. But the hotel and staff were exceptional throughout, which made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Every single member of staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Special mention to Safiya, Iman, rania, yaseen felix and kausar We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. There’s a mall attached to the hotel. There’s few good restaurants there too. Breakfast was really good at the hotel. You won’t regret chops this hotel.

Fabulous Hotel with wonderful staff

This is a wonderful hotel with great facilities and food. However, what makes it great is the staff, particularly Annma Gaitara and her team, see picture below. I will return next time I am in Doha, without any hesitation.

Great location attached to City Centre Doha Mall and close to DECC Metro. The service within the hotel is excellent and the buffet breakfast very good. The pool area is lovely (although seemed to get busy - it appears as though other hotels have use of the pool). My room was large and clean, but very dark and I had to use my phone torch to find things within the cupboards.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the JW Marriot Marquis. Very conveniently located attached to the City Center Mall, where a plethora of shops and restaurants were available. Lobby lovely, check in was speedy,the rooms very comfortable, the view from the 31st floor gorgeous. Bathroom was roomy with a separate shower, toilet and soaking bathtub, very clean, lovely high end toiletries. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Slept like a baby. The best feature of this hotel to me has to be the excellent service we experienced. Truly one of the best and on par with five star hotel standards. While we didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurants they looked fabulous, and room service breakfasts were very good. I was in Doha to visit family, and just had a wonderful stay at The Marriot Marquis. Looking forward to returning soon.

Thank you to the team at JW Doha, the service we received from all the staff we interacted with at reception was excellent. We were upgraded to a very spacious and comfortable room. The breakfast spread like all JW Marriots was exceptional.
