Very good customer service

Always courteous safe clean and well maintained, excellent for transportation

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Service was exceptional. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was great.

Very nice location

Enjoy a comfortable stay with easy access to many attractions! Just a short walk to breathtaking Chinese New Year fireworks and conveniently located next to Pacific Mall.

The JW Marriott was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Expectations exceeded!

After almost 3 weeks traveling in Beijing and Shenzhen. It was wonderful to arrive at a perfectly manage, impeccable, hotel with fast, efficient and friendly service. The hotel is so exemplary that it almost makes me want to postpone my trip back to the United States.! Thank you

Great location, everything you need is walkable and easy access, awesome breakfast though its pricey but worth it, all people are so nice and welcoming specially when we are about to check out, Kodus to Jaycee who go beyond in helping and assisting us specially we have a person with disability..Highly recommended

Lovely family stay

Lovely stay. Staff professional and friendly. Short walk through the connected mall the Admiralty MTR station so you can get around easily using public transportation. The buffet breakfast is worth it.

Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and professional, spotlessley clean and very glamorous. Pool area was nice, but the pool was a little cool first thing. Good location and great views of greenery from the room. On top of a great mall with plenty of dining options nearby.

Front Desk pesimo servicio

Fue muy complicada la atencion recibida por el front desk del hotel. Los chicos encargados solo estan interesados en cobrar y no me pudieron ayudar a solucionar un cargo doble que se aplico a mi tarjeta. Ahora debo llamar a algun call center de JW Marriot para que me puedan emitir un soporte que permita cancelar la transaccion duplicada en mi tarjeta.

The quality of the staff is excellent, particularly the Front Desk staff who went out of their way for me to retrieve my mobile phone which fell out of my jacket pocket in the AirPort Express as I was getting my luggage to get off the train.

Good service, nice staffs, convenient place to stay

Hotel is located in a very businesslike setting. Not conducive to vacation. Very much a meeting hotel. Very different to get anywhere without a taxi which are very expensive. Connected to a high end mall. Would not recommend for vacation travel because if location

Best location on the HK island. Walking distance to lots of areas. Attached to a mall that has a subway station Great lounge and staff and elaborate buffet at the Elite Cafe

Wanted to book the residence but was denied due to “only” 1 week stay. Coming from a IHG two bedroom with kitchen and living room in Osaka the week before. Negative is the lack of air conditioning in the halls and hotel, due to green initiative. Very busy breakfast. Food is really not good. Smelly people. Smelly musky carpeted halls. Rooms are clean, just dated;1990 style. For the high price I really could not recommend it despite excellent location. Cleaning ladies are very fast, polite. Staff generally polite, try hard, and efficient. I would give up the location for a better overall experience next time. I taxi anyways, so perhaps the marriot ocean park would be better.

The staff were very attentive and professional. The room was magnificent and the view of the harbor was spectacular.

Excellent food choices and superb food. Staff is very accommodating. Centrally located with easy access to Disney Hong Kong and Ocean Park. Connected to Pacific Place for shopping. We will stay there again.

Great location - check in and check out process can be improved with more accurate and relevant information provided eg I was given two invoices on check out that showed me being. Bathed two different amounts

Great staff but ok breakfast

Connected to shopping mall. So you can access food court and air-conditioned indoor space without having to get out. This is a huge asset when it's too hot or rainy, which is a quite frequent condition in HK

Live the convenience, and quality of sleep. Very quiet and well buolt rooms and hotel. Facilities like fitness center are a bit sad, in the basement though.

Some parts of building getting old but on the whole well maintained. Staff is well trained & very polite!

Good location. Furniture arrangement don’t like although bed is facing city view. Have to turn the head to watch TV. Air-con also abit warm.

Great place to stay

Yeah this is a hard sell. Everything is a little old. Check in lady was subpar, it was very rushed like we were in a hostel. Shower is ancient. There are far better options for cheaper than this. Had a much more comfortable stay at hyatt centric. We chose this one for 2 nights because we had little time and wanted to be closer but because we are actually not that close to admiralty station on JW marriott it ends up being mostly the same commute to central as from hyatt centric since that one is infront of the station. Not to mention it was nearly half the price. Not happy with this one. Only stay here if your main concern is to spend all day at pacific place.

It is very convenient for transportation. The hotel is link to a big shopping centre which has metro station as well.

Very nice hotel with the wonderful people

They went out of their way to do anything for you. Ask a question and they were right there to answer it or find the answer. Would go back again.

Lively stay.

The room was beautiful and everyone there were extremely helpful wit finding transportation to getting us reservations to a wonderful restaurant that Inhad been unable to book ahead of time. The beds were the most comfortable ever!

Only the trams is a bit noisy. Otherwise everything is good

Amazing all around. Only one tiny thing- probably time for a room refresh to update but food was excellent, area awesome, proximity to MTR, loved pacific place mall, excellent concierge and service. 5 stars. Will return.

It was the perfect hotel for our “memory lane and final visit” to our special city where we lived 15 years.

Location and staff

This property is beautiful and the staff is outstanding. All of the staff spoke English. They were knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Room was beautiful and fruit, water and ice in the room was a welcome treat! The breakfast was wonderful with a great mix of western and local options but expensive. All the restaurants are on the high end and the connected mall has many expensive shops, designer brands and restaurants. We did find a reasonable priced burger place in the mall but other meals were in the top price points.

Hotel is right at Pacific mall. Very CBD location. Staff were very nice and helpful. We had an infant and it was our honeymoon and they provided extra amenities for us. Very nice.

Absolutely amazing stay, breakfast is awesome, the pool is the best, outdoor bar by the pool is amazing, best service, superb facility and the location is great for Central/ Soho but also easy access to Kowloon as well. Overall outstanding stay!!

Stayed for a few days over Christmas. Lovely room, super comfy beds! Breakfast was a feast and lovely to swim in the heated pool too! Staff were very friendly as well.

First nothing then everything

I was initially alarmed by the fact that it took three messages to the hotel via the hotels.com app to get an answer to my question about the amount of F&B credit that we were entitled to as part of the package but those worries were unfounded and the JW Marriott was otherwise very impressive. Service was superb throughout and we felt very well looked after at each stage. The rooms were nicely done, clearly a revamp had left in place the bathroom and some fixtures but the new decor and statement pieces made the room seem nicely contemporary and it was novel to have a bed facing out onto a glorious big window. The bed itself was the most comfortable we had experienced in Hong Kong and despite the T3 we both slept very well. Breakfast and dinner (in Bar Q88) were both of a high quality with imaginative cocktails in the evening and a good selection of high quality food in the morning. Departure was super efficient and the whole experience was a step up from the initial lack of communication.
