Beautiful hotel and good location. Our room was clean and spacious. Check-in staff were quick and efficient, would stay there again
Convenient location. Pleasant ambience. Calm and quiet once inside the property. All major landmarks are nearby
Beware the hot water arrangements
The room was pleasant enough and the grounds nicely kept with a good zised pool. Hot water is only automatic for three hours in the mornning and three hours in the evening. At other times you have to request it is turned on. Also when house keeping clean the rooms they take away the towels which are not replaced until late afternoon. Small inconveniences that can be overcome but not really up to scratch. The food in the restaurant is good and the outdoor bar ins a nice touch.
Worst hotel ...not 4 star by anymeans
Property is good but not well maintained...locattion difficult to find (thanks to google map). poor service....even hot watet is not available...no room heater even in cold winter...managed by some untrained guys....will never stay in any justa hotel
It’s fine it’s far from citi place silent place it good it’s ok
Nice hotel
It's a great property although it needs an upgrade.
Disgusting
Did not have a pleasant time at this place! Have travelled the world and this hotel was horrible! The bathroom had a funky smell in it plus insects flying about in shower room, the floors of room were dirty including the staircase leading to rooms! The most appalling bit was when I went to the reception bathroom to wash my hands the bathroom faucet was dismantled, the hand soap dispenser was filthy!!!! This hotel in my opinion needs to be shut down!!
Comfortable and spacious
Very nice and comfortable stay. Spacious rooms/villas in a large gated campus - beautifully decorated. The hotel made very nice travel arrangements to tour Udaipur and Chittor.
Very nice place to stay, but rooms need updating. Apart from breakfast, the food was not that great, did get ill after buffet on first night. However, Restaurant Manager did show concern.
Well laid out.
Could do with umbrellas around the pool. We had booked a twin share but were upgraded to a bungalow with a king bed and had to have another bed moved to room. The better accommodation compensated for the inconvenience
Spacious and well maintained
Excellent in all respect like cleanliness, services , staff , food etc
Udaipur hotel located within a filthy area.
This hotel is located about 4 kilometers away from the central attraction of lake pichola and the palaces. 4 kilometers in India can take up to 45 mins even by car. It is located in a filthy area. The staff is helpful especially the front desk. Getting transportation back and forth was a chore.
Room was stinking
No water pressure in washrooms, rooms need repair, towels are old, Soddy service and billing.
Not worth spending the money!
We thought we were booking a 4 star hotel with 4 star facilities. A booking on Hotels.com was indicating a premier room with minibar and refrigerator, but there are only villa rooms that have those facilities. We don't know if we paid for villa rooms and were put up in regular rooms calling them premium rooms or not. We were expecting much more after staying in heritage hotels but this one isn't any where near a heritage hotel.
Good stay in udaipur
It was nice stay at rajputana just a resort. Firstly they had shifted us in normal room but later they realized and shifed in premier room. Room condition were nice and they were clean. Food was also good but need alot improvisation in menu selection. Staff were also good and promt service and answer for your queries. Overall i would recommend to my friends and colleagues to over there.
Calm stay
Very nice and calm stay at hotel. Found lizards in the room. Breakfast not upto the mark
Royalty redefined
refreshing... rejuvenating... and truly majestic
Short stay
Service was poor the night we stayed there was a birthday party and as hotel guest we were not informed of this we could not relax in our room or watch tv as the music was so loud till late.in room dinning which we ordered was also cold and expensive.location was okay but if u needed to go out you would definitely need to have transport because the hotel is in the outskirts
Best hotel in town
Best hotel in town in similar budget.
Good resort but in seluded place
Resort is good but location is not so good..staff is helpful and rooms are clean and well maintained
Amazing services and helpful staff.
Awesome services. We stayed for 1 night, it was a short day out trip. We were given an early checkin which saved us a lot of time. The food was amazing and prices are reasonable. Hotel staff was realy courteous and they upgraded our room as well. All and all a fabulous experience. The front office manager Mr. Brijesh was realy helpful and professional. Would definitely book rajputana for our next visit.
Nice place
good property overall
cockroach n insect infested.indifferent staff.
Hotel bathrooms infested with big cockroach.beds makes ur body itch.large spiders crawling all over walls.on complaining the staff is unbothered.during checkin ,nobodys available nor interested to attend to u.property is beautiful bt wasted due to poor maintainance.no staff at pool site.mr bhagwati in restaurant makes dining pleasurable.ms monica, ms pinky at front desk made checkout painless.mr gumit ,hopeless indifferent representative of hotel, making our checkin traumatic.wen asked to change room, says bear with the disfunctional toilet flush.
Good Hotel to Stay in Udaipur
Beautiful Hotel property with excellent surroundings. We stayed in Swiss Tent room and had a wonderful relaxing enjoyable time. You can enjoy nature, greenry and Udaipur.
nice place .. should improve service and food
It is a nice place nice rooms nicely kept but the staff and the service not so good the food and the service in room and restaurent needs to be overhauled.
Great resort
The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are classy, spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The attitude of staffs were awesome. Every time, they are smiling and willing to help. The only weak point is the breakfast and food. Breakfast was rather disappointing with very limited.spread- both Indian and international. Dinner was also pretty ok, not good not bad. And location is outside the city, in interiors. But, you can see a beautiful sunrise from your room.
DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL
I was very disappointed with the hotel. We booked this hotel nearly 6 months ago and boolked tent accomadation. When we arrived they said that they would upgrade us and put us in the hotel. The next day when I asked about the tent room they said they had none available. We complained but to no avail. The only reason they had upgraded us was they had given away the tent to other guests I think this hotel should not be in your books NO HOT WATER. NO HEATING. CLEANLINESS OF ROOMS POOR! I do not recommend this hotel!
A Relaxed Holiday !!!
I stayed there with family in last week of December. The resort is huge & is located a little away from the main city... They have large lawns, swimming pool & the rooms are spread out in entire area. They have options for rooms & huts too. The resort will give the perfect relaxation time with ample amount of sunlight to soak in..The rooms are decent size with all modern facilities. Our stay included breakfast, which was average. The layout of food needs to be improved & also the options for food need up gradation. The taste was decent, but compared to the other facilities offered Food Department needs to be improved.Overall the staff was nice & courteous, the service was prompt.. They also have an Kerela massage centre inside the resort. We enjoyed a goof massage session after a long day of shopping & sight seeing.. u can give that a try too....
Comfortable Stay
My stay was quite nice..i went with my family...we all enjoyed the stay. Rooms were nice and food was also ok..would definately like to avail the services again..
Wonderful...
Excellent hotel for a family trip.....
I was disappointed with the room and services. The room was cold, extra blankets provided were dusty and smelly. Internet connectivity was interrupted and suboptimal. The location was not central.
Nice hotel + pathetic view
Satisfactory but nearby area not good.
sweet n comfort
Its a sweet n comfortable place for a vacation. I enjoyed my stay in rajputana, I highly recommended to have chicken biryani at rajputana its awesome.
It looks like a big haveli. Nice decor. Ok OK room
1. Ambiance- It looks like a big haveli. Nice decor. Ok OK rooms (i stayed at 5002). 2. Swimming pool - Its is fairly good and quite relaxing. It was maintained well. 3. SPA - The have in house massage facility which is run by a Keralite couple. I would rate it 7 out of 10. Full body massage would cost 1400 + taxes (12.5%). 4. Outdoor - Nice and well kept lawns where you can take a walk. Its beautiful. 5. Breakfast - Spread is fairly good which has both Indian and western mix of food. Live egg counter serves good omelettes. 6. Staff - Courteous and friendly. Rooms services were fairly good and services were in time. Bad- 1. Location - Its located at Hiran Magri which is on one side if city, If you are not travelling by your car, there is no way you will get an auto rickshaw. Taxi rates at resort is high. If you are opting for this resort, make sure to take no of auto wala and taxies before you come here. 2. Restaurant - Absolute ripoff. Its a restaurant and bar. Charges are way too expensive. The taste is however good. I suggest you eat out side in the market were you can have excellent thali at Rs 110 (Bawarchi) and carry your own booze else your food bill would be more than the room rent. 3. Room - Upholstery and bed line were not up to mark of a resort of this class. Towels were too old and bathroom though clean looked pretty old. 4. Reception - Cold but manageable. They could not find my booking for good 30 mins. Checkout however was smooth.
Peaceful place to relax,
IT was indeed a very peaceful stay at hotel, totally comfortable beds with large spacious rooms and a nice breakfast, very much satisfied after the stay.
Perfect family getaway
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Rajputana resort on family vacation. The ambience of the place was amazing. It's the perfect place, a bit away from the hustle bustle of the city. The room and restaurant services were top quality. The rooms were very clean with a homely setting. The swimming pool was amazing and the kids had lots of fun. The hotel staff were very cooperative and friendly, ever ready to help. Checkout was also very fast, within maybe 10 mints. This resort is great value for money and I would certainly recommend the Rajputana - a justA resort to everyone for their perfect family vacation in Udaipir
It was a wonderful stay in the hotel, the kids had a nice time, all of us enjoyed in the swimming pool. Slightly the hotel is out of the main city, but the comfort and service at the hotel compensates for that. Hotel has a very impressive and royal ambience too. It is good option for a comfortable and relaxing getaway travel. I would definitely like to stay in this hotel if I visit Udaipur again.
good deal hotel
However the buffet breakfast was very disappointing..and better no one opts and grab b/f out as the city center is very near..rates are pretty high but the quality needs improvement.. Overall price wise its a great deal
Suitable for Hiran Magri or Shikarbadi areas
The hotel is set in lovely grounds & the new wing looks nice. The staff are very courteous & efficient in dealing with requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I didn't eat any meals there. The hotel is within easy reach of all the tourist attractions. The standard tent I stayed in was large and comfortable but needs to be renovated. The bathroom too was large but once again, needs a complete renovation. The hotel needs to add at least 1 English news channel to its package along with Wi-fi. [The events in Boston took place whilst I was there & it was very frustrating not to have either.]
Good hotel a bit outside
good staff.. nice hotel, but a bit a far from city centre
An oasis in a bussy town
Lovely, serene place to decompresse while traveling in India. Spacious room, fantastic pool ( I believe to be 20 mts) excellent breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Just a lovely place to stay.
Good and relatively new hotel
Everything was in superb condition, all the staff friendly and professional, the pool and the grounds were excellent and the rooms were spacious, clean and well fitted out. Can't fault the hotel at all.The location was a little out of the way and a little difficult to find and nothing was within walking distance. Other than that it was superb value for money.

Very old hotel
This hotel is not close to a resort at all. This is more like an Inn or a Motel. The hotel is extremely old. They need to upgrade. Breakfast was the same everyday.
