Everything was to detail, Lillkufal Yusuf, Hanan Masoud, the concierge staff were very helpful in getting us a reasonably priced taxi, the entire staff made our stay far beyond our expectations.

Friendly and professional staff. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay with family.

Absolutely wonderful stay, excellent facilities, very close to Haram Sharif, literally a 5 min walk. Such a comfortable bed. The bathroom was huge, the shower cubicle was humongous. Reception staff very helpful with very good knowledge of English. Would highly recommend for Hajj or Umrah.

The design of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The food was the best i had throughout the whole trip

I booked two rooms. The rooms were not upgraded or placed close to each other. I was not helped I was expecting help because I have a platinum membership.

Although it was a pain to get the property due to construction the hotel itself was great and very well kept. The guy at the check in was super friendly and well coming. A very convenient and walkable location to the haram itself ( getting inside the haram is a different story)

Jumeirah lived up to it's name, I booked this hotel only because of me previous experiences at Jumeirah resorts. I am very pleased with my stay. The service ws top notch and the rooms were modern and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.

Excellent 5 star hotel service at Jumeirah. At a 2 mins distance from haram and direct entrance to gate 79 that leads to Mataf. World class buffet breakfast and dinner. Options from all across the globe to eat. Housekeeping service top notch . Mr Faadi and Mr Noaf really made sure that our stay is as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend this hotel for staying with Family and young children.

Loved staying here, the staff was very friendly. The only thing that I didnt like was the fact that they dont have a view of the haram. I would honestly recommend this hotel for people with little kids since they have a kids club for people who stay there.

Best hotel ever!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. So close to the Kaaba with so many facilities available. Everything about this hotel screamed modern and beautiful. We had stunning views from our room. It would’ve been better if they had the option to check in earlier but apart from that, our stay here was perfect and allowed us to fully concentrate on our prayers.

The hotel was new and beautiful with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The location was so right next to the haram with lots of restaurants and shopping around. Loved that it had a prayer area in as well as a kids club for the little ones. By far the best breakfast buffet I've had. InshAllah looking forward to coming back.

A perfect stay

It was a perfect stay at Jumeirah Jabal e Omar. Everything was perfect. New building, very nice and clean. Service was excellent. Dailt house keepong. Friendly staff. Just across the road from the Haram.

Great location and very clean....not really a VIP access hotel though, as the staff showed they dont have knowledge about it when i mentioned it to them and they said its an expedia thing they have nothing to do with it. So dont expect any perks and dont select this property based on the vip membership as it wont help. Not only did i get no perks, no upgrade which is ok when not available, but they made me pay for early check in when my room was already available and i wasnt requesting any late check out either. If anything, i was going to leave half a day early. Usually hotels would give you your room if its available without extra charge. Other than that, the property was nice, clean, and convenient location.

Really nice

Excellent location, we stayed in tower 2 which is literally a stone throw away from the courtyard of the Haraam. So a 5min walk to get to the courtyard but do note it’s an extra 20mins to get to the Kaaba. Also they tend to close the entrances around the hotel during busy prayer times so get there early. Now to the hotel. Excellent and cannot fault it at all, rooms are big, clean and have all the amenities. The only small issue we had was we booked a partial haram view room and didn’t get that, we got room 1304 which overlooked a buildin site. We didn’t complain as we were in state of Irham and purpose of our trip is to offer prayers etc. Breakfast is amazing and has many options, again super busy as you can imagine so some days expect to wait (we usually headed straight to breakfast after Fajr prayer and seated right away). Lots of hustle and bustle around the area, many food options ie in the clock tower. Check in was a very smooth process, 5mins and we were in our room and ready to perform our umrah Would definitely recommend it and will definitely come back in sha Allah and stay at the same hotel

Perfect

Very close from almasjid alharam probably total 5 minutes from my room to alMasjid. Lulu-hyper groceries market just opened in the same mall. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the food was delicious.

Hotel is very clean and nice, the fresh fruits and dates make the room more delightful. The direct access to malls from the elevators is also very useful.

The hotel is in close proximity to the masjid (around 5 mins) so very convenient. The hotel is very modern and maintained to a very high standard. The pictures you see online is what you will see in real life. They have a prayer room available and the hotel room has speakers connected to the masjid. The staff are very friendly and professional, especially housekeeping, baggage handlers and restaurant staff. You have everything you need in the room including TV, kettle, fridge, water, hairdryer, iron, baby cot if you request one. My room was kept very clean and maintained by the hotel staff daily. The breakfast /restaurant buffet was excellent and had all cuisines to keep everyone satisfied. They even catered for children too so great for families with fussy eaters. The staff were friendly. In particular, Junaid Alam was super friendly and helpful and was there if we needed anything from the breakfast area. We had our baby with us and he was always helpful in trying to find a suitable table and bring along a high chair for us. Overall, I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. It exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying here again inshAllah.

This hotel is excellent, my entire experience has been fantastic and flawless. The service is excellent and it has a very close proximity to the ka’bah. When using the lifts, we’d have drinks and water on hand which was replenishing after coming back from masjid al haram. I would like to thank Rimon for his excellent services for took service.

My stay at Jumeirah Jabal Omar was no less than a dream. Beautiful interior, Mind soothing ambience with the excellent smell of Oudh, complimentary dates and Coffee , fast service, polite and friendly staff, hospitality at its peak, all in all I highly recommend the stay here if you want to pray peacefully and conveniently at Masjid AlHaram.

There was a supermarket on the ground floor which was very convenient.

It is very clean and very close to Masjid al-Haram. The staff are very nice and approachable. Although the lighting in our room was a bit dim making it occasionally depressing. But perhaps this is just my opinion, others may like dimmer lights.

The staff are stuck up, the checking in was sooooo slooow, the hotel was top top class the staff were polite and hard working except the one at the desk,the room cleaning service is top, the breakfast was just out of this world anything you wish for is at the buffets ive never seen any hotel like this, its very close to the haram, it has its own small shopping center but just clothes and perfume shops, caffe are all a step away from the hotel the exchange rate also, taxis are available at all time overall was 5 star every penny was worth it, will definitely stay here again.

this hotel is the best by far, it’s very quite and beautiful, there’s no waiting for the lift. i like how close it’s to the Haram also very clean and peaceful. the staff are all amazing , I will definitely come back again and recommend to family and friends.

The absolute worst customer service. Checked in- told we checked in too late to guarantee the room view we paid for. Offered 2nd floor- told the hotel was sold out. Then apparently they weren’t sold out so we were offered the 3rd floor. Asked to check with the front desk for an upgrade the next day. Called the next day- explained the situation again, asked for a manger- all requests declined. Asked to extend the reservation and offered to pay for a higher floor- told us the hotel was sold out- but then simultaneously gave us a room rate in house. When we conveyed that the room rate was lower on Expedia, he just brushed us off and said book there. I thought you were sold out? After this, I asked again to speak to a manager. Same run around. Then was promised a call back- never received a call back. They do not care about your complaints, lie about availability (they’re not sold out yet they represent they are so they don’t have to help you) and will never let you speak to a manager. If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own. Do not book.

It has been a very pleasant stay here in Makkah. We absolutely love this place. Although it's a bit expensive, it is worth every penny. If there were an option to rate it over 10, we would gladly do so. Highly recommended! The cleaning staff are well-trained, disciplined, polite, and always ready to help. The service is outstanding, and everything has exceeded our expectations.

A comfortable experience in an ideal location

A comfortable experience in an ideal location. Pleasant staff. I used Laundry services to have a dress wasted however when it was returned it had been burnt and damaged with an iron. Not ideal at all. The staff wer very apologetic and reimbursed me the cost of the dress. Though my laundy fee was not refunded and by the time i realised this i didn’t want to cause a futher fuss. Some of the towels had remaining stains from Laundry. Breakfast was excellent and Housekeeping were fabulous with friendly staff. Apart from laundry, a good stay.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and accommodating, and I did not encounter any problems during my stay, except for the fact that my two rooms were not located on the same floor. Despite this small inconvenience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to returning in the future.
