Great restaurant and staff

Well located boutique with services

Altough our room was very very small it had a balcony which was an upgrade paid for. A room preferable for a single. The heat/ac was not fonctionning well in december and all the rooms were at 24 degrees, too warm. The price, the absolutely great breakfast included, the sauna, the good King bed, the location compensated for the small inconveniences.

The service was excellent and the breakfast good. Things that could improve would be a door into the toilet and an instrction how to regulate the temperature in the room. It was very cold in the room and we had problems to change it. The cleaninglady didnt know how to change it.

A great little find, centrally located and within close walking distance of the city centre. A well decorated and maintained hotel with a luxury feel. Staff are fantastic, especially Irene and Simone - super friendly and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience - nothing was ever too much trouble! Highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be back myself!

Modernt och mysigt hotell

Vi hade ett rum med balkong ett av 5 rum som erbjöd det. Vi uppskattade det verkligen. Rummet var dock aningens för litet. Svårt att hitta plats för resväskorna när man hade packat upp.

Great arrival Service. Verry friendly and good german speaking women. Was every morning great to see her smile when the elevator door opened. The rooms are perfect. The breakfast was not absolutly top. I prefare buffet.

Great location 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Located in the middle of a busy street within residential areas but not too loud. Locals are very friendly and welcoming. Bar/restaurant staff were outstanding and food was 10/10.

Great hotel

Good location, great hotel (beds and bedding, and towels could be comfier and softer) but all in all would definitely recommend for a short stay in Palma. Modern interior and the restaurant and spa facilities are nice. And the rooftop pool is brilliant

Lovely hotel

Lovely stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Received a lovely glass of complementary cava on arrival as our room wasn’t quite ready as we arrived a little before 3.

Everybody at the hotel were excellent, helpful and very amigable. We will be back!

The hotel was walkable to all the main sights. The rooms were small but had everything you needed including beautiful Rituals products. The fridge was stocked with a small selection of free drinks, nice touch! A free eay to use safe gave peace of mind. The hotel was spotless, had everything you could need and food was good too.

Excellent modern hotel in a great location. Nice rooftop terrace with small plunge pool. Rooms great and good beds plus excellent showers, Restaurant is 1st class with great breakfast and good bar with very reasonable prices. Staff great especially Polly on front desk- very helpful and friendly. Great stay.

Good facilities

The hotel is modern and functional with very good, well maintained facilities. The location is around a mile from many of the main points of interest rather than in the middle of them. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast area can be quite manic, but the staff are super efficient and the food is enjoyable - excellent poached eggs. Pricing of food and drinks is very reasonable for an hotel

Family Holiday

Two rooms booked for my husband & I and elderly parents. The hotel is superb with lovely rooms…we had balcony rooms…& friendly staff who recommended places to go taking into consideration my parents can only walk so far. We did use the pool & sun-lounge area which wasn’t too busy & very well furnished. The cherry on the top would be a roof-top bar. Breakfast was slow when it was busy & has a few teething problems. Not enough staff. Although it’s nice to get waiter/ress service it might help if fruit/cereals etc were buffet service Overall lovely hotel

Quality Hotel

Had a lovely stay here. The rooms are spotless and stylish. Nice room design especially the window seat and bathroom. The rooftop loungers and seating are very luxurious. Would be good to have a rooftop bar area and a blanket in the wardrobe should the air con be too chilly at night.

First visit to Spain, had very high expectations as this is a new hotel. Very happy with our stay. Staff were very welcoming, our room was exactly as expected. Location wise everywhere was of close distance. Definitely recommend!!

The stay was very nice, facilities were great

The hotel was in a great location and was good overall but the breakfast was handled by a 3rd party Cafe bar located in the hotel and they didn't understand English or were just mixing up orders on purpose. Don't pay the money on breakfast, just search around for a nice place to have breakfast. If you rent a car you should know the hotel doesn't provide parking and it is hard to find a parking spot near the hotel as it is quite a busy area.

Very new but great

The hotel had only been open for about a month when we stayed there, and initially there were (understandably) some kinks that still needed to be worked out. However, the staff was consistently fantastic, and the issues were sorted out with compensation in the form of some extra perks. The hotel itself is very clean, bright and within perfect walking distance of almost everything in Palma. The breakfast was well worth the price, and the rooftop pool is a big bonus. In sum, a great place to stay - and once they've figured out all the small challenges that are inevitable for a new hotel, it will be excellent.

Nicest hotel!

Great design of rooms and hotel, very good restaurant and location! The bathroom and view over the rooftops was amazing!

Good quality for price, easy walk to most city attractions.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay here. It was very clean, modern, good lighting, great location and good price. The bathroom was small but it had a really good shower with rituals products with an orange scent which was a nice touch. There was a really nice window seat in our room too. The bed was very comfortable, even though it was two single beds pushed together it was still comfortable. In the reception they had fresh water mixed with citrus fruits which was really refreshing after a long day out! Our air conditioning was not working. However, once we raised this issue they were very quick in moving us to another room. All the staff were welcoming and friendly, but we’d to say a special thank you to Deli. She made us feel very special and welcomed and she would always make sure we were happy with everything.

Friendly & contemporary with roof terrace!

Absolutely perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel immaculate, both room & all other areas. Loved the roof terrace which was a great chill zone. Location also great just 5 min walk from Santa Catalina and 10 min walk from the old town. Definitely recommend!

He tenido una estupenda estancia en esta propiedad completamente nueva. La habitación es muy bonita y cómoda, y me han ofrecido bebidas de cortesía. He tenido además desayuno incluido, que a pesar de ser pocas opciones, se puede ir variando con algunos complementos. Por otra parte, el personal ha sido muy amable y han contestado todas mis preguntas. Cerca de la propiedad hay varios supermercados, y restaurantes, y es de muy fácil acceso por transporte público (también, la zona de Santa Catalina se encuentra bastante cerca con muchas otras opciones de restaurantes) Lo recomendaría sin duda alguna y seguramente regresaré pronto!

Prima lite hotel, kun kort gåavstand til sentrum. meget bra service, fint lite basseng på toppen, nydelig frokost - bør dog forvente dette i.o.m. at det ikke er et rimelig hotel.

Top Hotel in schöner Lage

Ich fand das Hotel super. Der Preis ist nicht günstig, aber man bekommt einiges geboten dafür. Ich bin VIP member bei Hotels.com, daher habe ich ein tolles Zimmer upgrade und eine kühle Fralsche Prosecco geschenkt bekommen. Auch das Interieur und Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Ich fand es auch schön, dass das Frühstück nach Bestellung zubereitet wurde und zügig serviert wurde, da man meistens nicht so viel Zeit hat, wenn man geschäftlich reist. Die Lage war auch perfekt für das Zentrum in Palma, da man in 10 Minuten Fußweg in den belebten Gegenden war. Ich kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Für den Pool war es leider zu kalt, daher kann ich heirzu nicht viel sagen.

Super trevlig personal, fick även hjälp att checka in 2 h tidigare. Stort plus! Hotellet har bra läge, nära och bra till allt. Hotellet är precis som i beskrivningen. Kommer definitivt rekommendera detta hotellet.

Struttura bellissima, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Stanza bella e moderna, così come il bagno. Molto accogliente e confortevole.

Vennlig og behjelpelig personal, rent og pent. God air conditioning. Sentral lokasjon med lett gåavstand til sentrum, butikker og restauranter. Det som drar ned var manglende lydisolering til gang og gate, noe som førte til mye støy og dårlig søvn om natta. Det hjalp heller ikke med ubehagelig/hard seng og pute.

Topp hotel

Hotellet er nytt og med en fin plassering i forhold til restauranter, gamle byen etc. Fantastisk god service fra de i respesjonen, god frokost.

Great hotel

Netjes en schoon, mooi ingericht

Locatie is niet opperbest maar ook niet slecht. Hotel is super netjes en nieuw en schoon. Ontbijt is goed. De bedden slapen heerlijk en heel belangrijk; de airco van de kamer is zelf in te stellen.

Sin aire acondicionado y ruidoso

Muy lindo el hotel pero la habitación era extremadamente calurosa, daba el sol toda la tarde y no había aire acondicionado, además de tener una plaza llena de ruido abajo por lo que tampoco podía abrir las ventanas para refrescar ni para dormir.
