Lovely room on the premium floors had a massage chair and a view of Fujisan! So beautiful at night. Free drip coffee bags in the lobby, connects on to 7-11 on ground floor. Full Japanese breakfast was delicious. Excellent value for money hotel overall. Will need 100 yen change for the laundromat as there were no change machines and the vending machines are frequently out of change.

A nice hotel in a very quiet neighborhood. Although a little far from the main areas of Tokyo, it is just a few minutes walk from Oimachi station. It also helps that the rates are very affordable. There is even a 7-11 at the ground level of the hotel.

I was enjoyed the view of the standard twins room. It was amazing view. Just a minor for improvement is the sink strainer and the bath strainer need to me cleaned and polished.

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel and I would definitely stay again. Very clean and the staff is very professional and nice.

Conveniently located close to Oimachi station. Lots of options for dining close by and there's also a 7-11 on the first floor. Staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms are small, but worth it for the price we paid.

Business hotel for mostly men but stayed there with my family of four, two kids age 8. Very convenient location with great neighborhood food options. Room and beds were small and it was a little tight. Clean and service was as expected for Japan.

It's very convenient to go around. The hotel staffs are very kind abd helpful. All facilities are perfect.

The rooms we were put in were very tiny. We booked a doublebed room for an adult and kid and we felt the space was enough for one person only. There is very little space between the bed and the wall so it is claustrophobic if you are used to space. Rest of the aspects of the hotel were fine.

Overall not bad, i would give a 5 stars if they didn't charge a mystery 400 yen. This is the first time out of dozen times ive been at business hotels. Not concerned about the amount but why couldnt they add that in before checking in

Very affordable and and excellent customer service. If you are a tall person, the bed might be too small for you and the mattress is quite hard. Good location. There are a lot of restaurants and seven eleven downstairs . I actually like the area. If you have a big suitcase, might be a bit hassle to get to the hotel because you have to take local line (one stop though ) from shinagawa station. Overall It was good. If I don’t have a big luggage next time, I will definitely come back. Thank you

Wonderful hotel! If you’re coming by car, just make sure to make a reservation for parking. Overall, it’s a good hotel that’s conveniently located.

Helpful and friendly staff. The standard rooms are small, the bed was adequate as a double. Breakfast good, but cafe bar where it is served could do with a deep clean. The hand sanitizing and plastic glove wearing for self service seems a bit excessive (still standard in many hotels). Hopefully that will end soon! General cleanliness very good.

The bed spring is abit old as could hear the springy sound once sitting on the bed. The room services need to be improved as they didnt help to clean up the table in the room. The bedsheet was not properly tidied up too. Overall, the location of the hotel is very convenient and staff was polite.

This hotel is a 3 minute walk to oimachi station, very convenient for transportation! We stayed for 6 nights to visit around Tokyo, easy to get around. Staff were kind and professional. Helped us with transporting our suitcases through a luggage service to Kyoto with ease. Room is a bit small for 2 but the costs to stay were very fair. Would stay again!

I loved this Hotel. Location from the Shinagawa JR Station to the Hotel is 2 to 3 min on foot. Elevator is behind the escalator ( you should note this as elevator is very important to carry check in and carry on luggage’s. Clean Hotel w/ washer/dryer/soap in one machine. Service is excellent.

Front desk staff are very friendly.(most of them have limited English). However, if you need staff who can speak English you can ask for one but they are not there for 24 hours. I like its location where near by JR station. I have some issue with my i phone charge, and ask front desk to borrow one. They prepared it in 5 mins. Check in and check out service are very smoothly.

Standard hotel. I was happy with the room except there was pretty much of dust everywhere. The ventilation in toilet was full of dust - I cleaned it myself. It's impossible to open the window - it's stupid policy.

Very good location, close to subway, supermarket and malls.

Although they will accept bookings for one adult and two children in one room they only provide two singles or a double bed. This is not clear when booking and so my two large daughters were stuck in the same single bed for a week.

Great hotel for my short conference in Tokyo. Close to the train station, so I could attend events around the city. Close to entertainment so I could go out and make new friends.

Great value for money

It's the second time I've stayed at Via Inn Oimachi and it is a very good value for money. The rooms are very clean, the staff is helpful and courteous. The only small downside was that although my room was a non-smoking one, I could smell cigarette smoke in it for the first day or so. Later it somehow went away. This could be a problem for sensitive guests, please fix it. Another thing is the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant and the breakfast is at an external restaurant a floor below... for Japan, that restaurant isn't great. Great things: if you stay on the "ladies floor", apart from extra security you'll get a little pouch with goodies (face masks etc.), which is a pleasant surprise! You'll also have a hair straightener in the room (unisex rooms don't have them). Some of the rooms on higher floors have a view of Mt Fuji, do ask the staff. Finally, if you put out the "do not disturb" sign and miss the room service, they'll leave a bag with fresh towels and what not on the door for you. Really nice! Overall, the hotel is nothing fancy but you get more than you'd expect for this price! It's a 2min walk from the Oimachi station, which is well communicated with the main city highlights. There's a 7-11 downstairs, an ATM, a supermarket 2min away, cafes and little restaurants in the vicinity. I'd gladly stay at Via Inn again.

The location is good which is near the station and airport bus to Haneda Airport. you can easily found restaurants when you feel hungry and convenience stores around too.

The room where I stayed is very clean, but a little bit small. (But almost all Japanese business hotel is like that) the location is very near from Oimachi station so it's very convenient.

Japan school trip/Via Inn/Oimachi

Via Inn was great, Room was clean and comfortable, I thought the bed was going to be a tough one as it was quite a bit harder than western traditional beds, but In all reality I slept like a baby in this thing and had absolutely no body aches. The comforter a Katobukon I think it was called was soooo warm! Great hotel, great service and a great stay. P.s. Cocos the restaurant was also extremely good.

Nice amenities in room, close to train station.

Even though the rooms are small, they are very well equipped with amenities and very clean. The desk staff was excellent -- very friendly, helpful, spoke English quite well. Good location for restaurants and some shopping. Would stay there again or recommend to others.

The only issue I had was the manager refusing to call for a taxi because it was raining outside and supposedly all the taxis were booked. I am glad I gad Uber app on my phone.

Great stay

Great hotel staff who were courteous and helpful, and clean facilities. The area was nice with plenty of food choices nearby and it's located just down the street from the station. Only complaint is the slightly warm room. Otherwise great pick.

Excellent Hotel near station

Just a couple minutes walk from the station. Room is clean and comfortable. Definitely worth it. Customer service was superb. Staff was very friendly in helping us out. In a much quieter area of Tokyo, but still close to the heart of the city and other vibrant areas.

大井町駅から徒歩すぐ。とても便利なロケーションでした。朝食はいただいてないが、もう少し価格が安ければと思いました。全般的にはリラックス出来て、良いホテルだと思います。荷物がロッカータイプなので、とても安心して預けられました。

直前予約で喫煙部屋しかなかったですが、部屋は特にタバコ臭くなくて快適でした。

スタッフの方々の対応、客室の設備等大変満足致しました。ただ一点だけ、浴槽が詰まっており水が流れにくかったことだけが気になりました。

Quelques nuits passées dans cet hôtel confortable, très proche de Oimachi Station. Personnel souriant et serviable. Calme, cosy. La fenêtre ne s’ouvre pas et il faut mettre la climatisation surtout pour la nuit, ça n’est pas forcément agréable. Une notice explicative en anglais est disponible à la réception pour utiliser les lave-linge (si on ne comprend pas le japonais c’est impossible de les utiliser).

部屋は綺麗でとっても快適でした！ 大井町の駅からも近く、利便性も抜群です。 海外のホテルを予約することもあるので、 国内外問わず基本的に名前をローマ字表記で予約しているのですが、ホテルのフロントで名前を伝えた時にすぐに予約を見つけて頂けませんでした。 直前で取ったからかなと思ったのですが、恐らくフロントの方がローマ字の予約を見逃していたようです。 ロビーで待つ羽目になったので、もう少し謝罪の言葉あればなぁと思いました。（自身がが接客業をしているので、つい気になってしまいました。） それ以外は、ホテルの方も対応が良く、満足でした。

super close to JR Oimachi station

The hotel is super close to Oimachi JR station and there are lots of ramen restaurant, convenient store and supermarket near by. One sad thing is my skin allergy flare up unexpectedly which I wonder it may related to the dust mite. Another is the bathroom is too ้ีhumid and smell not good.

좋은 위치 좋은 조식

역과 가까워서 좋아요. 하네다에서 온다면 아주 좋은 거리라 생각이 되요. 치솔 샴프 트리트먼트 바디 등 다 갖추고 있고 어린이용품도 주네요. 근처 인프라도 아주 좋습니다. 특히 조식 너무 마음에 듭니다.

大井町駅に近く、電車で移動するのに便利でした。ホテル周辺に飲食店や商業施設がたくさんあるのも良かったです。

品川駅から近くで安くて良かった。

ベッドのスプリングが悪くて、体重44キロの私でも動くたびにギシギシ音が休まらない休まらない。コンセントが窓際1カ所しかなく洗面所での身支度が不便。フロント前から持って行くアメニティが少なくが少なくシャワーキャップや綿棒も無し、女性向けではない。

鄰近車站交通方便，雙床房型住起來舒適房價又便宜，下次來會在選擇入住。
