The bed and pillows weren't comfortable, but everything else was good. Really just a super convenient spot to stay in Osaka, not the most comfortable, also there were some loud cars both nights I stayed, which is unusual for Japan, not their fault but beware noise at night.

This is a great area of Osaka to be plased. Room was comfortable, a good size quiet and clean. Very happy with our stay here.

The bathroom is a little outdated and floor under the bed is dusty/ dirty. The staffs are helpful and nice. The daily breakfast is delicious

Great location! Building is a bit older but clean and well kept. Rooms are small but they do state the size when booking. Worth it for the convenience of getting around and shopping.

Good location, near subway station and within walking distance to Dontonbori. 7/11 downstairs. Elevators do get a bit busy in morning since there is only 1 elevator from 3rd floor reception to street level.

Great location, convenience store right outside, 2 minute walk from shinsaibashi station, lots of shopping in the area, great variety of food in the area, and plenty of tourist attractions to see. Some staff do know English and they also have a pocket translator if they do not.

The location was excellent. Given the COVID situation the hotel was adequately prepared to assure safety and cleanliness. The room was quite small for the two of us with three suitcases but we managed as the location was ideal to go for long walks during the quarantine period.

Good location in the middle of Shinsaibashi. Every where is within walk and is just a 2min walk to the Shinsaibashi Metro. The only down-point is the breakfast which could be better.

Stayed there for 2 nights . It is a decent hotel situated literally at Shinsaibashi very convenient to shopping and dining . And it is within walking distance to Namba Train station . Check in was quick and hotel staff were very helpful giving directions . The room is equipped with everything you need though small . But it is Japan , then it is bearable . The breakfast included is awesome with something for everyone .

Love the hotel

The room was cosy for 2 people. Loved the breakfast buffet. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily which was a pleasant surprise for us. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is very close to the metro and also the shopping district! 7-11 is also on the ground floor so you can satisfy your late night hunger pangs. Definitely recommend Via Inn to everyone who is looking for a comfortable, accessible and affordable stay :)

This was a very cute boutique hotel. The service was amazing and they even offered free breakfast. the only downside is that the bed was very very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the stay was pleasant

Great buffet (breakfast) & great location

Location very good for access to Shinsaibashi, American mura, Dotonburi (near by, in minutes) and Airport Bus station (15-20 mins. walk). My son and I spent 3 nights and we love the hotel. Convenience store in less than one minute. Modern double bedroom, bright, clean and great breakfast buffet!! We will definitely come back again.

Small Little Hotel in busy area

Great little place in middle of busy area of Osaka. Close to everything. Love the breakfast as it's a good starter for the day. Professional and courteous staff. Small rooms though but comfortable.

After Staying in Osaka's Hostels for 2 Weeks...

The location in America-mura was perfect- in the middle of everything. The room was in stellar condition and the staff was always kind and available. There are also many free amenities. This was especially wonderful because I stayed in a hostel for the past two weeks so my rating might be a bit too high but I couldn't see any problems with the stay. It was everything I could ask for!

Great location but the room was tiny, even for Japanese standards.

Walls were dirty with something that looks like blood stains and towels also had stain on it. The free Breakfast was good.

This hotel ticked the boxes for a city break

Good clean hotel close to station making it easy to get around Rooms are small however comparable to same hotels in Tokyo. Breakfast was ok staff had good system in getting people in and out Check In at 3pm was chaotic so I’d recommend checking in later to avoid the crowds

Was ok. Check in was bit difficult and long wait. Room was not set up for a couple at first but was quickly fixed. In room toiletries were pretty average as was the breakfast, best off getting food out side of the hotel not the supplied stuff. Room was dirty on the walls and Cielings in places but the bed was and bath was ok. Overall ok for the stars

Close to shopping street

The location is good which near to both shinsaibashi and dotonbori shopping street and subway. But the room cleanliness is bad.Dusty and the bed causes my skin itchy.Pls look into the cleanliness. Others was ok for that price.

Clean, with a good breakfast. It's a basic hotel. The location is superb, right next to the Shibsaibashi shopping area. Maybe it's me but the hotel was a little hard to spot because the reception desk is two floors above and the Via Inn sign isn't as obvious as the Unizo sign next door. Good overall.

Pros: location and price, comes with Japanese style breakfast but variety is limited compared to other hotels. Cons: Room cleanliness was poor. Hair on the chair, walls looked caked with stains, gross. Rooms are extremely small, challenging to even open two suitcases at one time.

Nice hotel

Stayed at this hotel from 16th of April to 18th of April I have to say the room isn't big, but since I was traveling alone it was a decent size for me. The hotel is so close from shinsaibashi station which obviously helped me throughout the stay to visit other places. I loved their breakfast. Although the choice is very limited, the bread tasted great. Seven eleven and family mart(Japanese convenience store) is very close, one being right next to and the other just around the corner. I could go down anytime to grab some quick bite. I will return to this hotel next time I visit osaka

This hotel is located right by the Shinsaibashi subway station (literally a 3 minute walk) and about a 5 minute walk to the Shinsaibashi shopping district. The location couldn't be any more convenient, as there is a 7-11 right downstairs of the hotel. I booked a semi double, and it would comfortably fit 2 people (I'm 5'7"). The pillow was not quite fluffy, but I didn't ask if they had any other options so it wasn't a big deal to me. Breakfast is small, but it was included in my room purchase so I couldn't complain. The wifi, A/C, and water all worked fine for me. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great location in Osaka

Great location, made it easy to get around being so close to the station. Local area had lots to offer with shopping, food and sights. Staff attentive. Room cleaned to a high standard with awesome amenities. Easy check in and checkout and staff helpful in looking after luggage for the day.

Good location to access to main area.

I have a good time here, although I hv not able to enjoy most of the facilities as I went out early in the morning and came back late because there are so many attractive place in the surrounding area, but I like the place.

Everything was perfect. The staffs were very kind. Easy to find the hotel. Close to subway stations, convenience store and tour spots. The room and bathroom were so clean. Breakfast was offered with a lot of menus. Will visit this hotel again.

Comfortable and Convenience.

Good location, friendly staff and comfortable bed and clean bathroom. However, hotel do not have luggage storage services. If you are travelling from Osaka to Kyoto in between, you can't leave your luggage in the hotel for 1-2 days. The only option is to leave your luggage at the Mall which provided the storage service up to 3 days. But overall, the experience is good.

Value for money

Paying such price in such a convenient location. Cannot expect too much. But all is fine comparing to such economic price. Feeling satisfactory! Only the check out time is 10 am seems too early.

Great location

We stayed at Via Inn for a night layover and we love how its located right smack in Shisaibashi! Hotel is just 2 mins walk from subway exit and theres a 7-11 located below the hotel. Room is decent and clean and room wifi works. Staffs spoke good English and were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone here!

convenient location!!!

The hotel is similar to other hotel chains regarding the room size and amenities. What I like the most about this hotel is its location - very close to dotonbori and shinsaibashi shopping area. This makes it easy to shop and wander around the area then going back to the hotel for some rest, and then back on the streets again.

Amazing location in the middle of Shinsaibashi!

This hotel was super convenient, very close to subway stations and within walking distance of many of our bucket list places to visit. Only downside was that the pillows were very uncomfortable and the staff wouldn’t bring new ones to our room (like most hotels do) when asked. One other letdown was the hotel breakfast - although free and much appreciated, they had a VERY small selection of food.

Such a disappointment!

room condition is worse than expected, u can see obvious marks n dirts on walls, bathroom is okay though. was being called at 10:08am to make sure we can check out immediately, we knew that the check out time was 10am and not expected to extend our stay but everything was too striaght that i can’t sense any warmth from this hotel nor the staff. also, do not eat at lobby or else you will be told to off.

The location, excellent near subway, hotel Nikko is nearby for Airport Limousine bus, walking distance to Daimaru and high end shops... Also with Dotonbori and Nmba.... Gret stay....looking forward to our next stay in Japan...

Location was super but room is really too small, everyday we have to put our luggage bag on the bed whenever we need to open our bag. Room is clean but not well maintained as wall with stain. If with budget, Via Inn still consider good choice.

아이 포함 3명이서 자기엔 조금 좁습니다. 연인끼리 가기엔 정말 좋은 숙소인 것 같아요. 이번에 오사카에 가서 느낀 점은 어딜 가든 지하철 미도스지선이 기본인 듯 한데...호텔 바로 앞에 신사이바시 역이 있어서 너무 편리하더라구요. 근처에 인형뽑기 좋은 게임 패닉이라는 오락실도 있고 편의점도 같은 건물이라 좋았습니다. 조금 걸어가면 아메리카무라의 코가류라는 타코야키 집이 있는데 맛있어요~

雑多なエリアなので、ホテル周辺はゴミゴミした雰囲気であまり良くない印象だが心斎橋駅からかなり近いので立地は良し。 お風呂や洗面の水回りも清潔感があったし、カビ臭いとかも特になかった。 ベッドも清潔感があった。窓際に備え付けられたテーブルが横に長かったのだ、荷物を置いたり軽食を置いたりと広々使えて良かった。

雖然不大，但是該有的都有，很不錯的是有量秤機，能提前一天整理行李進行到機場前的準備，這是沒想到的驚喜

夜遅くチェックインしたのですが、丁寧な対応で良かったのですが、浴室に髪の毛があり残念でした。家族５人利用の2部屋で利用したのですが、部屋の階が違い色々不都合が生じたのが一番大変でした。ネット予約だったので私がそこを把握していなかったのが原因かと思いますが…そんな記載あったのかな？あったらごめんなさい。 コンビニが1階にあって助かりました。 ありがとうございました。
