One night only. Staff allowed us to leave bags for free in advance of check in, allowing us to explore Osaka without carting bags around. Pleasant staff, central location in Shinosaka.

OK hotel for a short overnight stay

Fine basic hotel for an overnight, small room, not much by way of facilities, but cheap, clean and quite close to shin osaka station. Nothing to celebrate, but fit for purpose.

Great hotel lovely staff

Very kind staff, I wish the room was a little bigger, I thought it was a little uncomfortable for two people, but the facilities such as the convenience store and restaurant made it helpful especially for late night check-in like I did.

I love being so close to central square shopping centre. Food was amazing.

Smaller rooms, doors open in, so a little cramped. Wish A/C was colder. 7/11 on first floor 24 hours was amazing. Lots of elevators, very wonderful staff!

First time visited Osaka. Excellent location, walking distance from Shin-Osaka station. Room is small, but expected. Very clean, staffs are excellent. Definitely come back and highly recommended to friends and family members.

The staff were very friendly and the location was very convenient for transportation. They also have a konbini right at the bottom of the hotel which is very nice.

場所と値段から考えるといいホテルだと思います。

Breakfast even though has limited food items the quality was excellent compared to other places where i stayed and paid may much higher price.

very hard to get to hotel from station

Property is okay. I booked room with breakfast and paid extra for it. As i went for my first breakfast i told them that i had gluten allergy so want to avoid food with gluten. They refuse to serve me breakfast and told the money i paid will be refunded but never got refunded. Every other place i stayed the restaurant just show me food with gluten and i eat rest. I am not sure why they wont serve me food for gluten allergy.

Rooms are dated and not cleaned very thoroughly

Nice place to stay

Overall stay was great. Space, facilities including washing machines, 7-11stores, breakfast restaurant etc, were easy to access. Just the Wi-Fi was very slow for the first few days then got better.

Parking was easy and very accommodating. The staff is also pleasant and can communicate in English

Place was close to train stations amd had some good food options around.

Unfortunately the mattress was extremely firm making it feel as it I was sleeping on the floor. No A/C available even though property details say it does have A/C . When turning on, it was only blowing warm air. Staff indicated it couldn’t be changed and only option was to open room window which would be uncomfortable due to outside noise

Shin-Osaka Station is a short walking distance and easily accessible. A post office is directly across the street from the main entrance. A restaurant and convenience store is located at the entrance of the Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I flew in to Osaka, and after travelling for over 20 hours, I was tired. The hotel was easy to find, easy to check in, and quiet. It was also convenient that there is a Konbini downstairs, it was late and I needed food. they also have complementary tea that you can use in your room. It was a good experience.

The check-in process was easy. The front desk was able to hold onto my belongings before the check-in time at 3PM so that I wouldn't have to walk around with all my luggage. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good amenity choices, which are available by the front desk to avoid unnecessary waste. Easily walkable from Shin Osaka station. The only downside is that we found mold on the ceiling vents in our room, which was concerning. Aside from that, we had a relaxing and convenient stay.

Good option for a short stay in Osaka

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Shin Osaka station and easy to find once you know which exit to take. It should be noted that although Shin Osaka is the station for the Shinkansen it is not near any of the visitor sights of the city and there are limited options outside the station for eating etc. The station is of course well linked via Osaka station to the Osaka loop etc. Check-in was fast and easy and the hotel is in very good overall condition. The room is typical Japanese business style with small but well equipped rooms. There are only basic tv channels available but with good WiFi this did not pose a problem overall. Our only real complaint was with the bed and more particularly the pillows. Do not expect comfort! Breakfast is taken in the restaurant on the ground floor and there is a good choice of food particularly if you are a bit more adventurous with your eating. The staff were always keen to help but English is limited. However overall we enjoyed our five nights at the hotel.

Hotel near Shin Osaka JR Station

The hotel is located at a 5 mins walk from Shin Osaka JR (and subway) station. The condition of the hotel room is typical Japanese standard. Clean, shower functioning... ...etc. All in all, it gets the job done. However, i was given a room with a small window that faces the concrete wall of the next door building, with only a little gap between the two buildings. Therefore hardly any natural daylight can come into the room. Thats a bummer.

Close to Shin-Osaka station and comfortable room

Location is great; about 10 mins walk from Shin-Osaka station. The hotel price is reasonable and the room for single person is not too small compared to other similar hotel brands.

All good very quiet dispite of middle of busy area

7-10 minutes walk to Shin-Osaka Station. Room is pretty standard as other hotels in Japan. It's fine for I only stayed there for 1 night.

Nice hotel in good location

Hotel was ok for the price. It is well-located, being close to Shin Osaka station. The room was a decent size, and the hotel is well maintained. Only issue I had was the staff at check-in were way too strict on check-in time, making us wait in the lobby even though it was 10 minutes to 3pm.

Room was a bit small but nothing out of the ordinary. Was comfortable with tea and coffee provided at the lobby. Staff was incredibly polite and had an overall pleasant stay.

Nice hotel, convenient location, good price

The hotel is not too far from the train station. If you go out from exit 4, take the elevator (this is convenient if you have lots of luggages), walk about 3 minutes and you'll be there. The hotel is located next to 7-eleven so that is convenient. The reception is on the 1st floor so you need to take the elevator from the ground floor. The check-in process was fast. They have complimentary instant tea and coffee satchet across from the reception desk. The room size is standard for Japan. It is new and clean. It was a good stay at a comfortable price.

The room was too small with no window. I know it's Japan but this room was supposed to be for 2 people. The window opened to wall, it wasn't possible to see a glance of sky. Nothing on the listing gave hint on the size of the room and the lack of window. This was simply a scam. Very disappointed, will never book this hotel again

Worst place to stay.

No Ventilatilation in our room. Too small. Damp. Worst place in the world to stay.No room to move or keep bags. We left after one night even though we had booked for 3. Couldn’t sleep well.

value for money

near to shin osaka station. lot of restaurants surrounding. a supermarket for fresh food, department store for electronic items and huge market for genral goods such as clothing shoes and bags. hotel is clean and staff can speak english. fast check in and check out. 7-11 just at the ground floor, beside that a local restaurant with reasonable price. anyhow as this area is near to itami airport so you can hear of flight noise on and off but night time is quiet and peaceful.

Near shin Osaka station

Located within walking distance of this station, however directions to the hotel should be made clearer. We used google maps, which did not show the fast way to the underground entrance to/from the station so we ended up carrying luggage along busy streets and negotiating a pedestrian overpass across the regular rail lines. The room itself was small, though very clean and modern. Room would be better for one person, though ok for a couple.

Convenient value hotel close to Shin Osaka Station

We had an early morning train leaving from Shin Osaka Station therefore we chose this hotel. For the price you pay, it is good value, no-frills business hotel that is a 5-7 minute walk from the station. Perfect for travelers who need to stay near the station.

Nice hotel close to shin-osaka station

Great location. Only a few minutes walk to shin osaka. Very convenient if you travel by shinkansen. Rooms are clean but a bit small for 2 adults with big luggage. There’s 7-11 and 2 nice restaurants. All in all this is a great place to stay.

Functional hotel near Shin Osaka station

Nothing special, small room but fine for the price. If you have luggage and are taking the walkway over the road, be prepared for several sets of steps! Reasonable breakfast, available from 6am, was a bonus for an early start. 7-11 conbini next door also.

It was great! Small compared to American standards, but it was good for our trip! We were very pleased with the service. The 7-11 downstairs also was great.

浴室の臭い

浴槽の水漏れ防止の排水口から下水の臭いがあがってきていて臭かった。ユニットバスで歯を磨くのも浴室内ですから、是非改善して欲しいです。あとは特に問題ありませんでした。

駅からのアクセスをもう少し細かく記載していただけると助かりました。 御堂筋線新大阪駅4番出口から徒歩5分など

アメニティは揃っていて満足… チェックイン、アウトもスムーズで問題なし 飲み水のサービスが欲しかった

新大阪駅から徒歩すぐ。 立体駐車場の為、台数制限(車種制限)が厳しめだが、近隣にコインパーキングもあるので何とかなる(補助は無し) 初日は立駐に停められず近隣に停めたが、空きが出る時間を教えて欲しい旨を伝えると案内して貰え非常に助かった。 口コミで、温度管理が全館一括の為不便というのが気になっていたが、真冬なこともあり暖房一択だったので特に困らず。最初オンオフや風量さえも個別管理出来ないのかと戸惑ったが、それはベッドサイドの調節ボタンで管理できたので問題なかった。 部屋は狭いが、外で大いに遊んでホテルはお風呂と寝る為だけの2泊だったので、十分満足のいく滞在だった。 また大阪に行くことがあれば是非利用したいと思う。

JR在来線からだと、HP掲載の時間よりホテルまでの徒歩時間がかかります(改札から10分くらいは)。ただ、堺筋線新大阪駅からのアクセスは良く、コンビニや大型ドラッグストアがあるので、買い物には便利です。朝食付きのプランとなっているのは嬉しいですが、現在の内容だと、ついているだけいいかなというレベルでその他チェーン展開している、朝食プラン付きのホテルに比べメニュー数は少ないです。2月からはフルビュッフェスタイルになるようなので、それに期待でまた大阪に行く際はリピート利用しようかと思います

新大阪駅近く非常に便利なロケーション。部屋も綺麗で快適。スタッフの方も親切です。改善して欲しい課題は朝食のクオリティ。品数を減らしても構わないので、もう少し温かくて美味しい品を提供して欲しいのと連泊する場合はメニューを違うものにして欲しいです。

お正月にこのお値段はとても助かりました。　ベッドが広いのでお部屋が狭くてもじゅうぶんでしたが、いつも使わせていただいてる他の店舗とくらべたらお部屋の温度が調節出来ないことと水圧が少し弱めなので急ぎでのシャワーがちょっと時間かかる感じな点が少しだけ残念でした。でもスタッフの方々の対応はとてもいいです^^*

立地面では駅に近くて便利です。部屋が清掃はきちんとされていますが経年劣化のせいか空調の吹き出し口や壁紙がところどころ剥がれていました。

新大阪駅から微妙に歩き、ルートも少しわかりづらいので事前に場所を確認しておくと良いです。

お部屋はコンパクトですが、圧迫感のないレイアウト、非常に快適でした。まわりの音は全くせず静かでした。部屋ごとの室温調整ができず、気温8度の時に入室したら部屋が暑く感じられ朝方は寒くなりブランケットが無いので困りました。ぱっと見清潔感は保たれてますが、浴室の目地に目立つカビ汚れがあったのでそれさえ無ければよかったです。フロントの女性たちは大変感じよかったです。

がんことファミマが一階にあり便利。駅までは高架あがるので少しめんどくさい。

部屋は狭いがこの価格にしては設備は充分で満足した。 一階にコンビニがあるのも便利。

新大阪駅より近く、便利。ホテルの下にセブンイレブンがあったので便利だった。 清掃をしている方は、外国の方でしょうか？ 朝すれ違っても、どの方もあいさつがない。日本人の方は、挨拶をしてくれ感じが良かったので残念だったし、朝の人気のない廊下で黙ってすれ違う時なんとなく怖かった。

新幹線に便利

壁が薄くて夜中でも隣の音、シャワーの騒音が気になり眠れなかった。

苦情客の話は別室で。

レセプションで、部屋に入れなかったという苦情を述べていた客が大声で長くしゃべり、不愉快だった。客の言い分には理があるのだと思うが、このような客は、別のところで話を聞くなどして、レセプションの皆に聞こえるところは快適にしてほしい。最初に責任者と話をしたい、と言っていたようであり、このようになることは予想できた。

スタンダードな宿泊だけなら、十分過ぎます。お値段もリーズナブルで助かりました。

清潔でよく掃除が行き届いていた。朝食も味噌汁と卵が美味しかった。値段以上の価値があった。

アメニティの種類が少なく、女性には向かないと思いました。女性の宿泊客用のアメニティを用意していただけると嬉しいです。 朝食はとても良かったです。 洋食と和食のおかずセットが選べれるようになってますが、そのほかにもチョイスできるおかずがあり、どれも美味しかったです。

快適に過ごす事ができましたが 客室の窓が開けっぱなしだった事が残念でした。
