Very hospitable staff, spacious and modern hotel in an elegant old home, it seems. Boutique hotel with Portuguese owners. Incredible location. Away from most noise but walk to everything. Room entry is via a 3 story atrium. Earplugs or a sound machine may be useful for light sleepers. Lovely breakfast. We missed it the second day. They packed bread and juice for us. Recommend a little more such as yogurt and fruit when guests depart early. It was warm and a fan to circulate the air would have been perfect. The AC was not working but a fan is needed for comfort.

Great stay once we found it! Seville is a beautiful city/labyrinth. A lovely gentleman helped us locate the closest parking to the hotel. Great amenities, very helpful reception, delicious breakfast and snacks. Comfortable bed. Great location, right behind the cathedral, loads of lovely small tavernas to enjoy more of that wonderful vermouth!!

This is a hidden gem. Streets are so narrow that taxis have a hard time getting there. The hotel staff was very helpful throughout the stay. The accommodations were top notch with special touches such as 24/7 coffee and snacks. The room was perfect size, comfortable bed, working AC, and best part, the shower water pressure! The pool overlooks the cathedral and has an amazing view. Lastly, the hotel is within walking distance to all the major sites. 2 min to cathedral and Alcaraz.

Unfortunately this hotel was just ok for us. The room was tiny and not worth the price at all. I've stayed at better hotels for better prices. I will say Breakfast was delicious. Our flight was delayed by the airline by a day due to mechanical issues and the hotel staff did not want to accommodate our reservation. If I were to return to Sevilla, I would not stay here. I'm sure there's better options.

This hotel was a gem of a find. A beautiful small boutique hotel on 3 floors and roof top pool. Located centrally for all the attractions and restaurants but very quiet overnight. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Very good selection of breakfast each morning which was beautifully presented.

Loved staying here. Lovely room and staff and walking distance to all sights. Definitely will be staying here again!

Wonderful location and property. Roof top terrace is amazing a bit a surreal with the views of the Cathedral. The rooms were wonderful with the exception of the bed, which was much too hard and a bit worn-out. They need to replace their beds. Other than that, everything in the room was great. Staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast was average given the price, but that is pretty standard across so many hotels in Europe. Great breakfasts are rare despite the high expense ($13.00 Euro per person). I would stay here again in a heartbeat simply for the view.

Loved the location near the Cathedral. We arrived for check-in and the host at the desk handed us a map with highlights marked. He was also of great assistance with restaurant recommendations and transportation assistance. The room was comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The view from the room is stunning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful, newly renovated hotel with a great combination of keeping the history of the building with contemporary bedrooms The roof terrace with pool is an ideal area to relax in, as is the gorgeous, comfy lounge area, and the library on the mezzanine. Breakfast? That was a wonderful selection of local produce and delicacies, freshly prepared. Ideal central location for anyone visiting Seville.

Wonderful location and staff was exceptional!

This was The Perfect hotel for our first time in Seville. Located right in the center of town, it was walkable to almost every major site. There are dozens of places to eat and drink nearby (our favorite was Estrella, just one block over where we ate twice just to enjoy sitting outside at dusk and enjoy the wine and mood). We even enjoyed drinks poolside and in the lobby lounge. The hotel itself is so charming, located on a very pretty street. The room was very clean and comfortable, wifi is strong (strong enough to handle an extended work videoconference midday), the pool on the roof was a perfect way to cool down midday or relax after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast in the morning is terrific (buffet of fresh orange juice and fruits, cooked-to-order eggs, etc), and the staff is amazing (special thank you to Frank, who was so nice and so welcoming). One tip is that taxis may not be able to drive right up front because the streets are so narrow, so you should expect to walk about a block on cobblestone (and cobblestone is everywhere in this part of town, so you should prepare for this anyways with good, supportive shoes). This really isn't a big deal if you're ready for it and expect it, but if mobility is an issue for you, please be prepared for this with this area of Seville. We walked to the main sites - the Cathedral, Alcazar, and the Plaza de Espana - from the hotel, and once back from Traiana on the other side river to the hotel without an issue.

Great boutique hotel in a perfect location

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a major sporting event in Mid-May 2022. Hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Seville, staff are friendly and breakfast options on offer was great. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with ideal rooms and the terrace / pool area is fantastic. The only marks down is the insufficient AC on offer, which is barely enough to stay comfortable.

Amazingly helpful staff and great rooftop terrace with view of the cathedral. The rooms are comfortable and provide all the convinces. The large walk-in shower is very spacious. My room was not large, as is, in my experience, almost always the case in European hotels in major cities of this price level, but was adequate and the bed very comfortable.

Loved the location and service. Would have liked to be able to order snacks e.g. olives / nuts as well as drinks to have on the lovely rooftop

Absolutely superb from the moment we arrived to check out. the staff could not be more helpful and attentive. The hotel is perfectly located to see the city. The attention to detail at breakfast was first class and was constantly being restocked and presented beautifully. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for looking after us so well.

This hotel is lovely. The staff are amazing, especially Sergio and Joanna on reception who couldn’t do enough to help us with bookings for the Aire Spa and other activities like great restaurants to eat at and ordering taxis. The rooftop pool is a great retreat away from the city. It’s also super central to get to everywhere but really quiet at night because of its location on a quiet street. The rooms are really clean and breakfast is lovely.

We had a wonderful stay. It is well located in the historic center. It is quiet, clean, beautifully decorated. The pool and deck were very relaxing. The best asset of the hotel was its employees. The front desk service was phenomenal. The 3 of them were kind, friendly, ready to help us with any question. Prompt to answer our emails before arrival. Breakfast was delicious, varied with a touch of Sevilla's cuisine. A big shout to Rosi our waiter. She was so dedicated to make our breakfast experience a delight. We felt at home, appreciated and valued as customers by each employee.

Very nice small hotel. Well designed, good sized and rooms and mine had one of the biggest walk in showers I’ve had recently. Very good breakfast despite Covid - served at your table with nice selection of local ham and cheese, mini tortilla omelette, some fruit and pastries and crepes. The staff are very polite and helpful - everyone I had a chance to interact with. Location is very central, yet on a small quiet side street. Would definitely come back next time in Seville.

Had the best stay ever. The hotel itself is BEAUTIFUL and has a gorgeous rooftop pool in the heart of Seville’s most charming and touristic neighborhoods. Above all though, the staff is just absolutely amazing, accommodating, and always going above and beyond to ensure you’re having a great stay. Truly a wonderful experience!!

Modern luxury boutique in the center

Truly excellent hotel located close to all the sights at the center of Sevilla. The room and bed were comfortable, the breakfast tasty, and the service outstanding. Had a true modern luxury boutique feel, I can't recommend this hotel enough. And the view from the roof? Wow.

The place is nice and the service really good. Only con I'd add is that the hotel does not offer parking and the closer ones are not really close.

Annoying things which prevented a better review.

The hotel needs to make it clear that the only way to drive it with your bags is down a maze of incredibly narrow winding streets. Far better if you park in one of the main carparks, (not cheap) and Uber to your hotel. The guy who checks us in only spoke Spanish, I always find this odd in a city where a significant percentage of tourists are from outside the country. The pool is tiny and very shallow but nice to cool down in after a long drive. Breakfast was nice but marred by the fact we were sitting for 20 minutes having finished the food waiting for a coffee and glass of water. We asked several times. Eventually a cup of microwaved water and a sachet of instant coffee arrived. It turns out their coffee machine had broken down. Seriously just tell your guests, don't keep them waiting and getting very annoyed. The receptionist that day was Portuguese so spoke excellent English and when we checked out she was very apologetic and gave a sweet ceramic bird. Room was small but OK. The aircon was very good.

Soggiorno di 3 notti per visitare la cittá! L'hotel è centralissimo e comodissimo per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni. Staff super cordiale, colazione eccellente e pulizia impeccabile. Se proprio devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo, andrebbe montato un doccino all'interno della doccia, vista la mancanza del bidet! 5 stelle meritatissime!

Dejligt hotel og service i topklasse

Rigtig dejligt lille hotel, som ligger centralt og lige der hvor alt er i nærheden. Værelset var dejligt og sengen god. På tagterrassen kan du slappe af i en liggestol, og evt køle dig i den lille pool. Der er gratis kaffe, te og cacao hele dagen og om eftermiddagen nogle gange også et stykke kage, super god stil og ekstra service. Personale var meget søde og hjælpsomme. God morgenmad.

Helt fantastisk opphold! Vi storkosa oss, og angret veldig på at vi ikke hadde booket en dag til. Hotellet var fullbooket. Deilige senger, nydelig takterasse, fantastisk service, god frokost og perfekt beliggenhet. Vi vil tilbake!

Bel hôtel, petit dej à revoir

Tout proche de la cathédrale, dont on peut profiter de la vue depuis le toit terrasse, doté d'une petite piscine. L'hôtel est charmant, même si les chambres sont aveugles et donnent sur un patio intérieur. Ca a le mérite d'être très calme, du coup, mais un peu triste quand même. Seul point noir, le petit déjeuner, certes varié, mais dont les produits sont de qualité très médiocre.

Excelente propiedad en el casco histórico, desde la que se puede ir a pie a los principales hitos turísticos de esta hermosa ciudad.

Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé dans Santa Cruz , le personnel est très agréable et la vue depuis la piscine sur la cathédrale est juste splendide !

Recomiendo este hotel en todo sentido. Mi visita fue con mi esposa, conocimos Sevilla en día y medio, estuvimos dos noches en el hotel y francamente todo impecable. El desayuno, el lugar precioso, la ubicación, los servicios. Todo.

Hotellet er et lille hotel med 18 værelser. Superhyggeligt med fin service og nærhed til gæsterne. Vi spurgte ind til seværdigheder og spisesteder og fik glimrende anbefalinger. Morgenmaden var glimrende med en god service. Stedets beliggenhed i Santa Cruz området er helt i top med under 2 min. gang til katedralen og masser af barer og spisesteder. På trods af det, var der fred og ro. Hotellet har roof top pool. Rigtig hyggelig, selvom den ikke er ret stor. Varmeste anbefalinger herfra. Vi bor der også næste gang.

Mysigt småskaligt hotell

Verkligen så mysigt och trevligt hotell som ligger ett stenkast från katedralen. Rummen var stora och bra städade. Rooftopen med pool och solstolar var kanon, stor och fantastisk utsikt! Det var väldig personlig service och är man ute efter ett småskaligt hotell på bästa adress är detta hotellet man ska boka!
