Short Stay.

Hi. Stayed here for two nights. Great location by lots of shops and places to eat and less thsn 10 mins walk to Ado bus station. Friendly professional staff. Nice clean room, smart tv, nice bathroom with quick hot water. For the price you cant go wrong.

What's not to like about this property? Clean, modern, safe, courteous staff, plenty of parking space and all around a great hotel. We will come back and recommend it.

Great staff, clean

It was ok

Good for the price

The hotel had free indoor garage parking .. a total plus. The internet was sufficient. 24/7 reception. Nobody spoke any English, but that was ok too. Hot water was good. Overall, a good value for the money. The rooms had good air conditioning. The neighbourhood wasn't safe but looked a bit sketchy after darkness.

Love it

Everything was way more nice and clean then I expected. I will tell everyone to stay there if they are in the area. The fresh cut up fruit with granola and honey was a plus.

Excellent clean hotel with friendly staff.

This was a nice clean hotel close to restaurants, stores including large grocery store, etc. Well equipped rooms with A/C, TV, etc. Clean functional bathroom, plenty hot water. Safe and secure location. It is within walking distance of the ADO bus station but it is a far walk. Would take taxi if have luggage. Taxi was 50 pesos.

Nice cheap hotel, not ideal location

The hotel was very clean, and well equipped with an excellent staff. Two problems: first the hot water took a while to work after turning on the water, and second the location is not ideal, but they can call you a taxi that picks you up so if your not wanted to go explore its a good place.

Hotel was really nice. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Small complimentary breakfast was unexpected and appreciated. As other reviews say the rooms had no window/view of outside but we weren't bothered by this. Location wasn't the best, but only a short walk to the bus station and touristy restaurants. Fantastic value for money.

not a very good location but good for short stay

if i go there next time i will stay near the bus terminal, this place is near a local market in which quite dark and quiet at night

Good, clean budget hotel, but be aware of the neighbourhood. Also it's hard to get to hotel walking. It's hidden.

El personal del establecimiento es muy amable.

Esta espantoso el hotel , nos dieron un mini cuarto , cuando pague 4 personas , las sabanas rotas, nos apagaron el aire y cómo no tienen teléfono , tuve que bajar , el peor hotel en palenque

El hotel por fuera se ve bien, llegamos muy cansados y nos instalamos ya en la madrugada nos despertamos porque sentimos algunos piquetes y vimos que en la habitación había gran cantidad de hormigas. Obvio ya no pudimos descansar.

Me gusto que aunq era un sitio pequeño si estaba tanto bien acomodado como limpio asi como la atencion de su personal.

Los encargados muy serviciales y el hotel muy tranquilo, comodo y económico

Muy buena. Es limpio y la atención es excelente. Las recepcionistas son muy atentas y listas para servir. Aunque las camareras abren las puertas sin avisar muy temprano por las mañanas.

Normal con algunas deficiencias

Me hospede en 2 habitaciones doble una de ellas está muy chica la señal de cable y wifi estaba un poco deficiente.

El lugar esta muy limpio y cerca del centro, y tiene un ambiente agradable

Por el costo que pague estuvo bien, pero la cama y las almohadas no fueron de mi agrado, amanecimos con dolor de espalda. En cuanto a limpieza y cercania estuvo excelente.

El hotel está en buenas condiciones, con el imprescindible aire acondicionado funcionando correctamente y con personal muy atento. Sin embargo la ubicación impide salir de noche o ingresar luego del cierre de los comercios. El amable personal no tiene el conocimiento para brindar la mínima información turística.

Horrible experiencia... HOTEL DE PASO... con una pésima ubicación y el administrador BORRACHO ...sin poder dar información ... DECEPCIONADA CON LO PUBLICADO EN INTERNET

Buen hotel mal ubicado

El lugar es bueno y cumple con la espectativa, el inconveniente es que está ubicado en una zona no muy agradable, afuera hay basura y huele muy mal y el Google maps te lleva por un camino muy mal diseñado con un puente peligroso y una calle sin pavimentar

Cómoda y agradable

Al cambiar mi fecha de reserva Fany fue muy amable y accesible y cuando llegue a la 1 de la madrugada ya me espera Alfredo con mi habitación muy cómoda y agradable.

El hotel es buena opción, batallamos con el agua caliente, las habitaciones pequeñas pero con lo elemental, no está tan cerca del centro, las inmediaciones son un poco ruidosas ya que se encuentra frente al mercado. Es buena opción sin embargo.

hotel muy agradable, para pasar la noche, la zona no es muy agradable, pero esta cerca de centros comerciales y de la terminal de autobuses ADO, buen relacion costo beneficio.

Buenas instalaciones no enfocado al descanso

El hotel está está ubicado cerca del centro de Palenque pero en una zona nada agradable. En la habitación se escucha mucho ruido, hay gente que trabaja desde muy temprano sin respetar el descanso de los huéspedes. En fin no cumplió el cometido de descansar en su hotel.

En general el hotel esta bien, pero hay mucho ruido junto a la habitación y en la calle fuera del hotel

Muy bien, solo que el vigilante tiene el sueño muy pesado y tardó mucho en abrir, casi media hora.

Hotel te saca del apuro, y es económico, sin embargo las camas son incómodas. El espacio está un poco reducido pero aceptable.
