As always , friendly cooperative and efficient staff from arrival to departure , a most elegant and high quality refuge in a noisy, bustling and hot city !!

The staff was incredible.thank you emilia and ceccilia and anyone else i cant remember of. Always helpful,very fast response-can be reached via whatsapp as well. They recommend good dining options and tours if you need as well. Everyone is very sincere,kind and conversational-sweet touches in our rooms like kind notes and sweets or gestures like a facial cream as a gift etc were all very kind. The rooma are kept very clean,the laundry services also efficient and the lobby is cosy with complimentary sweets buffet along with a nice bar.

Hidden gem

JK Roma was a hidden discovery! The lobby and resto was very elegant my wife loved it so much. Concierge Andrea was amazing they manage to reserve all the nice resto for dinner. Our room was comfirtable and our bathrooms were so huge. We will definetly come back in this hotel for the location and very good service.

We had a wonderful stay at JK place. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and varied and the room was well appointed and tastefully furnished. Hotel Paradiso - magical gem, wonderful service

Possibly the most perfect hotel I’ve stayed in. The service was outstanding, attentive and friendly. From the moment I checked in I felt so welcome. As a solo traveller this can really make a difference. The layout and furnishings in the public spaces was very tasteful and considered. The rooms had lots of complimentary snacks and water which was great after a full day of walking. I had to leave very early one morning for a tour and got a breakfast pack to take with me, plus they made me a take away coffee. Really thoughtful. Best hotel pillows I’ve ever experienced too! Will certainly be back.

40th birthday getaway

Beautiful hotel in a great area.

There’s everything to love about this place and nothing not to like. I will not spoil the myriad of design surprises for anyone who chooses to stay here. Only minor improvement would be a terrace or roof cafe. But it’s an amazing place. Modern. Which is my style. None of that heavy 18th century rubbish.

Great hotel located walking distance from so much!

The hotel is in a great location, which is very close to the main shopping area and Spanish steps. The staff was wonderful and our room was perfect. It had every amenity you would hope to find in an upscale hotel.

This small hotel is perfection. Perfect location. Gorgeous rooms. Very chic and classy public spaces filled with beautiful art, furniture and art books. Breakfast is sophisticated, yummy, perfection. Staff is warm, inviting, attentive. Book this hotel!

The best hotel in Rome

Our second stay at this wonderful hotel during our Italy holiday. It felt like returning home we were greeted warmly by the lovely staff. This is one of our favourite hotels in the world.

JK Place Roma and outstanding luxury oasis in Roma

Luxury boutique hotel minutes walk from all the major attractions, great cafes and restaurants and brilliant shopping. The staff are all very friendly, professional and welcoming and speak excellent English. The rooms are spacious for Rome with beautiful furnishings and an amazing marble bathroom. Non alcoholic drinks and snacks are also complementary. The restaurant is very comfortable and the food and service is brilliant. We are well travelled and been fortunate to stay in many 5 star hotels and J.K. Place Roma is definitely one of the best.

Small hotel in the middle of Rome. Private entrance from a small street into a delightful and invitingly bright lobby. The staff was first-rate - friendly, efficient, very helpful.

The location of the property is pivital to many points of interest and very good restaurants within walking distance in rome. The hotel staff are top notch: they really make you feel welcome and eager for you to enjoy your stay, are friendly and professional. The rooms are a good size, nicely furnished and very clean, which is a big deal for me. Breakfast is very nicely done with ample portions. First time for us staying at this hotel, but not the last.

Amazing hotel staff go above and beyond nothing negative

The ladies at the front desk were simply amazing. They helped book a tour guide and after a lot of diligent phone calls were successful in making dinner reservations at a Michelin starred restaurant for the following evening. They even gave me a birthday cake on my birthday! Within walking distance to several attractions while located on a quiet street. Overall wonderful stay and I would definitely stay at J.K. Place Roma again!

JK Place is a lovely, quiet hotel, in a beautiful building situated down a narrow lane in the centre of Rome. The interiors are stylish and comfortable, the staff excellent. Breakfast offers a comprehensive menu, catering for those requiring vegan or gluten free options. Loved the large lift with sofas. We had a great 4 day stay in Rome. No onsite gym or fitness facilities available. Otherwise highly recommended.

Continues to be one of the best

I have stayed at the JK Roma several times before and I am always impressed by the high standard of every aspect of this hotel and in particular the staff which is simply exceptional.

We cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the team of people that work there. The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room and our daughter and son-in-law’s rooms both had large balconys that we used on a regular basis. Twice my husband and I ordered room service for dinner and ate out on the balcony. The days we were in Rome were beautiful which was perfect for relaxing on the balcony. This leads me to to wonderful food in the restaraunt in the hotel. We ate at the restaurant more than we planned but that’s because the food and service were so good. Everyone was so nice but Giovanni and Diego made our stay extra special and constantly took care of anything we could ever need. Lastly the location of the hotel was so convenient to everything. The Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Colloseum, everything was so close we could, and did walk there everyday. As I said at the beginning, there are so many wonderful things to say about this hotel and it’s staff.

Excellent hotel great staff giving you that personal touch that makes you feel your staying in a top hotel. The rooms are spotless and comfortable with a great shower and products in the bathroom.

The room and bathroom were great as are amenities, except for no coffee machine in the room. The restaurant does make the best coffee ever! The included breakfast is delicious. The location is great. Everyone there is very kind.

lovely boutique hotel with truly incomparable service. The staff couldn't be more cordial and helpful. checked in in the lovely living room where we were brought beautiful cups of cappuccino with the steamed milk in a lovely heart shape..... don't know how they pulled that off...!! and the most delicious little tiny butter cookies that were just superb. They greet you as you come and go and offer any help you might need. The room and the furnishings were first class and the bed was divine and the bathroom was fab also. You feel like royalty. Can't be beat. We really look forward to returning. The only downside was that there was no business center but they will help you on their computers as much as they can.

Fantastic in every way

From the minute you arrive, it's clear this is a really special hotel. The hotel reception staff were extremely welcoming, offering us a glass of chilled prosecco whilst we sat in the beautiful lounge waiting for our room to be available (it was ready within a few minutes and earlier than advised). The room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean: handmade extremely comfortable bed with high quality linen, free minibar (non alcoholic) free basket of well thought out treats, large bottles of shampoos, shower gels etc. We could not fault the staff, all of them extremely kind, polite, friendly and helpful. Made themselves known to us by name and clearly take pride in the service they are offering. The breakfast was up there with the best we have had. Hot cooked to order together with a plethora of very fresh fruits, home made yoghurts, meats, smoked mozzarella and pastries. The location is fantastic, with the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain etc within 5 minutes walk, plus all the beautiful shops on the doorstep. It isn't a cheap hotel, but we found it to be good value for the money. We loved it and would not hesitate to go back or recommend it to others.

Truly EXQUISITE experience

The most thoughtful hotel we've stayed in. My husband and I were amazed at how they catered to him preferring gluten free food, how they bookmarked the books we were reading and when I left my purse in the taxi, they helped us get the purse back. Gosh, what an amazing, relaxing, truly comfortable place to stay. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. That's part of their philosophy.

A serene and luxurious hotel in the heart of Rome!

J K Place Rome is a stunning and romantic hotel. The location is just fantastic being only minutes walk to the main shopping district of Rome and attractions including the Spanish Steps and Trevie Fountain. I could not fault this hotel in any way. Upon entering the hotel you will discover a serene and immaculate environment with stunning interiors. The main sitting area is more like a luxurious living room giving this hotel a home away from home feel. The staff are incredibly welcoming and will do absolutely everything to ensure that your stay is memorable. Our room was luxuriously appointed and the bed was like sleeping on Cloud 9. Even though it was just for one night we absolutely loved our stay here and will be returning next time.

Benadetta and the entire staff at this wonderful hotel made our too short but fabulous stay in Roma memberable. If you wish to be pampered but not hovered over this is your place. Benadetta arranged a private tour with the most amiable and knowledgible guide. We learned so much about Bernini, Boromini, & Carravaggio. J K Place Roma ROCKS!

Wonderful stay in Rome

We stayed at the JK Place Roma to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It is a beautiful hotel tucked away in a great central location within easy walking distance of the main sites. We were greeted by a lovely lady (sorry I cant remember names) who took us through to the stylish lounge where we were served a complimentary cocktail whilst she checked us in, no standing in line at reception! When we were ready she escorted us to our beautiful room and explained everything we needed to know. We were upgraded to a lovely junior suite which was spacious with a huge bathroom and dressing area. There is a well stocked complimentary mini bar with a variety of soft drinks and snacks. Breakfast is served in the restaurant there is a large selection of fruit, breads, cakes etc and the main breakfast is prepared to order thus ensuring the food you receive is cooked to perfection and hasn't been sat around under hot plates. The reception staff were very helpful with advice and booking of restaurants etc. Overall having stayed in other 5 star hotels - Mandarin, Ritz Carlton etc the JK Place Roma had something extra special about it. If you want a tranquil retreat from the beautiful but busy streets of Rome book this hotel, you wont be disappointed.

This hotel was perfect in every way. It is super clean, has large bathrooms for Rome, great shower head with fantastic pressure, very attentive staff, breakfast was delicious and they made whatever you requested, and totally quiet at night! We stayed 9 nights and really hated to leave!

Great place to stay

JK Place is one of the nicest hotels to stay in. My husband and I travel widely and appreciated the hotel's attention to detail. Last year when we were in Rome we stayed at the De Russie where we have stayed before and this hotel is in the same price range as the JKH, but although the staff there was as good as always, the room we stayed was rather tired. We were not disappointed by JK Place - nice touches are the complimentary mini bar and the excellent breakfast ( excellent fritelle). We also had good recommendations from the concierge for restaurants.

Best hotel in Rome!

Amazing place, excellent staff, beautiful room and hotel. Everyone goes the extra mile in terms of service! It's the only place I will stay when coming to Rome. We are planning to try their Hotel in Capri next. If you have the opportunity, stay at JK, you will not be dissapointed.
