I highly recommend Jerusalem Inn hotel because of its clean and comfortable. Staff also treat us as well.
It was in the middle of the city center
Nice hotel and very friendly staffs
Good place to stay
A friendly hotel with good staff.
A good place
Jeruzalem Inn is a friendly hotel with a good room for solo travellers. The staff is helpfull and provides good service. They helped me with the questions I had.
The only good thing about this hotel was location. The first guy staff was good. There was no elevator so second floor sucked with suitcases. He did carry them up for us, but there was no one there to help when we checked out. Even though we askedfor someone. There is no one there from 11pm to 11am. You are given a whats app number to call. We had a very loud bar beside our room that went till very late. Then people talking and chanting till 1 am. Bring ear plugs! The patios doors wouldnt close, the fridge needed to be defrosted. There was a bed mattress in stairway. The only reason to stay here is location and price but be prepared
The service was bad.. the rooms are not clean, the sheets were not changed, noise all night, the rooms are not sealed and you can hear everything, a shocking experience
The hotel is close to a bar and/or restaurant and as such it gets very noisy until late at night. Had trouble sleeping on most nights I was there (over the weekend). Check-in is not convenient (3pm only, there is nobody there before that?), and the clerk could not care less. Room was clean, but quite small.
The room was newly renovated and clean. It was a bit small (double bed, a small desk, small porch and a small bathroom with a nice shower), however, it suited my needs. I was on vacation with my son touring and we just needed it for sleeping. It was walking distance to everything. It is on a quite street but a block away from all the night action and resturants. Would definatly stay again.
Great stay
Excellent customer service ,highly recommend staying here. Fabulous breakfasts.
The hotel Is in a great position just 10 minutes walk from Jaffa Gate. Also very near the tram line that goes along Jaffa Road. Staff at reception are helpful, breakfast is the same every day but plentiful, there is no lift so it would not be suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Our room was a good size, though a little noisy
Decent
This hotel was okay. It was difficult to find, and while I understand it has no parking I did not realise it would be SO difficult to figure out parking. The breakfast was wonderful. The location is certainly convenient but I would not suggest if you are driving. If you are not driving this is great. It does not have a lift, just FYI, but a bit of a surprise to hike up several floors. The bed was not very comfortable. The shower was great
The location of the property is 10/10. Staff are so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Nasser and the lovely young lady at the breakfast bar. The room however wasn't too clean. Dusty and i had to ask to change towels as they weren't too clean. All in all, the hotel does the job and the staff and location are great.
It is within walking distance from old city. There are a few restaurants around the block.
Great location, friendly staff! Loved the rooftop terrace. Only negative was that we couldn’t get A/C to stay cool.
location close to every where, easy access transportations
Incredibly walkable to much of downtown Jerusalem. Noisy at night because of city nightlife.
Our room was 10 feet from the open patio at a restaurant-barwhere people partied until 5 am. The previous morning we were awakened by construction noises at 6 am (after a 4 am garbage pickup). The pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The best thing about this hotel was the location.
The staff here are super on everything pretty much. They give you such a great attention to make sure your stay is pleasant.
Location is great. Include nice breakfast. Room size is Ok. Anyway make sure you didn't stay in Music festival period of the bar right next door. (Cos it's so loud)
Cute rooms with storage space (wardrobe, drawers), ready to help staff and excellent location.
Hotel in great location within close walking distance to Old City so NO complaint on that important factor BUT hotel fronts a small quite busy road and is in close proximity to several bars which causes some late night noise and which was exacerbated during 2 of the 4 nights of my stay by people standing opposite the hotel and shouting their heads off at 1.30am. I complained to the (advised) 24-hour (?) reception staff they should address this problem for the sake of the guests even if it means ringing the police to deal with rather than me having to deal with it myself by shouting at them? I did ask for a quiet room when i booked but was told on arrival there are not any dead-quiet rooms because of its location so i guess there are limits to what the hotel can do, BUT they could do more! The room was a good size and the en-suite modern but the glazed partition wall-shower screen with the bedroom clearly needs a total scrub down. The TV and wi-fi worked great, the breakfast was good with a reasonable choice and the staff helpful. Overall the hotel suits its purpose and like it or not their room price seems to reflect the 'going rate'. Shame there is no guests communal lounge area.
carpets stink no elevators.Get ready to climb 43
carpets stink no elevators.Get ready to climb 43 steps or more with suitcases, very very dirty bathrooms
This hotel needs a lot of cleaning the bathrooms
This hotel needs a lot of cleaning the bathrooms, very dirty pillow I was stained old blood you take her to the reception they gave no apologie, to much noisy
Very dirty looking for something cleaner
Terrible noise can not rest, very dirty looking for something cleaner when I went to reception to tell them to see how this dirty bath answered me that it is so young boy reception
A comfortable stay.
We had two rooms. One was great, the other small and in need of redecoration. Beds were very comfortable. Showers were powerful with plenty of hot water. Good buffet breakfast with selection of hot and cold foods. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Old building next to a bar
The location is good, near the main street. Breakfast buffet was good. But the hotel itself is very old and it is next to a bar where loud noise kept me up till 2 a.m. My room was smaller than what I expected. It did not look like the superior room photo I booked online. The bathroom door hits the bed when opening. There is no USB charger in the room but the receptionist let me charge at the front desk computer. Over all, it needs to complete the update to get rid of the damp, humid air and maybe windows that can block or reduce the noise from outside.
Great location, safe. Simple room, simple stay. No parking but friendly staff
Hotel has a very good breakfast and it is within walking distance to Mamila and the old town, Wailing Wall (Jaffa Gate). Staff is very nice and friendly. Every room has a balcony.
Good management and staff, good breakfast, good location, small bathroom
great choice!
great choice!
It was great. The room was closed. The location is central so I could hear people in the bars cheering the World Cup. So it wasn't as quiet as I would have liked. Other than that, no complaints.
Very good and welcoming and friendly Shalom Amen
Nice but could be more clean and friendly staff
This hotel has the best breakfast in 6 countries we visited ✅👍❤️ The location is also great , close to Jaffa gate an Jaffa street in a nice neighborhood ✅👍 But the staff could be a little more friendly an courteous, except Moshe 👍✅ the afternoon lady kind of rude, and about the cleanliness is in charge of young boys who has very little knowledge and care about that. The carpet on the room is disgusting, and those guys never clean properly the bathroom nor the walls of the tub.
Great location basic comforts
This small hotel is in an ideal location. Walking distance from many attractions, bars and restaurants. The room was a little cramped with not much room for my suitcase and no hand soap or toiletries were provided. The included breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff were helpful when I misplaced a pair of earrings and assisted me to find them.
Great location within walking distance to several bars and restaurants, and the old city
Unpleasant staff, anti-customer approach, dirty
Several things went bad which created very unpleasant experience. Firstly, hotel claimed that we didn't have breakfast pre-paid even though it was clearly mentioned in the reservation confirmation that breakfast is included. They firstly required us to pay the breakfast again and when the manager understood that there is a mistake on their side he just kept being very unpleasant to talk to. Secondly, a different room was given to us that we booked. Nevertheless, this was resolved by room change. Another mistake on the hotel side with not properly uploading the pictures to the reservation portal. Thirdly, the hall was not possible to be used after check-out when I needed to work on the computer for a while. Overall, it was just always felt that we are not welcome here. Very unprofessional approach, poor hotel management, impudent communication. Consider carefully if it's worth booking or not.
Thank you Jerusalem Inn
We had a wonderfull stay at the Jerusalem Inn. Thank you to all the staff members. The room was nice and big and the food was 5 star.
Our room at Jerusalem inn
1. The area is very noisy 2. The bath room has mold and only 2 towels 3. No parking 4. Good size room, at city center 5. Very good breakfast
Jerusalem Inn
I checked in early with no comment. The room was compact with a large window leading to a small balcony area...there was no in-room safe as I was expecting. The bathroom was within the room and water did escape the shower into the living area. There was no 'Do not disturb' sign to hang outside the door. The television had many channels in several languages. The immediate local area is quiet but Old Jerusalem is a short walk away as are shops and the tram. Some tours start early at the David Citadel Hotel which is also a short walk away.
Good hotel and right location
The stay was good. Staff were helpful and friendly
Poor service.
My room wasn’t that clean especially the bathroom and the carpet. Night staff was nice, and told me tomorrow is Saturday check out time is 12, but in the morning other staff call me at 10:50 remind me check out at 11.
Four Star it isn't!
Excellent Breakfast selection, lobby looks four star but behind the scenes the rooms are in need of decoration and certainly not 4 star standard. Staff are very helpful.
Nice hotel with a good breakfast. Close to the Old City. Parking possibilities at the Mamilla Shopping Mall close to the Old City.
Central....quiet
Good location. Staff a little preoccupied at times. Tools could use some TLC. A little worn in areas. Great location for the money though.
Hotel have disappointed me with half working, leaking shower into room with following damp "aroma", and "lost" wall charger which I tried to recover couple of hours after checkout, but can't complain descent location and breakfast.
Great central location
Our standard room was too small, we couldn't even put our suitcases down flat, so we upgraded to a larger room. The staff was very nice. The breakfast can be in the hotel (not certified kosher) or a full kosher breakfast if offered a few blocks away at the Eyal Hotel. I would stay here again.
Good enough hotel
Not bad but definitely over rated in hotels.com
Extremley small rooms. Not worth the price.
The hotel staff was a bit on the rude side as well.
Great location as within walking distance to many of the attractions and historical sites.
Nice hotel close to everthing
Nice hotel! Rooms are small and not fancy but most of the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. It can get a little noise late in the evening but coming for NYC we are use to noise . perfect for couples.
Overall a decent place, location is great, 10mins walk to the old city. Breakfast is good. Rooms are small for the price, but were clean.
Centrally located, amazing hotel
I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and I have. It's the only place I'll be staying when I come back to Jerusalem. Loved the staff and everything about Jerusalem Inn!
excellent place to stay
The check in was easy and fast. We left the luggage with the office and came back after 6 hours. We were lucky and our room was spacious with a balcony facing the back. Bathroom was fine. Breakfast is served in the room on the main floor. It was plentiful. The coffee was good. The service as well. Altogether it was a pleasant stay. I would totally recommend or better yet, come for another stay.
Nice hotel
Manager of hotel is very helpful, friendly, and kind. Staff of hotel are helpful and friendly. Location of hotel is good. There are many restaurants and stores near hotel. Old town of Jerusalem is near hotel.
Good Location
Staff was great. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a super location within easy walking distance of Old Town and Jaffa Street restaurants and shopping. Also breakfast buffet was a very pleasant surprise with a large assortment to choose from.
Disappointing
First off, no parking. I had to pay 150 shekels to park overnight in a swindling, overpriced private lot across the street. I had a colony of ants attacking my bathroom items. (They had a conga line coming from the window) the breakfast was "OK". The balcony was enough for one person to Stand on and spin around. The good news is that it is a block away from the Ben yehuda pedestrian mall with lots of eating choices, but it also has a night club out back that likes to party until 2AM so don't plan on sleeping early. Plenty of channels on the tube, and wifi was great.
Excellent location to old city and restaurants
Clean modern room and very helpful staff at front desk--professional and friendly! The only downfall is the noise outside at night from the bars that can last until 4am--staff offered to help out but too much bother to change rooms fo r me. I was traveling alone and room was small but adequate --overall excellent experience !
Staff was very friendly and helpful .location for shopping was great just two Minuits walking from the inn.
Nice family type hotel
The management and staff were very friendly - the breakfast was wonderful (problems with coffee machine) The hotel is older but clean - my room was small but comfortable - air conditioning, internet, refrigerator, and TV all worked well. Flat Screen TV had CNN and Fox news in English as well as other English speaking channels. Short walk to Jaffa Gate (Old City) and Jaffa Street (Zion Square) where there is all the food and shopping you could want. Lots of people activity and street musicians. Also, light rail from Old City to Mt. Hertzl is on Jaffa Street close to the hotel. Light rail and busses run often, are clean, and air conditioned. Make sure you request a renovated room as reported on their web site - I saw the standard room and I would not have stayed in it.
I was supposed to stay at the Jerusalem Inn, but it was under renovation, and they put me up at another hotel of the same chain which was fantastic. While the staff, services and location were outstanding, I think the room I was in wasn't updated and that is my only complaint. Still, it was clean, comfortable and good value. I would definitely stay there again.
Best price/location/amenities in Jerusalem Center
You cannot possibly ask for a better location, right across from Ben Yehudah steet, short walk to old city down Yaffa street, machene yehudah up yaffa steet, access to the light rail to the main bus and train station. Very clean rooms. Small as expected for Israeli hotels but more than comfortable with mini fridge, coffee makers, TV. No elevator but only two flights and workers more than helpful to carry suitcases up and down. Very helpful front desk staff will call cabs and look things up for you. Has a third floor outdoor lounge, also very pretty and comfortable. Yes, it can get a bit noisy at night - after you it is right by ben yehudah, but you close the window and turn on the ac and you won't hear it. Nice breakfast too.
Nice staff, location, but outside noise at night
Nicest staff, clean small room, easy to get to the hotel and to the Old City. But very noisy outside at night. There are a couple of bars on the block and groups of local youth hang out under the windows. A closed balcony door cuts only half of the noise. Particularly loud music started at midnight (!) and went on until 3am. Next day it got quiet by 2am. I was hoping to get up early to see the city before the midday heat, but falling asleep only after 2am-3am made me feel exhausted. I have to say, despite the friendly and helpful staff and convenient location, I will not stay there again because of the noise.
Nice little place near a great neighborhood
Stayed for one night and had a great stay. The room was a perfect size for one person. The front desk was super helpful and friendly. I twisted my ankle during the day and the gentleman at the front desk got me a bag of ice. The breakfast was average; I certainly had better at other hotels, but it was sufficient enough for me. I would definitely stay there again.
We really enjoyed this hotel. We will surely recommend this hotel to our friends.
Disappointing
Poor standard and service . Staff unhelpful , busy with their own phones .
Nice hotel near old city and in the middle of nigh
We had a great time and would go back. Rooms were clean and modern. Great bars and restaraunts right next door, so close that the sound can be heard from hotel bed rooms. The breakfast was one of the best meals I had in Israel, simple, elegant and delicious. Parking is difficult near hotel and staff needed to be prodded to assist with providing a clue.
Close to the holy city and the garden tomb
Good and enjoyable woooooooooooooooooow I don't know what you want me to write but it was OK there is no bad thing about the hotel or the place
A very comfortable and clean hotel
Very nice hotel. Also very nice and helpful staff. Two suggestions: 1). If you wish a hairdryer, request it upon checking in. It is kind of late when you are standing there naked after a shower and realize the hairdryer is provided upon request. 2). You might request a room on a lower floor as there is no elevator. Other quirks were that there was no shelf in the shower to put the bottle of shampoo. But these were minor issues. The hotel is an excellent value for the money, very clean, good breakfast.
Near to OLD CITY and right in NEW one
3 Level Hotel with no elevator , nice staff , nice breakfast , no parking and tough to find one but very expensive
good location, easy access
Stayed twice in two different rooms. Fantastic location right off Jaffa St. and a 7 minute walk to the Old City. Lots of coffee cafes, ATM's, etc. nearby. No elevator but not a problem to me.
First trip to Isreal
We stayed here on recommendation from family. The room was good and the breakfast was excellent each morning. Plenty of places to walk nearby.
Good location, but accomodation not too great
Expedia should advise when a hotel does not have elevators, special consideration for seniors travellers. On arrival we were told that the hotel have no elevators and no bell boys to help us with our luggages. Room was with musty odor. Bath room very small (towels were store in the bedroom closet!), and smelly. Water damage in ceilings and walls over and around the bathroom area
Perfect location for exploration
This hotel has the perfect location just off the junction of Ben Jehuda St and Jafo St. Avi and his team were very friendly and professional. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We will stay here again on our next visit to Jerusalem.
no complaints
very enjoyable-- excellent breakfast location could not be better
Perfect location
Excellent , kind and caring staff and a very clean and comfortable room. Perfect in every way. Of course, it's Israel!
Convinience location to transportation
Very friendly place. The staff is very resourceful. The place is located between two bars in which could be loud at night. The two days that I spent in Jerusalem, the hotel was very safe and there were always someone in the reception to welcome the traveler.
Excellent!!
I could not be happier with my stay at the Jerusalem Inn. It is a very reasonable price, excellent location and the entire staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way for me. When I arrived my room was not made up and they immediately upgraded me to a beautiful room, but even the original room was very nice for the price! Overall I am extremely pleased I stayed here, thank you!
Small inn in the heart of it all
It is a great location. Room was a little small but ideal for 1 person. Great night life in the area.
My favourite hotel in central Jerusalem!
The location, comfort and price is the best you can find in Jerusalem! So close to the Old city, restaurants, markets and easy transport to central Station. This is my second time time staying at the Jerusalem Inn. Highly recommended!
Not bad for the price
As some reviewers have stated the hotel is in need of a makeover but it is functional and perfectly located. There is no lift so beware if you have walking difficulties. The staff were always polite and helpful and never forgot anything when they promised to do it. The room was small but functional. The breakfast buffet was adequate. What more can I say. I would definitely use it again, after all if you want luxury then pay luxury prices.
Perfect Location
Jerusalem Inn was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in absolutely perfect location to walk to either Jaffa or demascus gate. The breakfast buffet is very nice. It has a variety of things you can eat. The rooms are a little small and the bathrooms are very very small, but it works. You get the location over the rooms. The twin beds were very small, but work. The walls are paper thin, but everyone was respectful. You can hear some of the music from the nearby bars in some rooms, but it's not that noticeable. The staff is very friendly and speak English very well and will assist you on anything you need. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's relatively cheap for the location and I am glad I stayed there.
Jerusalem Inn review
Good location, nice lobby, attractive breakfast (although I got stomach problems about half an hour after my first breakfast and kept away from fresh vegetables). The room (#112) was really for one person but it is let out for two (bed is big enough for two). Both the toilet and shower are glass enclosed stalls, not separate rooms. Carpet is old and so is wall paper. No place to hang clothes so you live out of your suitcase. Not a good mattress. I don't know what other rooms are like or how other people fared at breakfast, but this would not be a place I would try staying in again.
dated and unfreindly, but convenient
Easy check-in, room was nice sized, bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent. Other than that, mostly negative opinion. Working backwards, the morning I had to check-out, I was rudely awakened at 11:02AM (I guess check-out is 11?) as the staff violently opened up my door simultaneous to banging once. What if I had been walking the dog or dropping the kids off at the pool? The room/hotel is very dated, with peeling paint, plaster and caulking everywhere. Was tough to tell if anything was clean because of how run-down it appeared. No elevator, but I was on 1st floor so no problems there. The safe in my room did not work, which was a problem, as I had a fair amount of cash and I had acquired some valuable items in Turkey . This made me quite nervous about my planned day tour to the Dead Sea and Massada. The staff did offer to keep my backpack in the office, but I still was not totally comfortable with this, so I wound up taking my cash and passport with me on the day trip. They told me that the safe would be fixed by the time I returned, but it was not. Would not stay here again and would not recommend staying here considering the other comparably priced options in the same area. On a positive note, there is a great little bar 2 doors down (Mitte) and by far the best (and only "real) pizza in Jerusalem less than a block away (Pips). After all, how much schwarma and falafal can a person eat?
My Biggest Disappointment
I had booked two twin beds, but when I got to the hotel I was told the reservation was only for one person. They wanted to charge another $30 for the second person. I asked, "Why would I book TWO beds for one person?" The manager wasn't willing to do anything about it. I've never met a more arrogant and unprofessional manager. The hotel provides no parking and the lot across the street charges $7 per hour. I was so disgusted that I paid for the night's stay, canceled the room, and left. I didn't even go to the room to see what it looked like. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Nice hotel near to the Old City.
The hotel was fine in itself. But to our dismay there was extremely loud music playing each night from 2100hours until 0400hours....this meant we didn't have one decent nights sleep ready for our tours which were full day outings, which we had planned in advance. not recommended for people wanting a quiet evening resting after a busy day touring.
great location
great location if you need to be close to Old City, Jaffa street and popular markets. Little disappointed with break-feast but overall good value for money.
Nice Hotel
I recommend this hotel. It is very near to the tourist attraction in Jerusalem, such as Ben Yehuda Street, Tower of David, and the old city. The hotel staff were really helpful. We had some problem with the bathroom and safe box and immediately sent someone to fix it. Good Breakfast.
Location location!!!
Great location, fabulous breakfast. Staff helpfull .
don't stay here
There were bed bugs in my room when i stayed. I don't recommend it!
Good position in main centre
Although the hotel is well positioned do not stay in the hotel on a Thursday night. There is a bar below the hotel with loud music until 3 am. We complained but the hotel staff just shrugged their shoulders. The Saturday night the noise stopped at 12 am. The towels are paper thin and we had to ask for hand towels and a shower mat. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are comfortable and although redecorated there were water stains on the ceiling and a blind man must have painted the walls.
Bed bugs are at this hotel
I got bed bugs at this hotel in Dec 2013. Suggest you don't stay here!! They moved me to their other hotel which wasn't too far away, but it wasn't very pleasant being covered in bites and worrying they had gotten into my bags. After I felt the bites the mattress and pillow were crawling with bed bugs- I spotted about 8 of them easily- so no idea why they weren't aware and hadn't fumigated. Choose somewhere else!!
Location locarion location
It is what it is - a simple hotel with proximity to the centre of downtown Jerusalem and the Old CIty - all with walking distance of 5-15 min. Parking is non-existent in Jerusalem and if you drive - good luck trying to find something within walking distance to the hotel! The hotel has no parking and I had to make an arrangement with the fellow across the street who ran a parking lot and charges 20 NIS an hour! Rooms are small - like you might find in NYC or London and there was just enough room for 2 people and a bag or two but any more and you would not find floor space. It is undergoing some renovation so some rooms have updated bathrooms.
All the single ladies...should stay somewhere else
I travel in Israel regularly and always as a solo woman. This is the first hotel that I thought, "single women shouldn't stay here." The way that the front desk, front door and stairs to the rooms are situated, it is quite easy for a non-guest to enter the building and head up to the rooms. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean, but the wifi was spotty and it was hard to get the heat working in my room. The Jerusalem Inn is between Jaffa Road and the Russian Compound, around the corner from very loud bars (which hosted drummers until I left for the airport at 6am on Friday morning). It's not unsafe, but felt a bit dodgy. The breakfast is okay, but nothing to write home about. Did I get what I paid for? Yes. Would I stay there again? No.
Great location good value.
The location of the Jerusalem Inn is perfect. Close to everything you would want to see and tons of shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Great breakfast and nice staff. Not a fancy hotel but very nice, clean and good size room. I would definitely go back.
Great location
nothing negative to say about this hotel, all was good!
Great location / otherwise not good.
Probably the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I stayed on the 1st floor. The sound from the lobby filled my room. You heard every everyone going up and down the stairs. My room was the size of a shoe box it barely fit the bed. I couldn't even open the closet door fully. The shower was extremely small. I couldn't shampoo my hair with the door flying open. Staff generally unhelpful. Breakfast not that great. Ended up going out to breakfast at some of the local cafés. The location was awesome as was the neighborhood. Very close to the Jaffa Gate and Jaffa street for shops and restaurants. I wouldn't stay there again. Impossible to get any sleep from all the noise in and outside of the hotel.
Has the potential to be better.
There were pluses and minuses to my experience. The hotel is in an excellent location very close to many shops, food, cafe's, the "light rail" and most importantly the Old City of Jerusalem.(a plus) I stayed for two nights and both nights there are bars right outside the back of the hotel and the noise level was inappropriate and went on well past 2:00 in the morning. The staff informed me that they are working on a solution with the owners. The building and facilities are actually very nice, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent. As for my room, I wasn't expecting much but didn't mind the small size. The bed sheets, linens, and towels were clean and fresh but upon entering the room for the first time I noticed a moldy smell. I had a friend come to stay here as well and his room had the same problem. As I looked around I found the source which was the carpet. By the shower and somehow on the opposite side of the room by the small fridge the carpet was wet. Then I noticed that when showering somehow the water is getting out beyond the boundaries of the glass walls. Now if this goes on multiple times with multiple guests then you will get mold from the carpet being wet constantly. Everything in the room was nice except the carpet which looked dirty too. If they could just get rid of it completely or stop it from getting wet then it would be perfect. I mean no insult by writing this, and hopefully this will help. Just being honest. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Handy location
The location couldn't be better. You are just steps off Jaffa Road. Short walk to the Old City, good shopping nearby, lively street at night, handy light rail. Good pubs and cafes nearby.

Excellent location but room maintenance is poor.
