Overall, the description stating that the hotel is near the airport is misleading. It was not. In fact, it was many miles away from the airport. I was unable to sleep all night due to construction work being carried out in the hotel, which clearly did not take into account the convenience of the guests. The noise was so loud that, early in the morning, I did not hear anyone knocking on my door for breakfast. The hotel's breakfast arrangements were poor. I was told that someone had knocked at my door, but when I replied that I hadn’t heard anyone due to the noise from the construction, with masons and others making loud sounds, no one seemed concerned. I was accused of locking the connecting door between the room and the foyer. This was a convenient excuse. The breakfast on the second morning, which consisted of bread, eggs, and tea, was as cold as could be. The room itself is spacious, but the bathroom is horrible. The windows are broken, dirty, and unsightly.
Everything was good , but no restaurant around it
The property was not bad , but there was no restaurant around it, and I suffered not eating good food for the time I was there and the staff was not bad too ,
DISAPPOINTED
This is the worst place I've stayed in.They can't even provide drinking water for guest, even if you want to buy. Some stuffs were stolen from my room and I complained to the manager.I also wanted to know who cleaned my room. The lady in question refused to answer her phone when called, according to the manager and he wasn't straightforward and did not pursue the matter. Worst customer service EVER!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR YOU RISK LOOSING YOUR IMPORTANT SYUFFS.
This is an old hotel, founded in 1979. Undoubtedly, it was either well maintained over the years or recently refurbished. The room was spacious, decent, and great. The curtains are dirty, the same goes for the wardrobe. The louvers are dirty, with a few broken. Sadly, the air-conditioning is located right over the widow, with the cool air escaping through the broken windows. The city has grown, causing noise of all kinds at all times. I arrived late and when i asked to speak with the chef, i was told that there was no kitchen on the facility. So, i ended up starving. In the morning, i was not served breakfast. When i inquired about this, i was told that my door was knocked but no one replied. I wonder how they expected me to separate the non-stop noise from the streets, from the constant pounding from the facility, etc. from a knock on the door. This hotel has potentials but the managements need to attend to little things to make this facility attractive to people. I took photos to support this review.
It was a nice place to stay.
Very good customer service . Nice hotel. Good location
Doesn't meet a great standard of hotel.
Not bad. But neighbourhoos is dirty
It's safe to stay
Everything ghana is peaceful country together as one
It's an averagely good place to stay
The hotel is okay, staff are friendly and ready to help. They attend to you with courtesy and the room is good. The air-condition is working well and the TV/cable. However, the bathroom towel is old, needed to be changed. On the average, i will give them 75%
Not a great experience with staff & the room was rather dirty in parts. The bathroom door was hung on only one hinge making it difficult to move
If your goal is just to find a bed to sleep on, then this place will do fine. Anything else, you're in trouble. Staff initially is friendly until asked to address a concern. Placed in a downgraded room though paid for upgrade. Told upgrade in that size was not available eventhough it was paid for. No reimbursement offered. Next size room upgrade was available but not offered. Breakfast is nonexistent. The free breakfast consist only of dry bread, sometimes with butter and on occasion eggs. No drink, juice, milk or even fruit is offered. There is no shuttle bus service to the airport. Rooms are okay but if there's a maintenance issue, it will be addressed but not resolved nor will your room be changed if needed. Small shops, businesses and embassies are in walking or close distance so convenient.
The hotel itself is located in a special hidden unique area in New Town. It is very quiet and shopping is available outside the doors of the hotel. The vendors are very friendly! It is also a very safe area and security is available 24/7. The hotel structure is a beautiful older building with great potential to be even better! The area outside the hotel patio is a great place to barbecue 👌 😋! There is also ample parking in the rear! I highly recommend tourists to visit this amazing historic hotel. The manager and his staff do an "Awesome" job there! I see this hotel transforming into a "5 Star Hotel" in the near future!
Amazing
Do not go nor waste your money. Everything about this hotel was gross. The rooms were not dirty. Filthy. Bathroom fell apart. Staff is very unprofessional. I got a refund immediately and got the heck out of there. Filthy rooms!!! I wish I could submit pictures of this place. My husband and I were not at all pleased! This place needs to shut down
it was a nice stay
Disappointing stay
Very disappointing stay. Sheets and pillow cases were torn or had holes, fridge was dirty and non functional, light fitting had no light so room was pretty dark, toilet seat was not attached there was no hot water available. These were not corrected during our 3 day stay. When we asked about the hot water on our checkout, we were told we had to specifically request that the hot water be switched on for use! Omlette for breakfast was nice.

Though it was an average hotel, (3 stars) the service was ok and very good.
