Dorm like apartments would be great for mid to long stay. We just stopped one night and I wished we had more time. Excellent location in immaculate clean old town. Very walkable area. Super nice reception desk. Lots of restaurants and shops one block over. Was able to park our car in garage under building.

Great location, easily walkable to everything. Parking is tight but that's not uncommon to European garages. Check out was at 11 but we had our car rental til 6 when family was coming to pick us up, and they extended the time we could use their parking after checkout which was appreciated. Left something in the room and they ran to meet us while we were driving away. No complaints. Would stay again.

Excellent value! You get a whole studio apartment with AC with everything nearby! Check in and check out were easy and the staff was courteous.

Outstanding value. Very convenient to the Palacio de Congresos where I was participating in an event, but a fine choice for any visit to Salamanca. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartments are well located and clean . They have no heating at certain times because it is controlled by central heating and the rooms are freezing. The window shutters don’t open so you have no natural light . No kettle, no plug for the sink and the underground parking is diabolical and almost impossible for a larger vehicle . Overall average

The place is close to all of Salamanca's main attraction. The staff were very nice. Don't expect a 5 star hotel but its a very good value.

The corridors look (and smell) a bit like a hospotal. Otherwise, the apartment itself was a good size, clean and comfortable. The lady on the front desk was very helpful and accomodating.

Very close to centre of Salamanca. Secure parking is 15 euros a day but be careful on the ramp down. There are many scrapes on the walls!!

The apartment was nice, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Front door staff was nice and accommodating and location very convenient. The reason for the reduced quality review is that there was a dog howling in the apartment below all afternoon and all night until 1 am and sleeping was impossible.

We really enjoyed our stay at JCH Congreso! Cristina in the front office was wonderful—friendly, helpful and very efficient. We had 6 in our party and all 6 beds were very comfy. Having a small kitchen was a big advantage and it was well-equipped. Being able to do laundry for free was great too (bring your own detergent). We checked out before we left and they stored our luggage till we were ready for it. The location couldn’t be better—just a couple of minutes walk to everything. The AC was strong and felt great! Nice bathroom, well equipped—big fluffy towels. They don’t have washcloths in Spain, so bring one or a puff if you need it. The only negative is the WiFi signal wasn’t strong enough to upload pics to FB or to watch a video. They said it was because the place was sold out and there were many people using it. If they fix that, it would be 100% fantastic. I didn’t drive while there, but was told they have a parking lot (extra fee). The price for the room was slightly lower than quoted on FB—exchange rate, no Doubt. We stayed a week attending a conference and really loved it!

great property close to everything

very nice property, two bedrooms, each with a large bed, and a couch/rollaway bed in main room. Kitchenette was also present. The location was ideal, very near the main plaza and all the action. Front desk staff was present for two spans during the day, but not 24 hours. Would stay here again

Salamanca for a night

Moving onto Salamanca for a night. This place was a little difficult to find since everyplace looks alike when in the old town but once I found it, it was great. The parking garage was next door and the spots were small but manageable. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful as were the housekeepers. The apartment was great. I told the gal that I was leaving early the next morning and she told me I could drop off the key inside a drop box after I pulled my car out.

Very quiet. Good location; the edge of the old town and is easy to walk around. The stuffs and house keeping persons, all of them are kind and friendly. I made many questions like local foods, restaurants, supermarkets and directions, to Monica, one of the hotel stuffs; she answered to them very gently.

We had a fine stay at the hotel. It was easy walking distance to many restaurants for both dinner and breakfast. The beds were fairly comfortable and the room was spacious enough.

Muy buena ubicación El apartamento 301 que es el que me tocó a mí era nuevo , las camas muy cómodas muy limpio el menaje completo microondas horno cafetera pero no tenía ni placa para cocinar y lo más importante no teny fregadero y teníamos q usar el lavabo . Al ser buhardilla tenía unas trampillas de difícil acceso para la ventilación y en alguna zona había entrado agua con alguna mancha d humedad.

Estupendo, muy amables y muy centrico. La unica pega era el olor a tabaco del inquilino anterior. Pero la eduacion de alguna gente no se puede controlar.

L’hôtel est bien situé près du centre-ville. Mon train a eu du retard j’ai dû aller chercher les clés de ma chambre à un autre endroit puisque la réception était fermé mais j’ai pas eu de difficultés à trouver l’hôtel partenaire. Seul point négatif dans le salon, il y avait une odeur de fumée de cigarette.

Très bon emplacement, excellent rapport qualité prix. Bon équipement avec frigo. Excellent accueil, parking souterrain très pratique. Points négatifs :pas de climatisation dans la chambre, très mal isolé, vue sur un mur, décoration datée.

Solo puedo hablar alabanzas por el alojamiento, la ubicacion, pero lo fundamental el supertrato de Belen, y el dia anterior de Maribel, agradecida a las dos, sois unas personas estupendas facilitandolo todo, gracias, habeis contribuido a que fuera el fin de semana de la graduacion de mi hijo más fabuloso que pudiera imaginar.

Inmejorable situación. Parking en el mismo hotel. Amplio y personal super agradable.

Ótimo relação custo/benefício

Muito bem localizado, dentro do centro histórico. Isso também implica que não dá para estacionar nas proximidades, mas há estacionamento público não muito distante. Acomodações muito boas, bom banho. Atenção ao horário de chegada, pois depois de dada hora as chaves devem ser buscadas em um outro hotel um pouco distante. Recomendo!

Top appartment a superb location

Nuestra estancia de 3 días en un apartamento del hotel JCH Congreso de Salamanca fue muy satisfactoria. Al viajar con una bebé tuvimos la oportunidad de disponer de una cuna en nuestra habitación. El hotel se encuentra muy bien situado.

Boa opção pela localização para Salamanca

Uma opção razoável, confortável para uma hospedagem de 1 dia, como foi o nosso caso. Pontos positivos seria a localização, que é muito boa, no centro e perto dos pontos turísticos para fazer a pé, e também ter estacionamento adequado no local (estava com um carro médio, e sem problemas). Ponto negativo foi ter apenas ar condicionado na sala, não tendo no quarto do apto, e então compromete a climatização.

Para quem procura a localização

Um pouquinho difícil de encontrar porque fica dentro de uma ruazinha sem saída que não entram carros, exceto os que irão estacionar em seu subsolo, pagando a taxa de 15 euros por noite (salvo engano). Localização privilegiada próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Salamanca (Catedral, Universidade e Plaza Mayor). Quarto sem luxo, porém aconchegante.

A recepção foi ótima, o check-in rápido e fácil e o quarto estava em ótimas condições. O hotel é muito bem localizado.
