Good stay for the money

There was no complimentary water as stated, minute cancellation to another gluten, but the rooms are very good for the price and clean. Private bathrooms. Worth it

First of all a very bas hospitality and attitude from the stuff , they cannot handle anything , my reserved they said hotels canceled it and they want me to pay cash more and put deposit and i didn't get any cancellations or emails to notify me till one hour i stay without fixing a problem , now they put the blame at hotels and i do so because i don't know my money now where has gone and i aid cash so i paid 2 times

Great rooms but noisy

The room was excellent and service was excellent. Can’t blame the hotel for the noise as this is a tourist area. You can hear the noise of people walking down the hall and the walls are thin. Staff was great and location to everything was very convenient. Everything was walking distance. Would recommend for travel stay but not for business.

Small rooms at thecarragon was, great pocation, very thin walls lots of noise in the morning by the staff, they decided not to clean the room kne day but put new towels.

El classico weekend

Great location due to close proximity to bars, restaurants, shops & transport links. A little noisy if facing the street due to bars and clubs below, but fine if you want to stay out late

Nice, close to metro station

It’s a nice little hotel. The location is in a very live neighborhood, walking distance from the Sol Metro stop. The personnel was always helpful. The only thing is that is located in a second floor and no lift or elevator, and that could be difficult for people with large luggage. I would recommend.

Very happy with my stay!

I was very happy with my stay at JC Santa Ana. The room was clean and functional. The shower was great and the Free water and Pepsi daily were a nice extra. All of the desk staff were helpful, friendly and informative. They were able to provide great taxi service to and from the airport for me and my traveling companions. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance to many wonderful sights and plazas in the heart of Madrid.

Good location

The hotel is quite quirky in appearance and location is great for exploring the city. The amenities could do with a review though. The towels are quite rough and thin and the bed only has a thin bed sheet which personally wasn't comfortable as I prefer a duvet or blanket. In saying that, the staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay and the rooms are stocked with complimentary bottles of water and Pepsi daily which is a nice touch.

Nice Hotel in Madrid

This is a nice Hotel in Madrid, very well located. Parking may be a concern, particularly if you are not familiar with Madrid. It is located a walking distance from important sites, Puerta del Sol, Museo El Prado, etc.

Pretty satisfied

Pretty Satisfied with the this hotel, the only one thing that I was not happy about was the hotel is on the second floor, and there were no elevator, so if you have heavy luggages, you may want to take that into consideration.

Good place to stay near most of Madrid touristic

The JC rooms are very comfortable and modern. The location is perfect and the staff was very hospitalary. The price of the rooms is convenient and its value for money. The cleaness is excellent.

Great location and place to stay

This hotel is very stylish, affordable, and each room is art-deco style neuveau. We absolutely loved staying the 3 nights we were there. We will definitely come back whenever we need a place in Madrid. The staff at front desk were great, all of them. Housekeeping kept our rooms clean. Location close to the Peurto del Sol, many restaurants, Tapas houses and bakeries.

Very very decent

So JC rooms is a decent blend of a dorm + hotel. Pros; -in a GREAT location. I mean, id ont think i have ever stayed in any hotel anywhere that was so centrally located. Walking downstairs puts you in the heart of all the bars, clubs, restraunts, shops etc. - CLEAN- when we walked in, the toilet bowl had a sticker that said - disinfected. - Free soda and water " minibar" in the fridge. There is a mini fridge which is nice for when you have leftovers - Staff was friendly and helpful with local attractions, helping us carry our bags - Rooms are equipped w/ wifi and a desktop computer. really helpful when trying to google things. - room decor was unique. There was a balcony which was really cool. CONS- - room is small- we had three twin beds, but was still slightly claustrophobic - no elevator!- if u are walking with luggage, there are multiple sets of stairs without elevators. It is inconvenient. - CAN be noisy. Since youre located in the crossfire of everything, it is unrealistic to expect silence. However, i used ear plugs since im very sensitive to sound. My friend slept without difficulty. So, its not a horrible price to pay when you are close to everything. Overally, if you are not fussy, this place has everything you could possibly need! I just think price could be slightly cheaper. i paid approx 50$ a night and i think its worth maybe 35-40 because of the dorm quality furniture and appearance. However, if you factor in location, it makes it worth it!

Best for 20-somethings

Better for 20-somethings than a 30-something married couple. Tiny shower. Loud, touristy area. Walkable, free wifi, and a/c which was nice. Free water and soda in the mini fridge. Couldn't figure out the safe.

Unique hotel in Central Madrid

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was lovely and spacious, quirky designs- really nice touch is that the rooms are named after places in Spain instead of just having numbers. The location couldn't have been better, very central, we walked everywhere and only used the metro to get to the airport. Staff were lovely as well. Overall delighted.

although my room was small i was on my own so it was expected, the staff were very helpful, the room was clean and kept tidy it was situated in the centre off Madrid with tapas bars and restaurants within 50 metres away

Great location

JC rooms were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was a great location just off the centre square in Madrid Sol. The only downfall was that the walls were paper thin and you could hear into the next rooms and also what was happening on the street which made it hard for me to get to sleep at night, even with al that Spanish sangria.

Great location, great decor, tiny rooms

The room was small, but decor was up to date and nice. Stocked mini fridge and complimentary city tour make the stay even nicer. Only complaint was there is no elevator so you have to lug your bags upstairs.

Perfect central location

The room was spotless and well-equipped. Comfortable bed, TV (in Spanish), PC, WiFi, fridge restocked daily with water,juice and Pepsi (free), multi jet shower (leaked a little into the bathroom, but loads of towels provided, and changed daily), hair dryer, very well-lit, safe available,air conditioning. Only things missing were tea/coffee making facilities and a lift (but we were only up one flight of stairs) Staff friendly and helpful. Located 5 mins from Puerta del Sol. Yes, a little noisy, but it's a city. Take earplugs, but go anyway! Only possible drawback is if your party contains someone who has difficulty with stairs, as there's no lift. Oh, and the shuttle bus back to the airport was cheap too, but allow extra time, as it does multiple pickups en route.

The hotel was very clean and was in a great location to Vodafone Sol metro line and the square. The check in was seamless and very informative. Very polite staff 24/7 service if required. Overall a pleasant hotel for our needs.

Great place to stay, was very clean, very close to Sol and Santa Ana. Bed was comfy, had internet access via wifi and a PC in the room as well as a lovely bathroom, can not complain at all.

Nice, Clean, Cheap

Its a nice hotel very close to Puerta del Sol. My room was nice and clean, had a computer in it with internet, and ontop free wifi, and all you can drink (coke and water) in the minibar. A free walking tour of the city was included which was a good bargain for the price. On the negative side, the room was tiny! I got a double bed, but it looked like a single, I cant imagine two persons sleeping in it, and the mattress wasn´t the best

Ottima posizione

La struttura si trova in centro, abbiamo visitato la città senza quasi mai prendere alcun mezzo. La nostra camera era adeguata per un viaggio di coppia di 3 giorni, c'era una piccola finestra che dava su una corte interna. Per noi è stata un'ottima soluzione. Forse le camere che danno sulla via risetiranno della movida, ma nel nostro caso abbiamo dormito sonni tranquilli.

All sights, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very friendly English speaking staff. Room pretty small and some things slightly worn, but we had private bathroom and everything was super clean. Perfect location and great value for money. We would definitely come back. OBS! First floor without elevator, and no place for the noise sensitive - thin walls & windows ;-)

Mi hotel de preferencia en Madrid 100% recomendado

El establecimiento está ubicado dentro de lo que parece ser un edificio de apartamentos, y ocupa toda la primera planta. Al principio puede ser un poco extraño, incluso debes sonar un timbre desde la puerta de acceso para que te abran y accedas al edificio. No obstante el nivel de servicio es de lo mejor, los chicos de la recepción están disponibles las 24 horas y son súper amables desde que te reciben hasta el check-out. Algo que notarás desde el principio es que las habitaciones no tienen números tradicionales, sino nombres de regiones de España. En la habitación tienen un frigobar y todos los días te dejan refrescos y agua de cortesía lo cual se agradece. En cuanto a la ubicación, estarás a unos pasos de todo lo que ocurre en Madrid, en 5 minutos a pie estás en Plaza Mayor, en Gran Vía o en calle Preciados. A unos cuantos pasos encontrarás la Puerta del Sol y en ella la estación del metro Sol desde donde te puedes mover por todo Madrid y acceder a la red de cercanías. Si te agradan las visitas culturales en 15 minutos a pie, llegarás al museo del Prado. He sido huésped de este hotel varias veces, y si debo señalar algo en contra sería que algunas habitaciones son un poco reducidas y te cuesta trabajo moverte en ellas, aunque por otra parte esto es normal en muchas partes de Europa.

При выборе отеля главным было - две отдельные кровати! Заселили в номер и оказалось, что кровать одна и по размеру она 140 см не больше. Долго объяснялись на ресепшене с женщиной и договорились, что завтра нас переселят в номер с отдельными кроватями... Переселили. Но это не последнее разочарование! Когда стали узнавать про завтраки, которые обозначены, как "Предлагается завтрак, который оплачивается в объекте размещения", выяснилось, что их нет вообще ни платно ни как! При этом ни чайника, ни кулера с горячей водой нет. Побегав по ближайшим кафе обнаружили, что кроме кофе и булок ничего нет для завтрака и время работы с 8.00 часов и не ранее! А мы предполагали уже уезжать на экскурсии в это время. Сказать, что разочарованы, это ничего не сказать. Еще на период проживания в этом отеле пришелся мой день рожденье. Может конечно в этом отеле не принято поздравлять, но я с таким столкнулась впервые, везде хоть на словах, хоть не большим комплиментом, не важно что, поздравляли! Было обидно и не приятно... И про чистоту... Хоть и картинка яркая, индивидуальный дизайн, но чистота оставляет желать лучшего! Стены в разводах и грязных пятнах. В ванной гель, мыло и шампунь не подкладывают, как дали по одной штуки на двоих так больше и не подкладывали))). Не советую... И сама не вернусь туда!

Posizione centralissima, in una bella costruzione d’epoca ben ristrutturata. Gli arredi sobri e colorati danno allegria. Le camere essenziali con bagno, frigo bar, con acqua e bibite gratuite, sono ben pulite. Wi Fi e colazione compresi nel prezzo. Ottimo!! Consigliabilissimo

Me gustó la ubicación, la atención del personal, la habitación (limpieza, decoración, servicios del baño), el desayuno en la cafetería de al lado. Lamento que no tenga ascensor, limitación propia del edificio antiguo. Cuesta subir alguna maleta o si va una persona con movilidad reducida.

ソル駅からすぐで、非常に便利でした。 スーパーは近くには無さそうでしたが、ソル駅は均衡鉄道も乗り入れている大きめの駅なので、食料調達には困りませんでした。 プエルタ・デ・ソルも近かったので、カットピザやチュロス等のテイクアウト系フードの店も多く、レストランに入らずとも食事は取れます（一人旅には便利です）。もちろん、食事処は周りにたくさんあります。 カラフルなデザインの部屋でびっくりしましたが、コンパクトな作りながら、バスルームも機能的で、それとクローゼットと机が広くてよかったです。ただ、前の宿泊者がヘビースモーカーだったのか、２泊目でもタバコの匂いが取れなかったのが難点でした。禁煙部屋を作ってほしいなと思います。

Se oyen los ruido de las demás habitaciones. La habitación y el baño son minúsculos, sería mejor que al menos la habitación 'Lugo' no fuera doble.

Hotel bem simples, porém bem localizado, próximo a praça do sol e praça maior. Atendentes simpáticos.

Las camas super incómodas, la recepción esta en el piso 1 y no hay elevador por lo que resulta incómodo subir maletas. El cuarto y baño están pequeños aunque suficiente para pasar 1 noche. Y las habitaciones dan a una calle dónde hay varios restaurantes por lo que el ruido no para hasta muy tarde

Position centrale. Concept : une chambre, une région, belle idée mais mal réalisée, pas d'harmonie niveau déco, du moderne, du kitsch. Literie confortable mais en guise d'oreiller, un traversin plat, torticolis au rdv. Insonorisation pas terrible donc réveils nocturnes en fonction des clients présents.

Hotel poco confortevole anche se in buona posizion

Stanza molto piccola, soprattutto il bagno e il lavandino, molto molto piccolo. I mobili del bagno erano molto rovinati dall'acqua che cadeva dal lavandino. La tapparella della camera era rotta, abbiamo chiesto di aggiustarla ma non è stato fatto, così abbiamo dormito con la luce della strada e i rumori che entravano in camera

위치 최고의 숙박

숙소 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 관광지 다 도보 이용가능하고 인터넷에 나오는 맛집들도 주변에 있습니다. 방 위치가 입구근처라 그런지 와이파이는 잘 안됐던것 같습니다. 또 밤에 사람들이 거리에서 술마시고 떠들고 시끌벅적한게 다 들립니다.

솔광장과도 가깝고 24시간 인셉션운영이 편리했습니다.

La atención en recepción fue deficiente. Nos correspondió habitación en el tercer nivel y subir maletas por una escalera bastante incómoda ya que no había ascensor. La ubicación magnífica.

foi uma otima estadia, hotel bem localizado com um bom preco e servico dentro do esperado, mini bar gratuito e um cafe da manha maravilhoso.

No nos dieron la habitación reservada, fue una triple pequeña a patio interior sin cortinas opacas. Hotel en 1er piso de edificio, tiene 2 plantas con acceso por escalera propia, no apta para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. Buena localización

Me parece fatal que si el hotel no reúne las condiciones de limpieza no avisen al cliente o lo cierren temporalmente hasta que finalicen las obras del edificio. Los suelos del portal y escaleras, así como los pasillos del hotel estaban blancos de polvo y yeso, suciedad que se llevaba en las suelas hasta la misma cama. Que te den la habitación que les convenga, en nada parecida a la contratada, tampoco me parece de recibo, con esa pretendida «política interna» de adjudicación a conveniencia del hotel. Ni que lancen balones fuera restando importancia a la situación y con el comentario de «ya se lo comunicaré mañana a mi encargado». Ante mi indignación y petición de las hojas de reclamación, me ofrecieron un descuento, que acepté por si el tema no llegaba a trascender. Por eso aprovecho ahora para exponerlo. No recomiendo a nadie este hotel, que considero más apto para estudiantes de visita con poco presupuesto.De contratar una ejecutiva doble con cama matrimonial, desayuno y posibilidad de cancelación, pasé a ocupar, cuando llegué por la noche, una habitación claustrofóbica con 3 camitas individuales -en la mas larga, me salían los pies por abajo- y una ducha en la que casi no te podías revolver. Claro, es mi opinión. Pena de no haber sacado fotos...

It was a comfortable stay. Only the air conditioning didn't work properly however we tried. So the room was dry and hot. But they gave us free drinks and it was nice.

La localización no pudo ser mejor. Esta cerca de todo y muy cerca de 2 estaciónes de metro. Justo en el lugar de restaurantes, bares y discotecas muy frecuentadas.. Lo único que deben mejorar son los matress o colchones. Es Tan muy viejos y gastados.. Por lo demás, volvería a este alojamiento.

Buena ubicación, pequeñas habitaciones

Primer y segundo piso sin ascensor. Han reformado una pensión y la han convertido en hotel con una decoración juvenil y chula. La habitación y el baño eran muy pequeños. Por la noche se escucha todo el ruido de los bares y de la gente que hay en la calle. Tengo mis dudas si las sábanas estaban limpias, pues las almohadas tenían pelos... No tienen consigna para las maletas, las dejan en el suelo en la propia recepción. El minibar tiene 2 aguas y 2 pepsi gratis.

Sehr zentral gelegen

Wir waren für das Fussballspiel in Madrid. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt, da das Hotelzimmer sehr zentral gelegen war. Der Ausgang steht praktisch vor der Türe, alles in wenigen Minuten supergut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Hotel solo para dormir

El hotel es mas pequeño de lo que se apreciaba en las fotos, las habitaciones son en extremo reducidas, la cama cabe exactamente dentro y es dificil moverse dentro de la habitacion, no hay aislamiento acustico asi que se escucha incluso la tv de las otras habitaciones, creo que es un hotel practico para estar solo de paso, lo mejor que tiene el hotel es su ubicacion, muy centrico y cerca de los principales lugares para visitar en Madrid todo a pie
