The walk to the beach was short. The buffet-style food was amazing, and the staff was very courteous, attentive, and respectful.

It was an amazing stay

The staff went above and beyond. The food variety and taste were great! The condition of the rooms and furniture need some improvement. All suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor, with no elevators, which makes it difficult for guests with disabilities and special needs. Overall, I highly recommend this resort.

It’s very nice for relaxing and the beach is sandy. The food is very good with varities.

Great Getaway

It was a really nice getaway for us as we live one hour from the hotel , Hotel is not quite large , Rooms are spacious and near pool but far from beach , beach is clean.

The stay was good but the place is too far from the places to go out.

The area around this property is terrible the roads are still under construction and I heard it’s like this for many years. Swimming pool supposed to be heated as promised but it was not. Many other disappointing issues.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Everything is amazing and the staff are amazing welcoming and helpful. The food is delicious and many varieties at the open buffet. They surprised us with a delicious cake for our anniversary. For sure will be back again. Thank you 😀

I stayed for 3 nights in November 2021 Good points: food is great, beach is great, pool was heated Bad points: too many birds to the extent that their voices wake you up, mini bar was empty and the hotel bar closes at 10 pm, limited beach space

The best hotel at Ain Sokhna so far

Wonderful beach, amazing restaurant with lot’s of varieties, we liked the trip.

It is a very nice place so near from Cairo. Staff are so helpful. Good place to come and relax without any noise or stress.

This is our first time to El Sokhna area. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Jaz very much. Very clean, very well maintained. Rooms are spacious and modern. Food was outstanding. Overall, great experience

The food was delicious and variable. But the beach is far, so you should take a golf car. Moreover, the internet wasn't working and the bedrooms weren't comfortable.

A pleasant stay

Our stay at Jaz little Venice was a remarkable stay, we stayed for just one night but we enjoyed every single moment. Gréât staff,very professional,the food was great, the resort pool was heated which is a plus and the furnishing was comfortable and the place although it was a full house,yet there was no noise what so ever..a place to strongly recommend.

Only food was alright, check in we had to wait 25min extra to change room even though I booked a room with two beds they said booking was for only one Queen bed, welcome drink was terrible and was suppose to get a welcome fruits basket I had to ask why we didn’t receive it couple times and finally on my way out at the front disk finally gave me a rating paper instead and he said fill this out and next time we will make sure you get it lol, I asked for a reset from the hotel and they gave me a reset for 800 less than what I paid so I asked for my money back they said it’s expedia commotion and we cannot mention it, over all it’s highly over priced dead hotel that I would recomend for 25% of the price that I paid so don’t waste your time

The food and beverage manager- Bassem- organised a bespoke christmas dinner for us. The staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy.

Everything was great except the pool music and entertainment..the place is much more beautiful and serene without their bad music and speakers and poor entertainment team

Almost the best hotel in Ain Sokhna! Very nice long sandy beach, spacious rooms with very nice pool view. Polite and friendly staff. Smooth check in & out. Rich selection in breakfast & dinner with tasty high quality food. The night entertainment program can be improved!

Everything was just perfect, rooms are very spacious, clean and very well furnished. A lots of variety and fresh food was served in the restaurant. Pools was clean and the greens surronding the pools added a lot of beauty to the pools area. Just need more life in general, there was no music on the pool and no animation team therefore there was no activities during the day light and was so quiet that we felt little bit bored.

Beach, pool, food and derive are nice ... only ants in the rooms, service trying their best but what they have do did not eliminate the problem.

It was awful, very bad services, furniture in bad condtion, no internet, no transportation, food not good and dusts are every where in the resort, dusty furnitures.. I’ve checked out one night before my original check out..! Terrible ...!

Average Hotel

We booked the executive sweet for our first stay and expected some luxury, but on the contrary it was anything but. Furniture and technic requires urgent upgrading, at two instances seen chairs on dining terrace collapsing under guests (children). Serving staff at pool bar are not attentive to guest needs, they rather watch the animation team and guest in the pools.
