Your care made all the difference—thank you! 2. **Gamal**, the bartender near the 4 Corners restaurant. Your warm, friendly attitude and engaging conversations made every visit to the bar a pleasure. We looked forward to running into you each time! In summary, this resort is one we will always remember and will undoubtedly return to in the future.

Excellent for children .with the heated pools . There was different areas on the resort from lively to quiet , something for all ages . Varied choices to eat from ..no choices for people ,children with allergies,...service in the restaurant was questionable at times ,staff more interested in chatting to each other,,dirty used dishes on tables left longer than should be.floors in restaurant not swept , regularly.there were staff who went above service other who just sauntered along.. Variety of different dishes at all sittings.....was slightly disappointed in standards as I have been in other Jaz hotels .with more attentive staff . Was in this hotel march 2024 I noticed the drop in standard from then to now December did speak to the manager about standards you expect from Jax hotel group... Over all the grandchildren enjoyed themselves,,we adults did have a nice holiday .

Amazing staff make this place my second home. So much choice of eating places and where to spend your lazy days in the sun. The grounds are kept immaculate by the gardeners and thanks to housekeeper Ahmed. Always something good to eat and treated like a Queen by the staff. My favourite place in the day lazing by the pool at la Perla and being looked after by best waiter Mohamed. Ate in all the buffet restaurants and looked after by Saad, Mostafa,Shady,Mahmoud,Ahmed (my heart). See you all again next time.

Very limited food selection.

The hotel was not so far from the airport, it was nicer to check-in late and the staff was so welcoming. The whole process was qick and easy. Our room was clean, Muhammad who was in charge of our block was so welcoming and looked after us. All pools was clean and lots of activities planned by the entertainment crew. There are quite pools too. Lots of sun lounge around and drink stations bars where food and snacks available. Service from all staff was amazing. All lunch and dinning options and verity's was good. And the beach was also amazing and the sea was so nice to walk and swim in. No issues with bugs. Lots of entertainment. We had so much fun in the sun. Thank you Jaz Aquamarine

The resort is very clean and tidy. It offers wide options for food with restaurants and snack kiosks around the whole proporty. We tried 4 different a-la-carte restaurants and they all tasted delicious. The staff was very kind and ready to met all our needs and requests. A special thank goes to ANNABELLA of guests relations: a GREAT hostess, who made our stay unforgettable!

Great staff and friendly

My stay at this hotel was marred by several disappointing experiences. Firstly, I sustained a foot injury in my room and requested a first-aid kit from reception. Despite multiple assurances, no kit was ever delivered. This left me with no choice but to venture outside the hotel, injured, to purchase one from a pharmacy. Secondly, I attempted to extend my stay for a few hours on my checkout day. Despite inquiring well in advance, I was told this wasn't possible due to the room being booked. However, upon attempting to book the room online for an additional night, I was informed that it was available. This lack of transparency is frustrating and led to unnecessary expenditure on my part. Thirdly, as a vegetarian, I found the meal options to be incredibly limited. The same dishes were served repeatedly, and even the vegetarian corner was not safe from cross-contamination. On one occasion, I unknowingly consumed a potato stuffed with meat. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for dietary needs. On a positive note, I would like to commend the clinic services. When I fell ill, the nurses and doctor provided excellent care and support, enabling me to recover quickly. Overall, my stay was overshadowed by several significant shortcomings in service and care. I hope this feedback will prompt improvements for future guests.

Rude staff, especially to women, not helpful at all. Some of the staff would not even look at me in the eyes when talking to me, they only tesponded to my husband . Dated rooms, very noisy at night and last night we had no electricity so we couldn’t prepare properly for our check out . These people watch you as an ATM machine and all they care about is money, they charged us an extra $100 on top of our prepaid reservation for no reason , they never issued a receipt for this too. Not respectful to the kids as well, our boys waited for 40 min on a line for ice cream because all of the local kids were taken with priority. We will not come back and we don’t recommend.

It was a lovely stay in the Jaz in all aspects.

The resort is looking a bit tired after only 15 years, the bathrooms are in need of a decent regrout and painting. The food variety and quality was disappointing for all inclusive and all 4 of us ate something on different days that made us unwell, which is a first in 20 years of living abroad and travelling. Avoid the Beach Snack Bar for food, it comes out too quickly to be fresh, we were ill after eating there and we were already warned by a friend who had stayed here to avoid the chicken!

I really liked the layout of the resort and all the amenities that are available. There is loads to do and keep you entertained day and night. They do need to improve the Wi-Fi however, It kept disconnecting or not connecting at all in different areas of the resort and when I did connect the Wi-Fi was slow.

Amazing

This resort is one of the most beautiful resort, I have visit. If you think the pictures are beautiful, it is 10 times better in person. Everything was amazing, the food was delicious, the cleanliness, the staff, the pools were superb. This is a must visit resort.

The whole property was excellent and very well maintained and run. The staff were amazing, helpful and eager to solve any problems. The restaurants were exceptional and the service was wonderful. Mr.Gouda, the manager, gave us his personal card to contact him with any problems. The beach area is very shallow and gets even shallower during low tide starting at noon. The only thing that was annoying was the amount of smoke that gets built up in the air at night at the entertainment area, with only one fan available and the huge numbers of smokers, the whole area was as filled with cigarette smoke. I hope the resort gets more fans in that area or designates an area for smokers and another area for non smokers.

Hidden gem in Hurghada

This was probably one of the best if not the best holiday resort we have stayed in. Right from the booking and check in, the team were awesome. We were checked in by Mohamed, i wish i had taken his last name as i soon found out half of the team are Mohamed. He was just amazing. Thank you. We were taking to our room by the niciest man, Ali, the whistling man. Hilarious man too. Thank you Ali. We also had the nicest man in house keeping, Refaey. His towel arranging skills deserve recognition and a prize. Great man indeed. In Front of house, there was Mohamed, Ahmed and Hamdy. Amazing team that looked after us and kept our son entertained. The place is spotless clean with many pools, beach bars and restaurants to choose from. Very well run and mainted place. They really go above and beyond for guests. Thanks to the super awesome South African lady in the animation team who took time to check on us and Michele from guests relations. You guys rock. There were plenty of options for food and the menu changed so you didnt get bored. We were there for 10 days and loved it so much we will return. They have a clinic on site as well, which is super handy when you have kids. All in all an amazing experience and amazing resort.

My family and I have been here for 2 weeks and from the time we checked in, switching rooms , building relationships with staff, cleanliness within the rooms and the property, great food, family filled environment, family activities, this has been pure excellence experience.

It was a good trip and the hotel is good. The property is a bit tired in places and the food could be a bit hit and miss. The pools were great and the slides a hit. Spa also good. The gym was very sad and needs to be updated and the WiFi is poor. The guest relations team worked hard to fix the (minor) issues we reported. Lots of praise to Osman on the omelette station at breakfast.

The resort is fantastic overall. Rooms and pools are clean, the food is super (i was a bit sceptical on this but couldn't be better). Staff was friendly and helpful. The sea of the beach is very shallow, you can't enjoy it as much as you would like to but still, we didn't mind, we made the most of it and we had the perfect break from our bad weather in England. Last bad point is the WiFi, didn't work well for us, but it is a nice excuse to forget about the phone for a few days. It reached our expectations and we would recommend the place.

Stayed at Jaz Aquamarine for 6 days and we had a great time. Property is huge as its twinned with Bluemarine. Gardens, Pool and other areas are kept immaculate. There are few pool side bars which serve snack throughout afternoon. The main TOPAZ restaurant offers very good buffet. Staff are very attentive and make you feel special. There are 3 water slide pools which kid enjoyed. Would definitely recommend this hotel/resort to anyone seeking a true 5* experience.

Everything about our trip was amazing! The staff at Jaz Aquamarine are the best, they were all so helpful and accommodating, haven’t come across nicer people than them. Anything we needed, they were happy to help, from the ground staff to security, everyone was so polite and professional. Ibrahim was very courteous, whilst we were by the poolside he saw we had finished our drinks and went to get us new drinks without even asking! Saber I believe his name is, his mocktails were amazing Everytime! Mohammed Wahab at reception was so so helpful Everytime, especially as he went out of his way to assist me with a dinner booking. Apartments poor, food choices limited, food quality poor, customer service poor. If your used to a European 5 star this is probably the equivalent of a three star.

A fabulous family friendly resort with lots of amenities for kids and adults. They also cater for vegetarians very well. A must visit resort.

Hotel is a 4 star in my opinion, got a garden view room and was ok poor Internet speeds, i booked this hotel as it had 2 indoor pools as I wanted to use for my baby, when i got there they wanted to charge 20 to 25 euros person to use which was ridiculous these charges were not on website , baby pool outside were dirty, beds were comfortable, water pressure very high, would i go back, not really as other 4 starts were much better than this so called 5 star

Good hotel, friendly staff.

Had a great time at the AquaMarine! The pictures do not do it justice- the grounds are immaculate, the pools are clean and some were heated, very quick and professional check in provided by Ahmed, ample selection of lounges and restaurants, ( choice of buffets or al a carte) and ALL of the staff encountered in interactions were extremely friendly and willing to get you whatever you needed. I luvd this place and would highly recommend.

Pleasant experience

All in one - pools, sea, variety parties. All wrapped up with very friendly and helpful, funny and hard working staff. Would recommend this place and would go back as soon as possible. Maybe not for foodies on day to day basis, but they also have a la carte options that lift the tastes buds back up! :)

Great value stay

No complaints, we received good service and great value for money. Hotel and grounds are well keeped and clean with good facilities.

We expected more from an all-inclusive resort. Expedia had on the check-in instructions that we should check in at Jazz Blue Marine even though our stay was at Jazz Aqua Marine, but we were told otherwise when we arrived. Nonetheless, the staff at reception sorted us out, and we were very well welcomed. Even though we went all-inclusive, we were informed at check-in that we could only use the two buffet restaurants throughout our stay, and we would have to book any of the other 5 available restaurants, and could only use these twice. When we tried to book it the day after our arrival, we were very disappointed to learn that only one of them had availability for the next 4 days, and even more disappointed as it wasn't one of our preferred options in the first place. Nonetheless, both of the main buffet restaurants were great, with loads of different options, all of which very tasty and fresh. The bedrooms are alright, fairly sized with a nice balcony, even though the floor didn't seem to be properly vacuumed. In any case, the housekeeping staff cleaned and tidied up every day, which was nice. There isn't a Smart TV in the bedrooms and the Wi-Fi was terrible (worse than a 3G connection), which is unacceptable in a resort of this size. The beach is disappointing as the sea level is not suitable for swimming as it is set up for sea sports only. The resort is ideal for families with kids as there are plenty of activities for them. All staff is very helpful and friendly.

My first impression of the hotel was extremely bad as they didn’t meet my requirements when I had emailed/messaged them on numerous occasions as this was a surprise for my husbands birthday. We traveled on his birthday and got at the hotel for 12pm to celebrate his birthday noting was done upon request. The hotel room was dirty it was so far out from the main reception, that night we called 3 times but no one at the reception picked up and our internet wasn’t working. Following that morning we spoke to a manager Mahmoud Khamis who moved us to another room and offered us a mean at one of the restaurants (which really was part of our package anyway). We have a small baby and every night from the beach until 11/12 we can hear loud music which I think for families the hotel should think twice before putting them near the beach area. Also buggy users we have to keep taking our buggy upstairs. I’ll be honest I was really disappointed that despite ruining the surprise they didn’t do anything to make up for it. We have a holiday booked again at this resort for April 2024 but I’ll have to think about it. Anyways I don’t want to be extremely unfair. Besides that experience I would say that the hotel really does deserve a 10/10 for the staff, hospitality and atmosphere. I just wish they went out their way for customers who were left unhappy due to their mistake

Nice hotel, but average food...

The hotel is a very large property, a lot of space, large pools, two water parks and several on-site activities. What was disappointing for us was the food. For such a large hotel it had very limited food options in the main (buffet) restaurant. Even the salad bar was very basic (lettuce, tomatoes, and not much more). Having such a large hotel I would think diversity would be enormous, but this was not the case. Overall, value for money I think the hotel was ok... but personally, I would be willing to pay a bit more for better food options.

Very good place for family holiday

Absolutely amazing, the facility is a bit old but everything is so beautiful that it could be considered. The food in the main restaurants was mainly raw , but there were so many places around the hotel that you can gave different food so it was not a problem.

Very organized, checking in and out very smooth. We arrived earlier and left later because of the flight time , no problem to do so. I can’t say enough about each one of the staff from the front desk to the room attendant Michael Who made us feel very special. The nice smile on each one’s face while doing their job as if they are having a great time helping us. Just to mention a few names Yasser and Mina at the front desk. Another Mina, Ahmed and Zwy at the beech lunch place . Of course Sun and beech, we had a great time. We recommend the place to everyone.

This hotel and the area was amazing. We definitely will come back. Everything was clean and all workers are super friendly. Check in was smooth even tho we arrived 10hours prior to our check in time. Thank you for the experience.

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff, nice decor and good safe beach. Food in line with this type of property. Meat was less plentiful than other resorts but there was enough good quality food to eat so nice to see care and some reasonable economy taken for a well priced nightly rate. The offerings for children are very good. I would prefer wooden sun beds with cushions but you can’t have everything! Thank you Jaz. .

Excellent 4*, not 5* in my opinion

Hotel spotless, beach littered with cigarettes and plastic bottles. Good choice of food, some dishes better than others, stale pastries at breakfast, dried out cucumber that kind of thing. Handful of staff go above and beyond. Most evening entertainment was great from the fire show to the live music but sadly one evening a musician sat on their phone for 2 hours of their 3hour set.

Amazing stay, booked for a family of 3 adults and 1 child. Everyone was more than satisfied. The activities, foods and rooms met each of our needs and standards. The facilities and restaurants were close, there are more than 5, and we enjoyed the lobby bar and beach bar. The bed was comfortable, the room was big, toilets were clean and we had Wi-Fi connections in the areas we needed. I even recommended it to our other family members as we liked the hotel a lot, they stayed with us and it was even better. Only issue is that the area is far from downtown, but Uber cost €1-2 so no complaints.

This is my 2nd stay in Jazz group , this time i booked through the blue marine and the stay was amazing , the kids enjoyed the Aqua park and the daily shows , the food quality was very good throughout the day with a lot of variety. I want to thank Mina from the front desk , Reda from the four corners restaurant, Ahmed and Ebrahem from the Burger bay restaurant . All of them were friendly and made our stay very good

Our room was perfect. The whole resort is clean and serves the purpose for the whole family.

The staff was amazing, the food was delicious and many varieties are available. The only downside for me was the beach. We are traveling from USA to enjoy the beach and the sea and that wasn’t an option. It may be a good option for the families who have a little kids since the property has many pools and water parks. The room was outdated and needs some improvements specially the outlets and the furniture

House keeping was terrible, they do not refill the shampoo and soap , food quality and taste is poor quality , their is a lot of food variety but it is the same every day and does not taste good

Not a five stars hotel, horrible service, food

Definitely not a 5*** hotel or service NOT ALL INCLUSIVE(snacks you need to pay for it) even if it clearly says all inclusive, check in was horrible, had to cancel my reservation , wanted a copy of my marriage license because I am dual citizen, my wife was pregnant and had to wait 4 hours while checking in to get to a room, safety issue with the room safe, it didn’t want to open, then it didn’t want to lock, food sucks, drinks sucks order fresh orange juice they brought Tang not even local canned juice, beach is noisy because of the aqua theme park, waiters shout everywhere and not professional, it feels you in the market if you understand what they are shouting, if you are a drinker, liquor their are local and not worth the money. They kept us hostage for few hours to do early checkout then flipped the other face and everyone got on their toes. Definitely not for someone looking for a five stars hotel, or service

honest staff

Overall the vacation was good. The staff were working very hard to keep things clean and make everyone feel welcome. The food however was generally disappointing. There was a wide variety but it was generally a low grade. This is the first holiday Ive had in Egypt so it could be a product of the environment but compared to other all inclusives Ive been to in Europe and Carribean, the food was not as fresh or flavourful. The drinks were bottom shelf quality.

Great but spoiled by noise

Lovely hotel which is great for kids. I don't see this comment anywhere else so maybe it was just us, but we were reall affected by the music volume! We had a pool view room but the noise from Aqua Aerobics at lunch was like the speaker was in the room, and our daughter was struggling to sleep. We requested to move room (although the hotel seemed to blame us for this excessive noise for choosing a pool view which i was annoyed by), however the new room was 50m to the lobby bar and the music just transferred to the night time. I just don't understand why a hotel focussed on family would have such an unnecessary volume at night when obviously children are going to sleep. Other than that the food, pools and drinks were all great. The kid's club is also very well done.

This resort has everything that you need! Food was so good, kite surfing and snorkeling is just right there. There are heated pool, and kids pools are awesome!

Uk solo traveller

Hotel was like most in egypt if been before. This one has lots if pools. Water slides are in 3 different locations and very spead out. Good 5 min walk from one set to the ones close to the entrance. Beach is nice but dont expect to swim. The water is less than knee deep for a long long way. Room nice a spacious, reasonably well maintained. Mini bar in not inc in the all inclusive and is crazy expensive. 4euro for a can of coke, 4euro for 2 oreo, 8euro peanuts Room service avaible but again very expensive and very limited choice. 16euro burger Staff seem very nice theoughout Hot water takes along time to come through but does get very hot and stays hot. Free wifi is ok for surfing but not good enough to stream anything The beach resturant and main pool restuarant are feom a menu and table service rather than the buffet which is nice. Lots of animation going on if thats your thing. Found food in main buffet evenibg meal very limited compared to other hotels i have stayed at. Dive centre on site which is well equiped and lots of trips. The sales reps round the pool are relentless. Diving rep, photo rep, genral trips rep, camel ride rep, spa rep, salon rep. Evry day 6 diff ones and some have 2 or 3 so you may get hit up 15 times in one day. Staff dont seem to expect tips which is unusual for egypt, nice change. Only thing bad is on check out the billed me for a can from mini bar which i didnt have but couldnt be bothered arguing for 4euro 8/10

The best hotel

This hotel is amazing, I recommend anyone to visit here, I can’t fault it. We love it here. Been a number of times me and my 10 year old, he’s never bored plenty to do. Staff excellent, can never do enough for you, in all areas. Front desk, bar staff, waiting staff, guest relations, animation team, pool staff and housekeeping. Plenty of food choices, will always find something. Lots of entertainment during the day and night if you want or can just relax. Everywhere is very clean, they work very hard to keep it clean, very chilly as it’s a huge resort and can take a very large capacity of guests. Lots of sun beds, no issues at all there and pools maintained to the highest standard. Can’t wait to go back, just need to get booking 😁 it’s the staff and atmosphere that keeps us going back.

Lots of pools to choose from. Breakfast is really nice, lots of variety nice grounds - Beach could do with a clean up everyday as we swam with quite a few plastic bags. - Food needs better labelling (and also secure the signage so it doesn’t get moved around) so that we know what exactly we’re eating - Lunch and Dinner was pretty much the same

The hotel is beautiful and especially nice for kids with lots of pools, slides, and activities. Our favorite was the kids club with super nice staff and many activities. The beach is nice for long walks with shallow water so the kids can play safely. If you want to dive, snorkel or kitesurf, there is the aqua center with all the activities available. The downside was the staff at the reception which is extremely rude and not helpful. The night manager is helpful and tried to fix his staff's mistakes but it's a shame that the staff gives such a bad image to a lovely hotel like that. Especially the seat reservation at the evening restaurants (a la carte) is very complicated with a very rude guy in charge who is basically never there when you pass by the reception and finds places only when he decides to. There's an electronic system to reserve a place but everything is fully booked for the whole week. So maybe you have to stay 2-3 weeks to manage to eat at the restaurant you prefer.... Internet works properly only at the reception and certain public areas. Otherwise, it was very difficult to find an internet connection. For example by the pool or in the room.
