I loved the staff they were all so inviting and attentive. They welcomed us so warmly. I loved how they paid attention to details and wrote on the bed with flowers happy birthday. They were amazing. Would recommend this place to anyone. The villa with the large pool was amazing

Beautiful villas. Staff were beyond helpful. Only thing was ordering and scheduling breakfast day before. I never know if ill wake early or prefer to sleep in. When I did want to sleep in and tried to push my breakfast back, it was unable to. This made it less relaxing for me. Also I am gluten-free. first morning They didn’t have any substitute. Options for gluten-free are very minimal.

The service at the villa wasn’t the greatest, staff did not seem very accommodating or welcoming from the start to finish. There were too many phone calls coming from reception asking if they could collect breakfast etc. beautiful place to stay and relax

Stunning, spacious and luxurious villa

Javana Villas was an amazing place to stay for our recent holiday, located in a convenient spot within walking distance of the beach, great shopping district and some incredible restaurants. The villa itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a very comfortable bed. The private pool was perfect for relaxing and considering you are so close to a busy street it’s surprisingly quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, they all made us feel so welcome. Nothing was ever a problem for them and their customer’s comfort is their priority. We can’t wait to visit again!!!

Had an excellent stay. Only found the pool too cold.

The villa itself was beautiful, very large and the pool was great. What let Javana down was the attention to detail, we had a few issues upon check in such as the toilet not flushing and keys not working. To Javana staffs credit, all issues were fixed upon request but when paying this price for a villa these issues should have been rectified prior to checking us in. We had mixed success with the room service, breakfast was fantastic but when we ordered outside of this there was something forgotten from our order or something that needed to be rectified almost every time. The staff were lovely and very friendly.

Our experience was generally good. The villa is spacious. They need to put a curtain for garden door from the toilet side. The sun light filled the room at 6am. We couldn’t use the swimming pool because of the mosquitoes

Amazing little villa, beautiful staff. Very welcoming and great fruit juices here. It's definitely worth staying here 5 days or more so you experience all parts of the villa. Great nights sleep with no street noises to wake you up.

My boyfriend and i stayed for 2 nights and we loved the pool and privateness of the villa. The breakfast was great in your room also.

An incredible stay!

A perfect stay in this gorgeous, spacious villa nested in the heart of Seminyak. I thought the villa i stayed in Ubud was amazing, but Javana Royal Villa really lives up to its incredible reputation of having a spacious and clean villa (not a single lizard encounter). The lap pool in the private villa was amazing and I already miss taking dips and having floating breakfast in the morning (recommended to give it a try!). Pool aside, the room was really one of the best! The AC works so well, and everything was clean in the roomy villa, from the tables, bed, sofa, right up to the bathroom and showers. Javana also provides an in-villa spa (highly recommended!!) and the signature massage (at IDR300,000/hr) was honestly the best massage I’ve had in Seminyak (didn’t catch my masseur name but thank you!). Notably, the spa services list are rather extensive (you can get scrubs too!) and the “last call/order” is in the evening (call the reception by 7pm), while “last call/order” for food will be by 10pm. The villa also provides shuttle to Seminyak village at 10am and 3pm albeit this can be arranged in advance and they are pretty flexible when they can! The only downside was: I wish I stayed longer, but I will be back! Above all, I will love to thank Dewa & Laela for their kind hospitality and helping me out!! Thank you all so much! :)

The villa is amazing. With a very big swimming pool and there is a jacuzzi. Indeed a very comfortable place to relax . But the swimming pool and jacuzzi is dirty. The food are not much choice as well.. The wifi is terrible

Everything was just as expected and better. The only small comment is their breakfast staff kept forgetting items each morning, so make sure you check you've got what u need. ;)

Lovely place

This is a very nice place and the staff were fantastic. There is a new restaurant and bar. The food was very good. They are in the process of constructing an new entertaining area which will be hosting a live DJ and another bar area. Good for the younger generation I guess. The only thing that was a little off putting was the pool was in shadow most of the time and being at a depth of almost 5' it was too cold. I like swimming at night but I couldn't stay in for too long. Regardless of that, I would still stay there again.

Lovely stay, some improvements needed

We stayed for 10 nights. The villa staff were absolutely lovely and were happy to assist with any request. The villa itself was nice, but a little tired compared to photos online. This wasn't a huge deal for us though a few small issues such as toilet running, shower blocking up, turn-down service not being completed 3 nights. Another big factor which I'm sure will improve, is that they are currently building a lovely new addition to the villa- a wedding reception facility and bar. The issue with this for us was our villa, was directly below the construction so all the workers could see directly into our villa if we were in the pool, or in the bathroom. Slightly embarrassing and awkward at times. I would request to be in a villa on the left hand side so you were not experiencing this. The breakfast was okay- a bit bland- we had it twice and dined out the rest. I don't think any hotel/villa could offer the calibre of breakfasts on offer in seminyak restaurants anyway so probably not fair to compare. The location is a little out of the way- not far by cab but you do get a bit tired of catching them after a few days. There is a shuttle service offered but we couldn't be bothered waiting most times so just sorted out a cab ourselves. All in all we enjoyed our stay, the staff were faultless, but would probably stay somewhere a but closer next time. Having said that- I think the wedding venue will be really lovely and would recommend anyone looking to get married to check it out.

Nice Villa

Me and my mom stayed at the villa on 22May. Upon check-in, Ayu the receptionist was very welcoming and also able to accommodate my late checkout request. Villa - Stayed in a couple of different villas in Seminyak and this hotel is the only one which is an open concept design. The living area, bedroom, dining, bar area are all situated together. Unfortunately there is no door to the bathroom therefore if your partner is doing some smelly business, the smell will travel to the main room too which was a bit of a turn off. Pool & Jacuzzi - Loved the length of the pool and also the depth of it. The Jacuzzi was dirty during check in due the tree's falling leaves located just above the Jacuzzi, however a call to the housekeeping will do the job. I am not sure why the Jacuzzi does not fill up and stays at a water level just above the legs when seated down. Not sure if it is not working or not as mu understanding of a Jacuzzi is a filled up pool with warm water and strong water pressure to massage the body. In this case, the water was only at ankle level and the water that sprouted our was cold water even though the staff who showed us around the room said the water would be warm. But it doesn't really bother us. Nice birthday cake surprise by Hendra during the stay made it extra wonderful to spend my birthday at this villa. Upon checkout, Asti was also kind and concerned making sure our stay was pleasant. Would come back again definately

Good: hotel staffs were friendly throughout our stay and were very helpful. Even though there was some renovation going on, there wasn't much disturbance to us. in fact, we can't hear much of it in the day/night. We forgot to print our vouchers for water sport activities, the hotel staff offered to print for us without any charges. Bad: some of the towels had a bit of stains at the side. hot water was limited and had to wait every 30 mins once u finish using 1 litre of hot water.

Would have been nice when it was built...

Disappointed with the standard if accommodation. The furniture and tiles etc worn and peeling. Restaurant mediocre and room service finishes at 11 pm. It also stated the place has a day spa - it does not. The pool area was lovely but the lounging chairs were not looked after and although they had covers to keep them dry the covers had homes in them so they leaked and we couldn't use the sun lounges. Relatively clean, but towels were not always nice and white - worn and rust marks. The staff were friendly and the car service was great.

Perfect! Just Perfect!

I love the Javana! The service was excellent. I stayed in the Royal Villa, one of the 2-story villas. The villa was gigantic, the pool that wrapped around the villa made me feel like I won the lottery. I could not believe all of the perfect little touches. For example, the outdoor garden area, included a garden with plumeria trees, a huge private pool that wrapped around the villa, an outdoor shower over stones, and the jacuzzi spa tub had a rainfall shower over it. How perfect is that! The interior details was just as perfect. They also provided a butler on call, and breakfast delivered to your villa. The food was great and surprisingly cheap. Although I only stayed one night, it felt like I had the glow of being at a resort for a week. They offer a complimentary shuttle service. Javana is the only place that I will stay in Bali.

엄청 만족스러운 숙박! 플로팅 조식이 가능했고 큰 플라밍고 튜브를 빌려줘서 사진도 많이 찍었습니다. 다만 리셉션 직원이 영어를 잘 못하는건지.... 못 알아 듣는건지 전화상의 소통에 약간의 문제가 있어서 로비에 직접 가야하는 상황이 있었습니다. 그외에 서비스 혹은 친절함에 있어서는 매우 만족스럽네요. 또 가고싶습니다.

호텔 예약할때 공항픽업서비스라고 해서 예약했는데 무료도 아니였음! 조식도 별로 타올이랑 침구셋트 너무 낡음! 금액대비 별로ㅠ

Villa地點非常方便，房間很大，泳池很讚，如果每個房型都有浴缸會更完美，Villa附近有便利商店、餐廳，還可以預訂免費接駁車到海灘，早餐也可以直送房間享用，服務非常好。

Die Villas sind sehr abgewohnt! Bei meiner Ankunft waren die Pölster der Pool/ Terrasse mit Vogelkit, Brandlöcher und sonstigen Flecken übersät! Auf Nachfrage um Austausch meinte die verantwortliche sie hätte keine anderen, da ich nicht locker lies bekam ich dann zumindest Leintücher zum drüber legen, war aber trotzdem eklig da ich ja wüsste was darunter war! Die Handtücher und Badrmäntel sind schon grau und nicht mehr weiß so alt sind diese. Mein tolles Villeroy und Boch Waschbecken hatte eine Riesen Sprung. Das WC war nicht nur auch mit Sprüngen übersät der Toilettensitz war schlichtweg schmutzig- auf meinen Hinweis hingießt es das würde nochmals gereinigt- hat leider bis zu meiner Abreise niemand gemacht! Die Duschköpfe sind so verkalkt dass nicht wirklich schön geduscht werden kann. Das Restaurant hatte in den 4 Tagen die ich da war nicht einen einzigen Gast, daher hab ich gar nicht erst versucht dort zu essen. Alles in allem ist diese Anlage zu hoch bewertet und kann aus meiner Sicht nicht im diesen Preis angeboten werden. All s dort ist alt und schlecht instand gehalten, das Personal ist zwar freundlich aber unfähig! Selbst als ich bat Postkarten für mich aufzugeben (Standardservice) wollte man dafür noch extra Geld von mir!!! Nicht empfehlenswert
