Good but needs improvement

An old hotel but retains its friendly service and cleanliness. Check-in and out is fast, staff has good attitude, except the male cleaner entering the female toilet (ground floor toilet) without knocking startled me - management should assign a female cleaner instead. There's a good Korean restaurant right next door. It's an additional perks that the hotel provides shuttle car to nearby Lippo Mall, City Walk and other nearby areas. Breakfast was not up to my expectations, though. First, the staff told me that my reservation excludes breakfast, after thorough checking by receptionist, my reservation did inclusive of breakfast. The restaurant staff did not even apologize. Secondly, there were not much buffet spreads, most guests requested for instant noodles and omelettes cos those were the only hot food available upon request. This is my first time having instant noodles as breakfast :P

Good Hotel, Nice Staffs

I have been staying at this hotel whenever I am in the area. As usual, good hotel, clean and spacious rooms, staffs are very attentive and nice, complimentary shuttle service is very useful. It will be good if the breakfast variety can be improved.

Big Rooms, Location Good

I have been staying at this hotel for a few times. It is as expected. Room is spacious and clean, staffs are always helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a little boring sometimes but has the basic necessities. Corridors to the rooms are not litted in the day, good to keep the lights on as brightness gives your guests a better feel.

Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. However, do consider to change the towels as really looks old & dirty. Nothing to do much around the hotel. So just good for resting.

Everything is quite good. Breakfast is average. Hotel staffs are nice and supportive. Not much things to do around the hotel.

Leading hotel in the area.

The best, the attention personal in the reception, good room, good gym room and location. The negative point, the cofee bad quality and in the breakfast the product look no fresh like the bakery corner for example. Of course a recommendable hotel.

全体的に良いホテルだと思います。使い捨てのスリッパがあると尚良い。ロビーが閑散としたイメージがあるので第一印象という意味では改善された方がいいかも知れません。

this hotel has been very good condition. except some of the customer. every time I stayed this hotel, I saw some customer got drunken too much. I hope hotel staff to control these drunken customers away from the other customer. especially I don't want to have elevator with them. other wise I cannot feel good staying with this hotel.

check in was smooth & fast. manner was nice. elevator came soon. room was clean & large enough. pressure of shower was strong enough. TV worked properly. so far so nice. shampoo can be improved next.

The exterior of the hotel looked old, but the cleanliness of the room and hallway was good. However, the unique scent inside the elevator was a little uncomfortable. The inside of the room and the bathroom were clean and seemed to be relatively well managed. However, the inside of the coffee pot was not washed clean, so there was a white foreign substance inside. The hotel staffs were generally friendly, and the Korean restaurant right behind the hotel was also available, which was generally useful for travelers.

골프장에서 가깝고 근처에 한국식당이 있어서 편리합니다.. 조식은 메뉴가 조금씩 바뀌네요..

조식이 인도네시아식 ,한식, 양식, 일식등이 갖춰져 있어 좋아요~ 3츨 수영장의 물이 깨끗하고 주변도 청결하게 잘 정리되었었어요 수영을 마치고 3층에 있는 사우나를 이용하는 것도 좋습니다

미팅룸 안내, 조식, 룸서비스, 방청소, 안내데스크, 웨이트리스 비롯한 호텔 구성원 모두 밝고 미소 넘치는 얼굴로 서비스 하는 모습이 너무 좋았음.

숙박도 아침식사도 좋습니다.

朝の渋滞がなければ、コストパフォマンスのあるホテル

朝の通勤ラッシュ渋滞と、設備の古さからか天井シーリングライトも無い暗っぽい部屋であること に目をつぶれば、清潔感もありスタッフのサービスや朝食ビュッフェはまずまずです。 個人的には、このホテルは安全パイとしてキープし、より渋滞の少ないエリアで新しめのホテルを 次回は探してみたいと思います。

카드로 예약금을 먼저 지불하였고 체크아웃 할때 다시 카드로 남은 금액을 보내 준다고 하였으나 일주일이 지나도 환불 안해줌. 아무래도 HOTELS에서 호텔 신용도도 조사 하지 않고 고객에게 소개 해주듯

위치도 좋고 서비스도 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 바로 뒤에 한식당도 있어서 편리합니다.

Vier-Sterne-Hotel in guter Lage

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral in Cikarang, die Zimmer und das Hotel sind sauber und im guten Zustand. Die Bezahlung der Minibar im Voraus war nicht so einfach und sorgte zunächst für Missverständnisse, nach einigen Minuten konnte dies jedoch geklärt werden. Die Zimmerpreise bei direkter Buchung über das Hotel sind wesentlich teurer, das WC auf dem Zimmer verstopft sehr schnell trotz normaler Benutzung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gutes Hotel für Geschäftsreisen, aircon riecht.

Gutes Geschäftshotel. Würde volle Punktzahl vergeben, wenn die aircons mal gereinigt werden würden. Hotel wirklich sauber und ok, aber wenn man an einer aircon vorbauläuft oder die im Zimmer an macht, dann stinkts verschimmelt. Aushaltbar, ist ok, stört aber mich persönlich kräftig.

部屋に照明がほとんどなく、とてもとても暗い。疲れる。部屋にルームサービスメニューも無いし、３日間滞在したがTVは繋がらないまま一度も視られなかった。朝フロントに修理を頼むも、直ったともなんとも言われず、やはり壊れたまま。エンジニアを呼んでもらったが３０分以上来ない。一つしかないレストランは１晩目は貸し切りになってしまい食事できず、バーで食事できると言われて座って待つもウェイトレスも来ず、結局部屋に食事をとらずに戻った。WIFIも繋がらず全く駄目。

快適なホテル

スタッフがとてもフレンドリー。部屋がきれい。毎朝、ランドリーがないか聞きに来てくれる。レストランには日本食もあり、朝食もグッドでした。

주변 호텔들 중에서는 한국인이 운영하는 가장 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 산업단지라는 지역 특수성때문에 쇼핑및 관광 목적이 아니라면 추천합니다.

外観は古く見えますが、館内はきちんと整備され部屋も綺麗でした。また次も使いたいと思います。朝食が種類が少なく少し残念でした。
