The property was very nice once inside and off the street. When we first arrived at 10 at night it was dark and there was trash with dogs eating it on the street. I was nervous. But once inside the courtyard it was nice. Staff for morning breakfast was very friendly. The location to the pyramids and GEM museum is excellent. For the area it was a nice hotel. If you’re looking for luxury or great places to eat go to Mena House. For the price and location this hotel was very good but not even a four star hotel by American standard.
Great value for the price. Convenient location and the staff was helpful.
Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and comfort were not priorities. The bed sheets were not changed during our stay, evidenced by stains that remained from the previous night. The floors were filthy, as shown by the dirt on my daughter’s feet after walking barefoot. The room itself was poorly maintained. There was no proper shower, only a jacuzzi tub with a handheld showerhead, and the fixtures looked as though they hadn’t been updated in decades. The towels appeared old and worn, and the shampoo and body wash bottles were obviously refilled, adding to the lack of hygiene. Construction noise started far too early in the morning, making it impossible to rest. The beds and pillows were incredibly hard and uncomfortable, leaving us with stiff necks and backs. To make matters worse, the staff struggled to communicate in English, making it difficult to resolve issues. Mosquitos were a constant problem, coming in through poorly sealed AC vents and windows that could not be closed. Housekeeping was intrusive, calling multiple times to clean the room. The temperature in the room was another issue, especially at night, as we couldn’t regulate it properly. We requested a crib upon arrival, but it was never delivered. Think twice before booking your stay here. Better to stay at the Marriot down the road.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Great Value!
Convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, and great value. Room and rest of facility was clean. Some parts of hotel could benefit from updating, like wifi coverage, but given the cost of the room, this place is a real bargain.
I would definetly come to this Hotel again, and definitely would reccommend this hotel. Im quite shocked how clean their towels and the rooms actually were.. most 5* hotels have marked towels. The staff were great the best thing about the hotel was everything. What i really found intriging was one call wverything on the doorstep in a matter if few mins.. everything was 5* the swimming area inside pool outdoor the roof top excellent service.. i amazed this isnt a 5*!!!! Very very clean great job to all the staff...
We had a great time at this location. The staff was wonderful and took great care of us. The pyramids are a 10 minute walk! There is a restaurant next door with a stunning view of the pyramids. Highly recommend! And definitely coming back.
El ambiente del hotel es simplemente encantador. Las instalaciones están meticulosamente remodeladas y decoradas con un gusto exquisito. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa, y de buen gusto. El personal muy atento en todo momento.
First, staff attention was incredible. Pool was dirty and the amount of stray cats drinking from it did not help. The hotel is just an insert in another hotel which does not recognize your stay on Jasmin as theirs, so you are not freely use their updated facilities. Room issues: shower super small, slippery and water over flowed to outside the shower floor. TV, only air channels, no smart tv or updated. We were not offered an upgrade option and outside the courtyard there is no security for Jasmin only for the other hotel on the same grounds. Walked two block to buy water and snacks, on the way backed a car with four occupants try intentionally to hit as I walked back to the hotel. So surroundings are not safe to take a stroll.
Good
Thank for excellent service
The first night there was a problem with the a/c unit on my room. the next day they change me to another room but the new room didn’t have running water they took a day to fix it but the staff was helpful
Great breakfast buffet! Alla was wonderful and quickly took care of any problems we had. Nice location with the pyramids looking over your shoulder. Definitely recommend this hotel for those on a tight budget.
The reception manager, Alla, is the best! Any problems we might have were taken care of immediately. Her performance was better than any concierge we’ve used in Las Vegas. Alla deserves a promotion and a raise! Unfortunately, we were unable to pack her in our suitcase.😉
I really satisfied with people who work there and hotel. They’re so friendly, kind and helpful. There was so quite and clean:)
Beautiful experience
Amazing experience, beautiful and clean. highly recommended , friendly staff!!!
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The place is very close to the pyramids. There is a nice rooftop restaurant too. The rooms are good size. The beds were bit tough, not most comfortable if you prefer softer beds.
Very helpful staff and great location - <10 minute walk to pyramids. Food options good for breakfast.
Beautiful overview scenary from Giza pyramids roof top restraunt. Good service and food.
Property was being renovated while we were there. Some noise from works during the night. Some parts looked very good but others didn't. Pool was not for swimming in, only for viewing. We weren't given the pool view room that we had booked. Housekeeping didn't change our bedding at all while we were there. Nile cruise organised for us by staff at the hotel was disappointing as we were kept waiting for ages and most of the food was gone by the time we were allowed onto the boat. On the plus side, it was very close to Giza pyramids.
This is a very nice boutique hotel that is a short walk to the pyramids. They do have a pool in the middle of the facility but it was not in use and it was green. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant onsite but you do have breakfast. The breakfast is ok, very Egyptian. I wish they had danishes and such instead of food fit for lunch. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are really nice and spacious.
Jasmine pyramid Hotel is very clean and tidy, away from busy areas. Hotel has a courtyard with swimming pool. Reception staffs are very welcoming and helpful. Good value for the money. Reception staff helped us to order food. They provide laundary services, taxi services whenever required. But I felt taxi service is slightly expensive when compared to Uber services in Cairo. I booked Luxor tour through hotel, it was expensive compared to the other online attraction package. I recommend to use jasmine pyramid hotel for stay.
This was the best option and I high key recommend. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I had my whole tour itinerary planned out and taken care of for me for an affordable price! I hope to stay here again:)
We stayed here for 4 days and I must say it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us with dignity n respect. They were so attentive and understanding. We arrived at 5AM and were allowed to check in right away.
Stay away
No internet 90% of the time no English speaking channels on the television breakfast was terrible hot food was cold and cold food was warm. I had to ask for toilet paper three times I had to ask for soap.
Out of the way, but close enough to the main road to find transport to main Cairo city and in easy walking distance to the pyramids. Simple breakfast fare with friendly staff and comfortable bedrooms.
Well positioned within a gentle 20 minute walk to the Giza plateau and the pyramids. Clean and comfortable room in a small hotel courtyard complex. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, if you reason for going to Giza is to visit the pyramids for a couple of days the Jasmine Pyramids Hotel is very good. The streets outside the complex, as in most local Egyptian towns are not cleaned however the complex is clean. I will go again.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Place is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very respectful and prompt. Amr planned our two days in cairo and all the drivers and guides he picked for us were nice.
Comfortable and close to pyramids
Good - Big rooms - Quiet - Wifi in rooms - Breakfast buffet Great - Value for money - Walk to pyramids Bad - Staff should give wifi password on arrival - Doorstops are sharp nails in the floor - Missing a sign for the hotel at the entrance
The hotel is beautiful! Staff is friendly and very welcoming, but I like to single out Alla, she is a treasure. She helped me out with so much things and was able and willing, such a dear. The reason I rated How was your stay at Jasmine Pyramids Hotel a four and the rest a 5 star, is because of the following. 1. Day 1: many persons where loudly conversing underneath and beside my window till 2am in the morning. Luckily I had earplugs with me, when mentioning this to Alla she immediately took action 2. Day 1-3: the wifi needs to be much better 3. Day 1-3: the breakfast needs to be much better; coffee beans coffee or a coffee machine instead of instant coffee, more tea choices and last but not least too many types of bread, prefer many other types of (hot) foods instead
A very nice place in Giza to relax and enjoy yourself. Highly recommended to all traveller's looking for a no nonsense clean and hospitable place to spend their time near the pyramids!
This hotel is great. The best part is that it is tucked away and you cant hear all the honking horns of Giza. Good free breakfast with a large variety of choices. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.
Everything, even the hotel is underconstruction it's still very good because the employees keep ckean and neat the hotel, and I am thankful to Marina the girl who works in the front desk, she is so nice and helpful person
Very nice!
Great place to stay near the pyramids. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully more dinning options open near this hotel soon; there are a couple but it’s limited. The breakfast was good and had different options for all three of the nights we stayed.
Overall a good stay. The rooms were tidy yet a bit small. No table/desk area to do work if needed but had access to patio area in the back. The pool needed to be cleaned. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The safe box was challenging to figure out as there were no instructions on how to input passcode The Giza pyramids are just a few steps away.
Lovely small hotel - comfortable good sized rooms with cold aircon. Very attentive staff. Pool is out of action at the moment and some building work adjacent but overall very happy and good value
The services was amazing, room was nice and clean, staff was really friendly and welcoming, my tour guide MO was amazing. I will recommend jasmine pyramid hotel to anyone… just perfect !!!!
The management and staff is truly amazing!!! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here at this hotel and will return!!!
I recently stayed at the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel in Giza, Egypt, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on my experience. While the rooms were decent, the hotel made significant errors that greatly impacted our stay. Upon arriving late due to flight delays, we were informed that our room had been given away. The staff blamed the booking website and failed to take responsibility. As a result, we were left with the inconvenient option of sleeping on the lobby couch or in a vacated guest room. This mishap had a substantial negative impact on our first day tours in Egypt. It disrupted our plans and left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. It's disappointing that the hotel's staff did not proactively address the situation and find a suitable solution. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the hotel was average at best. While it offered a sufficient start to the day, it did not offer anything exceptional or noteworthy. In summary, my experience at the Jasmine Pyramid Hotel was marred by the staff's mishandling of our reservation, resulting in an inconvenient and uncomfortable stay. This, in turn, affected our first day tours and overall enjoyment of our time in Egypt. I would recommend considering alternative accommodations for a smoother and more enjoyable stay.
I loved it here. While it is difficult to find, the hotel was reasonably priced, the staff were amazing, and the room was everything I needed for 2 nights in Giza. Highly recommend!!
Clean hotel close to Giza pyramids
The hotel was very clean and well decorated. However, whatever cleaning supply that was used to clean the room smelled horrible and we had to air out the room to get the smell out. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped our kids get Netflix set up and even placed a big Macdonalds order for us. We stayed in two rooms on the ground floor next to reception, and the very loud reception phone woke us up several times in the night. The breakfast was very good and a wide variety of food. One of the reviews we had read said you had a view of the pyramids from breakfast, but this was not true, it was in a first floor interior room. The best part about this hotel is that it is minutes from the Giza pyramids.
Really beautiful and clean hotel. Staff are really friendly. Excellent
Friendly courteous
The location is great!! The staff was very professional, kind, and they have great tour packages! I would definitely book again
Great stay, great pyramids view with breakfast and amazing service
Excellent property. Two floors, newly renovated. Customer service is amazing, they let us checkout late and we’re there for make our stay amazing. We were lucky to have been there on NYE 2022 as they had a big celebration.. gifts for guests and free dinner and entertainment. The breakfast is great, the chef is amazing.. and breakfast has a great pyramid view :)
Estadia Jasmine
Chegamos e nosso quarto estava errado. Quero parabenizar o atendimento do Abdelrauof pelas dicas e informações do Cairo e atendimento.
The property itself was fantastic with a lovey big courtyard and a rooftop restaurant associated with the hotel that afforded amazing views of the pyramids and really good food.
