I've been to Lisbon on many occasions and this is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed. I've stayed at the Ritz, Tivoli, and Vermelho (Christian Louboutin hotel in Melides) and none of them compares to Jardim da Lapa. Jardim da Lapa is a chic and quiet place, where you will feel at home. Lapa is the best neighborhood in Lisbon, quiet and residential and, yet, close to the best restaurants and attraction of town. Breakfast a Jardim da Lapa is absolutely extraordinary with a huge variety of fresh fruits and juices, breads and cakes, multiple options of coffee and chef to prepare your eggs as you would like. The staff is highly-friend and they seem to be trained at the best hotel schools in Switzerland. I highly recommend this place and I would absolutely return in heart beat.

Lovely hotel, great breakfast!

Lovely stay thanks to the friendly/attentive staff, clean and comfortable room and the delicious and varied breakfast buffet over the 3 days we were there.

Great location in terms of being central to many local districts. Friendly staff, well appointed rooms, nesstled among the quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We were here for a week and had a great time. The hotel itself is in a good location, the rooms are nice as well as the facilities. The staff are AMAZING, very helpful and polite. It is a 3 star hotel but in reality it boarders between a 3 and 4 star.

Beautiful property with the most helpful staff. The grounds were very peaceful and quiet. A great spot to rejuvenate after walking and sightseeing all day.

We wanted a hotel that was quiet and not in a busy section of Lisbon and we found the perfect place. It’s an oasis with a lovely professional and warm staff. Jonathan is a sweetheart and very welcoming. The pool area is beautiful and clean. We could not ask for a better place.

Beautiful property in an extremely lovely location! Convenient to walk to restaurants and cafes. Excellent buffet breakfast with lots of variety.

The staff is amazing, the room is okay and the area safe. The breakfast was very good. Parking is off site and inconvenient.

Staff are great and the room was clean. The hotel is in the middle of no restaurants or coffee shops. It is at least close to a half hour walk to any place for coffee or dinner. Ended up transfering to another hotel closer to old town after 2 nights.

Relaxing. Staff made you feel comfortable. Good breakfast. Tram outside road not running so had to walk quite a bit.

This was a nice surprise! When you arrive, you are greeted with a charming and inviting space. Carla, at reception, was very friendly and brought us directly to our room. The room was spacious and clean and the complimentary wine was a nice extra! The breakfast spread was delicious and I was brought a hot fried egg which was perfect. We would have stayed another night but they were already booked. It may be a bit away from the mainstream but I would recommend it!!

This place is so charming. It's a Pensione in the middle of the city. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming. The pool is a perfect spot to relax after hiking the hills in the city.

This property is fantastic! It is a bit away from the Center of town but it offers an oasis of serenity and calm in a bustling city. We loved the pool and the breakfast buffet is incredible. We walked to and from the Center of the city and also to the maritime museum both gave us a flavour of Lisbon. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely setting, with its garden and pool, generous room and with great breakfast. Its location is good but not ideal as it doesn’t have a lot of transport options around, nor any amenities nearby. The second night I smelled a lot of cigarette smoke throughout as someone was smoking in the garden near my room. Also, a staff member could not accommodate me when the taxi driver who brought me there that evening had no change- I asked reception to make me some change but she said she couldn’t do that, and with nothing else around the hotel, I had to give the driver my €10 note with no change, instead of €6.50, which was not pleasant.

quiet location, not far from the bustling Alfama and other must-see neighborhoods. This hotel is quaint, and the staff is super helpful.

Location was good but my room service wasn’t good enough as I had found hair on my bedsheets and pillows for two days of my stay in this hotel which is why I’m not sure if I can recommend this hotel to my friends

4 days in Lisboa

My husband and I thoughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. The staff were very accomodating. The rooms were very comfortable with lots of little extras like a towel warming rack, glass of water, etc. We loved the breakfast.

This was a wonderful property with excellent staff and customer service.

We were incredibly impressed with the staff at this property. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, in hindsight we should have booked the night before. The staff offered us breakfast and worked hard to get our room ready early as we were exhausted. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a very cool location. The rooms are well appointed and stylish. We would highly recommend staying here.

This was a little oasis in the city, and I absolutely loved it. I came with a big group and the hotel was very accommodating and extra friendly. It felt less like a hotel and more like a luxury bed and breakfast. I felt at home. I will be coming back VERY soon.

The hotel is ok, but Not good value for money. It is directly in the flight path, causing sign noise. More Hopis cam from work on buildings around (hammering) and from internal alarms they failed to switch off from 10pm to 2am. Good breakfast, but otherwise rather elementary facilities. A good 3 star hotel - no more.

This was a place we picked up off the internet Hotels. com The staff was excellent and worked very hard to make your stay very enjoyable. Ana, Miguel, Catarina,and Cardina to name a few were just excellent. These young people spoke many languages and were quick to help. Thank you for a great stay. Our room was cleaned daily, there was a pool and a very good breakfast provided before you headed out in the morning. It was located in a quiet area with quick access with Uber to downtown. There was a bus stop/trolly stop at the far end of the block. We are seniors and were well received. There were many different age groups and all enjoyed their stays.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and very clean, with great views. The neighborhood was very quiet and had a great local vibe. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone!

Siamo stati in questa struttura 2 notti e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Dalla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale , alla pulizia della camera ,in quest’ultima non manca proprio nulla. Le camere vengono pulite ogni giorno , letto rifatto ,lenzuola e cambio di asciugamani puliti. La colazione molto varia e abbondante, i dolci buonissimi e trovi molte pietanze locali. Lo consiglierò sicuramente

Prachtig verstopt hotel met een mooi zwembad en fantastisch ontbijt (veel te veel gegeten). Prettige kamer ook om vandaan te werken.

Oásis maravilhoso em Lisboa

Um oásis na cidade . Adoramos este lugar. Ficamos muito impressionados com a beleza do espaço : jardim, piscina ( que infelizmente não tivemos tempo de usufruir ),das árvores e do chilrear dos passarinhos pela manhä ... fomos muito bem recebidos . Os funcionários foram muito gentis e disponíveis , em especial a Joana . O espaço dá muita importância à sustentabilidade e ao orgânico e isso agradou- nos muitíssimo . O pequeno almoço è dos melhores que já comemos em frescura , variedade e è proveniente duma quinta orgânica no Alentejo que desejamos poder conhecer brevemente. A Joana è uma querida e foi ela que nos explicou tudo isso e que apreciamos muito . Voltaremos concerteza na próxima oportunidade e ficaremos mais tempo :)
