My stay at the Jannata was amazing! The staff is so friendly, accommodating, and excellent! I will definitely stay here again! For my first trip to Bali- solo female- it was the best stay in a hotel I have ever had!

Our 2nd visit to this amazing boutique room with an unobstructed view of jungle from our spacious terrace. The staff, the food, the room - beyond a taste of paradise and loved authentic balinese culture and local warungs, rice fields. We are returning again and have booked already to not miss out - highly recommend!!!!! not ubud town centre - but free shuttle from hotel for those wanting to experience busy town -

Everyone was super friendly and the staff went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was delicious and their cappuccinos were great every time. The complimentary tea time was amazing, and don’t forget to get a fresh coconut. AMAZING!! Cant wait to come back.

really pleasant and welcoming staff and rooms are quiet with little human interference but exposed to facets of nature. evening turn down service is a great touch as well as the special petal arrangement on the duvet as a "welcome"

We got married at Jannata and the resort was spectacular for our elopement. The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more welcoming, they were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and the massage we booked was fantastic, we really loved the spa. Our room was beautiful but there were a few bits of maintenance that needed carrying out such as both the bath tap and shower handle falling off and the bathroom blinds fell of the wall and we had to reattach them. The resort itself is beautifully kept and it's a shame we couldn't stay longer than we did!

Worth every cent!

Absolutely amazing! One of the most beautiful places we stayed on our trip to Bali. The room was gorgeous and had incredible jungle views, the breakfast was wonderful, two free 15 minute massages were an added and unexpected bonus, the staff were all so friendly and they organised a free cake for my partners birthday! I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again in future if I go back to Ubud.

Location outstanding with beautiful views overlooking the jungle. Staff could not be more helpful especially Merry at the front desk. A blocked toilet gave us an amazing upgrade to a 2 bedroom private pool villa. We also got to experience a brand new 1 bedroom villa on our last night which was superb. Breakfast was fantastic with many filling options. The main pool had beautiful views and very relaxing to swim in. Shuttle bus goes twice a day to Ubud so easy to do a bit of shopping. Overall resort was truly beautiful. The spa on site was fantastic and reasonable priced. Bedding was fantastic with good comfy pillows and hot showers and baths were an added bonus. Please note that there are lots of steps everywhere so if there are mobility issues please beware. This will not deter me from coming back here as the service and accommodation was truly amazing. The property is exactly as it's shown in the pictures. The views are breathtaking the resort is spotless and well kept. Everyone there is so friendly and inviting. It was hard to want to leave Jannata, it was truly an amazing experience.

Was a beautiful hotel located in the jungle hills of Ubud. Close to Ubud center, Monkey Forest Sanctuary, Bali swing, and rice terraces. The property had a wonderful spa and an incredible infinity pool. The food was great, and breakfast was included. The only negative, and reason for 4 stars instead of 5, was the really uncomfortable bed. It was like sleeping on a mat. Not actually sure it was a mattress. Beyond firm. They definitely need to replace. It made sleeping 3 nights uncomfortable.

Jannata was a rare and beautiful experience. If you love Nature and amazing views this is the place for you. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is also good and had the pleasure of taking their yoga class which was also an amazing experience. No complaints! You have to love nature to love this hotel though...

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

Fantastic place, the staff are so nice and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time on our honeymoon and will definitely be back! Resort has fantastic facilities and is right on the beautiful ridge walk.

Property is beautiful and great. Highly recommended to couples and families. Staffs are extremely friendly and can assist you with my inquiry. Perfect view to the jungle and the mountain. Little bit away from the city to feel the peace and enjoy the nature. Hotel is arranging transportation from/to the city for free. Food is super tasty and delicious. Housekeeping are doing great job to keep the place in good shape. Front office staff are amazing and ready to help for anything. We enjoyed every moment of our 7 nights and will come back for sure.

Honeymoon Disaster

We booked to stay for 6 nights at Jannata but we were moved to stay at Lokha Ubud for 3 nights as the room wasn't ready due to maintenance work. Was annoyed about this but we were offered a free couples massage and a romantic dinner.. who would say no to that. Lokha was absolutely amazing and we were glad we stayed there. We were supposed to move back to Jannata on a Wednesday and were told the room will be ready for 12pm, but once we got there the room wasn't ready because "guests" had checked out. But how would guests check out if the room was undergoing maintenance? We were then able to move to our room half an hour later and the room was full of insects and the bedding stank! The person who showed us around was not helpful, he didn't tell us where any of the facilities were and didn't provide us with any information. We had major problems with our room and weren't even provided any snacks our drinks, despite stating there's a minibar. We were over charged for spa facilities despite promoting different prices in their brochure - the manager rectified this instantly. The same rude man had checked us out on our last day and even then he was rude and tried short change us. I wouldn't recommend this resort to anyone. Rude staff members, did not provide basic amenities and the rooms were not clean! Consider staying at the Lokha rather than this crappy place.

As soon as we entered the room was amazed by its beauty...the pool was amazing with the view it had...staff were amazingly friendly ....really recommend this resort..
