Clean and tidy hotel, convenient for bus station and old town. Reasonable buffet breakfast. Good value for the price.

Close to Old Town. Can take buses to go eveywhere. We got a three day pass. The distance between places are not walkable. Room is good, wifi, hot water good. Toilet is very small. Breakfast also good.

Strategic location, near to train/coach station, bus stop 20m away access to old town. If possible, avoid room 407 as the room layout is arkward but having window on roof means we could view moon and stars on a clear night. Overall, we are happy with this property. Highly recommended.

Very clean hotel, amazing stuff, great breakfast with a lot of food options.

Positives: The hotel is well-located very close to the train and bus stations, and just a short walk to the Old Town. Breakfast was also decent. They do not have 24 front desk service, but the reception is good about answering text messages promptly (make sure you have WhatsApp; this may be problematic if you do not have wifi or international roaming plan) Cons: The 5th floor does not have elevator access, and the hallways and rooms stink. My room had an awful mildewy odor, particularly as it was baking under the summer sun. Also, the shower and sink drained very slowly. Sheets were clean though. Also no AC, which can be problematic during hot summer days. Overall, it was a decent hotel, but with some additional TLC it could be better, especially the horrible odor on the 5th floor. Front desk staff is typical Soviet style demeanor, but don't old that against them; they are prompt and responsive, and that's what matters.

Very nice city break, hotel ideally located for easy walking in the city. Quiet location, slept well and rooms are clean. Good value for money.

Fabulous Breakfast and Staff

The location is very good and the cooked breakfast is excellent. Reception staff very helpful. The rooms are small, although I did get upgraded to a slightly bigger room, but the interior is getting tired and dated, and although the bathrooms are clean, the room could have had a bit more of a springclean.

Staff and service were great. Clean and basic.

The hotel is convenient because is very close to the beautiful old town. I guess is because of the lack of English language knowledge, one employee at the front desk didn’t know how to use proper wording. She could communicate better to point out the fees I needed to pay. “Must” is a strong word, and have many softer choices to express once responsibilities. Putting an emergency time to pay four euros owned in taxes was not necessary. Besides that everyone was helpful and attentive.

Very nice hotel

It was okay considering I was there for only 3 nights and spent most of the day outside. Room was very small considering the location was a bit outside Old Town area. It also did not feel that clean and I found a spoon on the floor next to my bed. Service was fine. Breakfast was good on the first morning but very disappointing the next two mornings - they had limited options on Sunday and on Monday I was told they ran out of food! There was still 30mins left of breakfast service and they did not offer to provide any workarounds. I have travelled all over the world and have never ever been told this! Very disappointing and overall would not recommend this hotel, you're better off staying elsewhere.

Location is great, especially if you are traveling by train. Breakfast/coffee was not great and note that the single bed is really small as is the room.

Beware of the lift does not reach the 5th floor, and if you are physically unable to carry your luggage from 4th to 1 floor above, do state your special request clearly when booking. Notably the breakfast is surprisingly good compared to similar hotels.

NO AIR CON - Say goodbye to sleep

We stayed here for two nights and couldn't get even a few hours of sleep. You can hear the neighbours through the vents in the room and the bathroom and through the doors - basically zero sound insulation. They also advertise that they have air con - they don't, so in the summer heat, it was unbearable. Rooms are very dusty and old, and need a full refurbishment. TV channels are only in German or Russian for whatever strange reason. The reception staff ignored us when we arrived even though we stood 1 meter away from them - they didn't acknowledge us in any way. Also, Lithuanian didn't seem to be the preferred language. Breakfast food was unappetising, to say the least. Old dry pastries, fresh fruit plates all empty, yoghurt looked like it was brought back from the Soviet Union. The lift was broken on the last day and they only bothered putting a note up on the first floor. Everyone had to drag their suitcases up/down 4-5 flights of stairs.

Just between the train/bus station and the old town. Facilities are clean and breakfast is good.

The staff is quite friendly and nice. They WhatsApp me since my flight was delayed and I couldn't arrive the hotel earlier. I'm a bit surprised they don't have almost any amenities..

The staff did everything to provide what we needed. We received a breakfast box as we were leaving earlier on the last day.

Отель отлично расположен, от автовокзала до отеля 400 метров. Цены на номер вполне демократичные, радует что в стоимость включен завтрак (шведский стол) по умолчанию. Останавливался в одноместном номере на втором этаже. При заезде в номере стояла бутылка питьевой воды, что приятно. Единственно, было бы удобно если бы в номере был чайник и чайная ложка, в моем этого не было. Теперь о недостатках: в номере отсутствовал холодильник, что неудобно, а также не было кондиционера или настольного вентилятора,воэтому в номере было жарко. Также не работал вытяжной вентилятор в душе, поэтому очень долго уходил пар и не сохли полотенца. Завтрак довольно разнообразный, в целом по стандартной программе. В общем,хороший вариант Bed and Breakfast для желающих посмотреть Вильнюс. Буду рекомендовать друзьям.

The staff is not friendly at all

Super staff, room was great even though it was a cheap one, The place was spotless. Easy walk into or out of the town centre. Will stay there again if I get back to Vilnius.

Very clean hotel,greay price. Ideal for exploring the old town. Clean/tidy/quiet and a nice varied breakfast with local food. The only point i'd mention as q potential improvement is that it would be good for them to have maps of the town to share with guests. Thankfully i had my own.

Ok stay

The hotel is located in a perfect location very close to everything. The breakfast was good. The bathroom is the least liked part in the room, had thin door so you could hear everything, the bath seemed to have mold on the wall. Overall, its a nice stay, but not something spectacular.

Nice cosy hotel but cold in the rooms, very thin walls so I wasn’t happy about a neighbour guy speaking on the phone at midnight. It’s very cold in the bathroom.

Good Location for Tourists

It is a great hotel with a good location close to old town vilnius and really close to bus and train station so good if you want to transit out of vilnius.

Lack of staff

All good but not having no one there after 8pm makes it harder to do anything in the hotel .

Very convenient for Bus and Train station and where the Airport bus stops and picks up. Also easy walking distance from the Old Town.I would be more than happy to stay there again.

The hotel is really well situated, not far from the bus station and close to the Town Hall square. my room size was small but clean and tidy. The breakfast was plentiful and filling. Excellent for a short stay in Vilnius.

It’s very bad and very dirty

Great staff. Great location. Good breakfast. Only problem is no AC. Rooms have fans, but with global warming that is not good enough on hot summer days.

Not too satisfied

The room was smelling and there was no air condition. This foul smell both in the bathroom and the room, even though we had the window/balcony door open most of the time. The breakfast didn’t have enough options to be classified as continental unfortunately This hotel is okay if it’s just for 1 night if you’re transiting to another town

Bring a good pair of ear plugs

Well...if you’re looking for a cheap hotel it could be an option. I have a few observations, the walls aren’t sound proof therefore if in the next room they are watching tv a bit loud then you’ll be listening to the program he is watching. This applies if any drunk guest are coming back from a good night out at 3am, you will def hear it... so bring a good pair of ear plugs. There was no soap, and the toilet was not a clean as you’d expect. The best feature of this hotel is its location, that’s for sure.

Very nice hotel with a good location if you wish to see things in the old town. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was free and quite good.

Room was a great size, clean enough but bathroom floor felt sticky (hotel gave slippers so could avoid walking on it). Breakfast was average for a European hotel. No options for non dairy milk and both morning things were running out.

There was a lady on reception called Marguerite (I think) she was very friendly and helpful. The other staff were also good and pleasant. We had slight issues with the housekeeper/cleaners in the hotel. One occasion they hadn't cleaned the room - even though we put the sign on the door, so I had to go and find them to do it, which they then did. Breakfast was really nice - a good selection. Good value and and good location.

Instead of promised air conditioner we had a fan . We felt misinformed and under delivered.

Excellent! The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Coach Bus Station and is at the edge of old town. I loved the free tea and coffee and water in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent and they could even pack breakfast for those who check out early.

Location of hotel excellent. Managing of breakfast not very good. At one stage had to wait for a table, then we had to clear the table ourselves. They ran short of clean cutlery and bowls. One lady seemed to be trying to do everything unsuccessfully.

Excellent place!

Every thing was superb. Breakfast was also very good! I am especially thankful to Ms Margarita Jankauskiene and Ms Gintarė Jurevičiūtė for their help throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

We were extremely pleased with our room, it was clean and contempoary with a comfortable bed. All staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Central cozy hotel perfect for a short stay

There is nothing I disliked at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations for a 3 stars hotel. Hotel is situated in the center of the city and this makes the city center easily accessible by walking. Room was cozy and quality of sleep was good. Breakfast was average continental breakfast. Reception was professional and fast. Thank you, Ivolita Vilnius - I will book again.

My short stay in Vilnius

The hotel room was comfortable and quiet but it did not have heating radiators inside the room, because the weather was cold during my stay. The coach and train station and the old city were with walking distance of the hotel, as were shops and restaurants, so the hotel was good for convenience. The breakfast was tasty and filling but I found a few of the hotel staff unfriendly when I greeted them.
