Car transportation to airport.

Great service by the pool area. Room service less impressed. Some of the popular dishes show availability 24//7. When ordered they are available during certain period of the day. More seriously we ordered a car for transportation to the airport. Concierge advised us on time to MOPA airport. We reconfirmed this transformation two times. When getting in the car the concierge had ordered the taxi to Dabolim airport.

Best experience I could hope for!

We were here for a family trip for 5 days- with our 4yr old and parents and we had an absolute blast. The resort is one of the most family friendly places I’ve been to, and every member of the family thoroughly enjoyed. Kids Club - our 4yo spent most of her time here, she loved making crafts and playing in the playroom. Sheela, Prajakta and Sumita were incredible in keeping the kids engaged and we could easily leave our child in their care. Spa- one of the best spa experiences. Geethu, my therapist was knowledgeable, professional and extremely good Pool- there was an adult-only pool, a toddler pool and a family pool. Given our large group, we used all of them and had an absolute blast. The pools are very well designed, with lots of nooks for groups with all swimming proficiencies to hang out in Food- fantastic food, and an incredible buffet spread. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day with options for North Indian, South Indian, western, and local Goan items. I was also very impressed by the multitude of healthy, gluten-free, and vegan options Staff- the staff all over the resort was extremely courteous and helpful. Not once in the 5 days that we spent in the resort that we see somebody not smiling. Overall- I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Taxi service only limited for residents no outside cab allowed

A slightly underwhelming experience

Hotel is dated. Staff is very good but not trained to provide 5 star service as yet. At check out we had a wedding group checking in and the hotel resembled a fish market which was underwhelming.

The grounds are filled with greenery, the views are captivating and service impeccable.

Access to clean less crowded nice beach

It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. Food was excellent and on our day one we were welcomed by Aftab introduced us to Tempora , a traditional Goan cuisine restaurant in the village square. Aftab was excellent throughout our stay and Karan & Mahabe ensured that we were well looked after. There were different culinary options available including the Royal Afgan grill and the Kebab section. Soma in the spa was equally skinned and welcoming when it came to Ayurvedic massage. We would strongly recommend staying at ITC grand Goa.

Worst experience of Goa, they missed my booking and i had to rebook room and at the time of check out, they said they found the booking. They lost a packet which was sent for me and after many hours, they found it. They didnt sent the house keeping for room cleaning, they took an hour to send bell man to pick my luggage, TV in my room displayed the name of some other guest. Dusaster after disaster.

The check in experience was lacking. I had emailed my IDs and they couldn't find it. The welcome drink wasn't offered nor were we accompanied to the room, both of the above we found the other check in customer were enjoying. Rather strange. The property has aged and requires repair and facelift.

Good

Except for initial issue of pick up from airport, everything was exceptional. Great staff. Great dining options. Good SPA, almost clean beach. Pool was clean refreshing. Highly recommend for people who want quiet resort and who want to unwind.

I have been staying in this property every year for the last 8 years (Park Hyatt days). The hospitality at ITC has been dropping each year from the time they have taken over. Resorts are not business hotel and hospitality should be the prime focus. Emails sent to hotel reservations are unanswered and if you have any special request it will surely not be met.

This ITC grand Goa is a super resort with a serene atmosphere and excellent facilities. The rooms are high quality and sufficiently luxurious. The resort caters to all your needs and has a very good spa and reasonable gym. Surprised to also find a steam room and sauna. The outside pool was large and very well maintained. The beech was pristine and had an annexed restaurant right there. The surrounding gardens were beautifully maintained. The main buffet was very good and there were other al la carte options for variety. In all a worthy five star rating and I can’t wait to come back.

Top Notch Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was perhaps one of the best experiences we have had. The hospitality and food were simply outstanding. The staff were extremely polite and understanding. We would definitely like to come back soon.

Very quiet hotel. No evening entertainment.

Spacious property. Very helpful staff. Limited activities for young adults. Beach is nice and very safe, although limited water sports activities. No pool side bar.

We felt the property was an all in one package to relax and enjoy. - Private beach (24/7 access with security) - Beach dining - Several Pools and lagoons in the property - Dining all cuisines - Spa - vast natural garden for strolls

Great property & wedding celebrations

ITC Grand is a great property with very good service, food and access to a beautiful, clean and safe beach. That said, it looks like like host wedding every single day during the wedding season, so be prepare for it (happy and sometimes noise guests, music when you want to relax or sleep,..). The staff make everything possible to reduce the inconvenience, but sometimes it is inevitable

Everything was A1. Especially loved the private beach and the restaurants . We triedthe Goan menu for dinner and loved the food (Goan rice with prawn curry and shrimp curry). Buffet breakfast spread was superb.

Great property

The property is fabulous but the house keeping mas really sad. The room did not have bathrobs and me had to ask for them. Every day cleaning of the room was not done till very late in the afternoon and there would always be some thing missing . We had to call them for evening service every evening. After-we Complained action was taken and on the last evening the room was done as it should have been since the beginning.

BEST SERVICES

The check in staff is either stretched or disengaged. There is a sense of drift with things taking an eternity to happen. Inconsistent service standards from as simple as a hot or miss welcome drink to the time taken for check-in. For a luxury property leaves a lot to be desired. Would not recommend it.

Amazing property set right next to Arossim beach, where you can relax as well as try water sports, with not much crowd around. Buffet spread is huge, and you can try from local Goan, to Indian & Asian food in all meals. The resort also has multiple pools, game room, and lush green lawns leading to the beach. There are buggy services to take you to the beach as well, although they may not be available 24 x 7. The check-in experience was a bit underwhelming. We arrived early, and had to ask for some water/drinks after an hour while the room was being prepared. Was given the room another half hour later when I myself enquired about the status again. Also, no walkthrough of the property & amenities. That being said, the stay was awesome and more than compensated for the check-in!

Overall the staycation was an amazing experience, but sharing my honest experience because there’s always scope for improvement. Dining service can be improved, both quality of food and service, staff looked overwhelmed at the Pavillion most of the time. Property is beautifully landscaped and is well maintained, beach is super clean and private. Loved that part! We liked the taxi service as it’s readily available , we hired the taxi 3 times during our stay and 1 of the of the 3 drivers was very rude, most likely he wasn’t even from Goa, knew nothing about the city, we had to use GPS and guide him in the entire 6-7 hour drive. Wish there were some activities happening at the property to entertain guests, maybe magic show, water sports etc. No video tour or guided tour of the property, it was like explore on your own kinda setup. Would definitely visit Goa again but probably would like to explore other resorts.

Pathetic

Unbelievably horrible experience This used to be our favourite property But they have Maintanend so poorly and the service has become beyond pathetic I travelled with my 1 year old and it’s safe to say your child will definitely starve if ur relying on the hotel to provide her food ! I once asked for a slice of bread and they gave it after 1.5 hrs . Nobody answers the calls at reception / Inroom dining .

Pathetic Service

The service was pathetic.

Parking should have been covered and not open considering the weather in goa. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be designed for more privacy.

The property is excellent. Great location, mesmerizing ambience and facilities. The swimming pool is simply awesome. Access to beach from the property and greeneries inside adds up to the beauty. Staff are extremely customer friendly. Mr Abhishek Menon, Mr Sanjay, chef Glen and chef Farhan were very courteous and provided excellent service in the restaurant. All the staff were super courteous and professional. Made everyone at restaurant feel at home. Taste of breakfast, lunch and dinner too was simply good. Some short comings in the buffet lunch were addressed immediately. Overall a beautiful property. Must visit cor people

Beautiful beach side resort

Stayed with my family in 3 rooms. had a great time and hotel has all facilities in-house which was great (beach/Watersports, nice pool, kids play area).

Goa's Visit to ITC Grand Goa Hotel

We had an opportunity to stay for 5 nights/6 days at ITC,Grand Goa, (South), which had locational advantage nearest to Airport as well as had Long Arrosium Beach which is neat,clean and well maintained with Lifeguards on duty 24X7.Hotel rooms are spaceious,clean with all the fittings,furniture,ambience and very efficient room service, quick housekeeping service and responsive,courteous Front Office personnels.Lawns,Swimming pools,Restaurants,Spa are well maintained.In general Hotel staff is polite,courteous but in particular MS.Sangeeta of Front Office looked after us very nicely as a sincere and obedient child cares his elderly parents. Spa had a good ambience and Ms.Maram needs special mention for her Professionalism.

Unbelievable experience, one of the best ever

The experience goes beyond words.As soon as I booked, I got a call from Ms. Uchita asking if I would require anything and she was kind enough to arrange for a cab at a very nominal rate. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, I had requested an upgrade. Upon reaching we were received by Ms. Lisa (Guest Relations) and Ms.Frency (Duty Manager), both of whom made this trip a truly memorable one.I have not experienced such warm hospitality in the longest time.Further,to our surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful pool suite. The room was phenomenal to the next level. This gesture was extremely wonderful on their end. It did not stop here, apart from a cake for our anniversary, Lisa and Susan (Guest Relations) surprised us & decorated our room with balloons and our pictures.Lisa and Frency also kept in touch in case we needed anything.In fact, they were simply a msg away giving one of a kind personalized experience. Ms. Olga (Guest Relations) too greeted us every single day and checked how things were and if we needed anything.It made us feel so important that we started making plans for our next trip to ITC then and there. Mr. Rahul at the breakfast and Mr. Godfred at the concierge both were extremely helpful and fantastic. The food, service, housekeeping, everything was a perfect 10. The property grounds are beautiful and one can spend days here.There are restaurants in the neighborhood as well.The experience was a perfect 10 experience, could not have asked for more.

Me and husband were there a few days ago for our honeymoon. We were welcomed with two guys singing. Along with that sweet Olga greeting us. She is literally the nicest and I loved that she checked in with us throughout our stay. (Other staff called us also everyday to make sure we had everything we needed.) Our housekeeping guy Kundan was super amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed in our room in a timely manner. He also did such a good job cleaning our room everyday and making beautiful sculptures with towels. We loved the kitchen staff. We would like to give a huge shout out to Anand, Yaspal, Harish, Mahbe, Neiwan, Dhurubajyoti, and Nishant. All of these individuals made our breakfast, lunch and dinner super easy and nice. They made sure that we were welcomed and got what we needed. Thank you all for checking in with us and going out of your way to serve us. Honestly everyone was super friendly at the hotel and everyone always greeted us and asked us to let them know if needed anything. I'm sorry if we didn't mention some of the individuals that made our stay amazing. Thank you all! ☺

Superb!

Superb experience. The lawns are amazing, so is the F&B and housekeeping. Can’t complain. Everything was immaculate! We had a wonderful stay and would certainly want to go back again.

An amazing stay at an equally amazing property. Sadly the pool and a few other activities were not operating but the rest of it was wonderful

The property was huge and very well spread across lawns, walking paths and of course direct beach access.

Very bad conditions of the room horrible actually

The staff really makes your stay and interaction warm and worthwhile. Zuvariya the duty manager at the reception is very helpful with the process and accommodative with additional requests. Olga at the front desk too is very helpful in the informing details of the resort. Chef Glen has been more than helpful by being accommodating and proactive in catering to the dining needs for my kid. Pradeep the housekeeping manager has been helpful in meeting the needs within the room. A big thanks and thums up to the entire hotel staff.

Check in process was very slow. The Housekeeping service needs to improved.

Excellent service by the staff. Everyone was super polite and helpful. We were given an upgrade with beautiful pool view. The Head Chef Ashvaq was very kind and prepared special vegetarian food for us daily. All the waiters were extremely friendly. The grounds were beautiful. This Lockdown has been tough on families but being at the ITC has given us a much needed break. They also took lots of safety and health measures to be safe from COVID. Highly recommend this resort to all families

Best of Goa

If you are in goa, this is the best place to be. Good ambience, good hygiene, beautiful resort, helpful and courteous staff, amazing beach, wonderful fitness centre with adequate equipment, fingerlicking food and what not. Its so far one of my best experiences to stay at itc grand goa and I must mention Mr Rahul at the pavillion restaurant with all compliments who was really helpful with the portion and food choice and customization since we are pure vegetarians and at place like goa, we tend to have limited choices for indian veg food.

In the midst of a Global pandemic the hospitality industry has taken one of the biggest beatings. One would have though that a recently reopened hotel would be struggling with haphazard management and ill conceived safety controls. Think again. That wasn't the case at all with the ITC Grand Goa during our stay-cation between Aug 15th and 17th 2020. The hotel and the room looked great, the safety measures were impeccable and the hotel staff was beyond generous with their attention, time and knowledge. I have to mention a few names to make the great guys known to the general public. Shavinder, Frency, Mahipal, Nunes, Ananda, Troger, Sasha and Sanjay. I cant say thank you enough for making our stay very very special and making my wife's birthday one to remember - especially under the trying circumstances. Kudos and keep up the great work. Will be back soon.

Everything is simply great about the property! Super attentive and courteous staff, delicious food, amazing housekeeping, quick reception, everything! The array of restaurants are awesome, the beach is clean & well maintained. They even have a lovely kids club with activites lined up for the whole day! Perfect stay 👍

It was great experience right from checkin to checkout. The staff was very courteous and never fail to amaze you with their lovely smile. All the restaurants serve amazing food and offer range of cuisine. Also the amenities are perfect for your stay. In short very pleased with the experience... thank you !

Very good and amazing

ITC Grand did not meet my expectation of Service

Very large property spread over 40+ acres of land. Very nice cottages. Water bodies around are best. Swimming pools are very nice and best located. Three restaurants oeprate in this season gives choices of continental, Italian and Goan cusine options. Staff is very friendly and attentive. More than value for money. Resort is suitable for all types of guest. Business , families, groups even destination weddings. MUST VISIT.
