Will stay again!

Really nice rooms not too far from the center of the town (easy walk) but far enough out to be peaceful.

A very nice resort on Caye Caulker. This is not a luxury resort because that is not what this island is about. We had a nice ocean view room with small kitchen. It was clean and well appointed. The hotel had a nice pool and small swim up bar. There are not many beaches on the island but the hotel has Ocean front seating by the sea wall and is very nice. It was walkable to the whole island. The staff was great and I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 2 nights, good location, walking distance to everything on the island. Small hotel with boutique vibes. Nice quiet pool & pool bar. Balcony with chairs table & hammock. Fridge with bowls, plates, and utensils . Staff were lovely, we did have to move rooms half way through, but it was no issue and staff were accommodating. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was very good. Bar has good drinks and a happy hour.

Great little hotel.

Great place on Caye Caulker. Chill at the pool with the swim up bar or hang on the ocean. We wish the hotel could improve in a few minor ways to truly be excellent. Little details like having ice cube trays in the freezers would help. We wish the walls separating the bedroom and bathroom extended from floor to ceiling for more privacy.

Great hotel! I didn't take full advantage of the pool/beach, but great location and room.

They provided free sunblock at front desk. Staff very friendly and helpful with any questions or recommendations.

Well kept comfortable rooms

Very comfortable room on the beach with good service and a nice little pool area if the wind is up on the beach.

First time in Belize and this was the perfect place to stay! My mom and I really appreciated the friendly staff that went over and above. We were located right by the main road which was very close to restaurants, bars, and small shops. Our room was very clean and cleaned daily. Honestly no flaws during our 5 day stay.

We had a magical stay at Island Magic resort, from check in to check out, the staff and resort did everything to make it the absolute best stay on the island! Gregory checked us in when we arrived and he was the kindest and most welcoming front desk person we've ever had. He introduced himself and told us everything we needed to know about the resort then took us to our room and showed us where everything was. His promise to make our stay magical was heartfelt and genuine! We stayed in two different rooms, #7 and #11. Room #7 is absolutely perfect with a pool view and direct access to the pool. With a small kitchenette, full fridge and luxurious king sized bed, we were in heaven! They provided filtered water daily along with housekeeping, fresh towels and anything else we possible needed. They even gave us a broom when I asked as the sand would get to be too much for me!! Room #11 was much smaller with two queen beds and it overlooked the village but was still a magical room to watch the storms from! The owners are as friendly as every staff member we encountered, you can immediately tell they take great pride in their resort and customer satisfaction. The location was perfect for us as it's at the quieter, less crowded end of the island and the restaurant onsite is a wonderful gem. The food and drinks are plentiful and everything we ate from the fry jacks to the pesto lobster were amazing! We met a couple that has been spending their birthday there for 15 years and we see

We had a great stay at Island Magic! Staff was welcoming, offering pick up once we arrived on the island. Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed having the restaurant on site, as well as having a pool, outdoor seating area, and a dock to enjoy the sun and water. Would stay again!

The staff was great! We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are clean, everyone is friendly & the amenities are awesome.

Nice compact hotel with everything at your fingertips. Choice of tables and chairs around the pool, dining on the beach, a long pier to swim off. Friendly. We had lots of towels, a safe, soap, coffee and water. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Not extremely busy, good value for money option in the area. Knowledgable, friendly, and helpful staff members. Clean rooms and nice views.

Nice hotel, with pool and swim up bar, it also has a beautiful restaurant with ocean view and dock to see sunrise and sunsets.

The people

I found the staff friendly especially Mrs Amy the manager. The location was perfect for me, close to everything but not right in the middle of the busy areas. Having a restaurant and bar on site was very convenient and Maribel was great. For me a great experience. I would return.

It’s a great property right on the beach, very walkable, super cold A/C, loved the staff. They were friendly and accommodating, even held our luggage after we checked out. Only downside were sugar ants in random places in our room, but didn’t stop us from having a good time. Would come back again!

This place was perfect. We had three girls in the two double bed rooms. We had a city view which was as expected ( we hardly are in our room so this stuff doesn’t bother us). The pool and beach were stunning! We did not eat there but had several drinks and they were all tasty! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the split and a 5 minute walk from the ferry dock. They did run out of pool towels while we were there but we just put them out to dry overnight. The cleaning staff was also phenomenal. They cleaned every inch and even put things away for us, very unexpected but wonderful!

BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! You don’t need anything else. The sewage odors around the facility are sickening, hold your breath. But if that’s not enough, the water in the sink had to be turned on in order to get any water in the shower (weird). No Hot Water of course. The toilet is not very private, so you’ll need to ask your partner to step out of the room. The food at the restaurant is not great. I read the reviews prior to bookin. I can’t believe nobody has mentioned any of this before.

The property was lovely! The beach front location was magical! Could use some work on the rooftop area - if that was useable, it would be the best!!!

Great value

Room was clean, on the beach, Staff was great, food was not so good, Had the worst burger ever. and took a very ling time to get it. Tried it twice no go. Only 1 giant cockroach in restaurant.

Just an OK hotel. Compared to the last hotel we stayed at, service was not as accommodating. We checked in after the allotted time and the room wasn’t ready. Pool towels were unavailable another day. They wanted to charge for water in the room (last resort had a water bubbler for us). Maybe this is just how this island differs from San Pedro but wouldn’t stay here again.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Vacation starts at soon as you step off the plane when you book ahead through the hotel for roundtrip airport transportation including ferry tickets. The food and drinks at the hotel were good and prices were comparable to the options surrounding. The pool was always clean and the beach dining was a great way to start or end the day.

Everything was nice except tv is worthless. Nothing but Netflix. Drinks at the bar are insane. I ordered a double captain and coke. It was mild, that’s ok but $20us caused be to go to the store and buy a beer. 3 beers $9. Bar…….$7 us for one beer. Won’t go back

In the quieter part of town which was nice but easy walk to everything. Came back to an extremely clean room every day. Staff was great.

Decent Hotel

The hotel was nice...my Oceanview was restaurant view. I saw little Nets crawling on the sink but got my room clean everyday. Front desk staff was Cordial Bike fee was $15 for 24hrs...I walked

The room was nice and clean.. I loved the swim up bar at the pool and the drinks for happy hour was amazing! We had an amazing time!

Good morning, i was disappointed with the service. This hotel is using stink well water for our shower! I paid for a pool view and was placed in a partial pool view and right ouside of balcony was a water drain which kept the stairs wet and slippery We constantly asked for fresh towels and wash clothes. I was told that the towels were being cleaned. About 20 minuters we see some others with many towels. I pointed that out and was told that they would bring towels to the room. We are black people the ones with the towel wete white people!we were treated badly.

Great location, small but nice pool with swim up bar, great food and variety of neat places to sit when dining (swing chairs and tables downstairs or tables upstairs outside, or can eat inside).

The place was very welcoming. The employee went above and beyond to help me enjoy my stay. They were able to book my excursions at the last minute. My transportation on and off island were taken care of. I look forward to visiting again.

I love island magic resort it's my second time staying with them feels like family. Can't wait to come back again...

Very pleasant staff and location was very good

Very clean--we saw the housekeeper on a ladder hand cleaning the fan blades. The rooms are spacious. Friendly staff and ride services. Try the special drinks at the bar, a step above.

Lovely place to stay on Caye Caulker. Spacious room with swan-shaped towels, and flowers, on bed. Quiet even though it’s in the main road. Close to lots of restaurants and shops. Fun to walk around town from there. Very nice restaurant on ocean front. Tasty food and nice views of pelicans and sea gulls near dock. Helpful, friendly staff. Gave us a golf cart ride back to water taxi.

I was really impressed by how clean and well stocked this hotel was. It looks better in person that in the photographs! My room had everything I needed, it was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and I appreciated the location. It was close to everything , including dining options, but was on the towards the end so it was quite and I was able to sleep. The swing area was closed when I went so I was not able to enjoy that due to the recent passing of the hurricane. But other than that, it was great. The hotel's service of coordinating taxi and transport to the island and hotel was amazing and for the price I would highly recommend it. It made the process of arriving to the property very easy ! I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at island magic were very helpful. The facilities were excellent, with the only downside being a cold shower. Our stay was very enjoyable

Picked me up

Woke up every morning to a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea! The tooms are large, nicely decorated and equpped with everything you need, including a refrigerator and small kitchenette area.The balcony is large and accomodates a hammock for ultimate relaxation. There is a good restaurant overlooking the water where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. Wonderful place, central to the delightful village of Caye Caulker!

Great hotel on the water near the ferry dock and a short walk to the split. The rooms are modern and clean and the pool is super nice. Great restaurant/bar with pool access and a nice dock and beach area. We will definitely be back.

The safebox and TV didn’t work.

The Air-conditioning unit, the remote contol unit did not work. Was unable to control the temperature of unit

This property was horrible. Better suited for backbackers who do not care where they sleep. There was not garden view as advertised but a view of a unsightly junk yard. The room also had a strong smell of mold which I am alergic to mold. I was changed to another room with with a strong smell of mold that irittated my allergies. I never really checked in, the hotel was in the processe of emailing Expedia for an immediate refund so that I could either leave the island or choose another hotel. I had to choose another hotel, Jan's Hotel which was very nice but I had to pay for a hotel again. I have requested a refund.

Great experience and great location…it was quiet and kept very well…the service was outstanding as well as the food and drinks…

Clean and convenient with a great cabana, pier and waterfront area. This was our 2nd stay at Island Magic.

The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The food in the restaurant was good. The drinks sucked. No entertainment on site. No staff service after 8pm.

Island Magic was awesome! I highly recommend it to anyone! Everything was top notch! Their rooms are spacious & clean, the pool is big & beautiful, & their restaurant was one of our favorites on the island. The views are amazing! The swings out back near the water were our favorite spot on the island! Beautiful views and such a relaxing spot! The staff was also friendly & helpful! 10/10 for our experience.

The room was comfortable and clean with a fantastic ocean view, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay in Caye Caulker. They arranged transportation to and from the airport, scheduled my covid test, and booked a great day trip for me!

Had a parking spot for our golf cart. Room is nice, bathroom has a 3/4 wall so no privacy. Great location, and swing and dock area. Generous honor bar in the lobby with suntan lotion, bug spray, and aloe. Walking distance from restaurants and bars. Use Buddy‘s cart rentals for a golf cart. Delivered and dropped off to the airport.

Great place to stay on Caye Caulker. Loved it. We'll be going back and staying there again. Great beach area with bar and dock. Me and my wife went snorkeling of the dock nearly every day asking the dock and to the adjacent docks. Lots of fish to see. Perfect place to start.

One of the best places to stay in on Caye Caulker, I think. Close to ferries, nice pool, awesome swings and beach area. We really enjoyed it here. You can also rent bikes from the hotel and prices are the same as other rentals in town

We stayed in the ocean view suite and the view did not disappoint! The pool was lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and swimming there. It was quiet, relaxing and beautiful.

Perfectly met our needs.

Great to place stay. Close to the ferry terminal, bars and restaurants. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well and is aided by ceiling fans. Our room opened up to a balcony chairs and a hammock. The pool was great. Refreshing and private. A restaurant behind opens up to the dock. Cute seating and lighting for guests to sit and enjoy. At the end of the dock is a set of stairs that take you down to the water.

Great location and ample space. Front Desk staff was pretty extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming. They were great!

Not a bad little hotel. Be aware the office closes around 8 so make sure you have what you need by then. Good location.

Perfect retreat from busier parts of town

Super comfortable stay for our group of three. We were upgraded to a room with two queen-sized beds instead of a queen and twin. The beds were super comfortable. The room fit us all and there was *just* enough space for two of us to squeeze in at home workouts. A few particularities about the room: - the bathroom does not have a full ceiling and therefore is not soundproof. - all rooms have balconies, but sunset rooms do not have hammocks or large balconies. - exact number of towels are provided per guest (but you can easily ask for more.) - no toiletries provided (but past guests' leftovers are available in the office.) - only two outlets - and only one was accessible. Some pros: - wonderful room temperature and delightful AC. - super helpful staff. - lots of cabinets, shelves, and closet space for organizing items. The dock and outdoor area are absolutely lovely. While other spots on the island provide better beach laying experiences, the hotel's dock protrudes out into super clean, clear water and is one of the better dock swimming options. The hotel is centrally located while still providing a bit of distance from the louder, busier parts of the island making the hotel a perfect retreat.

Everything was wonderful and I mean everything we had shuttle and ferry round trip organized by the hotel. The ladies in the front desk are AWESOME!!! They decorated our room for my baby birthday and he loved it and it was romantic too thank you the views and food was and drinks were wonderful we will be back!!! Choose this resort for your trip!!!

We had a very great stay. The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great... walkable to everything, yet just far enough down the road that it is quiet. Staff was very helpful in planning transportation to/from the island as well.

Beautiful clean uodated rooms, a restaurant, right on the beach and close to all in town on Caye Caulker! The water taxi is a 5 minute walk from this charming hotel. I will definitely stay there again!

Amy (front desk) and all the staff were wonderful to us before we even arrived. It was so nice to be able to communicate and coordinate our travel prior to arrival and loved our stay and want to visit in the near future. Kudos you cannot go wrong with Island Magic !!!

Island Magic exceeded my expectations. My family and i were very happy with our stay. The staff are very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchenette in the room is really convenient and the hotel provided our rooms with our own little jug of water. The food at the restaurant was really good and the view out there is amazing. We enjoyed hanging out on the swings in the evenings. The pool is awesome, especially if you have little kids as the kiddie pool is conveniently located where you can sit and watch them. Also the sea water in front of them was clean to swim in which is not common to most hotels on the island. I will definitely be back!

Place was comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful with booking tours and carts. Restaurant was good , don’t think I found something on the menu I didn’t like . (Go for the fry jacks, very good ) next to the beach also . So the view with a michelada in hand to cure the hangover was pleasant . If I’m ever down there again def booking here.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive to anything that might come up. The excursions we took through Island Magic were very well done. Shaq is a great guide, and Vijay was a terrific server when we dined there. Amy, at the front desk, made sure everything was taken care of. She was fantastic!

Comfy room and beds- quiet for sleeping. Kitchenette was nice to have. Good value for Belize.

The great service exceeded expectations.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The swings outside are so pretty and the restaurant food was tasty. The only downside was the seaweed at the beach making the water not really inhabitable.

Gem in Caye Caulker

Gorgeous hotel with very hospitable service. Everything is walking distance with the ferry only 5 minutes away. The rooms are very clean and you can tell the cleaning staff puts a lot of work into making the room look pretty. Very spacious rooms with a kitchen area that includes fridge, microwave, and coffee making station. Definitely will stay here again.

I loved Island Magic. The room was big, clean and bright. Overall the hotel was in great condition and convenient to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. They booked flights for us and helped with golf cart rental. When it was time, they helped with arranging Covid testing for the return flight to the US. I look forwards to retuning one day.

The staff were tremendous. They set up all logistics getting from/to the airport. Everything was perfect. The staff is very very friendly. Loved the restaurant. Definitely have breakfast on the upper deck. Excellent location! Take their boat out for the snorkel trip on the reef. Shaq is the man!

We only stayed one night but the place was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. We would stay there again.

Island Magic was wonderful - great location and service. Our room was very nice with a great view from the balcony. We spent a lot of time on the pier and loved every minute of it!

The staff were 10/10, the property itself was good but not great, I had an issue with the restaurant menu but not the serve staff, the restaurant did not serve dinner, I would give my overall experience there a 8/10

Exceptional hotel with beautiful pool and beach front property with swings. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable for the price of the room. I would definitely come back.

I had an amazing stay and defenetly will come back and stay here. The staff is very accommodating and nice. Location is perfect!!! You are close to everything ☺️

The location and amenities were amazing. The restaurant on property was convenient and had great food and drinks. Everything is in walking distance but if you want to rent a bicycle or golf cart a rental place is located directly across the street.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Maybe due to visiting off-season, there was not much contact with staff or other guests. Also due to that season, not all ingredients for meals were available. Over all the menu was very nice and the food quality very good. Our balcony hammock ripped and unfortunately wasn't replaced during our stay, which was a little disappointing. The view was great, the ac ice-cold and the rooms very quiet. The beach with all the swings and the dock were the best part of it all. The location on the island was very helpful, not too busy, but only a few steps away from the water taxi dock. Everything on the island is reachable by foot. A fun stay for a few days.
