The hotel is so amazing. The place is clear and comfortable. Remarkably, it provide oxygen freely in each room. But, location is too remote, no shop and restaurant nearby.

TravellerNice big hotel room. Over all is very nice place to stay if you don't have high altitude sickness. Breakfast has a lot of choice. However, stuff didn't help with luggage when we checked in. Feel very tired pulling luggage on carpet. Had high altitude sickness first two days, called front desk, they don't have any medicine on hand, not even oxygen. There aren't any clinic on site according to front desk. Not sure if the oxygen system in room works.

The hotel is brand new and recently opened, but many issues which should have been avoided by proper staff training Service was inconsistent, difficult to find English speaking staff, no menu in the room to order food, previous guest hair in the shower...
