TV not working and reported to the staff they said sorry we are having issues

Master switch for the lights in the room ws a little confusing on the first stay but figured them out this time. Really wish there was access to the airport right from the hotel as designed.

10th time for us. Any early morning flights are less stress not have to wake up 3 hours early. Just get up and go.

We only stayed one night. The hotel is very nice and fresh. The restaurant we ate at was nice with friendly staff. I would recommend the hotel if you can afford it.

We always love our stays at the Intercontinental. They are always willing to help, and make sure they get us to the airport on time! Very clean, and always great food.

Clean+updated, not conveniently"connected" to MSP

Room is clean and modern. Bed and sheets are comfortable. Bathroom is minimalist. But never staying here again. 1. We booked here on account of connection to MSP. But the bridge is to concourse C of the checked-in area. So if you're out of the checked in area, ie if you have to pick up checked bags flying in, you have to take a shuttle. It's only a 3 minute ride, but there are over 10 other hotels within a 1 mile (additional 2-3 minutes shuttle ride) for half the price. 2. Bought the breakfast for 2 package for additional $40 thinking it's a breakfast buffet like most hotels. It's actually a sitdown a la carte breakfast and the breakfast package only gives you $50 credit *per room* regardless of number of people. So it's essentially only buying a $10 discount to breakfast if you spend more than $50. I did not see anywhere on the website that the breakfast package only gets you $50 credit. I would not have bought the package.

We stayed at this hotel due to an overnight layover. Very clean room and location was convenient. They also offer shuttle service to the airport.

It was easy since we were flying out the next morning. Rooms were clean and very quiet.

So apparently they give you a lower rate to not be on the runway side. I was on the third floor, which was a little difficult to find the hallway that was locked to access your rooms, which I liked that it was at least secure, but my room faced the main roadway to the airport and being on the third floor, it was extremely noisy. I suspect if the floor had been higher, it would not have been noisy. I previously stayed on the runway side and actually it was quieter. The front desk person was not Minnesota nice nor was the shuttle driver but was told apparently that “waxes and wanes”, but front desk was accommodating at least when I asked her to break a 20 although she failed to do it in the way I had requested and never gave me any explanation other than handing me 10 ones. I also find it confusing to access the shuttle from the pick up. You have to call. You cannot just simply arrive on the shuttle but overall recommend this hotel simply because it’s clean. It’s a very nice hotel. The restaurant and staff are excellent there and it’s obviously quite convenient to the airport.

For the cost, it was rather uninspiring. And I had to go down to the bar to pick up my room service. Wouldn't stay here again as I thought the convenience was going to make up the reason for price, but there are plenty of hotels that offer a shuttle, save the 150$ Xtra and stay elsewhere.

Great start

We stayed over night for morning flight. Staying here makes for a stress free start to our vacation. Love it.

This is the airport hotel. it's an EXCELLENT airport hotel. the rooms are spacious, isolated, well-priced, and well appointed. The staff "get it", are professional, and you feel like you're in a "grownup" hotel. But you're in the airport - getting somewhere else, ANYWHERE else isn't easy - uber or taxi maybe. Food does delivery very easily, and there's a decent restaurant. Good night's sleep? Good shower, no fear of missing flight? Go here. Done.

Airport hotel - when airport is closed, it’s basically in the middle of nowhere with no way to get anywhere. But otherwise, it’s great.

Nice hotel. Poorly trained employees

4th or 5th time staying over last 2 years. Every time I am shocked at how rude and unfriendly the front desk people have been at check-in. One time I actually saw this clerk get into a verbal fight with an old lady who was on a long trip telling her she couldn’t stay in her hotel because she was disrespected. For what they charge it’s amazing. I stayed about 100 nights in hotels last year and sorry to say this one ranks at the bottom for the first impression you get. The hotel is nice and right next to the airport but if you have luggage, one still has to call, listen to a moronic message, wait for a shuttle bus 15-20 minutes. Seriously one should consider saving $200 and ride 10 minutes further in a shuttle. Especially if you have to spend 15 minutes waiting your turn for the one unhappy or untrained employee check people in.

The groome shuttle dropped us at this property as we had an early morning flight the next day. We enjoyed dinner with the option of ordering off both of the restaurants menus in one of the two restaurants. Every thing we ordered was delicious. The beds were very comfortable. The 5 am van was on time and a quick ride. We will do this again.

Super convenient for anyone heading to or from the airport. Shuttle right to departures. And even close to the planes, the rooms are quiet.

Up to date hotel not in the airport but there is a 3 minute shuttle ride. Ask an information person at the airport, they will help you, they called the shuttle for me and told me where to find it. In 2025 the shuttle was a grey colour for Intercontinental. There are other shuttles that are run by other hotel chains, so you do need to look out for it. Once I talked to airport information it was easy to find. Really liked our shuttle driver, super nice guy. Had dinner at the restaurant and met Meagan the bar tender and waitress, she is super sweet and I really enjoyed the BLT and fries. The room was sanitized, indicated by the door sticker. The room was spacious and the bed cozy. Some people may not like the cooler room temperature, but I did not mind. I did not adjust the temperature, but I’m sure you could. All in all it was a great stay plus a great view of the planes.

I have wanted to stay at this hotel with all the great reviews. My bed was comfortable but I didnt think the hotel was anything special for the price. You are no longer able to walk to the airport for flights but there is a convenient shuttle service. Lobby is small.

We love the convenience of this hotel. The food at the restaurant is very good but the portions are overly large and generate a lot of food waste.

Once I figured out how to get from the rental-car drop off to the hotel, it was great. This airport is a little confusing to get around for first-timers even if they typically don't have issues with following signs. Staff was nice, food at the restaurant was good, place was clean and the shuttle driver got me to the airport fast enough in the morning. The room was great, bed comfortable - 2 complaints. 1. what is with the blue light in the bathroom for a night light - even with the door closed (see note 2) it still shined bright enough to be annoying - had to get creative with a towel and some tape I had with me so it would get darker. 2. what is with the trend for barn doors on the bathroom? I was travelling by myself this time so it didn't matter, but who really wants a barndoor - which blocks neither sounds nor smells in an already small hotel room.

Great start to our trip. This hotel is right next to MSP Terminal 1. Handy for an early morning check in with conveniently scheduled shuttle service to the airlines. Fun to watch runway and ramp activity from our room window. Friendly and efficient staff at desk, restaurant and service areas.

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. Beautiful, affordable, convenient to the airport, and well-run. We will absolutely stay here again.

Nice hotel but poor human interactions

Our check-in process felt like we were interrupting the man’s evening; no customer service skills whatsoever. We did arrange for a shuttle for four to the airport for 4:00a and arrived promptly at 4:00a and there was no shuttle (I wanted to be five minutes early, but it sadly didn’t happen); we were told “they keep a prompt schedule” and when I showed my phone with the time as 4:00 and said, “it’s currently 4:00 and that was our reservation time” the woman at the desk simply repeated, “they keep a prompt schedule , you can catch the next one” with zero empathy attached. Personally I find this unacceptable; if you want to depart at 4:01, I totally get it, but to not be there AT 4:00a when you have a reservation for this kind of hotel is wrong… UNLESS they would have shared that the DEPARTURE time was 4:00a but that is not what was shared when I made the reservation. On a positive note, the shuttle drivers were wondeful!

Super easy and convenient for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport! Excellent signage, and just a few minutes from either terminal. Will definitely do this again!

I called after my flight to get the shuttle which never showed up, sat there waiting for half hour, a different hotel shuttle saw me sitting there after his 5 th trip and offered me a drop off at the hotel. If I knew the receptionist never relay the message that I was awaiting the shuttle I would have ubered and not wasted my time waiting ,

I had a nice stay.

I liked that the property was located at the airport. The convenience allowed me to sleep in and getting to my flight easier. The bath towels were bigger than normal, a real plus. The ability to order room service meant that I didn't have to drive around in traffic looking for dining.

The rooms are modern, spacious, and very well done up. The sleeping is super quiet, which is nice, and if you pull apart the curtains, you see a spectacular view of the airport. On the other hand, the staff is just not up to snuff! The person manning the snack desk was, to be kind, unnecessarily brusque. It’s also a very unwelcome surprise that having paid a decent price for the room the overnight parking came to another $36 including tax. A wiser choice would be to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, then shuttle back in the morning to get your rental car.

Our stay was amazing. My wife and i were so impressed with the staff and the accommodations given with zero hiccups. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable about shuttle times and scheduling. Well worth the stay!!!!!

My flight into MCO was cancelled @ 3:30m due to Hurricane Milton and I couldn’t fly out until 7:10am the next morning! The intercontinental had vacancies with a beautiful runway view. I was very blessed to get the room, and I had a restful overnight stay!

Smelly

The hotel and rooms are very nice. Bes pillows were smelly. As if they hadn’t been changed I had to use towels over the only pillow I used. I anyway slept there for e few hours only as we had an early flight.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very clean hotel with great staff! The dining experience was also delightful. I would highly recommend!
