Great time

We had a spectacular time. Gorgeous property with ocean front views. Comfortable furnishings and great kitchen. Staff is super friendly! But…There are tremendous amount of stray cats on the property causing outside patio and yard area smelled like spray when it rained.

Beautiful property, unit was spacious , staff was great and the location was excellent .

The staff took care of every need. I was impressed. The bar tenders at the pool were amazing. I liked them both.

Not a good welcome

The rooms were great but not functional. The AC was an issue and the restrictions of the property were also very extensive. The property front desk was helpful and accommodating but the issues I experienced were not good and made my stay uncomfortable.

Place is beautiful however I never knew we have to pay for light. El lugar es precioso pero jamás pensé q tuviera que pagar por la luz

Air conditioning didn’t work at all. Sliding door was not secured you could just slide it open from the outside if you wanted too.

Slightly outdated. Was ok. If no future investments/ repairs are done. Definitely will decline. Not sure if i would stay again or recommend until those are done.

I didn't like the beach was no longer accessible.

Beautifully landscaped and maintained property. My only complaint is how i could have used $68 USD in electricity in 4 days? A money grab for sure, i never even used the tv. Lol.

The staff was great and the security and maintenance crews are very accommodating, addressing issues fast!!!!!

Hotel gorunds are well maintained. Beds are uncomfortable, but they keep units cleaned. If you stay on the 1st floor units prepare for mosquitos. Pool area and beach are relaxing. Be aware you will have to pay for electricity on a daily basis which should be described before making the reservation not after.

Welp- the best thing about this site is the beach and pool. The beach is the cleanest I’ve seen in the area and the pool is refreshing. If that’s all you’re looking for then consider this option. The area outside the hotel is does put you in middle of the town. So if you want secluded this is not it. Electricity is charged but if you’re responsible it shouldn’t be an issue (estimate for yourself based on the price of the hotel).

The property is nice, the down side its not all inclusive. You have to buy everything, the good thing there is a mini market across the street. You can buy some food to cook at the hotel. They have one restaurant the food was good, we order threw the day the price was good. The bad part was I rented 2 apartment 2 of the AC didn't work. One of the water dispencer wasn't working either, one of the bathroom smell like urine. Be ready to pay very high price for the electrical usages. It believes this its eligal definely will report it. I was charge 40 dollar for two day for each apartment that how much electricity I pay for the entire month in the Dominican republic My home.

A few small plumbing repairs are necessary

The view is amazing but the rooms are out of date and need some work done.

The property is beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Restaurant is pricey, definitely recommend buying food to cook in the apartments. The apartments were very comfortable.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The beach is beautiful. Both pools were great. The included breakfast super delicious. We definitely will come back.

Close to the beach

Everything is better in the pictures. This is a third world country so you have to keep that in mind. The service is sub par as there is a communication gap, their English is not very good, as is my Spanish. They really are disinterested in your care and it’s All about the money to them. Not many smiles just staff doing their jobs (most of the time).

Everything in this property is so beautiful. Check-in was easy the people were so nice even gave me a little tour. Will definitely come again. The view is beautiful. Very clean place from inside the room to Everything outside. The pool are very nice amd clean. I loced everything about this place.

The property is located on the outskirts by the beach so its very private and nice. Ruth and Taylor were very helpful. Paid attention to detail and tried to help you anyway they could. The property has two big swimming pools and access to a private beach. The employees were nice and respectful. Highly recommended!!!.

The property is centrally located in Sosua and I have stayed there couple of times. This time my stay was horrible which is documented on video. The apartment that was assigned to me had leakage from the air conditioner into the living room which was repaired and leakage from the second bathroom coming out of the wall which was not corrected through out my 4 nights stay there. The Management did not notify us that they were doing construction work right above our apartment which woke us up constantly in the morning and was loud and noisy. No relaxation and they think it is okay especially when you go on vacation; ridiculous. I have a video of that as well. I called Expedia and Expedia called them and they lied that there were no construction noise. You should have seen the look on their faces when they realized that I videotaped everything. I went to the office everyday asking for a refund to move to another Hotel and they kept on giving me the run around. The Manager Indira apologized and said that she was going to email me and let me know what kind of credit they would give me but it has been two weeks and I have not heard anything. Management is garbage

I felt secure at the hotel. They offer free bottled water in each room. The hotel has a private beach. Excellent service! I will return! 5 Stars!

Great place for couples or families

Great place with private beach, staff also very friendly. Pool area is quiet and nice, good for family or couples trips. Location also ideal between Sosua and Cabarete.

We had a very good experience in this location. The apartments are very spacious and have all the needed amenities. The location is perfect! very close to several beaches and restaurants.

No amenities for cooking..no salt,no sugar for coffee..inexpensive couches and chairs..not horribke just eels like a rental
