Very nice modern studio with great features, full kitchen, excellent location to everything including transportation. Very functionally designed for a comfortable no worries stay. Would highly recommend. Also the staff at the check-in office Liliana and Maria were extremely helpful in finding us other options during our stay.

Great location, clean. Maria very helpful. Downsides: pan not induction ready but pot was. No directions on how to use appliances. Unclear if shower soap was also shampoo? Dishwasher loud and creaky sounding like it was breaking, unclear if recycling done. Scant checkout instructions. Management didn’t respond in a timely fashion. If you didn’t have a smart phone or map it would be difficult to find where to check in.

Big space with two great balconies and great views. Very well situated for walking in city centre and very close to metro.

Convenient Location, clean flat, nice breakfast.

We came to Porto to experience all it had to offer. We found we were in walking distance from everything without having to be in the midst of multiple tourists. It was quiet neighborhood. We had access to transit easily and found the place quaint and clean

Great location, bright and clean. Safe location for walking at night

There was good communication from the office to me that they would organize the check in. And the apartment itself was nice and the cleaners were helpful and friendly and I'm glad to have met them on the start of my journey as one of them asked for a blessing on my journey. I found Porto to be a mixed bag of beauty and other poor districts and people to be city folks, but those good wishes from the cleaning staff on leaving made my futher journey so much better. Muito Obrigado.

Loved the location. So central to everything. And everything we needed was there - blow dryer, cutlery, microwave… Also, the pullout bed was big and in a separate area, which was perfect for traveling with kids!

Metro train less than 5 minutes away

Fantastic accommodation option on a quiet street very close to the Mercado, restaurants and shopping. Porto is so walkable anyway, but it’s great to be at the centre of so much. Staff were amazing. Check-in location is a short walk to the accommodation. Kitchen facilities provide a handy self-sufficiency option.

Best experience at this property. We got the transfer service from the airport. Fast and efficient. Maria greeted us at the office and was helpful and very kind. Gave us suggestions. Really enjoyed her. The apartment was perfect for me and my friend. Close to everything. Truly recommend this property!

Nice location, very clean and comfortable

Great location and we enjoyed the spacious loft on the top floor. There was a balcony in both the living room and bedroom. I think there could be additional lighting in the bathroom and in the living room, but beyond that - nothing we would change.

Parking is a caveat

Parking is near the check in office which is 8 to 10 minutes walking distance or 5 to 7 minutes driving depending on traffic. Had to go back and forth to get things settled in.

The location worked for me. Check-in process is removed from the exact property 8mins walk away. Information about this was communicated 3days prior my stay. Once I got the access details, everything was seamless. Trindade station is steps away and Sao Bento station is 12mins walk downhill. The features of the room was as advertised. The kitchen was fully equipped. I even had a welcome wine. Some design/construction deficiency with doors to some cabinets not done correctly and cannot open efficiently. Other than that, my stay was great and definitely will stay here again next time I visit Porto. Special mention to Lilliana for the providing a very good overview of Porto. The map with all her scribbles was very useful.

Location is very convenient right at the downtown area. The apartment is ver clean. Staffs are friendly and responsive.

Perfect Stay

My husband and I enjoyed staying at InSitu apartments very much. It was centrally located on a quiet street, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment manager Patricia was in contact with us all the time, and we really appreciated her professionalism, willingness to be helpful and accommodating.

I loved the location and the space provided in the property. Everywhere I had to walk to was within 30min. Also, the dishwasher tablets and soap provided in the kitchen and bath were appreciated. I disliked the mustiness in the room. It had a HEAVy musty/moldy smell which dissipated only with a window opened for several days.

05 night stay in Porto.

While the location is great, in the walking distance of everything, there are 02 building constructions in front and in the back that destroyed the view. We have to close all doors all the time to avoid the noise and the working scence. Can not enjoy fresh air but have to use aircondition all the time. Big cranes outside, feel not safe when walking out.

Very nice apartment in porto

Very accommodating staff everything was perfect, from check in to check out, would definitely recommend this place. The location was convenient and near to a metro station.

We loved the room - it's exactly as pictured. Good shower, nice kitchen, lots of light. They are doing construction across the road, but we didn't hear any of it outside of working hours. It's on the second floor, but we didn't have any mobility issues, so that wasn't an issue. They also let us store our luggage for free when we had the last day to wander around which was greatly appreciated (in a stored locker about a ten minute walk away). The one thing that we didn't love about this property was the check in. We arrived at 1 pm, and went straight to the property and rang the bell - no one answered, it sent us to voicemail and didn't let us leave a message, and then hung up the phone. No big deal - we were early anyway. So we went for lunch. Came back at 2:30 and went through the same thing again. Came back at 3, and finally messaged the property through expedia, and borrowed a strangers phone so we could call the property, and they told us to wait for someone to come by in 15. Someone did finally show up at 3:30, and she was lovely and gave us great tips, but we were pretty frustrated at having to wait 2.5 hours to get into the room. We had asked her to contact us with some other information as well, and we never heard from her. It wasn't the end of the world, but I'd highly recommend having the property's number to call as soon as you are getting near. We would still stay here again, but would be more prepared to take check in into our own hands.

This hotel is in the most ideal location in all of Porto. It’s close to bars, restaurants, tourist attractions and supermarkets. The communication with the host is amazing, I had two FC Porto tickets sent to the office and they messaged me when they arrived. If I needed anything else for my stay they offerered it without hesitation. The staff are extremely friendly! I would highly recommend staying here to any future guests. Only negative thing is that the WiFi is weak in the bottom apartment, but that can be easily fixed.

Great stay

Lovely central location, with lots of access to yummy food, friendly services, tourist sights, and yes, the Metro!

Lovely apartment but missing a comfy sofa

We had a lovely stay. Almost perfect but I would like to suggest that a side lamp is placed in the living room as the main lights weren’t bright enough and/pr cosy. One of the bedroom lamps didn’t work and needs to be fixed. The sofa was ok but not very comfortable - after a long day of walking it would have been really nice to have had more comfortable seating.

Great apartment in a great location

It’s a perfect location, very close to places you’ll want visit in Centro. It’s got a full kitchen too. You should try to be there at checking, not before, b/c their service desk is not there but at the other InSitu on Rus Formosa. I made that mistake, couldn’t roust anyone but called Hotels.com in the US and they straightened it out. It was my own fault though.

Walking distance to main attractions

The room was good size for couple. Clean and comfortable however because it’s an apartment and we were on the second floor we can hear people outside our room walking up and down. Otherwise, overall is good

Cleaning was done every few days, and the only real issue was that the towels were not clean - were then replaced - with more dirty towels (we thankfully had our own). The apartment was very sizeable (on par with one you might live in), and the location is fairly central, but not by the head office (it's a bit of a hike). Appliances also had no manuals, which google helped with, but paper versions in the apartment would be useful.

Great location right near the old town and near the train station. Apartment is very modern and very comfortable for a family of 5. They also provide great recommendations on restaurants, places to visit, etc. We did go to their suggestions and love them!! Obrigada!!

No one there

Person asked when we’d be there, we said 7, and got there at 7:10 and no one was there. We waited outside for about 30-40 minutes before he showed up.

1. Lovely hosts Miguel & João, extremely gracious and accommodating. Miguel gave me a personalized map of the city, noting things that were new or recently changed. 2. Apartment was very recently renovated with new appliances and furnishings, bright and tasteful. 3. Perfect location in the center of everything, but on a quiet side street so no traffic noise. 4. Efficient and easygoing about everything: my flight was late, my luggage arrived the next day to their office, but they made sure everything was smooth and easy for me. Highly recommended! And Porto is lovely!

Nice new apartment, very central

It's a newly refurbished apartment with all you need and conveniently located between the main shopping street, the train station and the restaurants/nightlife area.

This apartment was centrally located within walking distance of the city. It was very comfortable. well equipped and very clean. I certainly would recommend it to friends travelling to Porto.

Renovated building, walking distance to center

Host waited for us at the apartment (no reception service here), and very efficiently processed our payment and settled us in. Gave us a few tips about local places to visit etc. Modern and recently renovated, everything works and is quite spacious.

This is a spacious studio apartment, well furnished, clean, good TV and wi-fi. Great location.

Nice apartment, although a bit noise inside, you can hear your neighbors and people going up and down the stairs. A bit anoying but in general an ok place!

Apartamento completo, porém você precisa se deslocar até outro local aproximadamente 1km de distância só para pagar as taxas de turismo da cidade, ficando um pouco contramão do centro histórico e da programação que tínhamos feito.

Good room, bad service.

Even though the apartment I got was decent, it wasn't what I had booked. I got a small studio apartment instead of the big 2 bedroom apartment with outdoor seating. That is quite a big difference in apartments! The hotel was supposed to get back to me about this when their manager was back, but has failed to do so even after I've contacted them myself afterwards to get an update in this matter.
