Great stay! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved how clean my room was and how comfortable the bed was. Really enjoyed the clean, modern spa and the roof deck! The best most unexpected perk was the mini fridge that the team restocked every day! Felt like such a treat to have cold drinks!

This review could have been higher but I’m really disappointed with how the hotel have handled my complaint. I booked this hotel for a special 40th birthday celebration for my friends and I - it was NOT cheap - but we were enticed by the rooftop pool and bar and most importantly: indoor pool and spa! On arrival at the hotel we were not informed of any issues with the spa other than the sauna wasn’t working. However on the Saturday when we actually wanted to use the spa and pool, we were told it was all closed. We mentioned we’d only been told about the sauna, to which we were told “no the whole thing is shut for maintenance”. We received zero communication about this prior to arriving and when we asked the person if they had any suggestions for alternatives she simply suggested going to a bar!!! She was super rude about it and not apologetic in the slightest. Good customer service would have apologised and maybe offered a free cocktail by way of making up for it! We’ve been told subsequently that the spa and indoor pool aren’t part of the room price therefore they won’t offer even a small refund- however I would argue that if you advertise something as an amenity - it absolutely is taken into considerationSo that’s the reason for the poor review. The rooms were nice enough but honestly for the price we paid not special enough. The breakfast was divine - really generous & delicious. The rooftop bar was fab. The pool wasn’t really a pool - you certainly won’t be swimming in it!

Check in experience terrible - took almost half an hour as the staff were just clueless. Room smelt damp. Shower flooded bathroom when used - staff not interested and didn’t even bring spare towels as “housekeeping had gone home”. Aside from these issues (!) stay was ok.

INNSIDE Hotel.

We had a great stay at the hotel, staff are brilliant and the food was excellent. Will definitely stay again if we get back to Palma.

We had a nice stay for a long weekend. The pool on the rooftop and loungers were great to relax. Breakfast was good and the hotel was very tidy!

We had a wonderful 1 night stay prior to a cruise departing from Palma, excellent hotel with easy transfer to the port or airport as we caught the bus both ways. Walked to a lovely tapas and enjoyed the pool and bar on the terrace. Excellent hotel, we had a large family room. Would have happily stayed for longer and would defo return!

We had a great stay, the location was good and there facilities were great. The only concern we had was that the room smelt a bit damp due to the shower not being in a separate room

Absolutely superb city break hotel whilst still providing good value for money. The little touches here were brilliant; free poolside towel service, 8 free minibar drinks per day in your room and a good value breakfast as well as free coffees round the pool before 11am. Would visit again in a heartbeat.

In the whole it was a good hotel better if we had a kettle in the room. Excellent fridge and complimented drinks for free! It was a superior delux ! Pool bar was fantastic fab staff. Yes would stay again.

A great hotel !

This a very good hotel. It is very clean and comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff and a great location. I have stayed in this hotel 5 times and always enjoyed my stay feeling chilled when i leave.However this time there were alot of children and families in the hotel using the dunk pool on the roof top terrace as a swimming pool removing the chilling experience which the hotel usually gives and making it busy and noisy. I understand that it is not an adult only hotel but the set up is certainly geared more that way. We found ourselves visiting the beach rather than using the hotel facilities which was the attraction anitially to us.

Great stay at this hotel. Walking distance into the heart of the old town. All the staff was super helpful and friendly at the hotel. The rooftop pool was a WIN for relaxing on a hot afternoon. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Really great stay! All the staff were super helpful. The rooftop pool/tanning area was ideal and it was the perfect location for an afternoon or evening drink at the bar. It is also very close to the main bus station which made it easy to get almost anywhere on the island! Would highly recommend and would stay there again on my next visit to Palma.

Excellent stay. Staff were fab. Room lovely, quiet compact and clean. Great spacious gym, which I used every morning . Spa, indoor pool area looked gorgeous.we didn’t this facility, limited numbers can use, so you do need to reserve your slot. Nice roof top pool area, bar, dining area. Does get crowded when hotel at capacity. So much to do in Palma. Such a fab city. Would revisit the hotel. We only had a basic room I booked last minute and was last room available. You don’t get coffee facilities in this type of room - you do get a free mini bar . However you can upgrade and get a nespresso machine. Just in case you love your morning coffee. You can get a complimentary coffee at reception too. Would recommend to others

This place was great except that the temperature control was not good, hard to cool the room down.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Within easy walking distance to the main areas although after long days we did end up getting a few taxis to avoid walking back from dinner. Overall a lovely stay.

Palma review

Stay was good. Central hotel near old town, restaurants and bars etc. Great central location hotel. However lots of noise in the morning, thin walls as sounded like people moving furniture which was annoying. Shower needed updating in room. There's a, step so it's not advisable for anyone travelling with the elderly as it's very tricky and slippy. Got 2 single beds put together rather than double.... No kettle in room also. Pool and bar area is great for central hotel escape and spa however

We were very happy with the hotel, good location with easy walking distance to the old town and train station. Only 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We booked the spa for Euro 8 per person for 90 minutes which was nice. We also enjoyed the massage that we had booked. The breakfast has everything one could hope for and staff where always helpful providing glutenfree bread. The room was airy and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel and go back for a visit in the future.

One night stay.

Only one night but couldn't fault anything. Only gripe was it wasnt clear on booking that the spa required pre-booking and cost €8 each . Staff very helpful and nice.

El segundo día tuve problema con la caja fuerte y el cerrojo de la ventana, de inmediato llegaron a arreglarlos, y como no funcionó, me hicieron upgrade a una mejor habitación y hasta una cita gratuita del spa como compensación. Volvería de nuevo a este hotel, super recomendado!

Nice stay

Lovely hotel. It’s about a 18 min walk to central Palma which I think is great. It’s quiet so I slept well and the beds were nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and room was clean, modern, and well kept. The AC was fabulous. I don’t understand why they don’t have tea coffee facilities in the room. Although you can get coffee from level 7. However the minibar was free which meant I never bought water during my stay! I used the pool, terrace and gym, all really good!

The reception staff were exceptional especially Paco who went out of his way to help The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable with great pillows! The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of anywhere you need to get to in Palma

We stay at the INNSIDE Melia where ever we travel. It is always a pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable experience. The employees are professional, helpful and friendly. The locations are convenient. The hotels rooms are clean and properties have something different to offer. And we love the free welcome minibar!

Great pool terrace

I loved the the spaces such as the pool terrace upstairs with its restaurant and bar along with the breakfast lounge downstairs. Cozy and beautiful spots.

We booked hotel for pool and sun terrace and we weren’t informed it would be closed for refurbishment during our visit either at time of booking or on arrival at hotel - very disappointing.

Nice place

Perfect for a city break visit. Good location and only a 10min walk in to the main area. Staff were friendly and accommodating even after the numerous times we had to have the in room safe fixed! Rooms were clean on arrival and during our stay. Rooms good size and very comfortable. This is the second Melia hotel we have booked in Palma and will be sure to book here again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. My room had breakfast included (buffet). Convenient to buses and short walk to transit center. Free Coke and water in minibar in room.

Clean and modern hotel in great location

This hotel has great facilities and service. The rooms were very neat and clean. The amenities were attractive and useful. We enjoyed the spa and the roof deck pool immensely. Breakfast in the lobby in the morning was ample and varied with a lot of options. The service at the rooftop bar was a little slow sometimes but it was always very busy as well. I'd recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Lovely stay

Lovely and clean and staff friendly. Good location for seeing the sights and very relaxing on the rooftop pool bar. I would recommend putting a mirror above the dressing table as challenging when trying to get ready!

Property is lovely, quiet and well maintained while being in a very central location. The restaurants nearby are great and the pool is also lovely. Most of the staff was friendly however the gentleman at the pool upstairs was extremely rude as was one of the front desk staff. I asked the front desk for help making a reservation and he told me he never heard of the restaurant and why did I need help? He did make the reservation but as a guest that is not the way to approach a very simple request.

Room was O.K nothing special, small, basic and clean. Bathroom needs updating, the door needs a lock and it was very stuffy in there after a few minutes. Room temperature was far too warm even with air con. Not sure why the rooms don’t have tea/coffee making facilities. Communal areas are good. Be prepared for a good 10 minute walk into the centre.

Really friendly staff, very clean room (important during Covid - I felt very safe), great breakfast (options to suit everyone), really handy for walking to the main sights and also for the bus station for visiting other towns

Stayed for a three night business trip. The hotel was clean and friendly. I only wish there had been a coffee machine in the room. Overall really good for the price.

Good stay

On arrival at the hotel we were disappointed that the room was not as pictured when we booked originally. Although having spoken to the reception it seems as though Hotels.com had been using the wrong photo for the room type and had as yet not changed this listing despite Innside having asked them to do so. We were expecting a patio area with Jacuzzi but this was in fact only with a more expensive room type. As it was our honeymoon we were quite disappointed about this, even though the room we were given was in itself very good. The restaurant on the roof was very nice, lovely views of Palma and breakfast each morning was a buffet with a decent selection. We had the burgers for dinner one evening which were also very nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful; printing out passenger locator forms and ordering taxis when needed as well as arranging flowers and champagne in the room for us as I had asked. The spa was a little dated, but was a nice area to relax in. Very central location and an easy walk to all the main attractions. I would stay here again, but make sure you read the correct description for the room type before booking through Hotels.com!

payed 160euros for a hotel room that felt like i payed 15euros. very bad location, very bad hotel and staff. even the water from the faucet smelled, couldn’t shower or brush my teeth in peace. very bad experience.

Good location and excellent, large roof terrace. Our room was very good although in need of a little TLC to refresh it (not a huge issue). Overall, a great hotel and we would stay again.

This Hotel was in a fantastic location for restaurants, bars and a pleasant 15-20 minute walk from the cathedral, market, beach, etc. the rooftop patio and bar was a great spot to hangout throughout the day or finish off your evening. Rooms are very clean and the Air Conditioning is great. I’d strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Palma Town Center

Requested a quiet room on a higher floor and that's what I was allocated,happy with that.Walk in shower was perfect.A small safe for valubles and mini bar were also perfect for me.Happy with my stay at Innside Palma and will be returning soon.

Roof terrace with pool and bar (drinks only), with great views of Palma. Great location; central Palma attractions are within walking distance. Friendly staff. One caveat - minimal furniture in our room.

This hotel is in a perfect downtown location. It is set on a quiet street, though just a few minutes on foot to the hustle and bustle of unique Downtown Palma. The lobby and artwork is unique and interesting. Comfortable spaces are scattered around to relax in. The rooftop deck and a pool was a high light. A happy hour drink at the roof top bar was a must! We enjoyed the views and a little rest before our evenings out. The rooms were simply decorated with everything you could need. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft. We enjoyed our view and opened the windows frequently. Would stay here again for sure!

Excellent hotel in quiet location.

The hotel facade is quite understated, but once inside it's a very nice hotel indeed. Its a short walk from Placa Espanya and the Intermodal station and bus stops, with the shopping streets close by too. The room was large and very comfortable with good soundproofing. Breakfast is a very good selection of quality fare. I didn't use the Spa or Gym, but they are available should you fancy?

The hotel was lovely.it would have been nice to have had the facility to make a hot drink in the room. The spa was super and very clean. The gym equipment was dated and the running machine didn’t work. Staff were polite and helpful. The bar closed at 8 which was quite early The location was amazing. Central to everything you could want. The roof terrace with the pool was beautifully kept and a super sun trap on even the coolest days!

This was a good hotel, reasonably priced and about 20 minutes walk to the cathedral. Rooftop bar was a nice touch, as was free water and Coke in the mini-bar.

Modern and central

Lovely building lobby and pool however our room was not great all white like a cell, small, no tea or coffee. We expected a balcony we only had a window with a bad view but maybe that was our fault when booking.

Gd location

Perfect for a short break

This hotel was a late choice and lived up to the photos and reviews that had been provided prior to my visit. As it’s situated a few miles in land the area around the hotel is particularly quiet with a few cafes located nearby. Around a 10min walk and you will hit the old town with shops and restaurants available and a good choice. For me if you’re thinking of bringing children this is not the hotel, the size of the pool doesn’t cater for children and I would recommend thinking twice. All in all a great hotel and would visit again!
