Really close to food and popular shopping mall

The hotel is super convenient as it’s walking distance to Berjaya Time Square as well as Pavilion. 24hrs convenient store r super near by too. Craving for hotpot oso not an issue as e restaurant opposite opens till 5am. Famous The Oversea Restaurant is just next door. The staffs were super friendly and helpful as well. Just the carpet is kinda dirty and the shower drainage were slow towards our last day of stay. Highly recommended place to stay for the convenience of shopping.

The central air-con unit is emitting too much noise while in operation. Otherwise the stay is generally comfortable.

Great location. This is my third stay at the hotel. Competitive rate. I understand it is Ramadan but to have music that loud at the reception area is quite annoying especially when one has to sit at there while waiting for a ride.

Watch out when you book because their smallest room is the size of a large closet and when you have a shower the whole bathroom floor will be wet so that you will be walking on a wet floor. Room has carpet. I upgraded to a better room that was much nicer. They ask for a $50.00 deposit for no reason and then don't release it until someone checks the room. There is no mini bar in the room so the whole process was very unnecessary.

The RM30 durian fine was quite unnecessary. I had already discarded the durians and there could have been some flexibility applied.

Walking distance to Pavilion shopping. Place is safe and clean at reasonable prices.

Good stay at good price

Hotel nearby all important locations. Walking distance to MRT, monorail for transportation needs. Room is good for 2 pax but may be abit squeezy. Don't expect much channels on TV if you do switch it on. Aircon works well and shower is also good. Space in room sufficient for 2 pax, if more than 2 luggages might be squeezed.

Wifi is good and stable. Room is generally clean. Location is slightly far from train station if you are lugging a big luggage with you. Hotel staff is not flexible about late check out request. Overall a decent stay.

Good location hotel with small rooms

Room was small and can't accommodate 2 large luggage comfortably. Location is pretty good for the price, with local eats at opposite street.

Room is true to uploaded pictures and is spacious. The side drawers and table is a little bit dusty but still is okay for 2 nights stay. Toilet is clean w toiletries provided. I love that the toilet has a separate shower area that has a door and is slightly elevated so water doesn't seem out of the shower. Water pressure is superb. The only downside is that the hotel is right next to a busy street and you can hear traffic below. Otherwise, location is perfect w many dining options. Recommend for short stays! Queen room has a glass window to see shower from room but has a blind to cover it. However, it'll be awkward if you are staying w friends so do take note if you mind.

its a case of faded glory in its day a prenium property still a good budjet stay be aware they charged me ringhit 95 for 3towels they said i damaged,they were little more than rags!!!!

Location is good. The breakfast is simple. Unlucky after eat the breakfast I get food poisoning 😔 see doctor and check out early. My 3rd day of CNY. All overall the hotel is good. Recommend

Excellent location -- near good restaurants, The Berjaya Times Square Mall, and many of the city's most impressive buildings. My room was small and bland but with good hot water.

Hi, I received 1 email and saying that there is a mini camera in our hotel room when we stay and threatened us to pay the money. Can you explain of this? And if there is nothing, why people will have my email?

A low budget room just for 1, nothing fancy, small but clean and comfortable.

Staff informed that I’ve smoked in the room, however the truth is I didn’t. I’m a smoker but I will only smoke downstairs in front of the lobby, the midnight staff can proof this. They show me proofs that a cigarette butt is floating in the toilet bowl. Funny thing is that even the cigarette butt is not the same kind of cigarettes that I’ve smoking. Well done they say they have proof. Please contact me thru email for this case.

Location is a little bit hard to find at first, but closed to Royal Hotel. With the amount that I paid with free breakfast, great service and location that is closed to everything, I can’t complain, this place is awesome if you just need a place to stay, and on budget. Definitely will stay again when I come back to KL.

Location is walking to most shopping malls in Bt Bintang. Room is generally clean, though more amenities would be ideal. TV channels is really lacking with no English channels at all. The room I had (level 10) have this machine noise that spools ups and down throughout the whole day and night, can be quite annoying. Hotel is towards budget side and value for its money

Has the best mattress of any place I’ve stayed in south east Asia. Good for bad backs !!

Was provided a room hardly 8 x 8 feet with a tiny bathroom and no luggage rack or window for natural light. The staff were discourteous and insisted that this is their standard room whereas the pictures on their website tell a different story. I have cancelled my stay beyond the first night and want a full refund of the unused portion of my advance payment.

Convenient location

No frills hotel in a very convenient area at attractive pricing. Staff was nice and courteous. Just a 5 mins cab ride to major shipping destination as well as major business hub around in the Petronas Tower area. Room was clean.

Super location, near to shopping mall, no problem on food as many restaurant nearby. Room is very clean. Breakfast was simple and good. Always keep warm and quick replenish. Fast check in and out. Convenient Hotel

Everything is well except rooms are a little small.

Decent location, near a lot of laundry shops which is very convenient. A little far from food within budget, restaurants near hotel are a bit pricier. About 10-15 mins walk to the nearest mrt station / mall. Friendly staff, was helpful when I called to ask about my missing passport. Room is quite small but comfortable, pillows are very tiny 😂 Only went for the breakfast buffet once, very simple menu (malaysian cuisine + sandwiches and cakes) but ok for me n mum.

Clean Hotel in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur

Very nice & clean. Receptionist was very friendly upon checking in. Check-in process was also fast. Room is clean and free from unpleasant odour with nice amenities like shampoo, body wash, comb, shaving kit, toothbrush & shower cap. Free bottled water (2pcs) each day is useful for the hot and humid afternoon. Hotel is centrally located in the Bukit Bintang shopping area. It's just a 5 mins walk to Pavilion, Lot 1, Berjaya Times Square. No problem in taking cab, Grab or Uber as hotel is located along a main street. Will definitely book this hotel on my next trip to KL.

Comfortable Stay

The bed was very comfortable, location is around 15mins walk to Jalan Alor. 5mins (uber/grab ride) away from ICC Pudu (breakfast!).

Not bad

Great location! You get different varieties of choices for food there. Room is nice and clean too! But really need to work on their front desk service. Slow and there are no system in place at all. Took me 10mins waiting time just to checkout.

comfort and condition can be spartan improved and cable channels more international instead of locals. generally good for short stays with basic breakfast to start the adrenalin going. close proximity to lots of F & B of all sorts, malls and accessible transportation.

Small and cute

I really enjoy this hotel. Yes small rooms but i am from europe, we are ok with this. Cons: I didnt like they requested 200rm cash as deposit. It should be in their description. My credit card on file should be enough.
