It was very nice, the owners were fantastic! They accommodated me traveling in late that I appreciated. The smell of homemade food filled the inn and it was mouth watering. I will be booking to stay here again.

It was a very disappointing stay for us. I realise that the owners are new and I am sure they have been going through teething troubles, but there was no excuse to not coming to fix our tap in the bathroom sink unit. We were there 3 nights and I mentioned it to them at least 3 times. We had already had to move rooms because the first one had a blocked sink and TV or WiFi did not work. They locked all the outside doors at about 1:30pm and my husband was stuck outside after going for a walk. He had to call me to come down, then one of the staff came and said "we are having our lunch" It was ridiculous! I hope they can make a good go of it, It's got potential. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast was good. But the stairs and hallway carpet is very dirty. We had been so looking forward to our stay, so it was pretty upsetting and its not cheap.

Was very nice, no frills type place. Clean and ample parking.

Room adequate for a couple nights. No ice availability during stay. Poor TV channels. Tea and hot chocolate any time. Comfortable deck with chairs for reading, looking at the mountains.

My husband and I really liked the room other than the king bed was sagging and the chairs also have lost their support. It’s time for a new mattress and new chairs. The staff was great when we checked in but in the evening the staff couldn’t speak or understand English that well when I was trying to get a new pillow and tell them about the bed sagging. We plan on staying again but in a different room with hopefully a better bed.

Our room was larger than anticipated. Corner of building with panoramic views of the mountains. Staff was warm and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Charming, very friendly, very comfortable room and great value. Also a very nice breakfast with option was included and was very good. Stayed st this location ten years ago and would definately stay here again

Lovely little B&B Got there late and keys were waiting at the desk. Very nice employees. Convenient to Hot Springs and check out was flexible for us. Needs updating … decor reminds me of the 80’s and 90’s Old Salzburg Restaurant was amazing.

The Inn on Canyon was our first B&B and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean, decorated well with a great view of the park. Walking distance to Main Street. Was a great stay-can’t wait to go back again!

Very unique little spot. Small BnB feel. Really unorganized at check in, confusion on our reservation that was booked over a month in advance. Then charged us a different amount on site than the original booking price. Probably wouldn't stay again at that price point.

The property was quaint and nice on the outside but it is a little tired on the inside. Our bathroom had a huge water stain in the ceiling and the shower was less than ideal. Breakfast was very nice. There was no one at the front counter when we tried to check in and had to look for the manager

Special spot

last minute need for a room turned out to be a nice surprise for us. Quaint little spot that was clean and customer service was far beyond expectation. A great unexpected experience for us. There were two deer that hung out on the property. This is a must try.

Awesome boarding house type

The property was okay, albeit old and tired and needed a good cleaning. The free breakfast was excellent! The check-in time was 4-8 pm and we arrived at 2:30. Door was locked and we were tired from a long motorcycle ride. This was annoying.

The inside of the property and rooms were nice. The outside yard needs some maintenance.

This is a great place to relax. We had a large clean room with access to the veranda. You can also use the breakfast area that has a fireplace as another option for sitting. Check in and breakfast were excellent and efficient. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. Need a new lock on the back door that works better with keys. Amenities like soap, etc pretty skimpy. Would stay here again.

Me and my girlfriend come every year for a weekend getaway, and every time we wish we stayed longer! Perfect and cozy place to stay and relax for a weekend.

We were pleasantly surprised to find real wine, glasses and tumblers for our evening drink! Thanks for that as plastic cups just aren’t the same 🙂

Liked the breakfast. Shower was hot with good pressure. Fridge in room was handy. AC unit was very noisy. Only stairs to the 2nd floor. Surprised by the cleaning lady opening our door in the morning without knocking.

Lovely charming place within a local community, so it is a very interesting stay. The room had a back door that leads to a common balcony with a beautiful view. We even saw deers and goats! The front counter and breakfast lady were very friendly and prompt in their service. The complimentary breakfast was served hot and by your order. We felt that it was ample though we could do with more bread. Toiletries are limited so we were glad we had some with us. Perhaps a wall dispenser of soap and shampoo will complete the 5-star experience. Nevertheless, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay for my family!

This is the only place we stay when we are visiting Radium.

Room bright and cheery, very clean, appears recently updated. Same description of dinning area. Hallways and front reception area could use some updating.

Owners were accomodating..

Property was very nice, breakfast in the morning was always the same thing (wish they had more options). Room was decent size with a stand up walk in shower which was good, sink in the bathroom had some gross discolouring at the bottom where the water drains from. Bed was very comfortable, will definitely stay here again and try a different room.

This place is the most beautiful, cozy, and coolest place we have ever stayed. It is so unique it is hard to explain. We would definitely stay there again in a heart beat. Our bed was very comfortable but did have a little squeak when turning over, however not so loud that it woke us up. Highly recommended, you wont regret it.

The Inn was easy to find and in a good location. Very quiet area. We loved the veranda. Very quaint room, but it could use some furniture upgrades. Breakfast was quite adequate for our needs.

The Inn was very comfortable and homey. Keegan (manager) was superb. Breakfast was great.

I like that this place is clean, the staff are friendly, breakfast is good, parking are spacious but the room is extremely small, bed is not comfortable, bathroom is very tiny, key of the room is manual key like a house key, toiletries are the smallest I’ve ever seen. I recommend that you will bring your own toiletries.

Service was excellent, the room was spacious with great views, we saw so many sheep out the window. It was lovely, the decor was fantastic, and surprisingly modern for an older building. The breakfast options were great for everyone and the building was pretty quiet. We had a wonderful time. Thanks!

Only complaint was room was freezing when we came and took quit a while to heat up . But the room is huge and clean and inviting. Will book again !

Great first impression when arriving at this lovely, unique and authentic little gem of an Inn. Staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was very good. The dining room has a wonderful relaxing ambience. The room was clean and spacious and the location was convenient for hiking, walking and dining.

Charming stay with great service

We had a wonderful stay at the Inn on Canyon. We rented the superior queen room for two couples to share and it was perfect. Spacious enough to dry out our snowboarding gear and play board games. The inn was quiet and peaceful. Service from the staff was excellent, always quick to get us clean towels. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend staying here if you're in town to check out the hotsprings or ski. Amazing price for the comfort and service.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Inn on Canyon. I arrived late (8:30 pm) but I was warmly greeted & checked-in by the attendant who was waiting for my arrival. I had a comfortable & peaceful sleep after a long drive in from Nelson, BC. Thank you!

Beautiful heritage site, outside appealing and well looked after. Unfortunately the cleanliness inside was to be desired. The carpets throughout the Inn were filthy and in poor condition. Room was clean, but bed and pillows were old and worn out. Furniture in rooms were cheap in appearace and uphostry stained. The dining area was very nice warm and inviting. Breakfast was homemade and included with the price of the room, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall a nice stay, inside could use some TLC.

Rob and Sabrina, the owners, took great care of us. They were so warm and welcoming, with great sense of humor. They accommodated our diet sensitivities for breakfast. The bed was the best sleep we have had in an extremely long time. The most comfortable mattress ever. We will definitely be staying here again.

Everything was very good, comfortable bed, beautiful decor, great area on main level to sit and relax, love that you were provided towels for the hot springs. The only thing would be to have more towels and shampoo and conditioner in the room.
