It was older, but nice and very friendly staff, making it feel safe. There were no VIP amenities given to me, as Orbitz advertises. But I have come to realize that Orbitz's advertisement of the VIP benefits, they have never really existed. Just some fancy advertising.
Pool sauna steam room
Is always a good experience staying at Inkari Suites
Everything is good I always stay at this hotel
Dusty in the room
Very well environment and safe
A very nice experience anytime I book a room
Beautiful property kind staff and nice spa. Wonderful food and quiet safe place.
overrated for a 4 star hotel. Ordered food and it was not good at all. Caesar salad did not have parmesan cheese, croutons were pieces of white bread extremely soggy a club sandwich with no bacon, tried to ordered a fruit cocktails, did not have fruits. You wont check out until somebody goes to the room and checks everything ( for a 4 stars hotel ) ? will never go back, that's for sure
So dirty, carpet old and smells, the walls is spelling, electric outlet is not working, the towels is old, the bath tub is high have to climb to get in, so so much noise in the middle of the night and don’t feel secure
Really enjoyed the stay.... was surprised by their indoor restaurant because the food was outstanding. It’s close to many walkable parks.
I really appreciate and enjoyed staying at this hotel because they have outstanding food, and service. It’s also close to the beach and many different parks. Many walkable opportunities.
Will Never Stay at Inkari Suites Hotel Again
It was a horrible experience staying at the Inkari Suites Hotel. Our room was on the 7th floor, the room and the hallway smelled intoxicating with perfume. We had to open our windows for a few hours to vent the offensive smell. Later in the evening, we went to front desk to borrow spoons/plates to make coffee. They charged S/10 to borrow 2 sets. The incident left me wonder if they always accommodate or welcome their guests this way. At night the hallway was filled with noises and loud conversation. We called front desk, requesting them to keep the conversation and the noise down. It went quiet for about 10 minutes and the noise and loud conversation started again. On our check out day, front desk called our room at 11:15 a.m. asking if we wanted to stay for another night or wanted to check out today. We were packing and planning to check out before their checkout time (midday). Their call made us felt like being kicked out of their hotel. I don’t recommend anyone staying at this hotel based on the horrible experience I had with the Inkari Suites Hotel.
For the most part everything was in order and clean and a nice place to be. The hidden part that I didn't like was the hidden fees that I had to pay at the time of checking in that Orbits said wouldn't be there.
Customer service and attentiveness. Personalized service, staff was very polite, attentive and friendly
Comfortable place and enjoyed the location
It was nice place to stay for seven days. We enjoyed the facility and it’s location.
Nice experience in general. The SPA is very nice. The problem is that they charge national fees that are not published in Orbitz for nationals. Some staff needed maintenance.
LOVE,LOVE,LOVE this hotel. It was super comfortable. The staff was very nice and professional and the pool area was a treat. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lima
Comfortable and clean
The beds are very soft and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. We have stayed several times and will definitely return.
It was very noisy. I got in late and left early and still didnt get sleep. People were yelling all night and slamming doors.
Nice place to stay
Very convenient for my family and for places near
I spent a nice stay at the hotel, love it!! People and workers are very friendly and helpful and efficient service l will back again. Thanks!!!
AVIOD!!
I'm not fussy when it comes to hotels so I never really write reviews but please don't book this hotel!! There is no sound insulation at all and if your there on a weekend they play karaoke so loud you will be up until 3am! It's a 1.30 walk to Miraflores and 2.30 walk to barranco & the historical centre meaning it's in the middle of nowhere and you have to get a taxi everywhere. The staff don't speak a word of English. They don't clean your room often and when they do its dirty sheets. Everything is insanely outdated. They overcharged me on check in. The breakfast sucks. The staff are rude. There is no pool or sauna like they advertise. The bed and pillows are rock hard.
dirty rooms shower was horrible to noisy no buffet breakfast on saturday
Wonderful ♡
Since a got there they make feel so good very nice people , I recommend to my family and friends ♡
Most of San Isidro/Miraflores on the cheap
Good value for money - facilities adequate for business (good wifi, good fruit and other simple fare for breakfast), staff friendly and helpful, most speak good English. Street taxis very common on the main road, hotel will get 'private' taxi and they come in a few minutes. Neighbourhood seems a little edgy at first but is totally fine - and the malecon overlooking the ocean (with nice little park) is just a couple of blocks away.
Good localizacion, rooms not to confortables. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
A week in Peru
Our room is nice and clean. The bathroom is big. They always clean it whenever we're leaving the hotel. People are helpful. Everything is fine but I think the bed can get better. It was hard and not even. Overall it was a great experience. I would stay here whenever we visit Peru again.
Hotel manager and staff are very friendly and help
Hotel room neat and clean , we enjoyed our stay at Inkari suits hotel.
Average Hotel. Good Value for your money. Business Hotel. Breakfast Ok.
Friendly staff
Excellent staff service. Very friendly. Bed and pillows hard as cement.
Good location, bed needs update
In general, we had a good experience. The hotel staff was friendly and quickly responded to our requests. The rooms need a few updates: the tub had leaks and we had to use a towel to contain the water during showers. The mattress and pillows need a major improvement, they are as hard as a rock - I've stayed in over 200 different hotels and this mattress and pillows were by far the hardest
It is ok to stay if you need to stay nearby!
The hotel is old and needs some updates....people are friendly and service is good!
Great stay
Very nice place with friendly staff.
Old property with rip off terms and bad front desk
We booked through hotels.com at the last minute and the rate quoted was in US dollars. We live in lima part time and all I had were peruvian Soles. The hotel took this opportunity to soak me for another 7 dollars using the worlds worst conversion rate. They use a corrupt two tier exchange rate - in other words one rate for you and one rate for them. In the am i noticed how they overcharged my credit card with the bogus rate and went to the front desk. All of the clerks and the sales manager tried to convince me for 20 minutes that the rate was 3 soles to one us dollar - so now the overpriced room that was $93 came to almost $100). So i asked my father in law to borrow 100 cash us dollars, then the hotel didnt have 7 dollars in us dollars change - they only had six. So they wanted to give me one dollars worth of change in soles - well guess how much that was .... 2.68 soles. The front desk does not post the cambio rate like most places because they want it to their advantage either way you slice it. All this time the hotel manager was called but never showed up. You are best to avoid this disco area hotel and stay with a major chain. They must instruct their employees to extract every nickel at any cost and they could care less if you return because another gringo (sucker) will show up. The room is worth about $50 a night at any major city in the US. The plastic couch and tired old black decor might have been ok in 1979 but for $100 a night you can do better.
just ok
personal attencion was great from door man to restaurant they all were very nice. One thing was the bathronn smell bad especially around the toilet, also the cardkey to open our room was very difficult to work. I have to go several times to get it reset at front desk And last thing that I did not like was breakfast at 8 am food was cold
Over charged
I ended up staying one day less than what the reservation originally said. The hotel still charge me for all nights.
Good Value
Our room was clean and quite. The hotel is outdated with little to no upgrades. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were given a lap top at no additional charge to access internet in our room. Breakfasts were included and it was the best part of our stay. The hotel is about four miles from the main tourist attractions and will require a taxi ride. Overall not a bad place to stay. With the exception of breakfast buffet, the hotel restaurant is dismal. Plan to have your lunch and dinner outside.
Good for non-tourists.
It really depends on what you want. I would say for short stay as a tourist, this hotel doesn't serve the purpose as it's not close to anything. The room is clean, the jacuzzi like bathtub is kind of worn out so not so attractive. Ask for the back of the hotel on third otherwise it will be noisy with either traffic on the street or the loud music from the gym. The surrounding area is a mix of small offices and residents. There is a nice bakery cafe across from the hotel, a below-average Chinese restaurant, and a salon/spa that will rip you off. If you are not in a hurry, you can take the bus to Miraflores for one Soles, which is really cheap. Taxi is frequent, but keep in mind the hotel is not close to anywhere. If you are in Lima for a longer stay for non-tourist stuff, I would say the location is not bad. It will take at least two or more days to get used to the neighborhood, and once you do, it's kind of nice. Breakfast has few kinds of breads, fresh juices, and fruits. When it's early, there is scramble eggs. Didn't use the pool, the water seems cold. Didn't see anyone swimming in it for the days I was there. Take the taxi and negotiate on your own. When we asked how much we should pay if we have the hotel to call the taxi to take us to airport, we were told 25 US dollars. We decided to get a taxi on our own outside of the hotel, and we were charged only 40 Soles. The staff is friendly and helpful with the room and TV. The daily clean is solid.
Great for business travelers
Good for the value, I would recommend this hotel when staying at Lima.
Personal poco amable
Personal del Counter poco amable.
Normal
