The room and pool were very nice. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I would return and highly recommend.

Staff were helpful (in English) giving advice on navigating local buses to get to trains etc which was valuable given we’d never been in Munich before. Room was just as advertised - no problems to speak of.

Really nice place, great people!

Easy train journey from airport then bus or 12 min walk. Hotel clean and staff friendly and helpful, Spa excellent and gym had good equipment, overall an excellent stay.

Nice and clean

Its outside of the city center but the Sbahn was a five minute drive. There is a grocery store across the street that came in handy.

Generally great property

Classic business hotel. Easy parking,good restaurants,clean room and great staff! Would stay there again.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Our issue was we were a group of 10 people (2 people in 5 rooms), 1 room had 2 towels but the others only had 1 towel. Plus, the room we stayed in (#469) had a glitch in the electrical system that kept the lights on all night. We notified staff, but hope it gets resolved for future patrons.

We had to leave the hotel at 10am. They had an event but I wish we had known while booking…

The air condition is not good especially in a hot summer weather and there is no fridge in the room The facility is normally but the waiting time for checking in was long Reception was nice and Friendly

The hotel is very good, we like it very much.

The staff were excellent, the reception staff helped with my travel options in great English. The Spa was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean

Nicholas at the front desk was extremely rude, inconsiderate and unaccommodating.

We stayed a couple of nights. Excellent service from front desk and restaurant. Would stay here again.

Don’t forget to check out the pool and sauna in the basement

Came to visit from Canada and the staff was fabulous. They were very approachable and friendly and provided a service of perfection. We had booked two rooms and the only issue we had in our room was with regards to the air conditioning not working properly which we understand can take time to fix as they have to schedule maintenance who may have come after we had checked out. Also, I would recommend having a small cooler in units to store food/beverages. Other than that, it’s a fabulous stay and highly recommended. Lastly, a big shoutout to the very kind female individual (my apologies for forgetting your name) at the front desk for the German food recommendations and for providing a seamless experience!

Clean comfortable and good facilities

Very efficient check in and out process. Room was very comfortable and bathroom clean and spacious with bath and separate shower, toilettries provided. Friendly professional bar service, limited choice of meals but served quickly and good quality.

Everything was good, the only issue I had was with the AC. It’s almost like it’s not working and the room was too hot. I called the reception desk about it and they said they will send someone to look at it but no one came. I had to sleep with the window open for two nights and without a bug net.

It is really sad to acknowledge at the hotel that they don’t have a proper air conditioning system after 3 days asking them to change rooms because it was very hot. The minimum temperature at the rooms is 23c They are selling stating that they have air conditioning, but they only offer fresh air. It has everything to earn 5 stars but got 3 because of the fresh air system. Orbitz needs to review its standards on air conditioning availability at the hotels. Some of them a lying to customers. I am not happy with my stay.

Good hotel close to airport

The place is a great hotel but after a much exhausting travel day, I didn't arrive until 730pm and was informated the room STILL wasn't ready. Not a good thing ...especially 3hrs after normal check-in time. I find this unacceptable and the only thing that was given to me was a free drink voucher.

Mixed reviews and thoughts

A very nice hotel with amenities. I fell in the bar/restaurant area and hurt my right wrist and hit my knee. My wrist is swollen and hurt is bruised. That same evening (2) other ladies fell. The manager brought ice to my room. The step down stairs are invisible and very dangerous. The food was tasty and drinks were good.

Good bsuiness hotel

Booked executive room which seems slightly bigger than normal room. Very clean...no fridge in the room, but luckily we had our own cooling box. The room felt chilly altghough we put the thermostat to +3. Breakfast is really nice and we especially liked the omelet variation

Disappointed

Too many little troubles. Electric kettle broken, baby cot broken, hotel restaurant closed, restaurant seat fully occupied due to a conference, etc. I especially hated they changed the swimming pool and gym from free to 15 EUR per person. I used to stay at this hotel every year, but probably not anymore. Service is good.

Nice hotel with very comfortable room, the bed is wonderful because it is large and soft, room is quiet. The SPA facilities are more than fine. Beautiful breakfast, the only disappointment is for a lack of croissants.

Staff friendly and approachable, all of hotel facilities including room was immaculate. Dinner option were limited but very tasty and priced reasonably.

Perfect for one night stay. Train station was about 15 minute walk. Nice pool, spa, and restaurants. The Unterschlessheim See was a nice walk and good to visit.

Infinity Hotel stay.

The Infinity hotel was a great place to stay in the area outside Munich. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the rooms are clean and all Covid-19 regulations are been met. Breakfast has a great variety and it is of good quality. I will be returning to this hotel if I am in the area.

Amazing hotel with reasonable price

Luxurious hotel with kind staffs and spacious room at reasonable price.

Beautiful hotel with updated features, however the mattress and pillows were very underwhelming. We did not sleep well either night because of the hard mattress and the flattened pillows. Also, a little further to public transit than we thought, but not impossible.

Good value, a bit away from public transportation

The facilities are unusually large for a typical hotel. All is nice and clean and comfortable. Quite a bit of food selection for breakfast. The hotel has a fine dining restaurant and a less expensive restaurant. Both provide good value. The location is a bit away from public transportation. There are abundant and free parking slots for private cars in Germany.

Bad experience

Totally not worth the money ! The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional! We expeeinced the worse things you will ever experience in your stay in any hotel ! First we booked a VIP checkin , yet they gave us a very far room and made us carry our language . When we asked for help with the language they replied ; “ we don’t offer this service !! “ We took the cards and went to the room and cards didnt work So we had to back to take other ones ! Then when we opened the door we noticed that there is other guests inside !!! To be specific it was room 667 ! We were chocked ! Then we went back to the reception and we didnt find any manager to complain to ! Worst experience ever ! And after that we found hair on the bed sheets :)

Had the best meals at the Hotel a real surprise.

It was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was lack of restaurant choice.

Superb breakfast

Nice hotel. Quite new and breakfast is amazing. We arrived early and the hotel let us in - which was great after a long flight.

Very stylish hotel, with a great breakfast, dinner and bar offering. Room we stayed in was in good condition and clean except we noticed a lot of scratches and some stains on the walls. Some careless guests I suppose. Seems like a great conference destination. Having a car is probably important here, as transit connections to the airport and Munich are not great. But by car, getting to/from the airport and the Munich Subway is fast and easy. Uber didn't show any drivers available in this area when I happened to check (Sept 2019).

A gem

One of the nicest pools I’ve ever used, and possibly the best breakfast anywhere. Great cocktails, too, and lovely outdoor patio. Great massage as well! I loved it. It is definitely in the middle of nowhere, though, so be prepared.

Airconditioning was useless. Only a Nespresso in the room, too bad if you prefer tea. No fridge in the room. The property is a 40 minute drive from the centre of Munich. Never again for me.

No laundry over week ends . No refrigerator in the room. Check in very slow.

Good hotel for events and conferences, relatively near airport. But location is quite far from city centre and about 20 mins’ walk from S-Bahn state.

They need to hire more people.The tv remote was not working and it took them 6 hours to replace it with another one that was not working either.But after 10 more minutes they replaced it.There were always three people waiting in every line to be served at the reception.Had to wait 20 minutes to order a drink at the bar.The sheets had holes.

The hotel is in brand new condition but it seems like a federal things are missing. There is only an electrical outlet on one side of the bed, they didn’t put a shelf in the shower or in toilet so there is no place to put anything down (shampoo, book etc.) but on the floor. The room does not have a minibar (surprisingly) and they give you just a minimal amount of coffee, sugar etc. in the room for your use. The clean up crew just walked in without knocking (could have been very embarrassing). Overall it is a great deal for your money. The service was amazing (check in, bar, breakfast) and great location from airport.

We were interested in attending Oktoberfest and could find online only this hotel with a rating acceptable to us. We discovered it is located too far from central Munich: over $60.00 by taxi one way, about 1.5 miles walking distance from train station for a 25 min train ride to center city. We also found out the hotel provided no concierge service by any means, although the reception desk personnel seemed to be willing or capable to provide some limited help. Hotel entrance/reception area is drab and gray. Floors generally marginally clean. The room we had reserved at a reasonable if not top rate, would be unfit for a family beside the double bed that had not even night tables on either side! Amenities and bathroom supplies at a bare minimum. No room bar, no vending machines seen or found anywhere. To be fair, we had a big screen room TV with satisfactory programming, good restaurants and very good breakfast menu choices and service.

Newer property with nice gym, pool, spa and restaurants. Property is not maintained well and not very clean. Overall staff performance not good. Time needed to check-in and check-out is well above average.

Nice hotel but longggggggg way from munchen 30 minutes

Great Hotel !!

We book an hour before we arrived, and all was perfectly organized just as we required. The service was amazingly good, the room was just perfect, modern and spacious, the bathroom perfectly designed and clean.the beds were very comfortable and spacious. The food was excellent, the best we had during our entire trip around Germany. They were very nice to us and our little kids. We definitely will come back, and we all Highly Recommend it !!!

Great hotel, but less than average food

Great facilities, rooms, service and atmosphere, only issue is food quality. Breakfast buffet was good, but dinner at the hotel restaurants was really bad. 3 attempts, all bad, even a simple burger was a disaster.

New & clean

A very beautiful, spacious hotel. It is very modern and new. Room was large and very clean. Stayed 2 nights. There’s a supermarket across the road.

Nice location, 15 min from Munich, 15 min from the airport. Very modern facility. Quite rooms, friendly staff.

The spa pools were very nice. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. We booked two rooms because we are a family of 5. The rooms were actually 4 separate rooms with two sets adjoining. The kids loved having their own room but we ended up paying for four and using only three.

Description in hotels.com of the facilities was not accurate when we stayed. A truer updated info on this hotel and its facilities is needed. But the breakfast was amazing with great service there.

Good Hotel, let down by a number of minor issues.

Main reason I booked this hotel was for the pool, which was closed for the duration of my stay. The room was large and comfortable, however a few issues, no fridge or mini bar in room. No shelf in shower to hold shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The room seemed dated, clock radio with a docking station for iPhone 4, dark brown decor and furnishings which felt a bit oppressive, very strange lighting system. Excellent WiFi speed in room, large TV but very limited English speaking channels. The carpet in hall was dirty and stained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Ample free parking available, 20 minute drive to Munich City Centre. Ideally located for Airport and Alliance Arena. This could be an excellent 4 star hotel but the rooms need to refurbished to the same standard as the lobby bars and reception.

The hotel was very good , the Room was too big and the breakfast buffet was very delicious, everything thing in this hotel was good except the location it is too far frome Munich city center by car around 20-25 minuets.

Easy drive to airport and city. Great breakfast selection and facilities. Friendly helpful staff.
