Flashing strobe light over bed, prevent it sleeping. Clerk at front desk said it was part of the fire alarm system and could not be turned off. They moved me to another room a long distance from the front desk. Same situation clerk asked me to put covering over strobe on the ceiling, I could not cause I had no ladder. She returned with ladder and covered the strobe. However at this time I lost two hours of my sleep time for this foolishness, she stated I would get a full refund in the morning. The shift changed no refund. Additionally there were no toiletries. There’s no cup to drink water to brush my teeth And no toothbrush or toothpaste if I would’ve known this I would not have packed in my luggage being transferred in the morning to another plane very disappointed I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as they do not live up or back up with the front counter tells people plus I was not a relaxing night of sleep to prepare me for my next 24 hour journey home. I was very upset that the front counter person must’ve known of this problem and I had to unpack and repack twice to be moved. I could not sleep. I’m extremely disappointed plus she lied to me for these reasons. Pack a sleeping bag and sleep in the terminal you’ll get a better night sleep. Amazing cost me $220 US for this wonderful experience. I don’t blame the Koreans but whoever owns this hotel should not be rewarded for such poor customer service a pathetic ending to a wonderful three month vacation.

Had hard time finding the place. Asked people inside the airport they don’t know how to get there. I was told to go out and ask the information. I went out and information said I shouldn’t have went out. I end up finding another hotel outside the airport after two hours of trying to find the hotel.

Very easy to check-in/check-out. This hotel is run very efficiently. Its a simple, clean room for sleeping between flights. Nice and quiet conditions for travelers passing through!

The hotel does not provide even cups (paper or glass). When I asked, the front desk was very reluctant to give me a metal glass. The room was warm with thick bed blanket. I had to turn on A/C to cool down for the entire night even the outside air temperature was hovering around 1 deg C. The only plus is it is in the terminal. The price is twice as expensive as nearby 3-4* hotels with 1/2 the space and almost no amenities.

Convenient place to rest and freshen up for transit passengers with long layovers, without having to leave the airport. Has a private bath and shower, nice comfy bed and slippers. Shops and restaurants are just within walking distance.

hello. Im stuck in incheon international airport terminal 2. Here is impossible to travel transit terminal 2 during midnight. My carring 3 babies and im very upset. No one warned us about this rules. Im premium member and im looking for reparations and refund . Im using this application last 13 years.

I cannot submit an accurate review for this location because I was unable to access the hotel due to timing with my ticket. You can only stay at this hotel IF you have your boarding pass and your luggage is checked and so they would not let me pass and the hotel was not willing to give me even a partial discount. So, it would have been convenient to stay there but the process was inconvenient.

This is a great stop for a few hours between long flights.

It is a nice hotel for brief rest in the airport terminal. The place is by no means fancy or anything, but serves the purpose well. One thing of note is that one does have to go through another security check when transferring, and the transfer terminal is not the easiest to find, but that is not an issue with the hotel itself.

We called the hotel before booking and was instructed that we could check in the night before early morning flight. However our airline didn’t allow online checkin and no overnight checkin, we were not able to get into the terminal. The hotel refused to cancel. When we finally got there in the morning before our flight, I found the rooms extremely small and the hotel was difficult to find. Worst experience.

Very quiet, small, and cozy. Idle for sleep after a long flight and before the next flight oocurs.

We had a long layover at Incheon. We were able to go right to the hotel (near gate 11 in terminal 1) and we were in bed within 30 minutes of deplaning. Quiet, scrupulously clean and a great value. We got to our gate within a few minutes of waking up. Bags had been checked through, no security, no immigration. Made a long trip SO MUCH EASIER!

It's just so convenient that the hotel is inside the security check line for connecting passengers to save trouble of going through security and immigration check twice.

I arrived at the airport was informed i had to collect my bags since i was changing airlines. I was then told i had to exit the airport and change terminals. Once i arrived at the new terminal I was not able to check because it was more than 3 hours before my flight. They wouldnt let me use my boarding pass that i already had. Called hotel and all they could do is tell me come to Terminal 1. I explained to them i was already at T1 but couldnt get past security. They repeated Yes Terminal 1. I ended up staying at another hotel. Got no refund or support.

Very clean and inside airport which means accessible without going through immigration. Only thing which can be better is more darkness in room as window blinds allow ample light to pass through the. most of people want to sleep well without disturbance/too much light from outside

This transit hotel was only accessible if one had a boarding pass from Terminal 1. This should be noted on the hotel information on the Expedia website. It was very inconvenient and frustrating to learn about this only after I arrived at the Incheon Airport. Fortunately, Korean Air staff helped me secure a room at Terminal 2 Transit Hotel. The staff were excellent.

Perfect, because you don’t need to stay again in line for check-in. But you must be eligible to stay at that hotel. You must have transfer baggage, boarding passes and you allowed to stay not more than 12hrs. That hotel is great only if you do not exit through customs from Incheon Airport.

Perfect, except there were three fire alarms on the ceiling that flashed an LED light every few seconds and were so bright they penetrated through my closed eyelids keeping me awake.

We could not go to Terminal 1, so went to Terminal 2 Transit Hotel and asked what to do. The young lady was very polite and called Terminal 1 to transfer us to the Terminal 2 hotel. I did not know we couldn't go between terminals. But it was a very good mistake and we enjoyed our stay. thank you very much!
