Great stay!

Great location. Very small rooms, no hot water or water pressure, no WiFi, very loud at night and very hot.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, beds for each kid and being right on the Plaza de arms was awesome to get out and enjoy Cusco. Great location for a hotel.

We booked for 3 nights. Staffs was nice and helpful. We unlucky, got room No.300 on 3rd floor. Bad atmosphere, many hairs on bed and very where. Bathroom was small and dirty, slowly to drain in shower area. NO Signals for wifi connected. We got sick after one night. We decided to check out and find new Hotel in around there. They tried to change a new room for us but we got sick and feeling bad already, can't wait. Other rooms may be good but we were unlucky.

very clean and convient, the location is very safe. Lots of tourist police every where. They even have local tour operators and free walking tour operators at the front door. Along with ample restaurants and money changers within 1 min walk. Overall the property is beautiful, the breakfast has made to order eggs, sausage, french toast, reg toast, coffee, tea, fruits and ham and cheese etc.

love this place. clean, flexible, friendly and so conveniently located right on the main plaza. you can store luggage for free if you leave for few days ( we went trekking) and have reservation on your return. they also have coco leave tea all you can drink. the room is very small and no refrigerator or hair dryer but we did not need them. hot water for shower.

Is right there in plaza de armas friendly stuff helpful in every way

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good, the location was fantastic. Overall, would totally come back and stay here.

Clean hotel with friendly staff & rights off the central square! Rooms are a little loud, given that the inner courtyard echoes. Worth it for the price point though!

Good location if you want to be in the heart of all the Cusco action.

Excellent location on the Plaza, no better place to stay for convenience No in room facilities like a fridge ect. but that wasn't an issue for us.

We stayed three nights at the hotel, while we explored Cusco. The hotel was functional and nice, and the staff outstanding. Arriving late (5:00 am) was no problem. Excellent location.

Room 300, hot water only lasts about 4 minutes for the shower. The staff seems ok with that.

Nice staff, terrible hotel

I don't want to discredit the staff at all. They were really nice. But the hotel itself was no. Let's start with the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING outside of your hotel room. It was so loud. The water would turn off right in the middle of our shower. The electricity would go out sometimes. I would not recommend.

Excellent location at the historical center in Cusco. Very efficient and corteous personnel. Special congratulations to Manuel for the special mix of flavors and emotions he combines with his food. A big hug for him and Annie for their unforgettable service.

Excellent staff and location. Rooms have no central heating but the temperatures were tolerable.

Centrally located, very short walking distance to all major attraction, friendly helpful staff. Good hot water for the cold days when we were there. Average facilities but ok for what we paid for. Highly recommend hotel to stsy in Cusco.

Great location, friendly staff

We stayed at the Inca wasi two nights total but with a night off in between to go to Machu Picchu. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a little frustrating was them having a little difficulty finding our reservation since it was not made directly with them. This was not a major issue though and quickly resolved and may have been related to last minute booking the day before. Overall very satisfied with our stays there. Great location on the main plaza of Cuzco, great price, would stay again

Awesome stay!

Would definitely recommend. Nice and clean with friendly people and a good breakfast. We stayed in a 4 bedroom in the first floor. The front desk was very accommodating. They prepared breakfast to go for all of us - it was very nice of them. The location was great - right in the plaza where the Cathedral was located. We had a great experience.

Awesome

Great location with friendly service. We arrived before check in on our first night and still were able to check in. We left our luggage in storage on and off for days and they were fine with it. We rented a room for a morning after a night on a sleeper bus and were charged the full price of a night which we were a little diaappointed about. They also printed a flight pass with no problems at all.

Noisy. Basic and bathroom was not good.

Bathroom water not always hot. Our room was under the canteen and the noise came through the ceiling early in the morning as people got breakfast. Breakfast was skimpy and basic. Hotel was generally noisy during the night; I was woken by noise a lot.

Location location location

Pros: You’re right across from the central square and can walk anywhere; rooms can fit 4-5 people so useful for cost savings if traveling with group. Cons: rooms only have windows to the courtyard/hall - from a security prospective this isn’t ideal. Slower WiFi. Hard beds.

Great location, small spaces

Location at the Plaza de Armas. Close to pretty much anything you want to do or see in Cusco. Staff was awesome and extremely accommodating. They securely held our bags while we took an overnight trip to Aguas Calientes and as we waited for our afternoon flight. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but as we only used this to sleep and shower, would recommend!

Location, Location!

In terms of ease it doesn't get much better than this. Situated right on the main plaza of Cusco it makes life as a foreigner very easy and safe. The rooms themselves are okay and fill their needs as somewhere to get some rest. Hotel is not incredibly sound proof so expect to hear what your neighbors are up to!

Had an awesome time in Cusco, and the staff was great! They helped in anything and everything!

Staying at winca wasi hotel

I really enjoy staying at inca wasi hotel I reqlly recomrnded is right in front of la plaza de armas , all the hotel member were very nice, the rooms clean, andn a good price

When I first arrived to the airport no one was there to pick us up all though we had already confirmed with the hotel days prior. Then we arrive and they couldn't find our reservation. It was passed the check in time and our room was not ready. We paid the little extra for the queen size double room which turned out to be a queen bed and a small bathroom made for one person and a tiny shower. There's no ventilation so there was a mold smell. There are rules to the hostel, one of them being no alcohol and returning the room key every time you leave. This was not the hotel I was looking at clearly because there is no balcony or patio although it is listed. The free breakfast is ham, cheese and fruits. So if you're thinking you're getting a free buffet breakfast you're wrong. I wouldn't recommend this to any of the people I know.

The only recommendation will be to get mattres that are more comfortable. Service was excellent Staff is great- made me feel welcomed Excellent breakfast

Family hotel in the centre of the main square

The hotel could not be better located and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. All amenities are within easy walking distance. I would definately stay here again

まあ、値段なりのホテル。 アルマス広場正面という以外、特筆すべきところなし。 途中、マチュピチュに行ったので2回チェックインしたが、部屋によって装備が違う。 同じ値段なので、揃えてほしい。

La ubicación está excelente. Todo el personas es súper amable y agradable, hay un ambiente muy bonito dentro del hotel, todo excelente, me volvería a hospedar ahí en mis siguientes visitas a Cusco.

localização privilegiada, perto de tudo. Staff nota 10, sempre atenciosos e gentis. O quarto é bom, mas falta tomadas e o banheiro é minúsculo. De modo geral, valeu muito a pena, além de recomendar eu voltaria para lá.

Foi tudo perfeito! Dou nota 10 para tudo. Excelente preço, localização, atendimento, limpeza, café da manhã e educação dos funcionários. O hotel é lindo, super indico para família, e é no centro, fizemos tudo a pé. As funcionárias muito atenciosas e solícitas!!!!!

Boa localização, bom custo benefício.

O hotel fica super bem localizado, os funcionários são extremamente educados e cuidadosos. O que não é muito bacana são os banheiros, extremamente pequenos e desconfortáveis. O café da manhã também é bem fraco, com poucas opções. No geral é um bom custo benefício.

Super établissement, avec une localisation idéal, un staff aux petits soins et un restaurant bien sympathique.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar und innen auch nett eingerichtet. Die Zimmer haben nur ein Fenster zum Innenhof was es mit der Frischluft erschwert. Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch und das Personal dort auch eher langsam. Insgesamt aber weiter zu empfehlen.

Atenção ao quarto família.

Hotel com excelente localização, atendimento muito bom e ótimas camas. Nos quartos família, os banheiros são MUITO RUINS e o café da manhã bem fraco.

Localização ótima, o banheiro não tem onde colocar as necessidades femininas.
