Very nice island feel place

I stayed in a “superior” bungalow which basically means I had aircon instead of just a fan. Although the bungalow was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable, the place could have been made so much better if it had a fridge. I’ve stayed in cheaper places which have had fridges. The staff were very welcoming and helpful when I extended my stay by a day. The location is perfect. A night walk from the busy parts so not noisy. I would definitely stay here again but would probably just go for the cheaper bungalow with a fan.

Quiet relaxing beach front

I had booked initially a superior bungalow however I had not read correctly its amenities. We like to have cold drinks and space to hang clothing. We decided to upgrade to one of the standard rooms which gave us everything we needed. Jasmine was friendly and informative and went out of her way to make sure we had an excellent stay. The beach is at the quieter end of satire beach and I loved the fact that I could snorkel on the reef directly from the resort. I would defiantly go again as this is a great place to relax .

Bungalow and location was awesome, restaurant food was ok but edible. Staff was slow but the electricity noise was overwhelmingly loud. Had to wear earplugs to sleep.

Good nice hotel and good locatiin, not far from the beach, quiet at night

Lovely private beach and pool area. Beautiful to sit on the beach and watch the stars in the evening. Friendly and helpful hotel staff too.

Didn't like the room

The "In Touch" has several types of rooms. I thought I had reserved one of the more modern, updated rooms but ended up with a run down cottage with AC that barely worked. Room was very run down, walls were dirty, bathroom barely had water pressure and smelled bad, furniture old and rickety, and towels were thread bare. Restaurant was good and the service was good. Beach location was wonderful. Hotel is a bit of a walk to the heart of Sairee but I liked that because it was quieter than being in town.

Good, clean rooms near to the action of Saree

The location of InTouch was great- right on the beach and a short walk to restaurants, bars, tour operators and massage places. Not too close to the bars that you missed the noise. We had problems with the aircon leaking, and then were moved to another room where we had issues with the toilet flushing. All in all though the rooms were spacious, well cleaned each day and in a top location.

Room was so hot. Staff was ok. Ant families everywhere and spiders.

Good location and service but a bit to warm in room with just a fan. Also no heat in shower (which didn't bother us so much).

Very good, comfortable and spacious. Kept cool. Little bit dirty, but nothing horrendous. Good value for money.

Excellent location

I really enjoyed my stay at in touch. I really enjoyed my stay at in touch The staff was very helpful in booking my ferry ticket. Make sure to get the superior room, as the standard bungalow had no television or fridge.

We visited with our family 2 adults + 5 children in the In Touch resort deluxe rooms. We found the deluxe rooms as very clean, comfortable and well decorated. In Touch resort located in the heart of Sariee beach, The main beach in Koh Tao and from my opinion the most beautiful in Koh Tao… especially during sunset. In Touch Resort having an excellence restaurant, with a unique location on the beach, with a great food tastes and fair prices. Suchana is the In Touch Resort owner and general manager. Suchana gave us the best service from the first minute. Suchana willing to help in any issue. In the third day our son had a fever. She came to our room with a special Thai soup, she took a wet towel and chilled his body, Suchana behave to our son like her son. In the last night the fever of our son continued, We asked Suchana at midnight to precede our ferry to Samui to 6 AM in order to get as soon as possible to Samui hospital. At midnight she did everything she can, she changed the ferry tickets, called the taxi driver. She waked up early at 5 AM in order to help us, and she even brought some fruits to our son before leaving. After we left Koh Tao, Suchana called the hospital in Samui to check how are son is filling. Thanks god, he felt better after all. After staying in the In Touch resort we better understand why this place received a fabulous rate by reviewers. In Touch resort is definitely fabulous. Thank you Suchana and In Touch resort team. Tutti gentili belle camere e ottima posizione

We stayed at the resort as a couple for 6 nights and had booked a standard studio. Unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. The positives were: the location next to the beach and the transfer service. Just a few of our negative impressions: - There is an extremely musty/damp smell in the room... the 13 year old air conditioning only makes it worse. Questionable whether and how often it was serviced. - 2 times a day garbage is burned next door and it smells terrible. Since you can't close the windows in the bathroom, the smell wafts in. Around 5 pm it is always particularly bad, maybe it is also due to the location of our room (No. 23). - Generally very old and tasteless furnishings in the room - The shower head does not hold - Water pressure in the shower fluctuates extremely - Water temperature also fluctuates. It is either boiling hot or freezing cold. Temperature control does not work. - besides that ...You don't even want to see the ants as a point of criticism anymore - The outside staircase to the 2nd floor is without railings We complained to the service about some of the problems and they took action, but nothing changed during our stay. Only the low price and the location made the stay bearable. However, the staff were nice and the restaurant right by the sea is good value. However, the hygiene there also leaves a lot to be desired. We will definitely never come back to the "resort".

In Touch Resort

Yövyin neljä yötä bungalowissa josta oli rantaan 30metriä. Sijainti Sairee Beachin päädyssä joka rauhallisempi ja todella kaunis ranta. Kaikki palvelut kuitenkin vieressä joten sijainti täydellinen. Myös Suomalainen Koh Tao Divers aivan vieressä jos haluaa lähteä sukeltamaan, jota suosittelen. Hotellilta pystyy myös varaamaan snorklausreissuja ja lippuja lautoille lähisaarille. Ravintola rannassa jossa todella viihtyisä terassi. Ruuassa hieman parantamisen varaa. Vastaanotto erittäin ystävällinen. Suosittelen !!

Albergo grazioso attenzione alle camere superior

Abbiamo prenotato una camera superior ed abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra per avere una camera migliore.... era sporca nel senso che entravano animali e le pareti erano scrostate. Una volta cambiata la camera tutto ok, cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni e buona pulizia. Quindi non prenotate la superior pensando al senso della parola perché non rispetta gli standard andate ad un livello superiore di camera! Sairee beach non è male ma ci sono spiagge migliori se volete stare fermi al mare, se vi piace girare è un buon punto di partenza per le barche e motorini ( attenzione abbiamo visto molte persone ferite da cadute) per girare l’isola.

Degrado

Mi sono trovata veramente male. Personale scortese, senza voglia di fare, assente. Sul sito non ho avuto possibilità di scegliere i comfort della stanza e arrivati lì, mi hanno detto che c'erano dei sovrapprezzi non specificati nel sito. Mi sono sentita presa in giro. Ad averlo saputo prima, avrei prenotato da un'altra parte. Non lo consiglio

Ακριβό για αυτά που προσφέρει .

Μείναμε στον 2 όροφο σε ένα ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο με θέα θαλασσα, και τις ασχημες στεγες των bungalows, οχι πολύ καθαρό και ακριβό γι'αυτά που προσφέρει το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο.Tip:Mην πάτε στο beach bar του ξενοδοχείου είναι όλα ανοστα

Grande posizione; pulizia e disponibilità top

Struttura molto bella in linea con l’isola; molto verde, silenziosa, pulizia efficiente e accurata delle camere.

Schöne Anlage am Strand

Hotel und Restaurant sind einladend. Habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Posizione buona, vicino alla spiaggia e con un bel ristorante proprio sulla spiaggia, camere tutto sommato buone, magari dovrebbero essere un pó manutenzionate meglio.

Edullista yöpymistä palveluiden vieressä

Hintalaatusuhde kohdallaan, huoneet siivottiin päivittäin, mikä ei aina ole selvää tämän hintaluokan kohteissa. Sairee beachin heti vieressä ja jalkaisin pääsi hyvin liikkumaan molempien "keskustojen" suuntiin. Merkittävin miinus oli kohtuullinen homeenhaju huoneessa, mutta siihenkin tottui.. Jos haluaa uida tai snorklata, niin Sairee beachin vesi on ehkä koko saaren likaisinta, uimista varten kannattaa vuokrata skootteri joltain hyväksi reitatulta vuokraamolta ja pöristellä jonnekin syrjäisemmälle rannalle

Perfektes Hotel wenn man gleich daneben die Tauchschule besucht. Schöne herzige Anlage.

Well located and nice hotel

The hotel is located in nice and quiet part of the Sairee beach. Our room was spacious and clean and it was cleaned well every day. Room was exactly as described and we were really happy to stay in this hotel.

Erinomainen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla

Erinomainen hotelli, jossa kaikki toimi. Oltiin 5 vrk sukelluslomalla Koh Taolla. Majoituttiin Superior Bungalowissa, joka oli siisti ja tilava. Rauhallisella sijainnilla, mutta kuitenkin heti rannan vieressä. In Touchin oma ravintola oli myös hyvä ja ehkä rannan parhaalla näköalalla... Hyvä wifi ja tehokas ilmastointi plussaa :)

Die Bungalows haben eine schöne Lage. Der Ort ist zentral, belebt und dennoch ruhig. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Tolle Urlaubstage!

Excellent hotel

Très bel endroit, classe, accueil avec le plus beau des sourires et amabilité. La plage a 2 pas avec le resto sur la plage en plein ou l’action commence! Je te recommande fortement cet endroit! Un peu chaud pour les bungalow avec ventilateur pour ceux que ça intéresse ;-)

Très bien placé

Hôtel avec emplacement idéal. Les studios sont biens. Par contre, nous avions réservé un bungalow supérieur. Ce fut la déception totale. la chambre était sale, sentait le moisi, très vieux. A notre demande On a eu un studio mais on a du payer le double du prix directement à l’hôtel. Le studio était cependant mieux malgré du moisi un peu partout au plafond. On ne nettoie pas la chambre en 4 jours. Ils font le lit et remplace les serviettes. Le site en général aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour et d’entretien. Par contre c’est à quelques pas de la plage. La réceptionniste est très serviable et souriante. Au Restaurant on dirait qu’on les dérange tout le temps. On irait voir ailleurs pour près de 100$ CAD/ nuit.

Proche de la plage

Hôtel se situant sur un passage très bruyant. Le personnel n'est pas du tout acceuillant mise à part la réceptionniste. Nous avions l'impression de déranger les serveurs à chaque fois que nous voulions commander. Les bungalows supérieurs sont vétustes, il y avait de nombreux trous dans les murs comblés avec des mouchoirs... énormément d'insectes dans la chambre.

Empfehlenswert, aber besser mit Klimaanlage!

Der InTouch Resort ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel in super Lage direkt am belebten Sairee Beach! Das Restaurant ist gut und das Personal immer nett. Das WLAN hat häufig nicht funktioniert, was unfassbar nervig war, weil man oft einfach nicht verbunden wurde. Der Bungalow an sich ist sehr geräumig, jedoch finden sich im Bad häufig ein paar Kakerlaken und es ist dort heiß wie in einer Dampfsauna. Wir hatten keine Klimaanlage, was man bei dem Preis und bei der Hitze eigentlich erwarten sollte, da man zum Teil wirklich nicht schlafen konnte, denn hätte man die Tür aufgelassen wären die Katzen, die überall herumlaufen hereingekommen. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel aber weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage. Hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer ok. Die Steckdosen sind etwas ausgeleiert. Hier schafft aber Klebeband Abhilfe.

Mysigt!

Jag bodde i en bungalow, superfin med fantastiskt sköna sängar:) Kunde fått full pott av mig om de hade fixat till rummen. Skrubbat bort svartmögel på väggarna, målat om, hade varit trevligt med en sänglampa när man ligger och läser t.ex. Det luktade ju inget vidare pga mögel i rummet... jag bad den fantastiska kvinnan i receptionen om de kunde försöka göra ngt åt det, och de ställde in en ”toalett-luktegott”. Det var ju gulligt av dem:) Hjälpte tyvärr inte så mycket. Jag trivdes väldigt bra här! Skulle boka igen om jag kommer tillbaks till ön:)

Bien situé

Hotel bien situé au milieu de la plage de Sairee ce qui permet d'être au calme et d'accéder facilement à pied au port, au coeur du village de Sairee tout en étant en bord de plage. L'établissement est moyennement entretenu et le ménage pas toujours bien fait. Dommage car les chambres sont grandes et bien équipées.

Hopefully on the way to get better..

The cleanliness is my major criticism about in touch. We stayed here for 4 nights and since the beginning the rooms never were clean in a way one could have said well done. Our sink was always having some rust like residues which can be removed easily. Moreover things got forgotten by the room service so one had to complain at the front desk. Initially we were supposed to stay in one of the bungalows of the in touch resort, but after seeing the bath room which gets basically turned into a large water pond after each shower, this is due to the fact that the shower is not a separate compartment of the bathroom instead it is in the middle of it, we decided to go for an upgrade. The room we had was a standard studio. Maybe a general issue on tropical island, however, we had ants storming through our bathroom and the room service didn't seem to do anything about it. The highlight was one night we even had a gecko in our room. Overall the resort is ok but not more than that. Worthwhile to mention the WiFi is fast.

Très bien situé . Calme face mer. Bungalow qui manque de finitions. Transat ou sièges sur la plage seraient bienvenus. Restaurant sympa et abordable.

Ko Tao è molto bella e In Touch è un resort confortevole , in ottoma posizione con una terrazza da cui si può godere uno spettacolare tramonto. La proprietaria è gentile e sempre disponibile. Il ristorante é uuno dei migliori dell 'isola.
