Good location, close to metro/bus/train station. Not far from the center. Very nice hotel: clean, pleasant and friendly staff, fast check-in and check-out. Tasty breakfast. Strongly recommend!

Great location, great service.

The hotel was in a great location, room was very spacious for three people. Evi at reception was lovely and gave us some great recommendations! Only downside was the floors in the room weren't very clean. Other than that the beds were comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and offered a great selection of options with slight variations each day. Would stay again.

The stay was pleasant. Varied, tasty breakfast. Good coffee - not very good! Good cleaning. We got the room we wanted.

I found the staff really friendly . . always willing to help . . the style of furniture in the room is modern and quite nice . . the room service was good too . . no complaints about anything.

The hotel accomodation was good quality with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Well equipped. There was a good selection for breakfast. Will definitely come back if ever visiting Budapest again.

Good friendly staff

Love the large spacious, funky rooms! But I absolutely hate the breakfasts... The powdered coffee & milk, and the fake fruit juices were dreadful... Go along to Tesco Express, 2 minutes away, and get yourself something nicer.

The Hotel is set between the two train stations we used, Keleti and Nyugati. We have stayed in a number of hotels on this trip and must say that the staff here were incredibly helpful, in particular Tibor and his manager on reception who went above and beyond in trying to help us on the next leg of our journey. Thank you, your kindness and efforts made are a credit to your company.

Great hotel, good location. Staff were really helpful and attentive. Rooms clean and when we asked for things it was responded to immediately. Would recommend.

Very clean hotel - spacious and helpful staff

we could not drink the coffee to was not good, the shower was bad ice cold then hot and very little water pressure, the hotel was noisy.

Breakfast was a bit poor and a good 30 mins walk from centre of town but great rooms, lovely staff and they gave us an umbrella when it rained. Clean, comfortable rooms. Chilled friendly place.

Great breakfast opts close to transport links also walkable to many places we were interested.

Fantastic stay

We loved this hotel. Sounds strage, but it smelt lovely. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a quad room, it had lots of room for 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Full size beds which is a must for us. Breakfast was constantly replenished. Lots of choice and fresh food. We stayed for 3 nights and each morning there were different options under the hot food and pastries. Modern and excellent base for travelling around Budapest. Would definitely stay again and will look out for other hotels part of their group.

First of all, staff at the hotel and Expedia have been extremely supportive and helpful for the way I felt about the property throughout my stay and I appreciate that tremendously. However, I think the property is a scam because they have promoted themselves as a 4 star hotel when in reality this is a 2 or maybe 3 star hotel if some improvements are made. First of all, property is located in a neighborhood that feels unsafe with drunken people and homeless around the area. I did not feel comfortable walking at nighttime around the hotel. On the other hand, maintenance is an issue since in 2 different rooms that we had, the shower door fell off. In addition, not enough towels and pillows were provided, although they gave us more when we asked. Also, the floor felt dirty throughout our stay, enough that we walked with slippers because it really felt dirty. I think they should improve quite a lot and also need to be more realistic about the category which could be a 3 star rather than a 4 star so guests do not have false expectations about their accommodations.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I would have loved if there was tea/coffee in the room. There was no kettle in the room so we asked for one but they don’t offer tea/coffee in the rooms. I was also supposed to receive a VIP gift for booking this hotel but I didn’t get anything.

One of the good hotel to choose

The hotel is extremely clean and smells amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was felt fresh and was very spacious and clean. The only thing I did not care for was the bed. For me it was too hard and felt like I was sleeping on the floor. A few more pillows would have also been appreciated. Otherwise I thought this hotel was fantastic, I would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful hotel near Keleti

Initially, upon arriving at the metro station, I felt the neighborhood looked a little bit old, but then realized it is undergoing a renovation. The hotel is easily situated to the metro station. Only two minutes away. I found the building to be neatly decorated with a lively interior, the staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable. I found the breakfast selection to be unbelievable. A wide variety of foods, fresh made eggs and bacon and sausages and a wide variety of fresh fruit. I would highly recommend this if you are needing to be in the area near Keleti Station, or if you want to stay someplace less expensive, and are willing to take the tram into the city center.

Budapest

Great hotel, in a neighborhood weird a bit far from the action , but great room and great breakfast. But ask for the garden view because it’s on a street where tram are non stop.. do like I did .. earplug☺️

Overall winner

Good value with breakfast included. Great service. Conveniently located close to Metro green line. DIY Laundromat less than 2 blocks away for long term travelers who pack light.

Easy access to downtown also exit the city

Overall very satisfied! It’s maybe time to invest in new towels

Great hotel and staff were excellent

A really good hotel with easy access to tram and metro. Excellent breakfast buffet. I did some sightseeing around Budapest and a day-trip down to Balaton and everything was easy with the transport links.

Service was excellent. Staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and perfect for a family of four. Towels were a little stained but this was a minor issue. Breakfast was plentiful but very busy at times, again another minor point. The area around the hotel is a bit scruffy and its a good 20 minute walk to the centre (we had a red bus ticket with a stop nearby so not a problem for us) and not sure if it merits 4 stars but overall I would recommend it.

Close to where we arrived into Budapest.

It served our purpose.

This hotel is great for the price and you get breakfast which is worth it as it is really quite good. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is excellent. Downsides: rough neighbourhood often with drinkers outside on the pavement. The hotel itself has no carpets and from the landings you can see all the way to the roof. Maybe a nice design feature but it means that it is very loud. As soon as the cleaners start in the morning (early!) I was awake and it didn’t matter which floor they were on as it echoes throughout the whole building.

Stayed 4 nights, this is our third stay at this hotel in Budapest. We like it for the parking aspect with is safe and convenient, we rent a car when we go. The staff is nice, and breakfast good. The downfall is that there are no restaurants in walking distance, and the attractions to down down are far. You will need to get a taxi at the hotel which they are very helpful with. Overall though great they do a nice job.

Very friendly staff/Adequate/included breakfast and clean colorful lobby. I had top floor room (not sure if this was an upgrade) but it had a nice skylight. Walkable distance from Keleti train station though overall area gets dark and lonesome after dark, which was my biggest concern. My VIP perk was a bottle of sparkling wine though I traded this for 2 bottles of water.

Hotel was located near the metro. Staff were very helpful. We enjoyed the nice breakfast. Only downside was only one elevator was working.

Its located very close to the metro and a tesco. Once you understand the system very easy to use. The breakfast was lovely loads to choose from and slightly different daily. On check in we were served by a rude man who seemed to be inconvenienced by our presence. When we complained about the leak in out bathroom, we were sent a cleaner and then finally moved next door with no apology at all. The key was bought up and we were left to it. It was only the next day when the slim man with glasses served us, did the service improve. He kindly gave us a map and explained the transport system to us. Only one lift working which had a mind of its own. The hotel looks modern and clean, however our second room did smell of drains but we didnt complain as we had already moved. The floors were dirty and needed to be mopped. It doesnt feel like its a safe part of town and we therefore we didnt stay out late.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff that made our stay amazing. Really good easy transport links to get all around the city. Room was big, clean and had everything we could have needed. Excellent for the price

Loved this hotel, the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Very friendly staff and located on a quiet street. The hotel is very close to public transportation and walk-able to the Jewish Quarter. If you're staying at this hotel then you MUST visit the Jewish Quarter off of Kazinczy utca and lined up with shops, bars especially the ‘ruin pubs’. Next door is Karavan, food trucks galore.

Receptionists need extensive training regarding customer service, engagement, customer satisfaction, being proactive and helpful. Zsolt the FOH manager understood these, he was the only one, hopefully the others will follow

Great place to stay for a city break

Hotel was always kept clean and tidy, breakfast had a good choice hot and cold. Room and bathroom had plenty of space. Good location from the city centre and easy access to trams and tubes.

The location is good, close the the subway.

This was a beautiful property! The staff was nice and helpful, the beds were comfy, the rooms were cleaned and even had a citrus smell, and the breakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend.

Staff was wonderful. I won't stay again. Rooms are very small, beds were small flat and uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. The location is not near any resteraunts or tourist sights. The breakfast was limited, and so crowded in the morning as it's a very small space. Do not stay here if you have allergies, it is very dry, no moisture at all. I stayed a week, I will not go back to this hotel when next in Budapest.

Love the hotel, very good location. It has everything we need. The room is large enough for us. We parked in front of the hotel. We have a very good breakfast buffet in the morning before to take the route.

Overall, the property is in good shape, clean, close to Metro station (M4) with good breakfast selection. Staff was super friendly and helpful. With my room facing the main road, the tram noise was annoying when you are trying to sleep at night.

Overall , my stay was comfortable. Clean, good location and quiet. What I want most is the buffet breakfast with wide variety of choices. Will definitely come back.

Really disappointing end to our stay here as we were charged over £100 for ‘damages’ to towels that were dirty from the festival we were attending, and hadn’t even been attempted to be washed. Absolutely a money making scam taking advantage of young people staying there, would not recommend.

Family Stay

This is a nice hotel - I like the modern design with the pictures of Budapest in rooms and hallways . The breakfast is good and it is excellent that it runs till 11am daily There was a problem with one of the lifts being out of order during our stay and the other lift extremely slow ! We preferred to use the stairs rather than wait this is just a small complaint Overall a good stay

This was a nice hotel with friendly staff in the wrong location, the area is very run down and rough

The property is fairly well run and the manager is very responsive, but I noticed that my room received no more than surface cleaning. Twice in 4 nights, the hot water wasn't available. When advised, the maintenance person only showed up for service the next morning, leaving many clients stranded. The hotel is frequented by tour groups so keep that in mind when reserving.

Be careful if travelling in summer

The hotel seem to be aware that a lot of their air-conditioning units do not work. We had to suffer the first night in 30+ degrees heat but managed to get them to move us to a room with working air-con after that. We were lied to about an engineer coming, etc. though so lost marks for that also.

Nice and clean room and really friendly staff.

The adjoining rooms were really nice and large. The space was great for 5 of us. However, the showers are tiny. The water doesn’t get much better than warm either. The beds were not very comfortable, loud to turn/roll over and pretty stiff. The breakfast in the mornings was very well laid out. The parking area is a bit tricky if you don’t have a small car (older 4runner here). Overall the stay was pretty pleasant. We drove to our 2 main locations for touristy things but the area is walkable.

Nice hotel, average experience

The hotel itself is nice, however the service/ breakfast are extremely chaotic with minimal staffing. We also noticed several things in our room weren’t functioning (AC, lights, etc) as well as being told the hotel had no spare towels at all when we asked.

Great amenities! Really good breakfast! The Hotel is located in a not so good area. Is a bit far from the tourist destinations and there is a lot of drunks and drug users in the proximity.

Breakfast: (4/5 stars) - the eggs are pretty bad, but the choice of croissants, cold cuts, cheese is good. Fruit is available all the time as well as a good machine for coffee (cappuccino...) Staff is friendly and helpful: gave convertors for different electricity. Location: about 15 minutes from the Jewish Quarter. The location is safe.

Good place not only for overnight stay. Very good breakfast until 11, and after 12 pm in lobby you can find free for charge fruits , juices and tea coffee.

Das Hotel war in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einer guten Nähe zur Metro. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und sehr gut. Das Hotel und die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, ABER im Zimmer war es fürchterlich laut. Wir konnten kaum schlafen weil wir alles aus dem Hotel gehört haben. Ebenso das Bett und die Polster benötigen dringend einen Verbesserung.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstücksangebot ist nicht allzu groß, jedoch vollkommen ausreichend. Hotel ist modern ausgestattet.

Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Alles gut zu erreichen.

HOTEL IMPULSO A FUIR ABSOLUMENT

UNE HONTE. CHAMBRE 809. Pas de chauffage, tache au sol, douche sale, frigo qui ne fonctionne pas. on a fait plusieurs réclamations et toujours pas de chauffage en plein hiver. Ma femme est tombé malade. Vous venez de perdre un client. voir les photos

Essendo un ritorno, speravamo andasse un po’ meglio. La camera assegnata ci era spaziosa, però non è stata pulita benissimo! Il materasso era abbastanza comodo, ma i cuscini assolutamente da cambiare! Insonorizzazione praticamente è nullo. Ottima soluzione il parcheggio all’ interno del cortile, sicuramente troppo esoso per 20€/notte. Ogni anno bisogna sollecitare la consegna del “trattamento Vip” con la prenotazione offerta. Si farebbe più bella figura cambiando in una cosa diversa, se non vogliono omaggiare davvero lo spumante. Ottima la colazione!!!

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück, sauber

La habitación asignada era muy amplia y estaba muy limpia. Contaba con un sofá y una máquina para calentar agua y opciones de tés y una botella grande de agua. El desayuno, muy completo y rico. Aunque no está muy céntrico, tiene una parada de metro a menos de 2 minutos.

Bra hotell!

Modernt & relativt centralt. Jättetrevlig personal, privat parkering för 20€ per natt. Frukosten var väldigt bra, trevligt utbud 👍 Lite lyhört och tog lite tid för hissen eftersom vi bodde på åttonde våningen, men överlag väldigt nöjda. Såg i efterhand att vi skulle fått en flaska vin vid ankomst men det fick vi inte.
