Great hotel with very nice beds and bathrooms right in the heart of the city. Convenient to anywhere you want to walk and our room was surprisingly quiet for being in the heart of the city.

Great Hotel in a well regarded area. Rosa in reception was wonderfully helpful and extremely professional and made us feel very welcome and for that reason alone I highly recommend.

Lovely room that was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Professional, helpful, and friendly staff made it a great stay. One problem: our toilet seat was loose and easily came apart. They tried to fix it and so did we. No luck. It was an annoyance, but otherwise we were fine. The room was gorgeous and spacious with two queen beds.

Great location, great large rooms

The staff were exceptionally helpful.

The room is dank. The bathroom tiny. The shower leaked. The walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors loud and clear, which disrupts sleep. The front door staff however was amazing. Very friendly.

A four star hotel attached to a pub. Great people, clean, sufficient room for two. Great location. An old building updated -- with some old building plum bing and electric problems during our stay -- but their people overcame all. Breakfast buffet a bit scant compared to others in Rome.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great welcome experience, comfortavle abd clean room. Great location. One concern was the noise within the hotel room. Could hear people all around our room talking, walking, etc.

Amazing hotel with extraordinary service. Breakfast is fresh and nice. Shuttle to ski site was good. The spa is great.

Freindly staff good location

Comfy beds and clean rooms.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean and well stocked. The only issue we had was with our lights, the system had an error and every thirty seconds would beep. It occurred on our first day and I notified the staff. They said the electrical company had to come reset it…they never came for the remaining three nights, it was terrible trying to sleep with the beeping as I am sensitive to noise. I wish they would have offered us another room if service to reset was going to take so long.

Excellent staff and service.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Great location, close to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Trevi fountain. There were great shops nearby and lots of options for dining. Staff at the front desk was always very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, place was good

The room was tight for 4 people. No storage area for a 4 day stay (yellow room) the room could have been cleaner. Dust build up on the headboard ( frabric headboard) you can see the dust build up and on the walls as well. Bathroom shower could have been cleaner. Notice first the buildup on the shower wall of soap I had to rewipe myself. Staff was wonderful. Anytime needed and recommendations were made well.

The room was so dirty that it made us cough. There was a lot of dust everywhere, even after they made the cleaning process that hardly took them 10 minutes. I don’t think the windows were ever clean. It smelled terribly because of the bathroom. We had to ask for extra shampoo and shower gel that were only provided once, so we better bough ours in a supermarket. There was not much room to unpack, so good luck if you are traveling with more than two outfits because there are only few hangers and two drawers. The location is centric but that also means hard to walk streets and touristic and pricey options around. We did not receive any complementary water even when we arrived 2am and with super hot summer weather. The elevator is old and super small, it can fit maximum 3 persons very close to each other and no bags. And the stairs are from an old building, so slippery and dirty as well. Staff from the front desk was inattentive and cleaning person was unprofessional, not doing the room cleaning and which was clear the no one supervised either. The hotel is only one floor of a many levels building so it is shared with offices, a guest room and others. One day before leaving the lady in front desk told me that we could checkout at 1pm, but the day of the check out another person was there and told me we should leave immediately because it was already noon. So they had poor communication. During our stay, internet and tv stopped working for two days. Definitely this

This hotel was in a great location and staff was super friendly. The only down side is there are several steps and a tiny one person elevator. We had limited toliet paper and soap due to a lack of cleaning crew. The wine was not that great in lobby area. Decent hotel other than those items.

Fantastic boutique hotel in a beautiful neighborhood, within easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona & other sights. Cobblestone street & beautiful old courtyard embody the feel of Rome. Their staff is incredible, warm & so helpful with everything. Decor is stylish & breakfast is the most beautiful thing you’ll ever see!

Fantastic!

Nice large room that had awesome soundproofing. Reception staff were fantastic - very friendly & helpful. Comfortable bedding. Early checkin was a plus!

Amazing hotel with great location

The property was in a great location. Within walking distance of restaurants, sites and shops. The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious, however did not have a great outlook. The hotel was not very soundproof and we could constantly hear our neighbours next door. There was a lift, however it was extremely small (could only fit 2 people).

Nice place

Incredible property! Ten minute walk to most beautiful Navona Plaza. Restaurants galore. The staff is very accommodating. Beds comfy, bathroom spotless, nice breakfast. Don’t hesitate! Book it.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Rome

Great five hundred year old property with large modern rooms. Air conditioning worked well and the bathroom amenities were premium. The complimentary breakfast was much better than the usual fare. Fresh cakes, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella, and a selection of Italian meats and cheeses and of course good coffee. Would definitely book again.

Pros - The room was big and nucely designed. Cons- There's a tiny old elevator, not big enough for 2 people and a suitcase. The stairs are uneven and need repair. It's not the place for anyone with mobility issues. The wifi in the room didn't function peoperly.

Loved this hotel in Rome! The location was centrally located near the Trevi, Pantheon and Spanish steps. The decor was very classic and room was clean. The staff was incredibly helpful with getting taxis and suggesting restaurants. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

The room was perfect for our family. An easy check-in, great location and well appointed.
