Excellent stay. Service is great. Properly is beautiful.

the hotel is amazing, we had a great time over there.I would like to mention two girls who work there Sabrina ( reception) and Elisanuela (restaurant). they are very professional and know how to do their job.All over the hotel is wonderful.

Good hotel for stay not for eating

The hotel is great , clean and quite.the breakfast is very good.the dinner is waist of time and money!!!!! Very expensive and not a good food!!!we even gave back one dish.

Nice luxury hotel, attentive staff, fantastic food. I did not like to see people hanging around in bath robes at breakfast or lunch, I know it is a resort/SPA but it is really not necessary to avoid the basic effort of getting dressed. La Rei restaurant is superb.

Resort Spa not to be missed!

Well designed, contemporary hotel excellently sited to take advantage of the views of the rolling vineyards surrounding it. The massage in the spa was one the best I have ever had.

Fabulous hotel and location,but food disappointing

Amazing location and fabulous room. Spa facilities excellent although gym equipment limited. Helpful staff in every area of the hotel. Had a bar meal and breakfast which was a let down. Bar meal 3 star standard for taste and presentation. Breakfast very basic with limited range and stewed filter coffee. Another guest complained about coffee and fresh was made immediately - very little hot choices for breakfast and these were not hot enough. Would book again despite this - need to lose a few pounds anyway!

Our stay at Boscareto was amazing. I was traveling with a friend and we found the resort to be amazing. The views are spectacular, the pool area beautiful and the service great. We will certainly return.

Fantastic stay amongst small villages of Barolo!

Fantastic experience overall! My wife an I were a bit jet lagged, but the service, location, and amenities were fantastic! Would definitely stay here again to explore the area more!

A great hotel in wine country a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. We'll be back at some point i the future.

Nice hotel with stunning views

Good quality hotel with stunning views. Staff very helpful and friendly. Food also very good. Good spa offering a wide range of treatments. On the negative, not that child suitable as it has more of a "spa" ambience but staff very friendly towards children and they were allowed in the spa pool and jacuzzi. Also bedroom had a lighting system which you needed an degree in electronics to operate! As a consequence our room at night was lit-up like Blackpool promenade.

Great hotel in the heart of Barolo wine country

We had a wonderful stay here during truffle season. The staff was great, the views were fantastic and the amenities were first class. We will definitely be back!

Gorgeous hotel in vineyard setting

A beautiful hotel located in the countryside surrounded by some of the best vinyards in Barolo. Splendid views from the room and the public areas including the pool and sauna areas. Very comfortable with very good service. Highly recommended.

Priceless Views, Beautiful Pool

The views of Serralunga from Il Boscareto are breathtaking. The pools are absolutely gorgeous. Taking a dip in their whirlpool upon arrival was one of the highlights of staying here. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are beautiful. They have great products to use for shampoo and conditioner and the rooms are very big which was great. The cleaning staff do a great job. Another highlight of my stay here was taking a hike to Sinio from the hotel. I walked down through a road that ran through the vineyard leading down to Sinio and then hiked back up a leg of the Langhe hiking trail that lead me back to the road to the hotel. The scenery around Serralunga is a reason that I came to the Langhe it is incredible. I think there are probably other hikes and bike rides that you can take through the area. The servers in the bar and downstairs restaurant seem very slow and unattentive considering this is a luxury resort. I just think they need to be trained a little better but they were very nice. The breakfast was huge and plentiful and when I ordered room service they bring you tons of food. The lighting in the room was a bit awkard and confusing to deal with and so was the television. I could not figure out how to get English language stations and I just didn't want to deal with the hassle of going through the hotel staff. This is a luxury hotel but it somehow just misses the mark on service.

Lovely stay in Alba region

We are travelling through Italy and came to the Barolo wine region. Boscaretto was a beautiful and well-appointed resort, well located for travel within the region. Nice setting, beautiful scenery. The food services could have been much better for this level of resort however.

Elegance in Le Langhe

The Boscareto put on a simple though elegant New Year's Eve celebration. The dinner was an excellent example of a modernized local cuisine, though the dishes were slightly repetitive in taste and style. The service staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, though with a slight over-tendency to want to attend to you in your room. The location of the hotel among the vineyards puts it in a great location for enjoying the local landscape, though the views will be much better during the warmer months.

Excellent hotel near Alba. Will certainly revisit when in the neighbourhood.

Arrived late in a major rainstorm. The staff were welcoming and the dinner (at 9.30pm) was excellent with unhurried service. Very comfortable rooms; a great spa and a good buffet breakfast. Would certainly return.

Trés bel établissement ...

Trés bel hotel . Belle restauration méme si nous n avons pas fait le 2 etoiles .. un peu cher !!! Le second restaurant est tres bien . Superbe vue . Belle piscine spa magnifique et trés bons soins ... par contre quand on interdit l acces au spa aux enfants je trouve trés decevant dans un hotel de ce standing de laisser un enfant de deux ans sans couche aller dans un jaccuzzi!!! Et ce malgré le passage regulier des responsables ....

Oasi perfetta per un relax all’insegna della tranquillità e del benessere, mentale e fisico. Pulizia, servizio e cortesia non comuni. Ci veniamo spessissimo e non delude mai.

Sicuramente tornerò, struttura locata in posizione eccezionale! Cortesia professionalità e pulizia sono aggettivi più che adatti per questa struttura. Consiglio a tutte le persone alla ricerca di un momento di relax a 5 stelle.

Meraviglioso !!

2 giorni in relax

Viaggio di un paio di giorni con il mio compagno e il nostro cane ( un pastore tedesco). La struttura è molto bella con una vista stupenda sulle colline e la camera era spaziosa ed accogliente. Colazione a buffet con ampia scelta e tutto molto buono. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è stata l’accoglienza verso il nostro cane, non è facile trovarla.

Helt ok, men det finns vissa brister i vissa rum. Läckande AC, ljud från restaurangen, deprimerande inredning osv. Jag fick gå runt och kolla på 5-6 rum och en annan gäst fick göra detsamma. Städerskor knackar på dörren (en kom in med sin nyckel) trots ”stör ej” var aktiverad. Trevlig personal i receptionen och matsalen. Dåligt med påfyllning vid frukost.

Menos vermelho no quarto, seria bom!

Ótima estrutura, atendimento atencioso e cordial. Sei que gosto é relativo mas não apreciei ficar num quarto totalmente vermelho. Isso inclui as quatro paredes, colcha, cortinas, sofá, almofadas, já que a proposta do hotel é oferecer repouso de resort e spa. Não achei adequado para quem busca ambiente de relaxamento. Mais parecia ambiente de cabaré.

Hotel molto curato sia nelle camere (la junior suite consigliatissima) sia nelle aree comuni. Spa adeguata e, cosa non usuale, con molti lettini a bordo vasca, in zona ben illuminata (anche per lettura). Un plauso alla sincera cortesia del personale della reception!
